My wife and I went in and got horoscope tattoos and Raven did a wonderful job! She’s a talented and very professional artist. The overall experience was excellent and I would wholeheartedly recommend Raven to anyone wanting to get a great tattoo done. We definitely would love to use her again!

Ive been looking for 2 years for a tat design that said what I felt. I explained the concept to Alex and he showed me a custom design that was perfect. I absolutely love it and so does everyone who sees it. Hes is a true artist.The experience could not have been better, cool shop, nice people and good pricing. My tattoo artist was Raven and I LOVE HER!! She’s super accommodating and willing to work with you to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Everyone else in the shop is incredibly hospitable and welcoming. You are offered snacks, beverages, and all types of things to make you feel comfortable during your session. Robert Meyers is a great guy that loves what he does and it shows in all his works! Everytime I come to him I tell him my idea and let him run with it and his designs are always 10x better than anything I couldve come up with. His florals are top notch and I get constant compliments on the two tattoos I got done by him in 2018 and 2022! Im excited to have finally added a third one!

Jinx was super accommodating and knowledgeable. she provided extremely comfortable environment and was very professional. highly recommend her! she is so artistic and versatile in her styles of art. I got some fairy wings on my back today and love how they turned out!

I found this shop while I washing my car across the street one night. Website is easy to navigate and clear on how they operate. Sent a request form over for an appointment with Jinx. She got back to me very quickly and worked with me to get the appointment time and date that I wanted. I sent over pictures of inspirations for what I wanted and Jinx delivered 100%. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a laid back experience with no pressure at all ( and good music too). I will be returning for my next one!

Feel like Maggie took a look into my head and then into the future to create the perfect tattoo for me. My friends couldnt believe how easy it was to get an appointment for such a good tattoo for such a good price and neither could I!! The people here are sweethearts. Front desk even immediately read the poem I said my tattoo was based on and it made me happy. Its only been a few hours since I got this tattoo and already two of my friends are trying to make plans to book with Maggie xoxo

I had my very first tattoo (ever) done by Cohen. LOVED how the entire process worked with her. She was so accommodating and worked me in for my appointment. Cohen helped ease my anxieties and was super flexible/adaptable to a few tweaks I had during the process. As far as the tattoo itself, it is wonderful and exactly what I wanted. This tattoo means a lot to me and am thankful my path crossed with Cohen’s. What a bright future she has ahead of her! Thank you for the memory :). I’ll be back for sure.

I went to Apocalypse Girl tattoo about 2 weeks ago just woke up one day and felt that I wanted a tattoo. I didn’t know what I wanted so I called just to see if they had availability, they were able to get me in the same day and gave me the artists information! Cohen was so freaking sweet, professional, and fast replying. I told her I didn’t know what I wanted yet but I have been going through a lot and just gave her my emotional feelings. She literally sent me sketches of 3 tattoos right away and I immediately fell in love with all 3. I had a tattoo session 2 hours later the same day, she worked with me on pricing, very gentle work and extremely fast! I was so surprised when we were already finished. We even stopped for a second for a little snack. This tattoo shop is so friendly, professional and caring I even get my jewelry from them before my tattoos. I’ve been there three or four times already and had an amazing experience every time! I usually go to Raven for my very detailed and abstract complicated pieces since her line work is perfectly clean and shading very well places. I also love getting painted style tattoos by Cohen! They take their time and have a very upbeat welcoming environment. It’s such a great safe space! First two pics of reaper and daffodil were from Raven and the moth and butterfly from Cohen!

Took two 7 year old girls to get their ears pierced. Daniel coffin was great. He made each girl feel comfortable and safe, was very communicative, and gave good advice to the adults. It was a great experience even for the little kids.

Cohen and Alex did an amazing job on a matching tattoo me and my siblings walked in to get! Not only their work was amazing but they went above and beyond and were so attentive when I lost my bracelet I took off while getting tattooed and helped me look for it around the shop. Robert did an amazing job refreshing and making an old tattoo even better than the original (butterfly). Hes very professional and takes great pride in his work. He also did an original piece for me a year ago and I came back in for some touch up and shading that Id been putting off and he did that for no charge. Thats great customer service!

I sent Raven a copy of what I wanted and the font. Raven was very nice, she did exactly what I requested, and she was fast. She also helped me with the placement of my tattoo, which I love! The sun is a little bloody, but I am fresh out the shop!

Ravens work is absolutely amazing! Everything was very sanitary and organized, and she was super helpful when my husband was nervous about his first tattoo. Both of us love our new tattoos and will be back soon for sure. I have recommended her to multiple people so far!

Went in for a walk in today and luckily there was a cancelation so we were helped right away! Atmosphere was chill and comfortable and Elizabeth was so amazing! So nice, very quick and light-handed. Will be going back for my next tattoo!

I went to see Jinx after searching for an artist that could do fine line and dark canvases. She was extremely communicative and fast to respond the questions around scheduling and style. When I got in for my appointment she had a ton of options to pick from our initial discussion about what I was looking for. She made the entire experience quick and comfortable, checking in throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone I cannot recommend her enough!!

Maggie was super sweet and was a blast to work with. She did my first tattoo and it came out amazing! She is going to be doing my second line work in August. She is an apprentice currently but her skills are well developed with what she knows so far! She did a bunch of tattoos for my friends as well today! Highly highly recommend!

Apocalypse Girl Tattoos is amazing! They were recommended by a family member so I decided to give them a look. I stopped in to ask for a consultation for a gray scale, photo realistic back piece and Justin said Robert was the guy to do it, he was not wrong. I immediately made a connection with Robert during our consultation. Im 7 1/2 hours in and couldnt be happier. Robert is an amazing artist and made sure I was well taken care of during my visit. Robert was amazing! I had a tattoo that greatly needed re-doing and was able to revive it with great detail! He walked me through the process of what needed to be fixed and made sure that I was satisfied with any changes. Raven did me and my sisters first tattoo and we absolutely love them! We got matching tattoos and Raven helped us decide what style we wanted. Me and my dad both got two tattoos done by Maggie! She was really patient and made sure that we were comfortable. As this was my first time getting a tattoo, I had a very painless experience and the tattoos turned out beautifully! Looking forward to coming back to Maggie!(My only concern is that for the first two pics of tattoos, some of the smaller details seem to be fading? I’ve had these tattoos for about 1 and a half weeks and I’m not sure if that’s an issue on my part or if it needs to be filled in again. I’ve been cleaning them with antibacterial and unscented soap and using aquaphor to help moisturize the area as instructed. Please let me know if I have to take any further steps! I really like my tattoos and would hate for them to fade and ruin Maggie’s hard work)

My husband found Robert at a previous studio and I loved his work. I’ve been wanting a tattoo for 30 years and finally decided on a design. Robert worked with me for over an hour designing and tweaking the final product. I asked for orchids with my children’s profiles tied into them, a bright blue butterfly, Bible verse, and wheat. I went back to have it finished and have some color added to the flowers. Robert is incredibly talented, very thorough, beyond personable, and a genuinely good guy who runs a solid tattoo business. Highly recommend for demanding, dramatic, and first-timers like myself. 😂👌🏻😎

I got in touch with Raven a week or so ago about doing a surprise tattoo for my mom. When I called, I had a couple of questions and she answered all of them! She was very nice and very informative. This tattoo means a lot to my mom and Raven did an amazing job on it. As we were there, I also wanted my own tattoo and she had no problem Just doing it on the spot for me. I have gotten several tattoos now which I absolutely love, both amazing artist for me and my friends. I also got my helix done by tobie, who did a perfect job it healed in 2 months almost less. I plan on getting many more as this one heals. They always have amazing service and i would highly recommend coming here for all your tattoo and piercing needs!

We have been trusting Robert and Crew for years! The talent and professionalism is second to none, yet the shop has a comfortable family vibe. This is super important because youre there for a while and the conversation flows. Its like hanging out with good friends right away. All of the artists, especially Robert, really want you to be happy. They listen to what youre looking for but are also honest and then make other suggestions! They are aware that customers come in with an expectation and they exceed it! My son has had multiple original designs and they are all fantastic. While sitting there and speaking with Rob, who made it feel like we all had been friends forever, he spoke with me about my tattoo and ended up fixing it for me. It has gotten so many comments and the work he did for my boyfriend is out of this world. I just returned and had a tattoo done by Raven and she did a fantastic job, while also cleaning up another tattoo previously done at a different shop. Raven is an exceptional artist. I have spent around 20 hours in her chair and have had nothing but wonderful work from her. She has tattooed my ear, face, a 3/4 blackout sleeve and some amazing American traditional pieces on my leg. Will most definitely get tattooed by her again!

I always have a great experience here getting piercings.Unfortunately I can’t remember the names off the dome, but the gentleman piercer there (with the sick eye tattoo on the back of his head) is incredibly gentle and has given me the most painless experience I’ve had with any of my piercings. The lovely blonde woman with the cool ear stacks is also equally as wonderful.I plan to go back there for many more piercings! I am obsessed with my septum, nostril, and conch I’ve gotten here.

I’ve gotten tattoos by Rob, Jinx, and Cohen and they’ve all healed really well and I can’t wait for my future pieces with them!The last shop I worked for was an absolute nightmare, going from a place where you actually get screamed at, disrespected, and torn down, to a place like this is a dream come true. Rob goes above and beyond for his team and gave me a great opportunity to know what it’s like to have a team that cares about you and supports you. My son and I went in to get tattoos. The place is laid out nice, they are friendly and welcoming. My sons design was a little more invovled, and Robert got the design on his iPad and begin playing around with the design and made some great customizations. This is the first time Ive ever heard a tattoo artist get excited about a design. My son loved the changes and the tattoo came out wonderful. I had the fortune of working with Maggie, a young a very talented artist. My design was a little less involved, but it was intricate. Unfortunately, my image was fuzzy. She worked with it and had to redo some of it becuase of the quality of the photo I had. She did wonderful. I hope she remains in this occupation, she will definately do some good things. She was creative and very attentive to detail. I went in with what I thought was a mediocre design for a tattoo, and she turned it into a work of art. To me thats what a tattoo is, its a collaboration. You tell the artist what youre looking for and they use their talents to turn it into a piece of art. This is a great studio; the owner is a great person to talk with, and the staff makes you feel welcome. I am going back for more.

Bad vibes all around. I came in once and the receptionist / piercer had their underage sister at the host stand and spent the entire time dancing. The owner ,who is oddly enough a man(the shop name?), shouts across the place for people to take out trash and tries to interject in every single conversation. Creeped me out. *my appointment was in April*This is a recount of my experience at this shop. This is a true review. My tattoo was great but that artist is no longer with this shop for whatever reason. I stand by my review & the strange experience and how incredibly unwelcoming this shop was.

Robert is amazing! Hes done multiple pieces on my brother and his work and professionalism are top tier. The atmosphere and vibe of the shop are also worth noting. You feel very comfortable and right at home right when you walk in the door.

Excellent experience, I couldn’t be happier! Maggie did exactly what I was hoping for! Her line work is precise and steady, and she easily understood the concepts I was looking for with no confusion. (I asked for uneven lines in the first picture, as it was accurate to the reference photo.)

Since March I’ve had two appointments. The first one I showed up and the tattoo artist put me down for the wrong day, told me she would reach out to reschedule me, then never did. The second appointment I had was with another artist and three days before my appointment she reached out to change the day because it was going to be too busy. When I wasn’t able to go from a weekend to a weekday she asked me if I would be comfortable with going to someone else because they might have something available that day. So both times I had an appointment I wasn’t able to get my tattoo. I don’t know how people run a business like that.

Got a same day appointment with Robert and it could have not gone better and my tattoo turned out amazing!! Thank you!! Will come again.

My coworker had sent me Ravens info after she had received her first tattoo. The work Raven did on my coworker was beautiful. I quickly set up a time for a consultation. When meeting Raven for the first time, she was very sweet, kind and a wonderful listener. For my first tattoo she put something together that represented my son. And a week later I found myself sitting in her chair getting my tattoo. She was quick but precise and very light handed. Made my first experience feel as if it was nothing and the “pain” everyone talked about wasn’t there. I’m glad to say I’ll be going back to her and only her for any future pieces! Got two tattoos here. One was a walk in and the other was scheduled. When I tell you this is a goooood shop, I mean it. Chill atmosphere, professional artists, and welcoming reception. Best tattoo experience yet! I wasn’t happy with other locations in the area, then I stumbled upon AGT. I had very specific ideas of the work I wanted, and Robert nailed it. I got 2 tattoos, one was a cover up. The first, was a paw print from my dog. I trusted Robert’s artistic perspective on keeping it as natural as possible, rather than cleaning up some of the hair that interfered with with print. The second, was from a photograph I took of a monarch butterfly. This one covered a tattoo that wasn’t done well by a different local artist. Robert did an incredible job not only covering the old design, but nailing the concepts I wanted. I plan to get on the schedule again ASAP to work with Robert on my 3rd design!

As always, such a wonderful experience. The whole team here is so fun to be around and there’s constant laughter while you get your tattoo done. Raven is my girl for my tattoos and does a wonderful job ensuring you are taken care of every step of the way. Robert Meyers did an absolutely beautiful job on my tattoo; he designed and fit the tattoo to exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a Mama bat and Baby bat similar to Stellaluna to represent my relationship with my daughter with a quote from another one of my daughters night time story books. I asked for a few extra gothic elements to make it more like my personality and he did exactly that. The drawing itself was absolutely stunning and it took my breath away when I saw it on his tablet. Seeing it tattooed on my body was even more stunning - way more beautiful, meaningful, and lovely than I was even expecting. He did it in amazing time and charged fairly for such a beautiful tattoo. Robert Meyers and all of the other artists at this location are beautiful people and the store has a lot of character and personality in itself. They all made it such a great experience. Yesterday I went to Cohen for two fine line script tattoos, one that is a copy of my grandmothers handwriting (see pics) and I was incredibly disappointed. The atmosphere is great and the girls are nice but the line work is terrible. In both tattoos the lines are shaky. The princess tattoo the line thickness is uneven and the letters are spaced apart unevenly (not like the stencil she used.) The one on my arm, the letters aren’t the same as my grandmothers…like just zoom in on “Love” and you’ll have a heart attack. Incredibly shaky and not at all what Cohens portfolio looked like.Very disappointed and now I have to pay to get both tattoos covered up by someone else. Not to mention it throws off the whole tattoo plan I had. FYI this is not my first fine line tattoo.Only reason I gave 2 stars is because Cohen refunded me. But that doesn’t fix the permanent mistake on my body.The work on the website is very deceiving. The work that’s on my body looks like a new apprentice did it.

This was my very first place and I was referred to apocalypse girl tattoo from my neighbor who recently had gotten a tattoo here. Olivia was amazing, although I feel like I bugged her with a million questions prior to my appt. Can’t wait to see how my tattoo looks all healed. Already considering a second one in the near future

I got a tattoo from Maggie, they drew it up for me and were very friendly and knowledgeable! Gave after care instructions and was professional during the whole tattooing process!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great outcome. I got a few sticker arm tattoos from Olivia that healed blown out, fuzzy, and bad lines overall after a month. I have 20+ other tattoos from various shops and have never had this problem. These are on my arm and now I have to get them covered up after Summer by a professional.

Went in feeling so nervous for my first tattoo, but the ENTIRE place made me feel comfortable and right at home. Justin was my artist & he did amazing! I am so inlove with my tattoo. Robert, the receptionist (I don’t remember her name) and the scheduler ( don’t remember her name) we’re all amazing too. They talked to us and watched the superbowl with us and made us ( my friend and I) feel right at home. I chose Robert to create my first tattoo based on his bio, artwork, and experience. Robert is an incredible artist and person. The shop is friendly, welcoming, and clean. He makes you feel comfortable with his ease and confidence. I started a large tattoo at Apocalypse Girl Tattoo. The shop is very clean and is well maintained. The artists were all working on clients, however even when producing specialized artwork they maintained a conversational workplace. They have really fostered a supportive team that acts in the best interests for the clients. I still have more work to get finished, but for my first session I’m quite happy and enthusiastic to see my piece get completed. My piece is a collaborative piece with my overall vision and the artists artistry. I recommend Apocalypse Girl Tattoo!

The shop was clean and welcoming, and Raven did a great job, from initial conversation getting scheduled down to the actual tattoo. Shes a very talented artist, and does excellent line work.

During my first visit at this shop I felt so comfortable and welcome. I have tattoos but had yet to establish a “home” shop in the triangle (where I’m a student). When I first came across Olivia’s instagram page I immediately fell in love with her style. Upon meeting her, it was an instant click! Even though we didn’t spend too much time chatting- it didn’t feel like we had to. I usually don’t like to talk much during tattoo appts as I find them relaxing, and even without communicating this, I felt like Olivia knew exactly how to be personable and professional. I’m so excited to book again, and even more excited for where Olivia’s career takes her!

Rob is an amazing artist. He took my concept and turned it into an amazing sleeve art. Now we are working in my next two. I spent 4 months researching artists in the RDU area, and I will not use anyone else for ink.

Amazing experience! Aubrey was really sweet and brought my tattoo idea to life! I was nervous about getting color in my tattoo with brown skin, but I trusted the professional!
