Anthony Guido is simply a consummate professional in every aspect. This was my first tattoo and as one would expect, it came with a lot of questions and a fair amount of anxiety. I spent a considerable amount of time vetting which artist I wanted to work with before choosing to work with Anthony. Anthony was not only an absolute gentleman, but he was also calming and reassuring, explaining to me that this was forever and there was only one chance to get it right and he wanted to be certain I got exactly what I wanted. He tweaked the artwork until we got precisely what I had pictured in my head and then went to work. He absolutely knocked the cover off the ball. If you are considering your first tattoo or adding to your existing work, you would do yourself well to reach out to Anthony.

I will not lie I was a little nervous trying out another artist.I was all set to go to a different place with some friends from work (still hesitant trying out a different artist that had done my others) whenAnthonys work just captivated my eye on Facebook. I had admired his artwork on other people I had seen in person as well.Seems like every-time I asked someone where they got there Tat from they said,Anthony from Mackenzie’s.I’m so glad I had the courage that day to send him a quick message and also to try a different artist for this piece. I had to wait a little bit for an appointment but I can certainly see why.After this experience I’d wait a year or more for him if I had to. It’s on your body forever.I absolutely love , love this piece! ❤️It didn’t hurt at all.Anthony is a really nice guy too, he is very professional and I felt totally comfortable. He is also quickly responsive.He even put me at ease when I walked through the door and got those butterflies in my stomach and said , “oh my gosh I think I’m nervous”.All I can say is I will definitely go back to him again.And I’m Mrs. Picky Pants too. This is my third watercolor tattoo by Anthony at MacKenzie’s and I highly recommend him. This guitar was to honor my dad who passed in March and Anthony took what I wanted and hit a home run. The time and attention to detail he puts into his artwork is incredible and his ability to listen to what the client’s needs are is just phenomenal. If it’s color you want he’s your guy.

Anthony is doing a full leg sleeve of horror characters on me. The amount of detail he puts into each piece is phenomenal. I couldn’t be happier with the progress we are making. He goes out of his way to get me in for a session as much as possible.

I went to Anthony at McKenzies based on my uncles recommendation. It was my first tattoo and I was hesitant given the commitment of what a tattoo was. Well, needless to say now I have three! Anthony is a beast , He not only Turned an absolute disaster that somebody else did into something great, he has also incorporated some great pieces into making What is ultimately becoming a great sleeve. He will advise you on what would look good what wont look good he really knows his art and I dont trust anybody else

Their heat was broken so it was really cold inside. They had portable heaters set up but it would have been nice for them to contact us to let us know before the visit. Overall very clean. Our tattoo artist was very quiet but he did excellent work! I would definitely return!

I was recommended this place by my friends husband. I am so glad he suggested I come here. I met with Samantha and had prior discussed to work on a coverup. I did not really even get into detail of what I wanted however she designed it for me. She was all ready when I came for my appt. Talented, prompt and professional. I LUV LUV LUV her!!! Worst tattoo shop Ive ever experienced. The owner cant even do solid line work. My friend ended up with a completely blown out a knuckle tattoo to the point of scarification. When the artist/owner Samantha was confronted about how poorly done the tattoo was she claimed it would sharpen up with time. Yea.. cause thats how tattoos work. Clearly she went way too deep. I personally wouldnt trust her to fix it. I dont know how the other artists are but hopefully theyre better than the owner.
