EL ZORRO TATTOO and piercing

Fantastic experience! This was my first piercing in almost 20 years, and I was a little nervous. Ronald was super professional, and patiently answered my (many) questions. He sterilized the earring in a fancy machine while he double checked all measurements and sterilized the piercing area. He ensured that I was aware of what was happening and had the opportunity for feedback every step of the way. It was a painless process and the piercing looks great!The shop is inside a larger studio with a variety of other estheticians and cosmetic services, but it was very easy to locate the El Zorro studio. It was clean and tidy, and all the supplies were amazingly well-organized (it has inspired me to clean out and reorganize all my drawers at home!), 😅 and all medical items were in in sterile packing. The shop is on the smaller side, but its just perfect for one customer at a time.They offer a variety of other similar services (body piercing, tattooing, permanent makeup, scar coverage, etc.) and I would definitely go here for any future needs. I was impressed with the amount of posted information available (including charts that show the level of pain for various piercing locations!). After my piercing I received verbal guidance plus a take-home handout with additional details.Ronald is very tech-savvy and it made my appointment so much easier. Before my appointment he was very communicative, responding via text about a question I had prior to making my appointment. The website was great and made it super easy to make an appointment, pay for my service, and to research details about my service (and other services I might be interested in getting done in the future). There were helpful photos and videos on the Instagram page (essentially the customer portfolio). I even received email and text reminders about my appointment so I wouldnt forget, and I could easily add the reservation to my calendar with just the click of a button.Thanks for a super easy and excellent experience! I would highly recommend to anyone needing any of their services!

My daughter and I had such a great experience getting our nose pierced together! I will definitely be back for future tattoos! Very professional and knowledgeable! The establishment was very clean! I would definitely recommend that you stop by and check him out.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Ronald was warm and professional with me and my teen. Her ears needed repiercing after a botched pediatrician job years ago. The scars are still there so we were both anxious about placement. (The first ones when she was little were not placed in the correct spots). Ronald was incredibly patient as we asked to see again and again the dots he marked on her lobes and move them a teeny bit one way or another while he kept measuring and explaining. He was helpful and deferential at the same time. He reassured me that I wasn’t meddling too much when I apologized for meddling. Haha. We are both so very pleased with the end result, his extreme professionalism and his kindness. Personally, I also appreciated his price point. He’s got you! Thank you Ronald.

Amazing experience! My 8 year old got her ears pierced and Ronald was so patient, kind, and friendly. She was completely at ease, which is a shock because she usually freaks out about shots. Mom also got a tattoo and it turned out wonderful. We had the best day and if you need a nice, safe, clean place to get a tattoo or piercing, we 100% recommend!

He was so kind, professional and I got my nostril pierced, this is the 3rd time I’ve gotten it pierced. 1st time by him, I’ve never had such a pain free, quick and easy experience. I didn’t even have the little tear that usually comes down. This was an amazing experience and definitely going to him for all my piercings now.

Highly recommend El zorro!!!I recently got my rook pierced and Ronald was patient , kind and professional !Initially I was going to get my daith pierced but he took the time to show me each spot on my ear so that I could visualize how the piercing would look .I went with a rook piercing based on our thorough consultation and his suggestion.He was also extremely gentle and talked me though the entire process .He sanitized everything and made sure that I was comfortable and ready before he began .If you want a piercing … this should be your” go to spot”!!!!Can’t wait to go back !

I cannot explain enough about how excellent my experience was at El Zorro Tattoo. Ronald was Professional, methodical, and prepared. He explained everything as he did it, was competent, and it was minimally painful. The last time my nipples were pierced it was painful, it was unprofessional, and ultimately resulted in them having to come out. Not the case here! I was in and out in 15 minutes with aftercare instructions and my new piercings. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a piercing. 6 out 5 stars!

Loved this little private studio! Ronald is very kind and professional, and keeps the space very clean! He does both tattoos AND piercings, which I thought was really cool! I went in to get some help switching my jewelry, and I was out in less than 20 minutes! It was a great way to be introduced to the studio and I will definitely be going back for future needs!

Had a wonderful and educational experience about my piercings and explained the problem with my piercings. Piercing experience: Ronald did an amazing job with my daughter’s ear piercing. She had no swelling or pain after the piercing. He also explained her very well about the after care.Tattoo experience: I got my tattoo redone because it was fading. Ronald went above and beyond and enhanced the current design to make it look even better. He also provided after care kit with full instructions.

Just got my nipples pierced. Very professional,clean and fast. Very good and informative. Like it felt like a hard pinch. But it was very bearable. First of all, Ronald is very responsive with every method of communication (email, text, etc), and has his schedule laid out online to book. The place itself is very easy to find within the Phenix Salon Suites, parking spots right in front of his shop. Great experience with piercing ears (very clean, sterile, one use tools, needle method, and we opted to use his medical grade titanium labrets with flatbacks). Hell address any question or concern you have. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

My daughter and I got our ears pierced. It was a convenient location and Ronald was very nice. My ears were already pierced but I hadn’t worn earrings for years. He managed to get earrings in my ears without having to pierce them. My daughter had a negative experience at Claire’s a year ago so we tried again with a piercer that uses needles instead of the gun. It was a better experience and she will likely go back to get second piercings in her ears in the future.
