Such a great experience this evening! Our 6-year-old begged us to let her get her ears pierced before she starts school this week. I researched a few places, but this one really appealed to me even though it looked like the cost was a bit higher. That being said, it was a GREAT choice and was well worth the price. I was pleased that they had plenty of same-day appointments available. We still had to wait a little bit when we got there because they were super busy (totally understandable!), but in total we were only there 40 minutes, which I found REALLY impressive. Even more impressive was just how NICE and patient everyone was. Leyla (hopefully spelling that correctly!) was the one who pierced my daughter’s ears and she was absolutely wonderful. Ashley jumped in to help her so that they could pierce both ears at the same time, which was very helpful — I love that they do it that way. They were so quick and efficient that my daughter didn’t even cry. They spoke to her so gently and kindly the whole time. The entire staff was wonderful and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

They were so great with my little girl. Very patient and kind. I love that its all women working and that its Woman owned! Layla and another girl did the piercings. I wish I knew both of their names! I will be back when Im ready for more piercings.

Amazing experience! I had my ear pierced about 6 weeks ago, and I lost the back of my earring in the shower. I was able to get in 2 days later as a walk-in so I could get my earring replaced before the hole started to close. They were more than willing to allow me to come in when I could, to have this done with no issues. My wait was not long at all, and I am back on track to healing! I would absolutely recommend them for your piercing needs!

Tee is absolutely amazing. I had an appointment to get my ears pierced and I brought my daughters with me. I was nervous because I havent had my ears pierced for a long time. Tees confidence and demeanor put me at ease. She walked me through the process before the piercings, and gave me thorough aftercare instructions afterward. I am thinking of getting my nose pierced next and if I do then Ill definitely request Tee as my piercer! The process was very smooth and easy. I very much recommend her.

Ashley pierced both my granddaughters ear and mine. We had a helix done for our birthdays. Ashley was wonderful, taking extra time explaining everything and even helped us decide exactly where to place the piercing. I highly recommend going to Bellas for piercings. Thanks again.🙂

First, let me say everyone there was extremely friendly. We went in yesterday. My daughter and granddaughter and me. Ashley pierced both my granddaughter and daughter. She was very patient and friendly. Both ears were done at the same time for my granddaughter and me. I had Lena as my piercer. I think they were running late because they were so patient with us. Oh, and the checkin, checkout girl was also great at the front counter, but I didnt get her name.

I took my 14 year old to get pierced by Jenna yesterday and I was so happy with our experience. I know nothing about piercings and Jenna so was informative and helpful. She explained the healing process, the aftercare instructions and gave us a play by play on what she was going to do during the piercing and why. My daughter was pretty nervous, but said that Jenna made her feel more at ease. We will definitely be back when she gets the other side done.

I came from out of town and trusted their business based off of previous reviews, after getting pierced I’m so upset that they aren’t closer to home because I would come here every time I decide to get another piercing! Jenna and Tee tag teamed my piercing and they made the experience so enjoyable, they were both very professional and kind. They made sure they took their time to not only do their best work but make sure they walked me through the process, educate me on everything, and make sure I was comfortable. We had such a great experience at Bella! My 6 year old got her ears pierced for the first time and everyone was so good with her! Enthusiastic and welcoming and made the experience so much fun! Definitely recommended them, especially for young kids!!

Excellent place to pierce a wild toddler!! I always had mom guilt about not piercing my 3.5 yr olds ears when she was a baby but I found Bella Piercings with their Princess Package and booked her along with my infant (6 mos). Lena was sooooo professional gentle, just what a toddler needs. She noticed my toddlers earlobes were not the same size and made sure they look best when looking at her face straight on which honestly looks fantastic now days after. My infant also looks fabulous as ever. They are both healing very well with their aftercare instructions. Thank you Lena & staff!!

I got my rook pierced my Ashley and she did a great job! She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions about the healing process. The piercing process was super easy and I love my results! I’ll definitely be back in the future :)

Leyla did a great job today with my daughter. She made her feel very comfortable and I LOVE that they did tandem piercings- that made it so much easier with a 2 year old. Check in was simple (we were a walk in), they had so many jewelry options, and were very patient with our questions and explaining after care. Overall, we had a great experience. I will definitely go back.

Ashley was amazing! I decided to get adventurous and add several piercings at once. She did my third lobe piercings, a daith and a conch piercing. The discomfort was expected and absolutely manageable! She talked me right through the process. So kind and professional! Thank you!!

I took my 4 month old baby here back in March and was so happy with the experience. Ashley was the one who did the piercing for her and she was great. She explained everything very well and made us feel comfortable! Highly recommend!

Paige was wonderful! Highly recommend her for piercing. She was very relaxed and made my son feel at ease! She was extremely conscious of keeping a clean piercing station. My son even noticed that after she picked something up from the floor, she immediately changed her gloves. She was wonderful!

Lena did a great job re-opening my 2nd hole lobe piercings. She made me feel at ease and told me everything she would be doing in a calm manner. She gave me her opinion about which studs I should pick and answered all of my questions patiently. I would recommend her and Bella Piercings!

I stopped into Bella Piercings to get a previous ear piercing reopened. The front desk staff was so nice, helpful, and welcoming! I didn’t have an appt but they got me right in. I wanted to come here since they specialized in piercings and I felt more comfortable here rather than going to a tattoo parlor. I also like that they don’t use a piercing gun and they use a needle instead. Ashley did my reopening for me. She did an amazing job and was both friendly and professional. She made the process painless and even when she said I might feel pressure, I didn’t feel any! Would highly recommend Bella Piercings!

My almost 6 year old daughter has been asking to get her ears pierced for over a year. I wanted to make sure I took her somewhere that would be clean and safe so it would be done correctly. After seeing recommendations for tattoo parlors, I stumbled across Bella Piercing. I made an appointment for the same day and I am so happy with my choice of locations. We were greeted by friendly employees by a bright, nice looking shop. Frankie was chosen to pierce my daughters ears and she was so friendly and personable. It was clear shes used to working with kids because she talked to my daughter, made her feel welcome, made her feel comfortable, and explained every step of the piercing to her. The earrings look great and I was so pleased with every step of the process. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to get a piercing.

If you are taking a child to get their ears pierced for the first time this is definitely the place to go! They always have two people to pierce at the same time but my daughter pulled away at the last minute and they only got one done. Paige, our piercer, could not have been more patient and helpful to calm down my hysterical 6 year old so that we could get the other ear done! After the whole ordeal, which took an hour, my daughter is thrilled with her ears and I am so thankful for all the staff at Bella!! I will be coming back to Paige when my younger daughter is ready too!

I went in today with my almost 3yo. She was nervous but I reassured her and she excitedly picked out her earrings. The lady at reception was wonderful, helpful and explained things very clearly. We went through all the paperwork and waited to be called. When we got back there, the piercer asked my daughter to climb in this giant chair. She (the piercer) seemed nervous and uncomfortable. It definitely transferred to my daughter as she explained the next steps. She brushed my daughters ear a little and my daughter flinched. The piercer stopped immediately and said if she cant sit perfectly still then we wont be able to pierce her today. It was very cold and not reassuring to either of us. I got down on my daughters level (something the piercer never did the whole time we were there) and explained to her what she needed to do. Then the piercer tried to use an example of freezing with Elsa, but my daughter has never seen Frozen. She towered over my daughter and said Do you wanna get your ears pierced today? And my daughter couldnt answer. So she dismissed us. It was a huge waste of time and gas. I wish they couldve tried to make her feel a little more comfortable before sending us away. I recommend waiting until your child is older or going elsewhere, or maybe get a recommendation for a piercer. We wont be back.

Very nice and clean location. All the workers were very nice . Our piercer Ashley was super friendly and made the experience more enjoyable. I was getting my four month olds ears pierced so I was nervous. Ashley was quick and precise.I definitely recommend this location .Only thing negative I would say is that this place is a little pricey. I didn’t like that the website didn’t have prices and I didn’t know till I arrived .It was $75 for the piercing and $75 for a jewelry upgrade. They only had two silver balls to pick from if you didn’t want to buy a jewelry upgrade. I also had to buy their ear cleaner that was $15. Other places give the cleaner for free.

Absolutely loved the vibe in there! i went for a jewelry change i was in and out really quick. All the employees had great customer service! I had Tee help me with my jewelry change and she was amazing, funny and had such a fun vibe! 10/10 would recommend. love that it’s women owned and operated.

I reccomend this place. I came here with my mom to get our nose pierced and I love it. The person who pierced our nose was Jenna. She did an amazing job. She throughly explained on how we should clean it and how long it would take to heal. This being my first piercing I was really scared but she made it less scary for me. You should definitely do business here. 🥰

This place is honestly the definition of a hidden gem! I’ll be going here from this point on, for EVERY piercing. My husband & I took our daughter here for a nose piercing on her 12th birthday (they were able to get us in the SAME MORNING I called!!). Not only was Lena one of the nicest people I’ve met but she also helped talk our daughter through her fears, she also told us about the different sizes as far as the gauge and the perfect sized nose ring gem as well! I don’t think this could’ve been any better of an experience! Seriously LOVE this place, the people and the ambience is beyond what you’d imagine! It’s such a gorgeous, CLEAN, cute little shop.

Came in just to have a consultation done because I’ve been dying to get a new piercing but honestly had no idea what might fit well with the piercings I already have, and what would work my ear anatomy. Saw Jenna and she was AWESOME. She gave several piercing options and multiple placement options based on what she thought would work with my ear shape and what I said I was interested in. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be going back for a couple new piercings soon.

I had an amazing experience at Bella piercing today. I took my little girl in to get her ears pierced today before her 1st birthday and everyone was so nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful with helping me pick out jewelry for my baby! & Jenna the piercer was precise , very professional and educated us about the piercing and aftercare, she was super nice did her job very well. Thank you guys for such a great experience!

Patiently waited here for an hour and a half- just to be met with a very obviously frustrated woman telling us she doesn’t feel comfortable doing one of the piercings. Not being accommodated wasn’t the problem- things happen and that’s ok. Communication as well as professionalism is important though and I felt not letting us know before we waited in the lobby for over an hour that she didn’t want to do it, was very inconsiderate of our time. She then immediately was very negative about the other piercing she had to do - and it showed and made my sister so uncomfortable that she didn’t get it. The customer shouldn’t feel like you don’t want to be there or perform the service. I kindly brought up a future recommendation of letting the customer know ahead of time and was met with clear aggravation- and no apology. Upon leaving I was told by another employee that “There is only two of us working. We are very stressed.” Which is also understandable- but the lack of communication and customer service skills very much showed. “Sorry you had to wait for an hour and a half to be unaccommodated- We are very busy and stressed” Would’ve gone a long way! (Or simply just saying no to the services from the start if you were too busy we would’ve been happy to come in another day.) Your time is valuable, but the customers time is valuable as well- thanks!

Had a great experience here this past weekend. I went with some friends and we were all able to go back together. The ladies at the front were very helpful with explaining types of metals, pricing, and answered all of our nervous questions. I had Lena as my piercer, and would recommend her! She explained everything thoroughly, and helped me pick the best placement for my flat. I also had my nose done as well. She was quick, but gentle and I appreciated how she explained what I was likely going to feel as she was going through the process. Enya (I think was her name) was also fun to have back with us as well, as she was taking some quick pictures for social media. Overall a great experience across the board!

Took my infant daughter here to have her ears pierced and they had a mommy and me sale going on so I got mine pierced too for 50%, perfect timing! All of the ladies were extremely pleasant, educating and professional. I’ll absolutely be returning.

Took my daughter today for her very first ear piercing, the piercer Ashley was amazing with her! Super patient and helped my daughter relax a ton before and after the piercing. The atmosphere was amazing and the shop was so clean! 100% will return when she’s ready for another.

I went for my birthday and the atmosphere was the best!! Everyone was super sweet and professional, and the girls up front helped me choose a great pair of earrings. In addition, the place was elegant and smelled really nice. When it was time to get my piercings, a conch and a flat, I was really nervous because I was alone (fun fact! I have a fear of needles). But Paige, the body piercer, made me feel super comfortable, she was so kind and she didn’t judge me for crying. She even let me hold the squishy toy to help me relax, after she finished I was given a glucose gummy because I was really nervous. The checkout process was quick and they gave me a discount for my birthday ! Overall, great experience!! I recommend.

This place is awesome. A very comfortable feeling when you go in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lena was my piercer. She was amazing and knew exactly what to do. Made me feel extremely comfortable and told me everything that was going to happen and how it would feel. This was my first time going there and my first time getting my helix done on both ears. We took my daughter for her birthday to get her ears pierced, so this was her first time ever. Ashley did a fantastic job. She explained everything she was doing and made sure my daughter understood and was ok with the process (as well as a 5 year old could). They had someone come in to help so they did both ears at the same time. I also had my holes reopened and that was such an easy painless process. We will definitely return for any future piercings!

Went here to my navel done, in the past I’ve had it done incorrectly and it was not straight was so ever. When I came here it was amazing experience. Very very clean and also very cute. Jenna did my piercing and went over my anatomy with me. Talked me through every step. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We drove from the other side of Columbus just to come here and it was completely worth it! Paige and Ashley did amazing with our group of nervous girls! Every one we met that worked there was so kind. Such a cute, inclusive , and clean place! It was such a great first piercing experience for the girls and we will be back.

I have not had anything pierced since I was 17. I was nervous about getting my nose pierced. Jenna was amazing and explained everything. It didn’t even really hurt! The entire staff was very helpful ❤️

Bella is my go to for all of my piercings. I recently stopped in to get a helix piercing. It was done by Ashley. She was amazing! She was super helpful, informative, and made me feel at ease. The rest of the staff Was super friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience.

Overall experience 9/10. The shop was very clean and all of the staff were very welcoming. I had my girls and my nose pierced and my piercer Jenna talked me through the entire process. She was very informative and made sure to let me know everything she was doing when she was doing it. After each piercing she asked how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Only thing I would recommend changing would be to change the location of doing discrete piercings. Felt very awkward having my girls out and right on the other side of the curtain was other people with children who at any point could just move the curtain. Also doesn’t help you relax when there is a screaming baby pretty much 3 foot from where you’re being pierced( nothing against anyone nor any shade being thrown kids obviously cry when having their ears pierced) it just definitely didnt help my already high nerves lol. But overall great experience would highly recommend especially to the women who are like me and have wanted this done for so long but didn’t feel comfortable having a male do it. This shop is women only which makes the experience even better. Thank you everyone especially Jenna !

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were amazing from start to finish. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and the way they catered to making sure she was comfortable and allowed her to help pierce her baby dolls ears so she knew the process was absolutely amazing. Beyond happy with my experience and my little girl loves her new piercing.

Ashley was amazing with these two girls! This was my 4 year old’s second visit. She had to get one ear redone last year after one of the earrings she had pierced at the mall (awful experience with a gun jam) got infected and came out and they were so good with her then! Today she had the other one redone since it also fell out months ago. She was super brave and Ashley was great with her! It was my older daughter’s first time and she did great too! I will always recommend Bella’s!

We went to have my infant and teenage daughters ears pierced together. First, my teenager got her lobes pierced by Paige and Jenna. They were both super patient and explained what would happen and how to clean them to her. Next, Jenna pierced my 4 months old lobes. She did them one at a time while my husband held her. Jenna thoroughly explained the process and made sure that we understood each step and what to expect with a little one. Both were absolutely amazing and I have already recommended them to my friends that also have babies or younger children!

I took my daughter here for her first ear piercing. They did an excellent job and everything was very clean. I paid for the Baby Bella package and the girl who was taking the pictures worked so hard to get cute pictures. While I waited to get my daughter’s piercing, I decided to get my nose done, too. My piercer was Jasmine and she made us both feel very comfortable. She was also talking with my baby to help cheer her up as well. I would definitely recommend.

We decided to wait until my daughter expressed she wanted to get her ears pierced but today was the day she finally got them done! Bella Piercing was recommended to me by my cousin who also had her daughter’s ears pierced there and I am so happy with how everything went. My daughter was obviously nervous but the staff did amazing at keeping her mind off of what was to come and they made sure to explain everything that they were doing before they did it. It was also really nice that they offer two piercers to do them at the same time. We were worried she would only end up with one ear pierced, so it was a relief when that was an option.I would definitely recommend this place to ANYONE looking to get pierced. It was very clean and kid friendly! They had a second person piercing, to my relief, for my 7 year old to pierce both at once. They were very good and explained everything to her level. I loved that I could book online.

Had my Travis pierced in September, went back in February to have the jewelry changed. Both visit were easy and flawless. I also had my nose pierced spring of 2021. Very clean establishment, when my daughter decides to pierce her ears this is where I plan on taking her. Jenna did my latest appointment was very thorough and explained everything to me.

I got my ears pierced by a trainee named Tee. She did an amazing job and she was extremely sweet. I loved the atmosphere, it was very cozy and I wasnt as nervous about getting my ears pierced after I went into the building.

I got my earlobes pierced today at Bella Piercings as a birthday present to myself! I’m turning 80 in a few days. The Shop is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff are all very helpful. Jenna did my piercing and did a fantastic job. It was virtually painless and the placement was perfect. There were several young children getting their ears pierced and I didn’t hear any signs of distress. I highly recommend this business.

Just took my daughter to get her ears pierced this last weekend. The place was clean and it was nice that it was kid inclusive, small chairs and some busy toys in the waiting area. They also have a cute little photo op set up for when you’re done. Everyone was pretty nice. Paige was our piercer. She did a good job with explaining the whole process to me and my daughter. My daughter’s favorite part was the confetti balloon she got afterwards! I would definitely recommend this place if asked where to go for kids.

I have never had a bad experience here until today which is why I am putting 3 stars because it’s not fair to rate one poor experience while ignoring the other great encounters. However, after how I was treated today… I am hesitant to go back. I literally went in to buy two new earrings and walked out with nothing. The piercings I wanted replaced were both done here. I was buying new jewelry… or planning to.Back story, I have my conch pierced. I wear a head set all day for work so it has to be a flat back stud. The piecing fell out and all I had was the original hoop I had it pierced with so I just put that in as a place holder until today so I could pop in. She said she wouldn’t do it because it’s too swollen. It’s swollen because my earring fell out. I had to put a hoop in it…..then wear a headset all day. Then she said the piercing was tearing…. When it’s the imprint from the hoop from you guessed it, my head set. I left there with a loss for words.

I had the most experienced and best piercer LEYLA ! Such a great person and so calm. I got a nose and belly piercing for a great price . She was gentle and walk me through the whole process . Staff were super friendly & helpful . I came in as a walk and i was out in less than 30 minutes! All women staff and piercers which made me feel really comfortable!

Just made 2 visits to Bella in the last couple days. The first time I had Lena change out my jewelry to retainers (for a CT scan). She did an awesome job with it- in and out, like a ninja! And then today, I had Leyla switch my retainer pieces out for my original jewelry. Unfortunately she got tasked with the difficult piercing, that is my daith! We had to taper it to get my original jewelry back in and it was a bit painful, but Leyla was so sweet and gentle! I would definitely recommend coming to this studio. I had a good experience with everyone there, and they made me feel super comfortable! Plus, not to mention how freaking cute their studio is! I love it. Its perfect for a first timer getting their first piercings! Thanks for helping a girl out, ladies!!

Very upset my niece was getting her first piercing. She got her nose pierced and I got my tragus done. We paid an extra $60 to have the jewelry with the diamond two weeks later. Mine fell out on a Sunday which here was closed so I went to Claire’s and bought some jewelry and had my friend put it in that one eventually came out to when I said something About it I was told piercings come out but this is my 19th piercing I’ve had and I’ve never had an issue when I first get something done so then my nieces came out in her nose. We drove 45 minutes away to put a hoop in her nose, so it wouldn’t close well it is closed and she has to wait 4-6 weeks to get it redone sucks we paid $125 each to have our piercings come out and to get asked if we got insurance like I said if this is my 19th piercing and I never in my life had an issue. Why would I pay for insurance? I definitely will never go back here again.

We had a great experience at Bella! Took my 3 month old for her lobes. We had to get started a little late as my baby wanted to feed when we got there. Jenna was very patient. I have a high standard for cleanliness and professionalism and this place hits both. Jenna did a fantastic job explaining the process and after care in the beginning. Everything is as sterile as possible and they do a great job cleaning before. She ensured all our questions were answered before we got started. The process was quick and my baby calmed quickly after.

I had Bee as my piercer and I was so impressed. This is my first time ever going to a piercing parlor, and not just getting it done at Claires. The difference is like shopping at Walmart for groceries and then going to Target. Night and day. The quality at Bella piercing is incredible. The ladies who work there are so incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. They immediately made me feel at ease. Very happy with my piercing.

I was very nervous to get my first cartilage piercing and first needle piercing. I decided to go with an industrial and the workers were very kind and helpful in boosting my confidence. I am not local to this area but i would absolutely travel to come back. Lena was very helpful and they made sure to tell me everything that was happening before it happened, as well as everyone else in the room with me even though i did not catch your names. I unfortunately got sick and we all agreed to stop at the first hole of my industrial to prioritize my safety above all else. Thank you to everyone involved in making this experience wonderful, for noticing my limitations and stopping to ensure my safety, and being so very kind. It has been painless since one hour after the initial piercing which i never would have expected. i hope to see everyone again in a few months to finish my beautiful industrial!

Thank you so much to Paige for being patient and kind yet firm with my daughter Jeanette today. I’m glad she was finally able to get her ears pierced. She was nervous and both piercers were so good with her. The staff was very kind and the entire shop was clean, bright and fun for my daughter. She loved the selfie room!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her 10th birthday. Bella’s was perfect! Friendly and helpful staff. Facility was super clean. Jenna was awesome!! Jenna explained all of the steps from cleaning of the ears to marking the hole location to the actually piercing. There were no surprises and made my daughter feel at ease. Fun photo opportunity when done. Totally recommend this place!

I called Bella with a dilemma. I took out my nose ring and couldn’t get it back in. Madison was very nice on the phone and told me to come in and they’ll get my ring back in. Once in everyone was friendly and the place was welcoming and clean. Jenna put my nose ring back in and even schooled me on how to keep it clean . Thank you beautiful ladies

This was an awesome experience. From the moment I walked in the door, the girls made me feel at ease and answered all my questions and helped me decide what looked best. The piercing only took seconds. I had two done in the orbital area and although I could feel the piercing, I DID NOT feel any pain. It was quick and painless! She gave great after care instructions and I am pleased I came to Bella piercing for my experience! Needless to say I’ll be back to get more in the near future! Thanks for such a great experience. I’ll be recommending Bella to friends! They also have a great jewelry selection for the piercings. The studio was extremely clean and didn’t make you feel like you were in a physicians office. It was clean, cute and comfy!

Extremely professional service. My elders ear was Pierced few times and we had to remove ear rings because it was infected. She was super nervous to get it done again. But the piercer was very friendly and made sure that my daughter was comfortable before she could pierce her ears. She walked my daughter through every step of the process. My younger had her anti-targus Pierced. The piercer took time and made sure the overall experience was good.

I came in to change my conch jewelry and they had a ton of cute jewelry that was reasonably priced and everyone was so nice!! Jenna is the one who helped me and she did a great job, also if youre reading this, I got the septum piercing!!!! Its so cute and I love it so much, thank you for the encouragement!

Bella Piercing is amazing! We took my 7 year old there to get her ears pierced. We had two piercers, one for each side, which I highly recommend for little ones. Jazz was one of the piercers and she was amazing. Very sweet and gentle with my daughter. She took her time marking her ear lobes to ensure they were pierced in the right spot. I really appreciated how much time and effort Jazz took to make sure it was in the perfect spot. My daughter was super excited to get her ears pierced, but was nervous it would hurt. She didnt cry at all and the actual piercing was quick. Jazz and the other lady, whose name I didnt catch, did a great job. The price was great too! It was half of what another highly recommended competitor charges and came with two piercers! Bella Piercing is a great place to go for quality piercing services and price. The entire staff was amazing and the facility was very clean.

7yr daughter got her ears done. As a parent I felt better taking her. Rather than the mall, it was more professional and clean and done in a different manor. I paid $170. what I got was 2 high quality earnings perfectly placed and they where done simultaneously instead 1 ear at a time. And cleaning solutions. Appointments are mandatory and they where busy, they also do other services recommended looking at there website

Posting under a different email. I really wanted to like this place…… When I arrived the only people present were college aged girls. I didn’t think anything of it until I was in the chair and the girl was dotting my potential earring hole off certain. I had her correct. They did it I guess by hand because it hurt like heck. And when it was over, the piercing was off center. The earrings weren’t what I selected. I purchased some cleaning solution and it looks used. Every single thing was an issue. And please note, I paid $173 for everything to be so wrong. Really wanted to support women and saw the great reviews…. I don’t know what in heavens name happened to my appointment.

We had a great experience at Bella Piercings! We took our 8 yo for her birthday to get her ears pierced and it was wonderful. Booking and checking in was easy, and everything was handled efficiently. The facilities are in a great location and are very stylish, clean, and welcoming. The service itself was very well done. We had two ladies to pierce in tandem, and that was great for a young child. All staff was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Leyla, who was wonderful, very patient and answered all of our questions. I also appreciate their options for future visits to check on healing, choose new jewelry, and perhaps get pierced again. Finally, it is special to have the opportunity to patronize a small business, especially one that is female owned and operated. Stopped in to ask some questions a couple weeks ago and the young lady at the counter was super nice and answered all my questions.After a few more days of research, I scheduled an appointment to get the 3 piercing package. Bee helped me relax and we bonded over some TV shows while she was getting set up. Since Im a novice at piercings, I let her chose what she thought would look good on my ear.She was amazing! Im 100% satisfied with my experience. Bee walked me through each step, made sure I was ready and gave me great after care instructions. I got 2 helix and a daith in my left ear almost a week ago and aside from a little soreness, nothing major.This shop is also CLEAN which I appreciate. Every little girl I know would love all the sparkles and glitter all over while still looking professional for adults too. I will for sure be returning when my current piercings are ready for new being and new piercings.

Got my second earlobes peirced a few months ago. The piercing itself was fine but J found it odd that they didn’t peirce with flat backs. I took excellent care of the piercings and followed the instructions I was given. Only a month after piercing the jewelry broke. I quickly change them to a high quality surgical grade steel that worked well. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of jewelry and lack of experience of the piercer. Not to mention the total cost for the piercing, jewelry and one bottle of saline was over $200. I do not suggest anyone gets pierced here. Instead go to a tattoo shop where people know what they’re doing.

I went to Bella Piercings to get my nose pierced. From the moment I walked in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Jenna was my piercer and she did an excellent job explaining everything she was doing step by step and making me feel comfortable. The whole process was definitely less stressful then I anticipated. I had a wonderful experience here! I got my seconds on my ear done by Bee. She did such a good job! She was very helpful on telling me what she was doing, and telling me when to breathe. She continued to ask if I wanted to hold my familys hand, just for comfort reasons. She also made sure that the piercing was not to far outwards, and was able to adjust herself accordingly. I was intrigued by the $25 belly piercing promotion that I seen via Instagram last week so I said why not! Hands-down, the best customer service I’ve received in a while.The young lady who pierced my belly button’s name is Lena. Her and The other ladies in the shop were super friendly and very professional. From the woman at checkin down to the manager. Everything used was sterilized, which I greatly appreciate, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and well informed prior to, and even after getting my piercing done! The shop is clean and very pretty, parking was very accessible. I parked literally in front of the shop, which is a plus for me that I didn’t have to search for parking g. I would give the service and the establishment 5 stars! Will definitely be referring friends and family and hey, you never know I might come back for something else in the future! The staff was super friendly but my 10 year old has been having a horrible piercing journey. They made her feel totally comfortable but after leaving her ear ring’s were too tight and embedded in her ear that following week, This was in july i contacted the owner and she was friendly texted me what to do. Upon loosing them they pussed alot so i took her to her doctor and they were infected and needed cream. After that we are now in December next to Christmas and her ear’s are still bothering her. One has a piercing bump and i had to take them out. My daughter doesnt even want to redo the process again. I don’t know what went wrongUpdate: 01/16/24 i contacted them as the owner requested in her comment under me. They said she wasnt in and took my number and said she would call me that day when she came back. It has been now two weeks Haha so yeah!

This afternoon I went to Bella Piercing to get my first nose piercing. I had to wait a little bit because I was a walk in but they worked quickly and diligently. Took my daughter (age 6) to get her ears pierced today! I cannot recommend a better place in Columbus for first ear piercings. My daughter was incredibly nervous and scared that it’d hurt, but Paige and Jazzy made her whole experience amazing! They were so friendly and kind, walked her through the process (extremely informative), played music to help calm her, gave her a doll to hold to distract her and most importantly, SO incredibly patient and waited until she was ready. Bee was my piercer and did an absolutely amazing job! very, very friendly. she re-pierced an old piercing i had gotten almost a decade ago and noted whoever did it did it incorrectly but took the time to work on it making sure i was comfortable as much as possible. i appreciate her time and patients with me in working on that one and then did a beautiful job on my second one. she is very caring and had concerns about the already increasing swelling in the re-piercing that she wanted to make sure i come back next week to see how its healing and doing alright. 1000/10 recommend going to this place! i hope sometime in the future they add tongue piercings to their services, as that would be the next one i want to get. thank you bellas piercings. :)

I took my two girls there for ear piercing today. The whole experience was wonderful! Hannah and Frankie were super friendly and did really awesome job. The piercing was done nicely, professionally and fast in seconds before they even realized it. My older one has zero pain tolerance but she was very happy about the process. I regret that I took my younger one to Claire’s the first time. One of her ear got infected and closed eventually so we had to get it pierced again. This place is way much better than Claire’s and comes with lower cost. Definitely highly recommended!!!

I had Bee as my piercer and she was super nice and informative. She explained the amount of time it’s take to heal and also made sure when she was placing the dot (i got a nose piercing) for where the piercing was gonna go asked if i had any plans to change the piercing to a hoop and placed it in an area so i can change it to a hoop once healed. The people at the front area were super informative about the jewelry and what would work best for healing.

I love Bella Piercing! I’ve gotten ear piercings done here and have brought others as well, including my 7 year old cousin. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the studio is warm and welcoming but also completely clean. I’ve never had any issues with any piercing from them and the jewelry is top notch. On a whim I decided I’d indulge in getting a double nose piercing. I’d been to Bella’s multiple times for my daughters ears, she was pierced there and has had a few jewelry changes done there as well. Anyway, everyone I’ve ever met has been so kind and really passionate. My piercer today was Jazzy, she was kind, explained the process and took time to answer my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Got my 3.5 year old daughters ears pierced and the staff was amazing! Jazzy and Kylie did her ears at the same time and both were SO patient, kind, informative and made my daughter feel very comfortable! Highly recommend!

I think it is very rare to see an owner working closely side by side with their employees with kindness and knowledge. This business exemplifies just that! You can tell how knowledgeable each staff member was and how they make every customer feel as though you are family or a friend. I think that speaks volumes. Bee pierced my nose and was super friendly and able to answer my questions with no hesitations. Definitely will be returning to this location for all piercing needs!

Erinn and Frankie pierced us and did a great job! Everything is very thorough and kept very sterile. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed prior to piercing and everything was great. I definitely recommend this for those wanting to get pierced. They are fantastic with kids.Edited to add: My daughter got the hello kitty earring set and it came apart! They helped me out and we had a new earring set in within an hour! I got into contact with Erinn who pierced us initially and she helped us instantly! Great customer service! We will be going back here for any future piercings!

I got my nose pierced here a few months ago and got a bump on it. Jenna, Ashley & Bee were super helpful in changing my piercing and creating a cause of action for it! Super nice staff and very welcoming:)

Update:Ive had 3 different types of piercings by 3 different piercers now. All three have been excellent. Im incredibly happy with all 3 experiences. Paige did my helix this time, and I loved her. All the employees have great vibes. Will post another update next month when I take my 8y/o to get her first ear piercings. So far from what Ive witnessed, they are very child friendly, very patient, and create a calm environment for children. Im excited to have my youngest have the positive experience we didnt get as kids at the mall lol.Highly recommend Hannah. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am in love with my new nose piercing.

Searched high and low for somewhere to get my daughters ears pierced for her birthday. I was looking for a clean, kid friendly environment that didnt use a gun to pierce. The experience was more than I expected. The place was immaculate, every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, patient and helpful. They were very reasonably priced. I was very impressed. Highly, highly recommend.

I got my nose pierced by Erinn-and I was very pleased! The workers were all so kind and supportive! Erinn talked me through every step of the way and advised me what she was doing before doing anything, which was awesome and very appreciated. She did a great job with my piercing and the process was very smooth and quick. They also leave good aftercare instructions verbally and give you a little gift bag that included cleaning salt with instructions. I will be recommending this shop to everyone interested in a piercing.

The studio is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and helpful while I was on site. I went to this salon after a great review from a coworker. I had my second lobe piercing done on both ears, a conch piercing, and a helix piercing. My piercer was professional, helpful, and did a great job taking my preferences into account. I elected to get the insurance plan for my piercing. The reason I am giving this business four stars instead of five is that my helix piercing fell out less than a week after my piercing, and when I tried to reach the salon with questions, they were incredibly hard to reach to the point where I just had to go in person to get assistance. My helix piercing was replaced, which I was charged for even though I had insurance, and fell out again when I went home. I had to resort to using my own jewelry in what is still a new piercing in order to keep the piercing from closing. Given how hard it was to get help, I dont think the insurance is worth it, and just be wary that if you have issues it is incredibly hard to reach someone for help. That being said, I would go back, I would just keep the expectations I mentioned in mind.

My cousin and I went to get our nose pierced. I had previously went to 22 caliber sometime last year and we had a completely different experience. 22 caliber was intimidating and didn’t have much selection. Bella’s piercing had many options and were extremely welcoming. Jazmine and B were so nice and comforting. Jazmine was so fun and talked us through the entire healing process!! We will be coming back for small tattoos and more piercings.

I came in today to get my first actual jewellery after I got my piercing done 7 months ago. I was a bit anxious if it healed properly but Faun assured me everything looked fine. She was very kind and friendly and answered all my questions. Faun made sure I felt comfortable with my new piercing and I felt like I was in good hands. Can definitely recommend and will be back for new jewellery soon =)

Me and My daughter both went Here to get our nose pierced. The place is so welcoming and the worker named jazzy was a very nice person. She let us know what we needed to do and made the prosses painless! Its a nice place to be if you need piercings. All the employees are nice.

I went today for the first time to get my nose pierced. Everything was clean, Sanitized and I felt in good hands. Asia Gordon was awesome. She answered all of my questions and even helped me get inspired for future trips. Micki Ellis assisted and even explained stuff that I didnt know I had questions on. They took all the time I needed to make sure that my experience was a good one and that I knew how to properly take care of my new baby. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great experience for piercings.

My daughter (age 7) just got her ears pierced yesterday at Bella Piercing, and the entire experience was wonderful and a lot of fun. Jazzy and Erinn did the piercings and made sure my daughter was comfortable the entire time - nothing was rushed, and they and the entire staff were very kind and friendly. After the piercing, theres a fun area to take photos (with a sofa, just pierced LED lights and furry blankets), and they have a lot of earring options to choose from. I cant say enough wonderful things about Bella Piercing!! The staff was wonderful, I loved the building, very clean, even the music was great. Prices are fair and reasonable. I took my 9 year to get her ears done and Frankie was so patient with her and me. Yes I got mine done as well. Frankie told her step by step. I also noticed that they other services as well from waxing, lip fillers, spray tanning and much more. Oh one last thing my daughter Serenity said please give a shout out to Hannah who helped Frankie do her ears.

I got my first helix piercing done yesterday by Bee and it was the best experience Ive had yet! She was very kind and talked me through ever step she was doing, she had music on which helped a lot given that I dont know how to make conversation with people so it was a comforting silence. I definitely will be coming back for my future piercings.

They were amazing! My daughter had one ear re-pierced after a previous infection a few years ago made it painful to wear earrings. They listened to everything that happened and offered a solution for her to still have her ears pierced while allowing it to heal. I got my nose pierced and aside from the obvious pain that comes with a piercing, it was amazing. The shop has beautiful jewelry and amazing customer service.

My daughter lost one of her ear rings and needed a replacement. Paige checked my daughters ear to make sure the hole had not closed and replaced her earring she was very nice and attentive and explained everything she was doing and how to take care of her ear when she was done to avoid any kind of infection I would highly recommend this place and seeing paige for awesome customer service

I went here for my conch piercing and it was an amazing experience! I was very nervous because while I love piercings i don’t like needles and I have a low pain tolerance. The employees were so kind and helpful! They helped me in any way I needed and were very easy to talk to and approachable. The piercer explained everything she was doing and took everything slow. I really appreciate the pay after you pierce because at other places once I pay I have to wait to be pierced and I feel kinda trapped (because I get anxious about needles and the pain). This made it very relaxed. I definitely recommend this place. Truly amazing and I will be going back for more piercings! They also explained after care to me and gave me a paper with the aftercare instructions and information on my piercing (gauge size). And I also got a few stickers! I also took advantage of their $15 off piercings for college students on Thursdays. So I recommend looking at all their amazing specials before you go!

They messed up my 5years old ear piercing. It’s not a straight hole. You can see the post and the back from the bottom of her ear lobe. Other side is fine. Then the lady that set up the girls at the time didn’t even ask they name and ended up piercing the wrong kid with the wrong ear rings. So they had to settle for the same earrings. Took both of my girls there. First daughter they did good one just not so good on the second one.

Bella piercing was fantastic!! My piercer Erinn was wonderful! She was so friendly and kind, she even put up with me while I tried to decide which piercing to get. I couldnt be happier with how my doubles turned out. The only problem was that my friend and I had to wait a while past our appointment since they were overbooked. I also would have liked better instruction on how to clean my ears. Other than that, it was great! I would definitely go back!

My sister and I got our noses pierced today. We both had Jazzy and she was awesome! She was quick and professional. She even included my daughter, and it was wonderful. We will definitely use her again, and recommend 10 times over!

I went to Bella Piercing today to get my nose pierced and I will most definitely be back for more. The staff was super friendly, the building was clean and decorated SO cute, and Jazzy knows her stuff! Jazzy walked me through the entire piercing process beforehand, educated me thoroughly on aftercare and the proper jewelry for my piercing, and even helped me map out my future piercings! She went above and beyond, helping me with piercings I had in the past as well. Like I said, I’ll most definitely be back for more, and sending everyone I know their way!

I’ve been in to bella’s a handful of times and every single time the women who work there make me feel so comfortable and calm. today i got a jewelry change done by Bee and she was very gentle with me and easy to interact with. typical bella’s experience, very friendly and helpful. i’ve recommended bella’s to many of my friends and both my sisters have gotten pierced there as well. definitely will be getting even more piercings done there in the future.

My 7 year old and I had Faun do our piercings tonight. She was patient and answered all of our questions. She was gentle and we felt we were in great hands. We would feel comfortable coming back for any of our jewelry needs and highly recommend Faun.

I absolutely loved this piercing place! I went in for my double piercing and I was so nervous. The overall environment of the shop was amazing and so welcoming. I was offered to have them done one at a time or have them done at the same time. I chose to have them done at the same time and Hannah and Erin did an awesome job! It was done so quickly and painlessly and they were both so good and nice. Overall I had an absolutely wonderful experience and will be coming back for more piercings in the future.

Jazz did an amazing job in helping me design my ear and then bring it to life. She took her time with the piercing placement, and even suggested different styles based off of my lifestyle (I wear glasses and use a stethoscope for work). I would highly recommend her and will use her again for any future piercings!

Frankie was fantastic. Having my nose pierced was relaxing thanks to her. She explained everything in detail and walked me through the sanitization process. I also went back for a check up a week later, and she cleaned it as well. Im extremely impressed with how clean and organized Bella Piercing is. I cant wait to go back!

Bella Piercing is such a warm and welcoming environment! I received two piercings, my rook and forward helix, and both have been done without a hassle. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
