Had a great experience here for Friday the 13th tattoo event! I was customer 133 of the day and I could tell they were exhausted but still provided kind and fast service! Matt and his apprentice were awesome!

Sal did a great job doing my daughter’s nose piercing. He was very careful and ensured she understood the process and aftercare, and made us both feel comfortable. Sal was timely and his customer service was exceptional. Thank you again, I highly recommend and will refer all my family and friends to Sal at Timeless Ink.

Natalie did amazing work for me 8 separate tattoos in one sitting and it was amazing she super talented and friendly also an amazing artist I would definitely recommend her and get more done by her ! they have healed perfectly no problem at all !!thanks for the tattoos !!

Natalie is the BEST!!! Hands down, she has done different styles on me and Ive loved them all. She is super precise and her line work and designs are awesome. She always has great deals as well! Great place and awesome environment to be around. Got 4 of my tattoos done from Natalie and there were no complaints at all! She does an amazing job. She can do anything you ask and does it perfectly!! Also got other tattoos from a couple other people there and they all do a great job!

Our second time coming into timeless ink. Matt did a piercing on myself and my son. The process was quick and painless and Matt was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Shop was very clean also. Cant really say much negative about these guys. Ill definitely be back 👍

Got my tattoo done today by Tyler! Turned out just how he drew it up on the IPad. He was gentle, informative, patient, and clean. The shop as a whole was neat, open, and clean. Tyler took his time to make sure his work was precise, but was also effective with his time. He got me in and out in a timely manner for the size and detail of the tattoo. I’m so happy with my new tattoo, have already recommended friends to come, and will definitely be back for more.

If you go here for any tattoo- go to Natalie.I stopped coming to this location years ago, the older staff that was there, became unwelcoming. Kenny did a butterfly tattoo of mine that took him 8 hours ( when it should have only took 2-3.. if that.. ) didn’t finish coloring it all the way, and changed the price on me last minute so I had a bad experience. Over $250 I spent on a crappy experience.But- the new staff and everyone we worked with that day were so wonderful. Natalie did my tattoos personally. The other gentlemen did my friends. And the girl at the counter was awesome. It’s a different environment and way more welcoming and I’m so glad I gave this place another chance.Natalie did 3 of my tattoos. And I love them all. Her customer service skills are 20/10. I stopped going to 22 caliber and now will make the 30 minute drive due to this experience. Thank you timeless ink for a new wonderful staff. You have great people there.I will be back.

My first time into this shop was to be tattooed by one of the newest apprentices at the shop. Upon entering the vibe was immaculate and all staff was friendly and easy to talk to! As far as the apprentice that took care of my tattoo, he was amazing, professional, very good ethic as far as clean tools, and station went, he communicated and took advice from myself and his coworkers. Scheduling with an apprentice means they’re still learning! And having patience was absolutely worth it in the end, his work was amazing!

You truly can’t go wrong with anyone in this shop! Amazing and talented artists! But I’ll always pick Matt Johnson as he makes you feel comfortable and like family while gracefully stabbing you a 10000 times with the tattoo gun. 3 tats and 2 piercings and I doze off almost every time.

Kenny did an amazing job on my moms tattoo that was in memorial of my grandmother and in honor of her 3 daughters! It was sort of last minute because the original artist had to cancel. He got it together and did an amazing job! It’s so beautifully done ! My mom is so happy about it!

I came in on a personally important day, with a small and simple, but meaningful idea. Even though it wasn’t a “big” thing that was going to cost a lot of money, Dustin really took the time to get the size, placement, and lines correct. I was impressed by that attention to detail, and delighted with the result. Dustin also had a lot of really cool traditional-style flash, and overall a great sense of style. Highly recommended!

Got a tattoo from Tyler today. He was extremely professional, patient, and made sure the ink was to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond. The staff was welcoming and courteous. Highly recommend this business.

I love this shop, my friends and I come here for the occasional flash tattoo or piercing. I came in and got this piece done by Natalie, she’s awesome and knows how to keep convo going. We couldn’t finish but I’ll be going back to get more red put in soon !Really a great artist with lots of talent in her field plus amazing prices on her work! I always try to go out of my way to get her as my artist for anything!!

Wonderful service! I was a walk-in a few days ago and they were very kind and accommodating. I brought in two designs that a friend of mine had created for me and Natalie did an amazing job on them! I’ve had my arm done in 2 sessions by JD and I won’t go anywhere else. He listens to what you want, makes your vision come to life, and cares about your experience from start to finish! The shop is super clean and a laid back, professional environment. It’s easy to book an appointment and he’s been super flexible when I’ve had to reschedule because of my demanding job schedule. 10/10 recommend, no reservations. Kenny is a GEM. Funnily enough, I walked into the wrong tattoo shop (long story) looking for a spring deal with a specific artist. Come to find out that this artist isn’t even in Ohio. Anyway. The owner’s energy was a bit reserved and came off rude although I realize it probably wasn’t intentional. However, the only reason I stayed is Kenny. He immediately made me feel at ease and struck up conversation. I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable with him. I ended up getting two tattoos from him tonight that were totally unplanned. He was thoughtful, thorough, and generous. Kenny made sure I was feeling okay during the tattoo process, and was extremely patient when designing the tattoo. During my 3 hour visit to Timeless tattoo, I could see how Kenny interacted with everyone. He lent an ear to a struggling apprentice, amazing customer service, and awesome support during my tattoos.Again, Kenny was so extremely patient with me and listened to what I wanted and did not want. I didn’t feel pressure to do anything I didn’t want to. He walked me through everything including after care. He provided me supplies (that he buys himself) and instructed me how to use everything to take care of my tattoos.Kenny has such a gentle and caring energy that provides for an outstanding experience. I highly recommend him.

This is the second tattoo I got from Natalie and she did an awesome job on both. Ive received tattoos from other artists and I would say Natalie has one of the lighter hands Ive experienced. I plan on getting a couple more from her.

Went to get a few Friday the 13th special tattoos, they were great and efficient with the long lines! Plenty of great artists helping accommodate all the people. Even though they were crazy busy they made sure to still make sure every tattoo they did was personal and special! JD is an amazing artist! Brian did our work last night and he was AMAZING!! I absolutely LOVE the pieces he did and he isnt heavy handed at all! Will def keep going back! 🕷️

Tyler and the rest of the staff were great. Tyler helped me through multiple panic attacks and was so understanding the whole time. He took the time to draw the memorial piece I wanted and made sure I was okay. I can’t wait for our second session!Thanks again to the whole staff that was very accommodating!

Kenny filled in my previos flower tattoo with water color and brought it to life. I went from a boring outline to a pretty water color lily. This was my first time with water color style so I was nervous but it turned out great. Thanks Kenny!

Went to the flash sale on June 14th and love my new tattoo. He was gentle and always checked to see how I was feeling during the tattoo.

The staff was very friendly and nice. An the pricing is good. Went with my daughter to get her nose pierced. I will be going back to do mine.

Although great tattoos, the atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable. There’s alway yelling and screaming. So it’s difficult to relax while you’re getting tattooed. Another thing is that the owner insults their tattoo artists during the job.

Was there 12/29/23 and the atmosphere was off the charts AMAZING!! I gifted myself a tattoo for my birthday and I have never enjoyed myself so much!!Brandon Milby did my tattoo and he was just about perfect! I got new jewelry for my daith piercing. The people were very nice and knowledgeable. They inserted one piece for my in my daith that I could not have done myself for a small fee

But you should totally go here if your considering a tattoo or wanting one I had Natalie and she literally is a 10/10 she was so kind, patient and accommodating when I said I wanted to have friends watch! She made it a lot more comfortable for me

Natalie was great! she made it clear that i could take a break at any point and made sure the placement of my tattoo was just how i wanted it

The nose piercing itself was great! However, there was no making me feel more comfortable and the only instructions I received were handed to me on a preprinted sheet. I went back for my first change out, expecting a conversation about continued care and showing me how to change the jewelry. I received none of that. He just took out the piercing stud and put on the new jewelry. He didnt clean my nose, or the new jewelry. Disappointed by the experience.

I did recently leave a bad review because of a recent piercer they had. i got in contact with Jd and he was so helpful and even got done a piercing on him! i love my new piercing and the guy was so chill and helped me through being nervous.

Kenny was great it was my first tattoo and he was light handed. I didn’t pull away once from pain and I have a very low pain tolerance.

My husband and I got our tattoos done by Tyler. He was very thorough and professional during our sessions, making sure we had no concerns and that we were comfortable throughout our visit at the shop. Tyler was very clean and friendly. He kept open communication the entire process, from stenciling and making sure we were happy with the placement and sizing of our tattoos to making sure we left the shop with proper aftercare instructions.Was an overall excellent experience, would highly recommend booking with him.

Natalie was great! My friend and I reached out to her a few weeks ago to set up an appointment for some of her flash and it all fell together really easily. I came in as a first time customer a couple days ago to get my labret pierced, I wasn’t sure what to expect and my nerves were high from getting a new piercing. As soon as I came in everyone was so friendly and inviting, all of the staff were happy to help me figure out exactly what I wanted and the wait for a walk-in took no time at all. Jasmine was the person who pierced me and she was so lovely. She listened to my concerns and calmed my nerves, placed the piercing exactly where I wanted and was patient and kind through the whole process. And she pierced me faster than I could even breathe out, truly a painless and quick experience. The best prices for extremely good work and good jewelry included in cost. My piercing is healing very well and I will be back very soon for a jewelry change or even a new piercing!!

I have gone to Natalie since she was tattooing out of her basement and I have never been to anyone else. Not only does she do amazing work but she is friendly and patient. She has also worked w me on any of my budgets and has taken extra measures to ensure i was comfortable. She is the best and I plan to go to her for the rest of her career.

Natalie was my artist and I honestly love how kind she is and how shes so willing to work with you on your designs fully and to make sure that you love the placement of your tattoo. Another amazing thing is she will work with you for touchups if needed and I personally will only let Natalie tattoo me from now on after she has shown how amazing of an artist she is

Had my tattoo done by Matt. I started off with a pretty good idea what I wanted, and then he took it to a whole different level. His idea not only went above what I thought you could do, but ended up looking closer to what I wanted than I thought was possible. Not only that, but Matt was actually excited to use the process to create my tattoo as it was a different style. (Mine is all line art specifically to look like it was sewn fabric) Had a great time there, everybody is friendly enough, and they get along great. Matt was really knowledgeable and explained to me stuff about the tattoo process that I was curious about. Hes a tattoo nerd, and loves everything about his craft. Definitely the outlook you want of someone whos pushing ink into your skin. Had a great time, and if I decide to get another, I know where Im going for it. Thanks a lot guys!

Great experience! We decided to do a group walk in tattoo at like 8:30 at night, which I thought might be a no go, but they worked patiently with each of us on the concept and how to make the same idea slightly individual to each of us. They had so much patience working out how we wanted them to look and the whole team was welcoming and friendly. They embraced our silly idea of a hispanic cake (tres leches) themed butt tattoo and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. They even stayed late to make sure all 3 of us were all done and happy. We love them, the tats and the team, so much. Definitely recommend and special shout out to our artists Dustin and Kenny!

I have gone here for my nose piercing and ears! I have loved everyone I’ve met. They are laid back but professional. The rooms are extremely clean and they take their work seriously! Kenny even fixed my uneven piercings I’ve had my whole life!

I’ve been tattooed by Natalie 3 times now (once on my hip, my ankle, and my forearm) and I’ve even told her I’m coming back for more work. I love her attention to detail and her artwork she’s done for me. She’s so talented and sweet and very respectful too, I’ve talked to her during all of my tattoos and love getting tattooed by her. I would 100% recommend!

I’ve gotten tattoos 3 times here now and i’m obsessed with all of the ones i’ve gotten! the staff are super nice. Today I got tattooed by Natalie and I was out in less than an hour and completely obsessed with the results. No other tattoo shop compares to Timeless Ink!

My boyfriend and i went in for our first tattoos yesterday. originally i didnt think we would get them done, but JD said he would do them. the atmosphere in there was truly amazing i was so shocked with how little my tattoo hurt. and everyone was super nice! my sisters memory tat is my favorite and i liked how JD took into consideration the loss i experienced. thank you guys so much!

So we set a time for my appointment, and it was all I could do to hold in my excitementand nervousness. Everyone at the place was super nice and welcoming. The work he did was amazing! He made my vision a reality! I am super happy with his artistic ability and the anxiety I had starting out was quickly replaced with satisfaction and confidence in his professionalism and as I relaxed and watched him work his magic.... I became more and more confident that I had met the right guy for the tattoo that I will get to enjoy for the rest of my life. Thank you Kenny. You are a true artist.

Went to Jasmine for a piercing and she was wonderful! My friend and I was extremely nervous to get our piercings but she was so calm and gentle. She took most of the nerves away. The piercings were quick too! Very professional and very nice person as well. I would definitely go back to her for more.

I got my noise pierced by Jasmine, she did a wonderful job as well she took the time to educate my through the entire process of what is happening and what to expect. She also made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable before doing the piercing. She is so amazing!

About 2 or so months ago my son and I walked into Timeless Ink on a whim. We have gone in numerous times since then, and will continue to. We walked in as strangers, but now they are genuinely happy to see us for our return business. Between my son and I weve gotte 8 piercings from Jasmine, and will never go anywhere else, as we have 5 more planned so far. Jasmine is THE BEST. She is kind, gentle, thorough and only has our best interest in her heart. She is part of our story now. The cleanliness of the shop and all instruments and tools is top notch! Went there to get matching tattoos with my friend and I hadn’t ate for a few hours so 5 minutes into my tattoo, my sugar dropped. I passed out and started puking and they handled it perfectly!! I woke up to a worker holding me up and they gave me a honey bun to get my sugar back up. Thank you guys for taking care of me and getting me through it!! (The tattoo was also AMAZING!!!)

My artist was Matt and he is beyond amazing. Our original design didn’t work and he drew a custom one in no time at all. I wish reviews allowed pics. Beautiful tat that covered a link to the past. We shall call him surfer Matt Ryfe 😂 all wonderful people. JD the owner has an eye for high level artists. Its my first time coming here I was pretty nervous but Jasmine really helped me walk through the process. She was so laid back and cool and she pierced my nose beautifully and Im so happy and thankful for her. A good place to get your piercings done! Will definitely come back for more.

Over the past year, Jasmine has done 14 piercings for myself, my husband and 2 teen daughters. She is absolutely the best at what she does! She’s quick, precise and gentle. She’s very knowledgeable and informative. She talks you through the process and that really helps calm the nerves when you’re extremely nervous about getting pierced. This place is great! The owner was so kind to me and the other artists here have a great attitude and provide a safe, comfortable atmosphere. Jasmine has done most of my piercings for many years, I am very sensitive and she is very gentle yet precise, if you are like me I highly recommend her work. I love Jaz! She literally has done all my piercings and they are the best I’ve had ❤️‍🔥 she is very clean with how she handles piercing which I am big on ! Dont ever go here , some guy accidentally tattooed my chin when he was tattooing my chest and the owner of the place has never made it right. He told me he would order a tattoo removal Lazer but hasnt returned my calls or texts since , its been like 8 months ., now Im stuck for the rest of my life with dots my chin because some guy didnt know what he was doing and the owner dont care , unsure where I should go from here , maybe a lawyer or the channel 6 news .. all I want is these dame dots off my chain

My mom and her mom (my grandma) got angel wing tattoos about 10 years ago but she sadly passed away in 2018 (the grandma) so my mom was left with a single angel wing. For mothers day this year I decided to get the other halff done in the Same place so when we held hands theyd be together. Natalie did an AMAZING job and I couldnt ask for a better tattoo. Both me and my mom love coming here for tattoos with Natalie.

My daughter and My husband both got their septums pierced by Jasmine. Shes just a joy to be around, very informative, very professional, very clean. I absolutely love her. And the only one I trust to pierce anyone in my family. Shes done 3 for us so far and many more to come.

I have wanted to get another nose piercing for a while. Wasnt sure where to go since I havent known the area well. Read the reviews and tried here. Super glad I did! Jasmine did my piercing with help from her apprentice (Cassie I think.). She did so great. The atmosphere was relaxing and great. She explained everything in detail the whole time to me and her apprentice. Gave me the info for what jewelry to look for if I want to find my own. Got my nose pierced jus recently here and its sinking in and they said come in and they were able to do something quick and easy. They even lubricated the nose stud to make sure it went in easily. Jd and Jasmine are absolutely lovely.

I went and saw Natalie for my first tattoos and went back two days later to get more. Im probably going to go back before her flash sale ends and get more because Im addicted at this point! This shop is a very welcoming business. Definitely recommend going here!

I went in, I didn’t have an appointment but I did call ahead. I was seen right away for a piercing. If you want a tattoo make sure you make an appointment! I was just going in for a piercing.When I arrived I filled out paperwork and gave them my ID, they explained the process, the healing, step for step. I Signed then was asked if I needed water and was shown to the piercing room. Scotti opened all the equipment in front of me and explained everything as he was doing it. I was measured, marked then it was done.Before I left I received after care instructions, and I was on my way. Scotti was very professional. The entire shop was extremely clean and everyone was so nice! I do plan on getting my next tattoo there very soon. I also will be going back at my 6 week mark for my free bar switching.

If youre looking for a piercer that will do a great job and make sure you feel comfortable, GO TO JASMINE. She has done most of my piercings, one of my friends, and my sisters. She did my septum, inverse naval, tongue, smiley, medusa, both daiths, and nipples. She answers any questions you have and does things very quick and easy. I will always go back to her for new piercings and highly recommend you go to her for yours!!!

We were booked for an appointment at Body stain tattoo, and they already knew my daughter was a minor, gave us the information and wouldnt let us get the piercings done when we showed up for our appointment. We asked for recommendations and ended up walking in getting a double nose piercing done in less than a half an hour for half the price, thank you to Harry for being so great!!

This is a wonderful little shop, Abby has done 3 tattoos so far and Jasmine has done a large portion of my piercings. Even when I moved home to Pittsburgh I still drive over three hours to get work done here and have even brought friends and family. Pay them a visit, you’ll be happy you did.

Ok so I am 34 years old and I went in to get my ears pierced. From the MOMENT I walked in everyone was so nice. Jasmine ended up piercing my ears...she was AMAZING. She walked me through exactly what was going to happen and even put my mind at ease because I was really nervous. Really quick and easy. Today I received my first tattoo and got both nipples pierced. I was very nervous to say the least but the man who did my tattoo made me feel so relaxed. I’ve always loved it here and if I’ve ever had a problem, addressing it and finding a solution has never been hard. Pricing is very fair, and the work speaks for itself. The shop is full of great people that I’ve never felt uncomfortable around. I always schedule another appointment on the way out 🙃

I’ve been to timeless ink plenty of times for different services but this one in particular was very pleasant. I got 2 tats done this time one by kenny and one by natalie . kenny was so nice and comforting , walked me thru everything and when i told him i was scared he told me everything was going to be alright. Same with natalie , she talked me thru everything and did such an amazing job as did kenny. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Walking in I was scared to death to get my nose pierced but all staff was amazing they didnt sugar coat that it it will in fact hurt. Jaz actually did the piercing and even tho I was probably the biggest baby shes even seen she was so amazing and guided me and helped keep me relaxed. This place is highly recommended!
