Indy Laser

I was incredibly disappointed with Indy Laser. I had a tattoo that I wanted removed. Upon my first visit they let me know that the sessions were variable but based on my tattoo, size and color it would most likely take 6 sessions. Fine, great. Let’s get started. 6 sessions and $500 later my tattoo looks no different. I had questions about the results each time I came in and was continually given one excuse after the next. Today I went for a second opinion at a different facility only to find out Indy Laser has since stopped providing tattoo removal treatments because “their laser is outdated and was not working.” Stay away. Do not be fooled the way I was.

My first experience with laser hair removal at Indy Laser has been great! All staff members have been very knowledgeable with addressing my questions and concerns. Everyone I’ve worked with has also made me feel welcome and comfortable, even when treating sensitive areas. Despite a higher price than some facilities, I would highly recommend this location for their cleanliness and expertise. They also frequently have great sales to help reduce the cost!

I purchased a package during the 60% off promotion they have in November which was much more affordable. I was totally happy with my purchase. The girls that work at Indy Laser are great. They make you feel very comfortable in what could be very uncomfortable situation. The treatments are so effective. I went from needing to shave twice a day for smooth legs to shaving once a month just to remove the blond ones that hang around. I went in with realistic expectations that I would still have some hair growth and that maintenance was required. It really is life changing. My husband agrees that it is worth every penny spent.

I’ve been going for stretch mark removal on my stomach area and it’s been great so far! I’ve done 2 treatments and have 1 more left and I notice them looking smaller and more smooth. Very happy and the staff is very friendly. It’s pretty much painless too.Update I ended up doing 3 sessions for stretch mark removal on my stomach and it was an amazing experience. Wonderful staff amazing results I feel so much more confident. I really want to do 3 more sessions soon.

I had gotten my full legs done and went through all the treatment and did everything they told me to. On my last session, the woman who had done the procedure told me that I would be able to get a free touchup if I still had regrowth after three months, I called and was told that I would have to pay even though I still had quite a bit of growth after going through all the proper steps. The people here are polite, but this seems to be a very money hungry business less focused on client care.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years. Amazing results, amazing prices. The ladies are so sweet too! They always know me when I come and have my paperwork ready ♥️ Deff the best med spa in Indy. I recommend Indy laser to everyone.

I received a Venus Legacy treatment from Debby. She is always so friendly and warm, but also very knowledgeable about the procedure and aftercare. Debby answered all of my questions & made me comfortable during the entirety of the procedure! I received laser hair removal on my armpits a few years ago from Debby(WHICH WAS AWESOME) & made sure my Venus Legacy treatments were with Debby as well!! I drive down to Carmel from Fort Wayne and the drive is 100% worth every mile! I LOVE Indy Laser!

Ive had such a great experience with laser hair removal at Indy Laser! I am in and out of there in just a couple of minutes, and the staff are always so nice. I dont feel pressured to buy the products, but the ones I have purchased through them are very high quality and work very well. With just one treatment I have noticed a 50% reduction in hair and frequency of shaving. In addition, the remaining hair is much softer. Indy laser is the best! The atmosphere is totally relaxed and professional. The girls do an excellent job at making sure everything goes smoothly. Ive never met any laser technicians as capable, friendly and knowledgeable as the girls here. I dont take pain very well but Lizzie got everything done so quick I hardly even noticed! Cant even explain how amazing this place is!

This business was recommended by my mother. I adore the ladies that I have met. The facility is clean and welcoming. The specials on the packages are legit. The services show results within the first few sessions. Appointments are convenient. Once you get in, you get seen quickly and get on with your day. Tracy Dixon is great. She is thorough in her work and very honest in answering questions. I tried two other laser centers in the past before Indy Laser and they dont compare. Been seeing Tracy for over a year and will continue to utilize her for my hair removal needs.

Ive had great experiences at this company. Ive used several lasers and some from two dermatology offices, but none have worked for hair removal as well as here (Ive had my underarms done 15 times before I came here). Also-- its WAY LESS PAINFUL with the cooling immediately after each zap. Melissa is amazing and explains the process and the aftercare thoroughly. Shes also super patient with my pain tolerance. I recommed coming here to all my friends and colleagues.

I have been a client for 1 1/2 years and could not imagine going anywhere else for my laser removal needs. The hours are very flexible, the staff works to accomodate nearly any schedule, and they are the picture of professionalism. Never making you feel self conscious or uncomfortable. She has been working in this industry for a little over 10 years and is very passionate about helping others! The times I have been there I have been very happy with the experience. There has been only one trip in which my visit felt a bit more awkward due to a quiet specialist who did not like to chat like I do. Not a deal breaker of course as they still treated me well. The specialists there are overall friendly and the treatments have been quick. Immediate results for my underarms that are only getting better as I continue my treatment plan. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who hates dark underarms and wants to stop worrying about how they look!

The results I have achieved from Indy Laser have been life changing. Shaving was a daily necessity (that could take 30+ minutes a day with sensitive skin issues) and I was still always left with unsightly bumps and razor burn, no matter how cautious I was. Wearing shorts or a bathing suit was something I avoided at all costs.I was referred by a friend to Indy Laser and initially went to treat my bikini and upper legs. The results were so amazing, I have returned for every other area of my body that has troubled me. I cant even express how dramatic the results have been! Purchased the hair removal service for my underarms and full legs about a year ago. Unfortunately, the hair came back. The hair isnt as heavy as what I used to have, but I really thought laser hair removal meant, I wouldnt have to worry about shaving any more. I still have to shave. Ive purchased two follow-up treatments for my underarms, but still have occasional regrowth. The technicians are very nice, but I feel like I got scammed out of a lot of money. If youre considering hair removal - I would not recommend Indy Laser.

I couldnt say enough fantastic things about the services I receive and the ladies that work at Indy Laser. They are always so nice to me. After more than 6 months of not seeing me, they remembered about my son and his condition (cystic fibrosis/gtube) and noticed physical changes with me. The customer service is superb. The services themselves work. The ladies make it a comfortable process and talk to you like youre their bestfriend at lunch. They also have great specials. I am very happy with the results thus far, and because of the treatment I get, I will be sure to be a frequent goer for a while.

Laser hair removal is more affordable and pain free than I thought. Had I known this, I would have gotten this done years ago. The only con is they dont offer financing, so for me, I had to do parts at a time versus doing it all at once. If you can get waxed, you can do this no problem. Quick, great service, and professional.

I have been using multiple services from Indy Laser and I have loved them all. I am having acne scars treated and three tattoos removed. The staff have ALWAYS been so nice and informative. They are great! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Great customer service, techs are knowledgable about their field and the business, results of my lower-leg laser hair removal have been beyond my expectations (altho just had last treatment today, so no info yet on long-term results). Getting older has it disadvantages, one of them happens to show in your facial features. Eyes begin to show bags ,wrinkle lines and dehydration in the skin. I inquired information about some of the things I should do to combat these issues from a dear friend Tracy .D who actually works in that department at Indy Laser . Tracy recommended a line of products that could solve my issues. I then started to use the products, thinking this stuff will never work . To my surprise I started seeing results after a few weeks I mean my bags under my eyes started disappearing, my skin felt and looked cleaner and softer. Thank you Tracy for introducing me to an awesome products, now I can spread this inspiration to another person whom may have the same symptoms and bring a smile to their faces . I just finished my third (of six) laser hair reduction treatment, and I have nothing but good things to say so far! The facility is clean, the employees are kind, and they werent pushy at all when I was trying to decide whether or not I wanted to do this. It is a big financial commitment, but Im really glad I took the plunge (and if you sign up for their email list, they frequently have really good deals!)As for the laser hair treatments themselves: they hurt. ESPECIALLY if you have a lot of hair. Dont kid yourself into believing the ads of the woman in glasses smiling blankly while she gets her armpits lasered; this is NOT a painless experience. However, it literally takes less than 10 minutes (for underarms + bikini), so its tolerable. Also, the more treatments you have, the less it hurts; and its SO satisfying to see the hair shedding in the shower 10 days later!

I love INDY Laser!! Say goodbye to razor burn and daily shaving! Tracy does an amazing job, she is also so fun and professional. Id recommend Indy Laser to anyone!

Updated: Just to mention again now that I have completed all of my packages and that I have been really pleased with the service and results of services performed by Tracy Dixon. Rating stands as 5*. For anyone considering LHR 4 laser hair removal requires 4-8 sessions to completely clear an area and if you have some blonde hairs it will not get those.Indy Laser has provided me with extensive Laser Hair Removal for feminization beginning in Nov 2017. The hair that I had caused me gender dysphoria for most of my life and removal of unwanted hair was profound in my self image. I have been extremely happy with Indy Laser and although they are not the first laser hair removal provider I have used, they definitely are the last and the most effective. I have purchase packages for face (Lip, chin), Underarms, Lower Arm, Upper and Lower Legs, Lower Back, Buttocks, and Brazilian from Indy Laser and the results are much better than I ever expected for my hair color of brown/blond mix. My laser hair technician is Tracy Dixon and she is so understanding and just a really caring person...I could not expect anyone better for my needs. I would consider her an ally for anyone who needs the services for feminization. At this point I am hair free in the areas I wanted except for very thin light blonde hairs. Since I had some on my face I have done electrolysis for the final few hairs. I am a happy woman!Update: about 1 year after all LHR, I do see a few dark hairs reappearing so perhaps occasional touch up may be required. Still its very minimal.I will mention one other company that I used and want to mention it only so that all will AVOID wasting your money for no results and that is ILAZ where I had some of the same areas treated with almost no results.I also will like to mention that Indy Laser technician Tracy Dixon along with owner Chris also wrote an extensive description of the packages I purchased for consideration by my insurance since I had a medical diagnosis I recently learned that my insurance would cover some of the costs.SincerelyErica D.

I had my first appointment yesterday at indy laser for a tattoo removal and this place is the best so far Ive had two tattoos removed at two other locations and they dont compare luckily I caught the special of 40% off (which btw doesnt happen at these kind of places ) and after I filled out my forms and paid I was immediately in the room to start the process and it was done less than 5 mins later. Indy laser has a great staff, friendy environment, and most importantly is the honesty something I couldnt get at the other two tattoo removal places. 5 stars for sure!!!

Everyone from the greeting staff to the consultation staff to the nurses to the doctor were very compassionate and very caring. The doctor was very honest about me with what to expect from my surgery and what could be removed and what couldnt be removed. I really appreciated the doctor being honest with me about the visceral fat versus the loose fat that was on top of it.

I usually have a great experience, but today not so much. I usually go in to have the area above my lip done - I noticed it hurt much worse today only to realize she had actually lasered the very top portion of my lip... its now burnt and swollen.

ZERO STARS! This place is awful!!!! And liars! They were saying that my refund check for 50% pre-paid package of 6 sessions ($1275) would go out on a certain day but it actually never did! I never actually got any service done there because something just didn’t feel right about this place so that’s why I requested the refund. I was advised by the owner that check would go out. Unethical business practice. I also tried to call but nobody would answer my calls. So I had no other option but to call my bank to dispute the charge. I would never EVER do business with these people. Lesson learned.

Unless you have a tattoo the size of a quarter, dont go here for laser tattoo removal. All they do is ice you, making the pain excruciating. Go to a dermatologist who is properly trained to numb you up.
