I came in and got pierced by Harley! She was super kind, gentle, and EXTREMELY informative about the entire process. Harley was super helpful when I was picking out jewelry, explained the different types of metals, and what shapes she recommended based on the piercing I got. Her piercing setup and overall cleanliness was awesome; I work in the operating room, so seeing her sterile technique definitely helped put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend coming to this location, and asking for Harley if youre looking to get any body piercings!

Literally the ONLY place I will go to for piercings. Two years ago, after another local tattoo shops piercer, pierced my septum and nostril wrong, Kelly has been able to fix my piercings and make them beautiful!! I still go to her to this day, and She is currently working with me on curated ear piercings, and has pierced 2 lobes, my helix, and my conch. She always takes her time, makes sure the customer understands everything that’s going on, and is SO gentle. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met in this industry and she genuinely cares for her clients. Her and Harley are amazing piercers, and I will 100% always return to this place, as long as they’re piercing there!! 🖤

I usually don’t leave bad reviews because I’m such a positive person! I have 24 tattoos all professional(25 piercings)and I love every single one, I look at my body as a canvas, I do it to help with my anxiety as well. For like a month my vibes/vibrations had been off alil so I wanted to get a tattoo, something small to get me back on balance, by the reviews I thought this was a great place to go, all I wanted was a dime size or nickel size tattoo, I told him exactly what I wanted he recommended something of his choice but same concept I didn’t want that but he insisted saying even if it was that small he still had to charge me 200 because of it being on my face, I said nevermind and he went down 50 dollars so I agreed but what he drew out looked ok even tho I wanted way smaller ( a small dollar sign and a small heart that’s it)but that was the worst choice I could’ve ever made. This is by far the worst tattoo I have on my body, I was beyond disappointed, it just looks like a spot on my face, and to add insult to injury everyone keeps asking me what is that? So embarrassing!!!this is something I have to look at every day now. I would probably never go back but I do give a few stars for the two ladies they were very sweet and the tattoo artist was as well just didn’t deliver on what I wanted !!!

Got my septum and ears done today! The person who did my piercings was the sweetest soul. I will be coming back soon to get more! Thanks guys 🥰

I went in with a picture of what I wanted. Trev or The Kidd, listened and did exactly what I asked for. Great customer service. Great atmosphere.

I was a little nervous to get my septum pierced, but I was welcomed to amazingly friendly staff and Harley took great care of me. She explained everything and made sure I was okay every little step of the way. I love my new piercing!

Kelly was so sweet and professional.she talked me through my entire nose piercing. The establishment was very clean.The front counter young lady was very nice.before coming in she answered all my concerns.

Absolutely wonderful shop! Got both my nose piercings done there and they healed up wonderfully. They made sure to keep in mind my nose shape for the best position and jewelry for my nose. Also got my first tattoo and jables was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend their shop for getting piercings and tattoos done!

Do not go here for piercing services. Piercer either not very knowledgeable or just doesn’t care. Came in for a jewelry replacement for tragus that I have had for years. Harley did not sterilize or wipe down my ear before replacing jewelry and it became inflamed. I now have a piercing bump and she gave no aftercare instructions on how to reduce it. Not rude per say but very blasé about services.

Was told to come in at 11am on Friday and 3 artist would be able to give me and my coworker little baby pig tattoos when we got there an artist who opened up the shop said he would be able to do it after about 30 mins he said he couldnt because he had an appointment and another artist would do it, well that artist had an appointment as well they wanted us to wait another 30 mins for the 3rd artist to show up

I was looking for great line work and I found it with Jables!!! He was very polite and professional. The shop is clean and very organized. I absolutely love my new piece and I will definitely go back for more work.

Firstly, I’d also like to say that customer service is very awesome at Infamous Ink. I’d also like to say that Kelly did an amazing job with piercing my septum. She talked me through it and gave me decent aftercare advice. However, when I needed my septum changed to a bioflex retainer, she did not remove the crusties from the piercing. Because I assumed it was my fault for not asking, when I went back to get my regular jewelry put back in I specifically requested that she remove crusties from the jewelry before taking it out of my nose. This is especially important because my piercing is not fully healed. Kelly said “sure”, yet she still dragged the crusties through the hole. I feel that if I’m investing money into your business, the least you can do is listen to your customer so that a healthy relationship can be built. Not to mention this is dealing with body modifications, so being receptive to your customers should be very important. Although I would not mind being pierced again by Kelly, I probably won’t return to get pierced. To sum this up, I think Kelly is great for providing piercings, but not so great for aftercare. Thank you.

We go to Harley for ear peircings. She is very kind, professional, and thorough in her explanations to my eldest child (teenager)

Had the best customer service experience with Kelly this week. She was calm, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She explained everything she was doing and was patient with my over the top nervousness. My piercing looks amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Harley is such a blessing to have as a piercer. Honestly. She did my tragus and when I came in to get my medusa resized she was honestly so sweet with explaining the process and making sure everything was sterile and proper for me. Really appreciated her!

We won’t go anywhere else! Not only are the tattoo artists beyond talented but Kelly the piercer is amazing! She talks you through everything she’s going to do. She made us feel super comfortable helped us pick out the best jewelry. We will definitely be back!

I got my Tragus pierced. I didnt think it would hurt that bad lol. My piercer was knowledgeable and very nice. I got a rose gold crown in my left ear.

Got my latest ink here. I believe it was Alley Cat who did our tatts. He was super fun & had a light had. We are so happy with his work!!

Allen showed his butt off on my tattoo l, I gave him a idea and he show his true artist skills, been a long time since I had customer service that good, he undercharge me will be back to pay him more!!!

I went in for a piercing. I wanted each eyebrow done and wanted them centered. The young woman to assist me was Harley. She let me know off the bat that she’d done eyebrows before but hadn’t done even centers and asked if I was okay with being the first. She said if I wasn’t comfortable there was a more experienced piercer in on other days. I was a little nervous but I figured all piercers have to do a piercing a first time so I said it was fine. Harley is absolutely precious and relatabley awkward in all the right ways. Her personality is very easy to connect with! She explained everything really well and I think she did a really awesome job. She made sure the bars she used were long enough to account for any possible swelling which was nice because I’ve had that issue before. I would 100% recommend her and if I ever want another piercing will go back.

I got ALL of my tattoos from Alley Kat and I must say that every time I ask he most definitely delivers!!! I’m from Columbus but I live in Virginia and I won’t allow anyone else to do my tattoos so if I can’t go home to get one done by him then I don’t want it!!!!

I got a double tongue piercing from Kelly about a year ago. She was absolutely phenomenal! She went over a lot of helpful information about the healing process and the correct jewelry measurements even though I have had that piercing done before. I had MINIMAL swelling and pain and this was a much easier process than when I had it done before. A truly amazing piercer and so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone go to her for any piercing needs.

Recently went to infamous ink to get my belly button pierced and I was under the impression that I was getting good service. Unfortunately Kelly the lady who did my piercing not only used cheap jewelry, but also placed it wrong. I ended up going to another piercer to check it out for me and he informed me that the jewelry I had in cost maybe .80 or at most 1.25 while he was taking the piercing out for me he then informed me that the way it was pierced was completely wrong. I would just like to inform anybody who plans on getting a piercing done here to check and see if there’s anywhere else available because I am not the only person who’s piercing was messed up. I have 2 friends who also got pierced wrong. Not only do they pierce wrong they don’t give you your money back.

I took my son in for a piercing, and everyone was nice and professional. The shop was super clean. My son was nervous, but Harley made him relax by explaining everything she was doing. Great customer service!

I had an ear pierced. It was practically painless and was less expensive than Claire’s and with a nicer earring. Shout out to Harley! I plan to get another piercing one day soon.

Initial experience was good… went in for a Monroe piercing. I specifically asked for a “blingy” piece of Jewelry. When my options were shown to me I said ok… I liked the piece that was shown to me. However, when the piercing was done, it was with a silver ball and I did not know that until I saw it. When I made Kelly, the piercer, aware that I asked for something else, which the lady at the first desk confirmed that I would be getting, she said that she would switch the ball out for something Blingy in 2 weeks. I went back in today (2 weeks later) and this experience was UNPLEASANT. Kelly made it seem like this would be a free offer because of the miscommunication between her and the other employee but the only thing that was free was switching the jewelry out, I had to pay for the actual piece of jewelry…which I paid $10 for. Kelly was not the one to switch it out, it was the lady at the front desk. She dropped the jewelry in my mouth several times when trying to put it in my lip….she tried several times to put the piece in which then irritated the piercing to the point of making it swell and hurt all over again. Finally she realized the piece that I paid for won’t fit, so I couldn’t even use it, so I was stuck with the $10 piece of jewelry that I can’t use. Kelly who is the piercer was no help, offered nothing to resolve the issue. The second experience made me regret ever even getting the piercing or least going to this particular shop. Policies and prices definitely need to be explained better, customer service needs improvement…Edit*** after reading more reviews and never hearing from management, I have concluded that Kelly (the piercer) is GREAT and getting you in the chair but the quality of service after that is trash….kind of like a used car salesman

Personally don’t recommend going there for piercings. When I got there I took one look at the piercer and got discouraged.. she looked inexperienced (first red flag) which for me at least throws me off. I got the tip of my tongue pierced and not only did she not use tongs to hold my tongue, she pierced through it then told me to take a deep breath and pulled the needle back into my tongue and pierced another hole because the original one didn’t go where it was supposed to. 😤

I went yesterday to buy some jewelry for my nose. Staff was nice & all but not even 3 hours later the jewelry broke. I wasted 60$ on jewelry for literally no reason. I told staff this has happened before & she suggested me to buy the 30$ nose jewelry so it wouldn’t break as easily as the 20$ one but it broke in 3 hours. So i don’t suggest buying jewelry from here.

I got my piercings done there by 2 different people but Im satisfied and happy with both! Theyre really nice and helpful when it comes to informing people about their first piercings. The other people I met there were also nice and the building is clean so no worries about customer service

Just got my septum pierced by Joy yesterday and I really couldn’t be happier! She was the absolute sweetest and so personable. I felt totally at ease with her as she seemed to care a lot about her work and has years of experience. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a piercer. The receptionist was so nice and helpful too, on the phone and in person. The overall shop is so inviting, clean and professional, not like some unnecessarily intimidating tattoo shops. Be prepared to use cash if you decide to get a piercing though, they do have an ATM, but there’s an extra charge for that.

Positive experience with Kerrigan! We got a fourth lobe (me) and a nostril (friend) and are both happy with the placement and procedure.

Recently moved to the Columbus area after using Sink or Swim in Marietta and Infamous Ink will definitely be my new shop!Kelly did my double eyebrow piercings (one in the middle of each brow) and they are A-MAZ-ING. She took her time adjusting the positioning and put so much care into making sure they were symmetrical. Sterile process and she talked me through everything like it was my first time again! Good selection of titanium jewelry as well.Please remember, piercings are a long term investment that require aftercare for months after you get them. Do your research.

I went in to have my Medusa piercing changed. And they sold me EAR JEWELRY and said it was for the type of piercing I had. WHICH IT WAS NOT. The next morning the piercing was stuck in my lip where skin had grew over it. And I had to go get it removed! Do not come here for your piercings. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with a piercing from this tattoo shop. I will not be returning.

Kelly is a phenomenal piercer! The piercings that I received from her didnt bleed, crust over, or swell. The only issue that I had with my piercing is that the ball at the end of my nipple ring fell off in less than a week. Fortunately, I was able to locate it and place it back in its appropriate place.Kelly does advise after piercings that if you have any issues with your piercings that she will gladly assist and make it right on your behalf. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this establishment for your piercing needs. Ask for Kelly!!! You will NOT be disappointed.

Took a friend to get her nose pierced and I was impressed with everything from the cleanliness to the excellent customer service. The piercing was quick, painless, and the piercer was very knowledgeable.Beware, they dont accept card but oddly enough they have a random ATM in the shop that charges $4.00 to get your money off of your card.

First time coming here and Kelly did my piercing. She was so sweet and very gentle when she did it. I will definitely come back here and request her anytime Im here!

Joy did such a good job with my piercings and she made me so comfortable during the whole experience. She had such a welcoming and warm personality. I definitely recommend going there for your piercing needs! Oh and if you’re in a rush make sure to get there early around 12ish. I hope this helped!

The piercer here saved my life! I had a bad experience at another popular shop in town. People, please be sure to do your research before you get pierced, or you’ll end up coming here to get it fixed like I did.The piercer here is knowledgeable and down to earth, and she saved my nostril piercing from healing poorly and swapped the jewelry out! It was super swollen from the bad jewelry and she took her time to help me get it out and told me how to take care of it. Even offered to switch the jewelry and taper it in for free if I needed it!

I just want to say , I went in here on yesterday looking to get my nose tapered and not fully pierced. they charge me $20 service fee and $10 for jewelry. She then called me to the back attempting to taper it but really didnt try . Her words were Its closed im sorry i then asked could i just pay and extra $20 for the whole piercing and she said no you would have to be charged another service fee . Im convinced shes just in it for money and not passion because i went to my regular piecer and he did it with ease . and only charged me $10 . I will never be going back here again just taking peoples money .

Got my nose pierced from Vincent this weekend and he was amazing. I am from out of town and he made me feel at ease. He explained everything and even helped me to know which size ring to get. The tattoo shop is extremely nice and everyone was very friendly and knowledge.

I highly recommend Melissa. She’s the bomb. I’ve gotten a nose piercing and it didn’t hurt at all. Melissa was talking to me during the entire process and was letting me know what she’s doing👍🏾I love my piercing🆑It looks so cute on me🤣

Kelly was super sweet and professional. she talked me through the process. i got my nipples pierced by her about two maybe 3 weeks ago & they healed nicely!

They were the only place in Columbus offering a walk in appointment so I’ll grant them that much, but I’ve learned from this experience. The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming to start off on a positive note! I can only speak about Al because he was my tattoo artist. My friend and I brought super simple pictures of what we wanted, and he said that the tattoos were crooked. Fair enough. He printed a new option for me, which I didn’t like. I politely asked if he could make it smaller and a little more bold. He said something along the lines of ‘Well it’s still a crescent moon so I don’t know what you’re fussing about’. This is permanent and it’s going in a slightly visible spot so sorrrrry. 🙃 My friend had to choose something very different from what she originally wanted because he said that if he were to freestyle it that it would also be crooked.. she asked for a simple sun tattoo and he is a tattoo artist. Nevertheless she found one to settle on. She went first, and although she is happy, he went outside of the lines and didn’t do a very good job making it look clean. One could say that it’s more crooked than the picture we brought in. I’m happy with how mine turned out, but it still looks like he drew a bit over the edge. Cost was $80 for a dime sized tattoo behind the ear, which is fair because that’s their store minimum for a neck tattoo, but I’ve been told we were ripped off compared to other tattoo shops. He was listening to music the entire time so any time I asked him a question I was ignored. Furthermore, this was my first tattoo and he never went over how to take care of it after. Granted I wanted to get out after how he was talking to me and he went over all of that stuff with my friend. I’ll accept a majority of the blame for choosing a walk in rather than waiting, but just let this serve as a warning if they place you with “Alley Cat”/Al. From another review it looks like he actually did a good job with a more intricate tattoo, so I’m not sure if he just thought a simple tattoo was beneath him or what, but I can’t recommend him for a simple tattoo. It’s worth the wait, I promise. 🙃

I came here after a piercer from a different shop gave me a nose ring that was too small. The piercer did a great job and got an appropriately sized ring. She was also very friendly and thoroughly explained the healing process for me

After a poor experience at another facility, Infamous Tattoo was so kind and professional. Jables did three tattoos for three of us and he did a fantastic job! His line work was great, he free handed two of them and did exactly what we were looking for!

My 1 month old daith piercing that I got in Florida came out. I came in asked for them to help put the ball back on. & they informed me the with the swelling I should get a bigger jewelry piece. I was very worried about the swelling & if the skin grow over the it before I went in there & if it was infected. They were nice and calmed me down & Answered all my questions

My daughters and I went here recently. I dont know the name of the big guy, but he was SUPER unprofessional for yelling at his employees in front of us. He scared my youngest with his rude temperament! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE due to the unprofessionalism of the management. And its so sad because the people he was yelling at were really sweet and showed great character, unlike the man they were working under. The woes he had with them could have and should have waited until they were in a private setting with no customers around.

Awesome work. Received a quote here for a future tattoo. Spoke directly with the artist to design the specific work that I wanted. Saw work posted online and then I visited the shop in person to get a feel for services. Loved it. Will be back.

I have had a few tattoos done here at infamous ink, They have alway been friendly and do what it takes to get the vision of the work you’re looking to get done...Ally Cat (Al) was very friendly and professional and gave great advice on the tattoo I was looking to get to make it even better than what I was thinking ...He has been in the tattoo industry for many years, and I’ve learned when a artist gives you advice on a tattoo you should probably listen! They know in their mind what it’s gonna look like before the needle even touches your skin!...Go into Infamous with your vision and you will come out with great Art to show off!! I went to Infamous ink for 1 piercing and left with 3!!! I have to say their piercer Gary is the best piercer I’ve ever had!! He is very clean, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He uses top of the line jewelry which makes the piercings a little pricy, BUT you get what you pay for. The three piercings I got are personal percings and he made me feel very comfortable the entire time.I recommend Infamous Ink to everyone in Columbus and surrounding areas looking to get PROFESSIONAL piercings.

I went and had my industrial and septum pierced by a wonderful lady named Kelly! She was fantastic and really helped keep my nerves down. If I could give 10 stars I would!

The people there are VERY RUDE. I stood at the counter for almost 10 mins waiting for someone to greet me although there was someone at the counter just looking at me. Once someone finally greeted me, I was told that I would need to speak with the tattoo artist about my request. The tattoo artist was just sitting down the whole time wouldn’t get up to greet me or anything. Didn’t ask how I was doing nothing. Just sat there while the guy kept calling his name to come speak to me. The tattoo artist still didn’t greet me at all and wasn’t professional just asked me do I have a picture of whatever I want and if I do he wants to see (yet still hasn’t gotten up). He was very lazy and unprofessional. Doesn’t have any type of customer service skills at all!

Got my nose pierced here by Kelly. She was awesome! Everything is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guy who did my tattoo was pretty dope. He had a great attitude, made me laugh, & did a great job. Just not sure on what his name was. He said hed rather be rich than good looking 🤣

Probably gonna get the rest of my tattoos here, got my very first one here and the staff was awesome, helped me out and got me what I wanted and we just talked the entire time and had a good time, good price too. Got my lobes and helix done here ! The piercer was very nice and gentle and the value is great ! They include the jewelry and everything was clean.

I got two dermals back to back and Kelly took her time and was completely professional.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The man who changed my nose ring used a gauge that way too large for my nose. My nose ending up getting really infected as a result, and I was never told that the jewelry was a size 16 gauge.

Went in to get an industrial done and asked before hand if my ear was shaped correctly to do so and was told yes it was.Turns out it wasn’t shaped correctly, and they still did it anyway. Had to remove it, waste of my money.

Was referred by a friend to get a tattoo done here. I got a cross tattoo on my tricep slightly above my elbow by Jables and he did a great job! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here to get a tattoo!

Me and wifey got somework. Would say 9 out of 10 stars . Only advice is focus from start to finish during the work portion . When get too excited or too talkative then tends to reflect in the work.Example: just over doing lines and shading and speed change when it suppose to be a certain way . Great experience Nicole was my tattoo artist and she did a MAGNIFICENT JOB that place is awesome and very welcoming wait time was close to nothing they take walkins but if you are looking for something big to be done please schedule a appointment

Artist lied to me about his mistake and told me it would wash off 😡 and after I came back healed up and asked him to fixed it up maybe add some shading to fix his mistake ..and he wouldnt, he wanted to charge me more money. No way would I pay more to get messed up... terrible service...and so disappointed. PS blow outs happen because the artist holds the needle wrong not because of a week point in my skin...

Got three tattoos here and they’re all amazing definitely the spot and they do walk in’s. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, and doubt I will.

Its the worst tattoo Ive gotten and I have plenty of them. But this is the first 1 that I had to have touched up after healing.

They used a septum ring to pierce my belly button it got seriously infected and now someone else has to fix it!
