Absolutely amazinggg! I loved the environment here and everyone is super professional and welcoming! I came in as a walk in with a reasonable wait time I was able to get a spine tattoo, and it was my first tattoo ever! I saw Amber and she did an amazing job and made sure periodically I was doing okay! She’s amazing and I definitely recommend her! I also saw Spider for a navel piercing, and he did a phenomenal job! Thanks again!

Great service, I had the top part of my rook piercing come off and I was having a hell of a time finding someone that could screw it back in since it was Sunday. They got me in no questions asked and Lawrence (piercer) was so sweet! I’ll definitely be coming back for my next tattoo/ piercing!

Got my Conch and Flat pierced today by Spider and my experience couldnt have been better!! He was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Ive been pierced before elsewhere thinking I was getting one thing and walking out with a surprise $300 jewelry bill. I will ONLY be coming to here and having Spider do any piercings from now on! 😀

I had the BEST experience. This may have been the least painful piercing I have ever gotten. I traveled two hours to attend my best friends funeral, and wanted to do something “crazy” for him… so I decided to get my nose pierced. Spider was amazing. He made my sad trip to Buffalo a happy one with his sense of humor. I will drive two hours for my next piercing because I now refuse to get one anywhere else. Thanks spider ❤️

We had the most incredible experience at Madd Ink with Spyder yesterday! My daughters nose piercing fell out while we were travelling before it had fully healed. It had been a very expensive and painful experience getting it done three weeks earlier and she was extremely anxious and scared to get it put back in. Spyder immediately made her feel at ease, and had new jewellery in place before she even realized what happened. When we got back to the car she said That was literally the nicest man I have ever met! and I couldnt agree more! 10/10!!!

Honestly Im very underwhelmed. Yes the place seemed clean and the personalities of the employees were good. But, the piercer never explained what he was doing, did not let me pick out my own jewelry and didnt give me a warning before he pierced me. I went to go clean the piercing to remove some dried blood and the crystal popped off into my hand. I have never been pierced and then left with a plastic piercing. Photo 1 shows the piercing (second piercing down). I will not be going back and photo 2 shows the jewelry

Brought my son here to get his nose pierced and let me tell you Spyder is absolutely amazing. Super cool guy youd think he knew us for years we walked in and it was all jokes and good conversation the whole time. Perfect for my son to get his first piercing made him feel completely comfortable. Been about a week now and alls good with the piercing no swelling nothing. Id definitely recommend going here you wont be disappointed.

Every year around my birthday time I get a new piece of ink (I am XXX old, dont ask to see any 😁) and this last one I was looking for a quality studio close to Black Rock as my guy Massaro is way across the city. So I did a rough sketch, got some opinions from trusted friends from my social club, and decided on Madd Ink. Looked over some portfolios, and got it all hooked up with my main man Dana. Was all done in an hour (including both outlining and shading) for a fairly large neck piece. To say that I am happy with this great studio would be the understatement of the next decade! Go see them next time you want high quality ink! A++++++ 👍❤😀

Being that this is my first piercing, Spyder was AMAZING! I was so nervous before the process. He made me feel comfortable & was extremely patient with me. I went here for a chest tattoo. Everything was okay for the 1st hour once I got in the chair everything changed. I think his name was Mark he came into the shop looking like he was coked out yelling at the receptionist. He eventually “Fired” her and talked bad about her to the customers in the shop. Once I was seated and got in the chair to start my tattoo he comes running in and slaps me on my chest like he knows me or something. Anyway I get the tattoo the girl doesn’t color it in that day I said it was okay I’ll come back another time. I come back on the scheduled day to get my tattoo done and the lady who did my tattoo wasn’t there. I also paid in full it’s been over 3 months haven’t heard anything no response from any of the workers. To sum this up don’t go here terrible shop with no respect for the workers or customers.

I got my piercings done by Lawrence. He was so funny and so helpful. I came in with my two friends and he was able to do all of the piercings we wanted. He was very informative and made the process extremely easy and stress free. I ended up coming back because I needed a larger piercing and he was able to get it changed immediately. Overall I had a great experience here.

Went in for several piercings with my husband, and 2 daughters.. Spyder was incredibly patient with everyone he answered every question thoroughly and made sure everybody was comfortable. He even did a piercing on him. It felt like he was part of our family. I trusted him completely (even though I was a bigger whiner than everyone else) he was sweet about everything. The shop is clean, fun and the pricing is more than fair for the quality work being done. I tipped 20% as I feel you should because theres a service being provided and Spyder was so grateful, which reminds me to say tipping is not a city in China take care of the people that take care of you, especially when it comes to things on your body... Definitely will be going back for Spyders skill and expertise for future piercings

Went for a piercing today and everybody was so nice! Such a great vibe. The piercer (forgot his name but he was so sweet) was great I ended up moving while getting stuck but he was very patient and the piercing still came out right. Everybody was super funny and I would probably go back if I do decide to get another piercing.

Came to maddink for a new nose piercing and was serviced by Spyder and he was very welcoming and friendly. The piercing experience was very quick and just a little pinch! I have been to this location twice and when I tell you Spyder is crazy, amazing ,funny all of the above. With both experiences he made me feel extremely comfortable. I was nervous for no reason because the conversation was everything and eased my mind. Between him and my best friend helped a whole lot. Besides the fact that I over think things but Spder was quick. Both great experiences. Of course the instruments were new and right out of the packs, very soothing vibes, Spyder gave me pointers on current piercing and future piercings that I am considering. Most Def will be my location while Im in Buffalo thats for sure.

I love the atmosphere and the tattooist and the piercer they do an awesome job theyre friendly they explain the instructions well and do a good job and I love the atmosphere the atmosphere is very clean very friendly very comfortable and I love the way they have TV and have music playing and I love having conversations with the people that take care of me I never feel any pain there! I go to other places, and I feel pain! I dont know what the trick is but they are good and I would recommend anybody to go to them because the prices are reasonable and they do an awesome job! Every time I get something done I get it done the way I want it done at Madd Tattoo! Ive been telling a lot of people about this place and a few of them are very interested and theyre talking about going soon! Because I love everything about the place the people the environment the artwork, Etc I would go again and again and again that is my second home! And while you wait you get to watch TV and listen to the radio I like that and I like the furniture they got in the waiting room! Very comfortable and they have many books to look at so you can get an idea of what you like and they have a lot of jewelry to offer to buy if you like and a whole lot more! You get to know all the artists and their very bubbly and happy and friendly and helpful give good instructions on the after care and tell you that you need to heal when they feel the tell you that you need to heal before you come back again where are the tattoo places dont care! Theres other tattoo parlors that just rent money and they dont care if you need to heal they just want to do the job so they can get paid not mad tattoo! They look out not just for the style of tattoos and piercings they look out for the healing process to so thats great makes me feel comfortable and they are so clean their its not funny! Everything is sterile! All the rooms are clean and in order! All the tattoo artist rooms have many chairs or tables to sit on Or lie on, if needed! They want you as comfortable as possible! And I love that! Great job Madd Tattoo!

Piercing man didn’t know to use the right size piercing ring which led to my piercing to never fully heal

I went here a few weeks ago to get either my nipples or nose pierced, and the prices were so reasonable that I ended up getting both. Spyder did an amazing job, and made me feel so comfortable while I was there. Two weeks later I had to stop in the shop to change the size of my jewelry and once again it was a great experience. The shop is clean and the employees were so helpful and professional at answering all of my questions.

Got my double helix done and had a great experience. Quick, easy process and Spyder made me feel super comfortable.

My friend got a tattoo on his neck that is supposed to say tree and it says Jree idk what a jree is but its not what he wanted. I emailed the shop after about it and got no response. Ive only ever seen this on a crazy joke fb posts, I never thought it would happen irl esp for a neck tattoo and they didnt even respond let alone do anything to make it . What an embarrassing thing for a tattoo shop. Like how could anyone ever go to your shop or trust anyone there after something like this. They clearly dont care about peoles bodies.

I went to schedule a tattoo appointment with Mark, and impulsively decided to get a septum piercing. Jess, was amazing to say the least. She was very informative throughout the process and made me comfortable with my decision to get the piercing. She had a handout for aftercare with all of the information I could have asked and handed me a business card on my way out so I could contact her for anything else during my after care process. Everything about the experience was amazing and I will go back for Jess to change my septum ring once it is time, and possibly even get another piercing! If you are looking for a great place to go with reasonable prices and outstanding customer service, this is the place to go.

Not very happy with the guy who did my septum piercing. He was really cool to begin with but that night when I got home I was sitting on the couch and I felt the ball of the ring fall off. (No I wasn’t touching it) I tried my hardest to put it back on myself but it was just too small for my fingers. So I called the next day hoping he could put it back on for me, when I explained what happened he said in a pretty sassy tone that “the ball just screws right back on” like yeah I know that but clearly I need help since I can’t do it. And he pretty much said well I leave at 5 so I can’t help. Kind of in a tone of “oh well not my problem”. I had to call multiple other places to help me. And when I did, the new guy told me the first guy pierced me incorrectly and I had to get it re-pierced the next day.

Got 2 piercing here, guy was very informative and respectful and cool, gave me a discount for my first time in and Im thinking of stopping in again soon but for a tattoo this time. 😎

Have had multiple sittings for my leg piece. Always Clean and amazing atmosphere! The artists work is displayed on the walls. Has a nice professional but relaxed feel to the entire shop. You can tell that these guys are not only highly talented but that they also really enjoy what they do. Will definitely be back for more work!!

Spyder pierced my nipples and my medusa and did a great job and was able to causing only a little bit of the pain you’d expect. he takes his job very seriously and offered to come in on his days off when i had any concerns about my piercings!! definitely will be my number one choice if i was to get any more piercings

Got my ear lobes pierced. First off id like to say the piercer was very nice. But the jewelry he used was way to small and allowed no room for my lobes to swell; so when i woke up the next morning both of them were sinking into my ear. So i went to a different shop where they told me my left piercing was at an angle and back was going through my cartilage rather then my lobe. So i had to take them out. Total waste of 40$ also the receptionist was definitely high and kinda rude. So yah i hate leaving bad reviews but this was a pretty disappointing experience i felt i had to share.

Will never be going back here again. Went in to get my nostril pierced for the first time. When I got home the piercing was totally in my nose, digging into it, to the point where you couldn’t even tell I had gotten it done. I couldn’t clean it in anyway so I went to a different place to get it fixed. When I went to the other place they told me that they did my nose completely wrong. They put an earring into my nose instead of a nose ring and even put an earring back into my nose. The back was on way too tight, which irritated my nose. Thankfully I got it fixed, otherwise it would have been a lot worse. The staff was very friendly here, but they definitely don’t know what they are doing, at least for piercings.

I didnt have an appointment but showed up and was greeted with friendliness and reassurance. Lawrence was so thorough and educated about everything I need to know and prepare for and was very easy to talk to. The process was quick and simple and as painless as it could be. It will definitely be my place to return to for any and all piercings

Went to have my nose pierced. The place was clean, customer service was stupendous, and I was in and out within minutes. At first I thought it was The Flash that did it, but it wasnt. It was a piercer named Spider. Definitely would recommend and return for future services.

Huge shoutout to Spyder for fixing my nose piercing for me tonight! Had an incident with a dog earlier today and I have to catch a flight in the morning. I walked in and Spyder gave me peace of mind and fixed my nose right away! I was so relieved to find a place open on a Sunday night, and Spyder was super helpful and nice!

I searched up a place to get my tragus pierced and found this place. Came here couple days ago with my friends & wow, Spyder who did my piercing was super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. We even cracked a few jokes with the employees there. Overall, I was very satisfied with the place I chose for my tragus piercing.

I went here for a septum piercing and it came out horrible. I was told by the piercer that there was no such thing as a sweet spot that it was just a myth. If you look in it up the only spot to pierce the septum is the sweet spot. The piercing was super low. Low to the point where if you looked at me sideways you could see the whole ring it was in the lower cartilage part. When I went back and told him he seemed very offended that I would question him about it, but the piercing was totally out of place. I took it out waited a week and got it redone now it looks perfect. The piercer that redid it said that had I left it there there was a chance that it could of keloided, and that any person that pierces septums knows to look for The Sweet Spot and to only pierce it there. I can say one positive thing was that the piercer I had there had an awesome attitude on the day went to get the piercing he made me feel totally comfortable and seem to have a nice personality. I dont think really it was his fault I think he may be just didnt do septum piercings that often.Here is a photo 2 days after I got it done here you can see it is way to low

My friend and I went today for our first tattoos. Me being a total wimp and not entirely sure on my placement was probably annoying. Jose and our artist Jarrod were both super friendly and patient with us. The tattoos went great. If I ever decide to get something bigger I would absolutely return to maddtat2!

Came here to get a tattoo from Mic, came back a month later to get my industrial pierced by Spider. Both were such amazing experiences and I’ll definitely be back for anything I want done in the future. If you’re worried about going somewhere that’s clean & has people who know what they’re doing this is your place!

Clean, sanitary, professional artists! Very accommodating to the type of tattoo I wanted to have done. Had a memorial tattoo done to honor my son. We where able to put some of his professionally processed and sterilized ashes in the ink. This means a lot to me for there reason I can always have a physical part of him with me. I came into the shop last week to get a tattoo done. The dark haired girl at the counter was extreamly rude. My tattoo artist was very nice but, during my entire tattoo, the dark haired girl was in the room with us, and was staring at me giving me dirty looks the entire time. It was very uncomfortable as a female. I LOVED the shop, the artists, and my tattoo but, i did not appreciate the glares. I will not be returning while she is there.

My artist was Theo. He did a cover up for me on my back. That turned out absolutely amazing beyond what I thought a cover up could be. You cant even tell that its a cover up. His work is clean and his artistic abilities are awesome. I def recommend him to anyone looking for a great artist. I will be returning here for more work to be done.

I got my septum pierced here, and the process went very smoothly. It’s also very clean and welcoming.(I’m also underage so as long as you have parental permission you can get piercings)

Went in with a friend to get her piercing done. They noticed I had the wrong sized septum ring in that I had done somewhere else and Spider replaced it for free! Super friendly people can’t wait to start my sleeve there!

Me and a friend went in for peircings and they were botched and looked horrible! Not worth the excessive pain! I have had many tattoos and peircings and not hurt that bad! The peircer was also rude and too busy with his e cig! I asked several questions about jewlery and peircing procedures, he answered them poorly if at all. All im saying is i will never go there again, i would so advise no one goes there again! Spend the extra money and go to cowpok!!!!

I just went to this shop for a cover up and had a great time. Mark and Dennis were very professional, opened needles in front of me and told me about their sterilization process. Mr Tommy Mims at MaddTat2. Ive been coming to him for my tattoos for a few years now and I gotta say he never seizes to amaze me with his talent! I tell him what I am thinking and he creates a masterpiece beyond my wildest dreams. I get so many compliments on my tattoos that Tommy did. This last tattoo though. I told him I wanted a unicorn as a memorial for a very special person. He found a pic, I liked it and I told him as far as design and colors I was leaving it up to him. Every time I look at it I want to cry. He did such an astounding job! The detail, the colors, just everything about this piece blows me away! I couldnt have imagined this to be so beautiful! My girlfriend called before hand to ask if she could get a piercing. The person who picked up said yes and told us to come in. When we arrived after paying 40 dollars for an uber, The person at the desk told us the piercer left and to come back another time. Upset we wasted our time and money
