I was recommended to come here by a friend so I could get my ear re-pierced. The online booking process was simple, and I appreciate that they had late availability since I get off work a bit later. The building is at the corner so it was easy to find and parking wasnt complicated. The check-in process was simple and I got to pick out which kind of earrings I wanted. Theres a nice variety to pick from, ranging from cost friendly to more regal options (real gold).Overall, smooth process. I was in and out and I have a new ear piercing that I wont let close up. 😆😅

Kathleen was awesome! I’m super detail oriented and notice just the littlest things if they’re uneven or “off.” I had my second earlobe piercing done before and got it redone today because they were uneven. Kathleen was understanding, kind and funny! And also detail oriented herself.. She took the time to make sure they were done correctly which I appreciate!

Went last year while I was in Columbus and forgot to leave a review! They have an adorable store right in a neighborhood which I love. There was a great selection of jewelry from quality companies. They had exactly what I was looking for and put it in with ease for me. I will be back if I ever end up in the area again!

My daughter had been asking to get her ears pierced and I wanted to make sure I took her somewhere that sterilizes their equipment and is experienced with this sort of thing. I wanted to choose somewhere reputable. Im glad we came here. It was a great experience. My daughter did fantastic. I was convinced to get one myself. Highly recommend coming here. They keep all products in their sterilization pouches for your reference.

My piercer Jason was amazing! I came in asking for a helix piercing but based off my ear shape he recommended a different placement and i love it! it was super cool that he considered my ear shape and suggested something different. obviously he was willing to do my original idea but i love that he took the time to recommend something i liked even better

Love this place! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dylan did my piercings, and they were so calming it helped my nerves a lot. Dylan was also very quick and efficient, so there was only a quick moment of pain and then it was over! Overall, clean place. Safe with jewelry handling. Spent almost $200 on two pairs of earrings + a cartilage stud. (Jewelry only - not piercing). They don’t sell in pairs. You have to buy the earring post (back piece) and then the front piece x4. 🧐 didn’t know that until I paid and asked for an itemized receipt.Covid - have to check in then wait outside. Still taking walk-ins. Can be lengthy at times.

Its been quite a few years since Ive been here but its always a good experience. Instead of charging for a new piercing, Christine said the old, closed up one was fine after properly opening it back up (instead of my stud earring I tried to push through, ha). Plenty of information for aftercare, told me to call with any questions, and everyone was very informative and helpful.Update 13 months later: Kathy was great for my other ear yesterday. Made sure everything was perfect and I was happy with placement, etc. I had a lot of questions and got the ones answered I could properly word between her and the two others at the desk.

Dylan did me and my mom piercing today made sure i wascomfortable as possible play my favorite music thank you so much was a good experience i was very nervous but calm down when he walked me through it

Dylan did an amazing job on my daith piercing and the restoration of my tongue piercing from 12 years ago. Excellent high end quality jewelry, great selection. I get very anxious, like extremely so: panic attack level. Dylan was very patient & understanding and spoke with me multiple days on what I wanted to have done. He set the proper expectations on what I wanted to have done. He went over everything with me and made sure I thoroughly understood. Once I came in to have it done, he made it as painless as it could have possibly been. He had a wonderful attitude and perfect personality for his line of work. I highly recommend this place (and especially Dylan) as their employees are extremely kind and well trained. Everyone in here was so friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to do the ear project we had talked about.

1 piece of jewelry was 40 some dollars! I just needed a new piece of jewelry for my Monroe. I needed it then & wasnt feeling well, or I nvr would have paid that.

Highly professional, fast, safe, clean, all the above. I highly recommend this be where you go to get any piercings. They actually care about you. From what I saw their selection of piercings are sort of small but theres a big variety each piercing is different so your more than likely to find something youll enjoy having for the meantime as you heal.

Very over priced piercing studio.Davita piercing at most studios in Columbus and surrounding areas, $35 to $40 with The basic hoop ring.Piercology price $35 for the piercing and no basic hoop.Basic hoop cost starting at $30.So the total cost is around $65 + I was told to expect around &75 plus tax. And this is per ear.

Dont take your child anywhere else! The folks at Piercology are the experts. Christine pierced my 8 year old daughters ears and it was a worry-free, painless experience.

Prior to peircology, I only had my ears pierced at Claire’s (🙅‍♀️) I ended up getting 3 new piercings and not only was everyone completely helpful and friendly, they helped “design” the piercings for an awesome look! Can’t wait to go back for my other ear

This place is absolutely wonderful. After not finding a place I felt comfortable in around my own town, I finally decided to look around elsewhere and came across Piercology. I had my lobes pierced with a gun when I was a child and was generally terrified after that and had no other piercings since. After a lot that has happened in my life over the last year, I finally decided to do something for myself that made me happy.I have always wanted a daith piercing but other than that I was clueless with the process and what works for my own ear anatomy, so I booked a consultation. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the entire staff that was up by the counter. I was ultimately set up with Hazel and after explaining what I thought I liked and what my end goals were. They gave me a great plan for both ears and they showed me a great assortment that matched my current jewelry and aesthetic. They also were really patient with me as I asked a lot of questions as someone completely new to piercing aftercare and upkeep and worked with me on pricing to fit my budget.After everything was set up, I was placed with Dylan (I hope I spelled it correctly!) and he was amazing as well. He was totally helpful in getting me up on the table as I have an old injury from a car accident that makes me unsteady and kept up with tons of small talk to keep me relaxed as I was pretty nervous. He checked in on me through every step and answered even more questions I came up with, with tons of detail. He even asked for my business card as I have a small business and really made me feel comfortable.After all was done, all of the available staff looked at my ear and congratulated me, and Hazel took likely much better pictures than what I provided on this review. Overall, this experience made me excited to have new piercings and I cannot wait to see them again at the end of this year to work on my other ear. As a nervous beginner to this world of piercing, I could not be happier. They didn’t push me where I wasn’t comfortable, they saw me as more than just another number on the appointment list, and they were sincere and patient with me as I expressed my concerns and asked a thousand questions.If you read this whole review, I am so sorry it was so long, but I rarely feel so incredibly happy with a company/service. If you are a newbie like me, take it as a sign that this is a safe place to begin piercing. I couldn’t recommend it more!

I was there a few days ago, and its an okay place but some of my favorites are no longer there. The current employees can work on their personality because theyre not the most welcoming. Its also time to lift some of the strict covid rules. Some people might like to have someone with them.The outside of the building can also use an upgrade.

Great experience with my 6 year old recently. Ive been there previously for myself but they made her feel really comfortable and it was quick and painless. She loved all the options and they go over all after care and products. Clean facility and top notch customer service 👌

I found this placw by recommendation. Love the fact that they place huge emphasis on piercings being done safe. Their recommendations for after care is on the safe side, which I appreciate. I did a helix piercing and it went well. Everything as expected, they were transparent about what I might experience (e.g. a bit of pain at first and inability to sleep on my pillow for a month or two). Im actually about to make another appointment right now because my lobe needs more love.

Do not recommend purchasing your jewelry here. Although I will say they have plenty of gold, rose gold, and silver jewelry, its a very limited selection. I purchased a continuous ring from them no more than 2 months ago and every little bit of color has completely faded from what was once a rainbow band. I dont expect it to last forever but TWO MONTHS? Considering how much they charged for it I would have been better off going to walmart, Id get the same quality item for alot cheaper.

The appointment was fabulous. I arrived early and everyone was so nice. Was planning two piercings, one being navel. A review by the piercing professionals let me know kindly as possible that my navel is not conducive to a successful piercing. I appreciate the honesty and not just going for a money grab. I did have a double nose piercing and ADORE it. Christine was great. Yes, it hurt a bit, expected, couple drops of blood, of course, no biggie. Its been a few days, and its all good. Felt a bit like a hard hit in the nose for the first day, after that didnt notice. Do Not Play with the piercing. Follow directions, clean the site, leave a tip. Thank you.

As always, our experience at Piercology was great. The store was clean, with Covid precautions in place. All the staff in the front were very friendly. The gentleman that pierced my daughters earlobes was great. She was nervous and he made her feel at ease every step of the way. I would highly recommend Piercology for kids earlobe piercing. * The second picture, without the mask, was after we got home.

I came in for a consultation for a daith piercing today! My previous attempt at getting it pierced was still healing so I got my seconds recovered by Dylan and he was so so nice to work with and talk to. Did things super quick and was helpful when I felt a little woozy afterwards. I can’t wait to come back to get pierced!!

Brought my 7YO to get her ears pierced and got my nose pierced in the same visit. Great experience from start to finish.They were diligent about confirming my minor childs relationship to me using school photos with her name in lieu of an ID and had HER fill out her own paperwork. I absolutely loved that she was not only included, but that she was spoken to and treated as the customer for her piercing service. The staff explained to her what she was signing, piercing aftercare and were so patient with her questions.Dylan performed the piercings and he made her (and me :) feel so comfortable. He reinforced that this was her choice and that if she told him to stop, then he wouldnt complete the piercing. I loved that he reaffirmed that this was her choice and her consent was necessary! He talked her through the process and made it quick and smooth.My 7YO asked me to add that this was the best place in the entire world to get a piercing and it barely hurt at all. Everyone there was super fun to be around and they give you free shop stickers!

Everyone here made me feel super comfortable. I haven’t gotten a piercing since I was 6, and now I have 3 more! Kathleen did the piercings and she was awesome and professional, really making sure I knew what to expect.These people very clearly care about piercing and the experiences of their clients. I cannot recommend them enough :)

Piercology was great! We got my 9 year old daughters earlobes pierced and the experience was terrific. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and Kathleen talked my daughter through the piercing with ease. She was wonderful to work with and my daughter couldnt be happier with the result.

First time I got my septum done it was crooked but they were great about getting it redone for me, Dylan did a fantastic job, the customer service was great and staff was very friendly. Would definitely go again.

This is a complicated review , the staff at this shop are the coolest and kindest people Ive met in a shop but the piercings Ive got here have been kinda bad. I first went for double nostril piercings and they were very crooked but they told me they could take it out and after it heals they will fix it for free and they did so now my lower nostril piercings are fine. I then came back for high nostril piercings and it was the same situation one was uneven so they took it out and said they would fix it for free so I came back and got it redone . The problem now is although the placement was perfect the piercing was pierced at such a crooked angle it tore my skin once the swelling happened and I had to take it out due to the pain. So this is a great shop to go to for simple piercings but not symmetrical or difficult piercings .

Theyre always great! Never had any issues with my piercings when going to Piercology. Always kind, fast and realist with how the process is. Highly recommend!

Besides, my earrings, which I had done as a baby, all my piercings were done here!! Some have fallen out, but once Covid is taken care of, I will be back to get them replaced! Staff is kind! Ive had nipple piercings and theyre respectful!

While the piercer is amazing, they seriously price gouge you. Got my sons ears pierced. $25 a lobe and then $5 to set up the room. Then jewelry is NOT included. And it is WAY over priced. $30 an earring for tiny silver balls. $30 each. Ridiculous. Will definitely not be back. Was completely ripped off. Almost $120 for 2 simple lobe piercing. Not ok.

My friend and I both have several piercings and have gone to other places for them, but we have both concluded that these are the only piercings either of us have never had any problems in healing. The people at the front were very welcoming and and hyped me up before my piercings. I was pierced by Christine and she made me feel so comfortable and was so patient and kind with me and redid some old piercings that were always giving me problems and I’ve had zero issues in the month since getting them which is a miracle for me. Basically she worked some sort of magic and I would recommend her to anyone.

We came at what seemed to be a busy time but the staff was still able to provide and maintain a relaxed atmosphere. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Dylan went above expectations to make sure we were comfortable and made the piercing super easy.

I went here last year and got a 14k gold nose piercing and it was totally worth it. The building was homey like, they were very nice, and no long wait time at all. The piercing was very quick and Ive been healing nicely. I have sensitive skin to jewelry and will keloid if its not real so I can tell ya all their gold jewelry is GOLD!!! Love this place! I will be back 🥰

Always top tier! I live in Florida now and wanted the top of my ear pierced. I knew there was no other place for the job than piercology. Clean, professional and knowledgeable! The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledge. Not only were they patient in answering my questions, they expressed happiness that I had questions to ask ahead of time, which made me feel comfortable and safe. The woman who helped me at the front desk walked me through everything and the man who did the piercings was professional and efficient. He completed each piercing in only a few seconds and he took the time to show me all the sanitization receipts for the materials used that day. Im a week out from my piercing and healing well. Fingers crossed it will continue! Should I decide to get something else done, I would go back to this place to do it.

I’ve gotten 3 out of my four piercings done at Piercology! I’ve gotten my nose, septum, and cartilage done. Although they are pricey, it’s worth it for the quality. They use really great tools and jewelry that haven’t given me issues. Apart from their quality, I always get really nice people helping me! Everyone is super helpful and willing to help. I had my nipples re done by Christine after having 2 kids and I highly recommend. She was extremely sanitary and it was much less painful than my first time doing them years ago. Will be back for more from Christine!!!

My daughter and I love coming to Piercology whenever we are in the Columbus area. We live in Detroit but are big Buckeye fans and looked this place up when we decided to get some piercings done. As soon as we walked in they were pleasant as can be. Answered all our concerns and questions we had and helped us a lot on picking the right pieces of jewelry for the particular piercings we were having done! Dylan has been our piercer twice and is great at what he does!! Very comforting and knowledgeable and will let you know if a particular piercing you want will work for you or not. He also makes sure very thing he does between the jewelry and the piercing tools are as sterile as can be. I’m sure that goes for all of them! They are great! And we will be back there again soon!!!

The staff are great there. Hazel really knows their stuff. The vibe inside is fun and chill. If you want a piercing, this is the place to go.

I will say this, if you want a good piercer: CHRISTINE is the 1! She has done my last 3 since coming to their new location. I had last visited almost 15-20 years ago when they were on High St. I like the atmosphere, attitude, and cleanliness here! Every time I come here it is always pleasant experience every time! ☺️

I want to say that this shop was amazing! They asked all the right questions and educated me! I got my belly pierced (different shop) in last year in october and I sadly had to take it out because I noticed that it was rejecting. Today I went in for my appointment and I told them what has happened and they looked at my belly button and they suggested a floating navel! they also educated me on that my belly button would probably reject if I got the traditional belly piercing. I did end up getting the floating navel piercing and I love it! It looks amazing and I feel like me again! 10/10 I would recommend!

I made an impulse decision yesterday and went here to get my nostril pierced with my friend. The person who assisted us at the desk was so sweet and helpful and did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the jewelry we were getting. Once I was in the back getting pierced, my piercer explained every single step they were doing beforehand so there were no surprises and it made the process so much less nerve-wracking. The whole place was clean and professional and everyone was so helpful!! Suuuuuper recommend if you’re looking to get any piercing (:

I got my nose pierced here 10 years ago. Although I’ve moved states, I stopped in here this past weekend to get a new nose ring. Always friendly and professional staff.

Let me just say I love love love this place. They made me feel super comfortable and like part of their family from the initial call. I called and was looking for a genital piercing, I know most people would be embarrassed to ask and talk about it and I was but my guy Hazel made me feel super comfortable from the get go. He made me feel like it was ok and something common he deals with which put me at ease, he was very knowledgeable and honest which I love! He recommended Kristine for my piercing. Where to begin with Kristine, she was amazing she made me feel like not only a friend but like she cared. She took her time explaining the procedure and answering my questions. When it came time for the piercing she took her time and made sure the piercing was placed correctly. The piercing it self was over and done before I knew what was happening and when I was surprised by the lack of pain she jokingly made fun of the situation which honestly made me feel even more like a friend and I mattered ( I know it’s silly). Honestly this place is amazing.

I had a great experience here! I walked in to have my nose pierced and everyone was great. I noticed that all the staff were wearing masks, so asked if I needed one. They clarified that it wasnt required, but it also seemed appreciated so I was happy to mask up. Kathleen walked me through everything, helped me select a perfect piece of jewelry, then really spent her time on perfect placement. The end result is perfect and, since Kathleen was so clear about best practices for healing (basically, do not touch it or otherwise fuss with it) it looks so good, with no inflammation or anything, a week later.I came to Piercology based on a recommendation, and Im happy to pass that recommendation along. And specifically, of course, Kathleen was a gem 🤍

Originally came in to switch out my navel ring for a longer one because I think they took too much skin the first time as they gave me the largest ring they had. I emailed and was told it was free to switch it out which was fine. They tried to get me to pay until I told them I was promised a free switch in the email. When I came by my friend and I decided to get a piercing while we were there. We were never told a wait time until staff apparently got annoyed at our presence in the shop and told us there were 8 people in front of us. Wasn’t told the wait for was going to be 3 hours and missed a commitment we had because we had already paid. Staff was unwelcoming and tried to blame my sinking piercing on me even though it was tight to begin with. Noticed that staff was nicer to older clientele and treated younger clients like they didn’t know what was going on. Also witnessed staff being rude to other guests. I don’t think I’ll be coming here ever again.

I absolutely love this place! It is the only place I will ever go to for piercings, piercing care, and piercing advice. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and pleasant to interact with. It is a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. I went here for my first piercing, and have gone there for every other one since. The advice they offer regarding existing piercings is also invaluable; I have a rook piercing that I was SO CLOSE to just giving up on. I came here for one last attempt at saving it, and after following their advice and changing the bar size to a more appropriate fit, I have a perfect piercing! The service my friends and I received was absolutely terrible. Multiple workers were very rude to us today. They also spoke to us like we were stupid, and seemed very annoyed with our questions. The shop had a very limited jewelry selection, long wait times just to view the jewelry, and there was a way better place a short drive away. Oh and they sold my friend the wrong sized piece of jewelry.. but from others reviews that seems to be a reoccurring thing.

Had to write a review to say Kathleen is the best!!!!!! When I first went in for my nipple piercings, she spent a good 20 minutes answering all my questions about them. She gave me great, professional advice which was super helpful during my healing process. Also, on 2 separate occasions, I had issues with my piercings and she calmed me down and gave me her professional opinion about them. She has made me feel comfortable and calm several times, which is very important to me because I am very sensitive when it comes to piercings. She is the best!!!!

I have an update on my surface piercing. This morning it completely came out on its own when I was asleep. I found the earring in my hair. The barbell was never bent like I was told it was going to be. Now my skin is in the process of healing itself.

Had a great experience there! I had let my friend pierce me at her house (irresponsible, i know) and she had put in some cheap jewelry from amazon that was way too small. It refused to heal for 2 months, getting super swollen and leaking pus no matter how much aftercare I did. I went into Piercology and they took a look at it, talked through options with me and then changed it to one of their high quality pieces of jewelry. Ever since, I have had literally no problems. The piercing looks more healthy than ever, and they were super kind and non-judgmental. I will definitely be going here for ALL my piercing needs in the future!

Updating 6/8/23 -- business responded promptly and had me in to fix the problem and to replace the jewelry that was broken: I appreciated the professionalism and willingness to act so quickly.-Ive had very good experiences here with Christine ( she is exempt from this review due to this - I recommend her ) and one or two ladies at the counter over the past few years, but I feel as though there has been a massive loss of professionalism recently with everyone else.I have come in twice now with broken jewelry -- I am experienced and careful with my piercing jewelry, and there is a warranty for replacement, which thankfully was produced -- but the staff treats me like this has never happened before and acts like I am being an imposition when I explain the situation, knowing it wasnt their fault and making that clear. It always makes me feel as though I am a giant hassle which is troublesome given the prices paid for the jewelry and services.The above have been troubling me for a few months now, but this evening was what has driven me to leave this review.Dylan ( the owner, afaik ) is kind but during a lip jewelry change was very closely breathing into my mouth -- I know a certain level of proximity is necessary for piercing work, but the very close mouth-to-mouth breathing made me very, very uncomfortable. I feel that if you arent able to breathe through your nose during such a close oral procedure, a mask should be most prudent, for hygienes sake if not for the comfort of your client.Update -- the part of the piercing he said was broken was, indeed, not the part that was broken, so I am stuck with a still-broken stud.

I came here for a septum piercing and nose piercing and Christine was amazing!! I had a really bad nervous reaction to the septum piercing and she was so patient and understanding while I was nauseous and lightheaded. My piercings look amazing and are healing well so far, and if you come here make sure to ask for Christine!

I got my septum pierced yesterday. The staff was insanely nice and accommodating despite the fact they had a ton of walk-ins at the same time. They took me through everything in detail. And then Dylan! Dylan was my piercer. He was kind, patient, and super professional. It barely hurt and I didnt feel nervous at all with him. He did a wonderful job and I am thrilled with the results. A+.

I had my ears pierced about a month ago. Since then Ive had a plug fall out and an o ring slip into my ear. They were always so helpful and kind when I messed up. All of the staff is great and I couldnt recommend them more!

Every one I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable they educated me on what was best for my body while taking into consideration my allergies. They were able to get me in as a walk in in a very busy Saturday with no issue and great communication.Christine was MAGIC! She did a great job the whole service was a perfectly timed and smooth process. Such a gifted piercer she made it as painless as possible all things considered. She did a great job to ease my anxiety by explaining what she was doing and warning me when it was gonna get a little spicy 10/10 would have stab me again.

Ive been a customer at piercology since I got my first piercing there at 18. When I was there today (36) it was a truly wonderful experience! The staff there was so friendly and helpful. Camille really did a great job explaining the process of recovering the multiple piercings I wanted to try to get back as well as after care and everything in between. Christine was my piercer and she did an absolutely amazing job with all of my piercings and it was a pleasure working with her!

My most comfortable piercing experience yet! Christine talked me through the whole process of getting my septum pierced and made sure I knew what was happening so there were no surprises. She took her time to make sure my piercing was even. Overall the shop is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere.

Very friendly staff, Hazel helped my friend and I select jewelry at the front counter. Got 3 piercings done by Christine Hanley, upper lobes and forward helix. She made sure to keep everything sanitary, disinfecting tools multiple times. I hate needles but she pierced my ears quickly and with the least pain possible (thank you Christine!) The jewelry, as expected, was very expensive but worth it for the quality (although I wish they had more options). I’m planning to go back for more!

I NEVER leave reviews anywhere but I have to say, this place was the worst I’ve been to. I had three jewelry pieces replaced and within three months, all fell out. Definitely disappointed. Most places I’ve been to for jewelry replacements have lasted years. My Tragus piercing is hanging on after getting it replaced here, and even then, it’s painful and the jewelry is sharp. Would never recommend this place. First time I went, the staff broke out into a verbal fight in front of customers. Unprofessional, D grade material piercing place.

Went here for the first time today. Got my very first nose stud! Christina, the piercer working today, was so nice, understanding and friendly. She gave great advice, explained everything well, made me feel at ease (I was nervous), and did a great job! The front staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The interior of the shop is pretty cool - kind of a mix between modern and retro. They also have a big TV on the wall that you can scroll through pictures of many of the piercings theyve done there. Would absolutely recommend this place!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Everyone was so kind and helpful and explained every part of the process in detail, from picking out jewelry to how the piercing is performed and aftercare instructions. Dylan made the piercing itself such an easy experience and I barely felt it. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and their sterile procedures. It looks amazing and I will definitely be going back for any future piercings! :)

Christine is AMAZING! She has an awesome personality, is great at what she does and give you the best experience all the way around. My grandson wanted his septum pierced for his bday so he went in and loved having her as his piercer. She was fantastic. I have recommended her to everyone who says they are interested in getting something pierced. No one better in this city!

I came here for a very intimate type of piercing and was very nervous. Piercology has a professional and chill vibe, the folks at the front desk were so helpful and informative about types of jewelry and aftercare. Christine was my piercer, she made me feel very comfortable and did a great job on my piercings.Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning for all of my piercing needs!

Would highly recommend. my daughter had her ears pierced there and they were incredibly patient and talked her through everything. They explained everything directly to her and made sure she was comfortable with her decision. an amazing experience for a little girl.

This place is AMAZING!!! The vibes of the whole store and everything was just YASSSS👏👏👏 I literally walked In and said Im thinking about getting the right side of my nose pierced. Would it look good on me? They said yes, I got situated right away. I sat down for maybe less than 5 minutes and they called me back so quickly. My piercer was so nice like omg. They listened to me about random stuff about my life which they did not have to. They where so cool, the place was so clean and they where so informative about everything!!! Christine redid my bridge piercing for me, and I absolutely love it. She did an absolutely wonderful job with it! Everyone here is so kind and caring and very clearly take pride in what they do. Kathleen also did my paired eyebrow piercings and did an AMAZING job!

Christine and the team at piercology are wonderful and kind people! I got my lobes done and resized my helix. Christine made the process super easy and enjoyable, and they even checked on me in the middle of the piercing change to make sure I was doing ok! Everything was very clean as well. The person who helped me at the front desk (I didnt catch their name, sorry!) Was very kind and easy to talk to. They let me take my time choosing jewelry and was very patient with me. They asked my budget, and they worked with it. I mentioned I liked mushrooms and bees, and they brought out those for me to see as well!This is a safe space, and I definitely felt that way. They are very professional, Nicole came up from Florida as a guest piercer and she was amazing! The rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming! I was immediately at ease. They are VERY sterile and Nicole Checked the placement for my piercings several time and then had me look to make sure I was happy with the placement. The piercing was VERY quick and I wouldnt go anywhere but here for future piercings! They are awesome!

Love this place! I had my septum pierced here a couple years ago with no problems! I recently came back in to buy a new piece of jewelry and they were so welcoming and professional! The protocol here is to fit you *on site* with any jewelry you buy to make sure all is well~ Kelsi did an amazing job fitting me for my piercing! She was awesome!

I hate that Im just now posting my review but I have been so embarrassingly anxious and hope to reach anyone with a deviated septum on March 15th, 2020 I went with my best friend to get our septum piercings done and although at the time I never heard of anyone getting their septums done while they were laying down, I put in a lot of trust into Dylan because I was 18 years old at the time. He did my friends first and hers was fine (she didnt have a deviated septum) however, when he did mine it was awfully crooked. Although I am terribly anxious, I immediately started asking questions after I looked in the mirror because my piercing was insanely crooked. Dylan was very persistent that my piercing was straight and not crooked at all to the point where he was trying to gaslight me into thinking it was just swollen. At the time, I never realized I had a deviated septum but looking back, I wasnt even stenciled at all or really examined by him prior. I went back out to my friends car, ready to make the 3 hour drive back home when it really settled in how terribly crooked it was in broad daylight and I immediately started sobbing because I knew I couldnt go back to my conservative family who didnt know I was getting the piercing knowing I would just never live that down. I convinced my friends to go back in with me and Dylan at first tried to gaslight me again until he finally agreed to take a better look at it and explained how I have the dievated septum and he didnt realize. He gave me the option of redoing it that day, or taking it out and letting it heal. He explained if he redid it that day, he was going to go through the same hole on one side and open a new hole on the other but how Id have to take extra better care of the one side since there would technically be two holes to heal. After he redid it, which I was very tough throughbut hurt so so so so so badly, Dylan just made me really uncomfortable and like he could never make a mistake. Really lame experience and it took me about three years to get the courage again to finally book another piercing appointment up in Pitt.

I have always felt welcomed, cared for, and informed at Piercology! The people that have helped me from first entering the studio to the people that have pierced me have been nice as can be. Christine Hanley is so sweet and the best at what she does.

Great service. The actual piercer was great and patient with me. One person at the desk made me feel judger by a comment about a piercing I got which was professionally done to my liking aka, what I asked for. I definitely recommend this place. You may wait a bit but it’s worth it!

The Front Desk staff were professional and extremely friendly. I appreciate the way the after care process was explained before my piercing. My Piercer was Nick,once in the procedure he explained the entire process,he was careful with the sanitation process. I was impressed how Nick prepared the area to be pierced, he let me know when he was prepared to start the piercing and when to breathe in and out. Nick was definitely careful in cleaning the piercing after the procedure and explained the after care again. I will certainly recommend Piercology to my friends. Thank you for a great experience.

Got my nose pierced by Christine. She was amazingly PATIENT and flexible with me as I had to change the size of my stud to better suit me. And I love it! Happy Birthday to this 41 year old today. What a gift!

I wanted an impromptu ear piercing and was able to get in with these guys immediately. Having only ever been to mall-style piercing places I was confronted with a little “sticker shock” but decided to get pierced anyway. I was not disappointed by anything from the warm greeting, the careful and detailed explanation of the procedure, and the friendly and quick ethic of the piercer—Nick. I will surely go back here for all of my piercing needs and am grateful for a place like this in the Columbus community. Nice job, guys, and thank you for the awesome experience!

I got my snakebites done and I was thrilled with how they look. I cant wait to go back to downsize. Really cool, knowledgeable staff.

The piercing itself was done well and the prices were reasonable. The staff however have mostly been rude and unhelpful. I would maybe go back for another piercing, but I’m honestly not sure it’s worth interacting with their front desk staff.

The process was seamless from start to finish. Perfect after care instructions, step by step of what was happening and when, during the piercing. Clean and friendly!

I went here to get jewelry from another shop fixed and I found out that they can only use jewelry from their own shop, completely understandable! So I picked out a piece of jewelry to replace my other one and while it was a bit expensive, good jewelry is definitely worth the money. They took me back (practically no wait) and Christine informed me that the complete wrong jewelry was used to pierce my forward helix (the piercing I was getting jewelry changed on). Christine took the time to explain what was wrong with the jewelry used and I decided to get the jewelry changed on the second forward helix piercing as well. Christine was very helpful in making sure my jewelry was changed correctly and explained what I should expect with my healing due to the previously improper jewelry and the new jewelry.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The process was overall efficient and timely. The jewelry was a little more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it.

REQUEST DYLAN!!!!!! I have been in and out of this shop so many times and Im always walking out happy with the results. Friendly staff and great prices in my opinion. Tuesdays and Thursdays are buy 1 get 1 free piercings (you still have to pay for jewelry) so try to go on those days. Dylans work is amazing and hes extremely gentle and patient. I will request him every time I go!!

Everyone here is professional and knowledgeable about piercings. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. I appreciate all the hard work they are doing to be compliant with the coronavirus safety but still making the experience feel natural. Hazel helped me pick my jewelry and discuss possibilities with grace and charm (seriously wanted to be best friends with them). I have social anxiety pretty bad so i said i liked the first spot the piercer put the dot on my nose when i was iffy about it, got it pierced, went home and realized i should change it if i don’t like it bc it’s on my face, i called and explained and asked if i could come back in and they said yes and they were so sweet and helpful, my piercer (dylan smith) sat super patiently with me for what felt like 10 min while i tried marking dif spots on my nose to see how itd look, and then i asked him to put a dot based off what he thought i should do and it looked really good so i picked it and now i love it! it was pretty quick too considering it was a walk in. thank u! hope whoever is reading this has a good day :)

They get busy at the oddest times, but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The web site price list is, unfortunately, out of date.

Love them!, I got my nose pierced when I was 27 years old and I took my almost 16 year old there to get her nose pierced and she loves it! Then like a year or two ago I took my step-daughter to get her nose pierced as well! So this is the only place Ill take my family to for piercings! Most definitely let all my peeps know, you guys are the best!

**Update 11/12/2020 ** This place hasnt changed! They are still friendly! Still very clean!! Still amazing!! I had to ask for help removing my nose ring. Surgical purposes. No problems!! (My mom and I) brought my younger sister here to get her ears pierced and had a great experience. Although the intensity of the rules and cleanliness make the experience more nerve-wracking, we were confident everything was being done right and Christine was great! She explained what was happening every step of the way and we left happy.

From the outside this place doesnt look like much, but on the inside its pretty nice. The woman that greeted us explained care instructions very thoroughly and was very friendly. The piercer was very professional and changed his gloves multiple times to insure everything stayed sanitary. The overall experience was very comfortable and we left very pleased.

I had gone to piercology a few times for piercings and jewelry switches and had great experiences every time. However, last week when I went to get my conch jewelry changed with a hoop, the piercer irresponsibly grabbed a 14g hoop for my 16g piercing and even after feeling resistance, shoved it through my ear. I felt heavy discomfort but attributed it to normal pain from jewelry change. It wasnt until I paid $50 and went home that the discomfort grew and I realized that they mistakenly put a bigger gauge into my ear. Because I wanted to be able to painlessly switch between my hoop and stud, I went in to get a replacement stud in the size that would fit the new gauge that I (without my consent) was given.My shock came with the attitude and argumentative nature of the manager. You would think that they would apologize for the mistake and comp the price of what the replacement stud would be. But instead, they condescendingly blamed the discomfort in my ear to the changing from a stud to hoop, and not because they shoved too large of a gauge into a highly dense cartilage area. A 20 minute back and forth where I explained that it is their mistake and I shouldnt have to pay extra for the luxury of having jewelry I can use without pain ensued. (Since this would have been the case if they didnt make the mistake of giving me too large of a Guage hoop) finally a rude whatever was given to me and an attitude that took no responsibility for the mistake ended the ordeal.Just some basic customer service, if u make a mistake that caused discomfort and the need for a replacement earing, try apologizing and not trying to squeeze more money out of someone who is now having to reset some of the healing process due to your mistake.I am truly baffled that not one apology was given for the highly irresponsible practices that I was effected by. Unfortunately I do not recommend coming to this shop anymore because even though they are usually great, when they make a mistake there is no professionalism or accountability.

So I went August 2021 to get my cartilage pierced.. I had an appointment that day and I made an appointment a month in advance, it took about an hour for them to be ready for me and had to wait outside the whole time. It wasn’t a huge issue but still wasn’t ideal, and the workers were rude. We get to picking out the jewelry and I told the employee that was helping me that I can’t wear anything but gold or else my body will reject the piercing. She continued to say that I wasn’t and tried reassuring me that I wasn’t allergic at all.5 months later my body rejected the piercing and was irritated the whole time I had the piercing. I decided to take it out I did proper care on my piercings and did soaks for weeks whenever it got infected. They cost almost $200 and would not recommend anyone to go here.

Really great experience! I came here on a Tuesday for a daith and a helix piercing. Dylan took great care to help me find the jewelry that would be best for me, and when it came time to have the piercing done, Danny did a wonderful job. I was especially impressed with Danny’s knowledge and willingness to answer any questions I had about my new piercings. Keep it up guys :)

The staff is wonderful, very helpful in walking you through all precautions, hygiene measures, as well as talking you through the whole piercing procedure. Nobody I know has had an experience that was anything but wonderful, including myself. Got my nostril pierced by Kelsi today, she did amazing! I went here today for an industrial ear piercing....Dylan did an amazing job...placement looks perfect. I was looking for a piercer who has a lot of experience with this type of piercing and he really assured me and I was confident in him doing it. I left two different shops this weekend because I just wasnt confident in them doing it...Also the women at the front desk was a sweetheart!

The appointment for my jewelry change was seamless, Camille and Hazel were very helpful. I was in and out with Dylan in no time!

Visited here today and had a very hectic experience. It all started off great my friend and I picked out jewelry and then waited for the next person to pierce us. My friend spent over $300 on jewelry and as they were ready to put the jewelry in the piercer realized the front desk gave her all the wrong jewelry. There was at least 3 times of back and forth between them before she actually got the right size. Then they tell us the jewelry she had already paid for wasn’t available in the size she needed so my friend left very unhappy with expensive jewelry she doesn’t like. She’s going back in a few days to hopefully get what she wanted. I myself, had a decent experience with the guest piercer from Michigan. She was very nice and professional and was really trying to keep it together for the lack of communication on the front end. I won’t return here simply because when you are a customer that spends hundreds of dollars you should get what you asked for. I’m really disappointed because I had so many friends recommend this place.

Ive come here over the ears each time Ive pierced my ears, when I needed a new jewelry piece. Theyve also give tips on pieces I can buy online. The staff is super awesome, I love them all and their wonderful services!

Got my daith pierced and they had to redo the piercing because the first hole they did was incorrect and they were fighting with the jewelry after that for like ten minutes trying to get it to close. Then they didn’t have the correct ball and the hoop they used is absolutely enormous and not what a daith hoop should look like. Really would not recommend as I have several other piercings and nothing close to this

Ive gotten several piercings here by Kelsi she is amazing and very gentle. They have a pretty good selection of jewelry. They never rush your decisions and try to set you up to be successful. Make sure you give yourself some time because they get pretty busy especially when they have bogo days.

I will definitely be a returning customer! They took great care of me. I was very nervous about getting my nose pierced. Very classy clean place with Great Quality Jewelry!!

I would have gave them five stars but youre not able to wait in the lobby anymore and also because they are a bit overpriced compared to other places. Other than that they are a good clean and knowledgeable and do good work their customer service for the most part is good too. I know that a lot of places have different guidelines concerning covid-19 but its a little too cold outside to wait your turn. I would suggest to make an appointment so that youre not waiting outside in the cold to get your piercing done.

Want a great experience getting pierced, this is your place. I called from out of state, and had several questions about a few of my older piercings and, she answered all of them. We did have to wait but, they are limiting the amount of people in the building due to covid-19. This was not a huge deal as it was a beautiful day and, they had a porch we could sit on. After picking out my jewelry (they have so many great pieces to choose from) I went back to one of the piercing rooms and, everything was explained well, the procedures in place to keep everything clean and sterile were great. I will mention they were doing these procedures before Covid so, I really wasnt concerned in that area anyway. I had my jewelry installed and was on my way. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the high standards that they apply. Thank you for a great all around experience!

My experience here was an amazing one. I live about an hour away but was in the area, & I am glad I made the choice to go here to get my nose pierced. The piercer was Dylan, & he did AWESOME. I was nervous, but he was very thorough & reassured me it would only hurt for a split second. The ladies I talked to were awesome as well, we joked around & it seemed to make me a lot less nervous. The staff was really friendly, the guy who did the piercings was really patient and walked through everything. The place was clean. Earrings can be kinda pricey and I wish they had a better selection, so keep that in mind if you come. They do stand by their jewelry and that its well done and will last.

One of the receptionists was extremely rude when asking about Jewelry. Didnt show us the whole variety of what was available. When signing in for a time slot to check out jewelry we put in for a jewelry change and to look at jewelry. She said that we had to wait 15 minutes, we happily did, but when we went back inside and looked at the jewelry and we were ready for the jewelry change they then told us that we had to be put on another waiting list for an additional 30 minutes even though thats we initially had waited for in the first place. Highly disappointed in the customer service aspect of this association. Jewelry is good quality but the associate that we had dealt with was not for this company.

I had my tragus pierced, and a recovery piercing done by Dylan about a year ago. I originally had an appointment with Christine, but she was not there when I got there. But my experience with Dylan was pretty good, he was cool, and I didnt have any issues after. My only issue was with not being informed of Christine not being there when I stated I was there for an appointment with Christine; I didnt know until another guy piercer was taking me back to do my piercing. The guy was cool about it though, and went and got Dylan since I was a little uncomfortable about that, I almost didnt want to do it. I had read reviews, and liked the reviews for Christine thats why I made an appointment with her. But anyway I do feel like the pricing on the jewelry PER STUD is kinda high; I paid like $80 for 1 small 14k gold stud for my tragus, and like $35 for 1 small titanium stud for the recovery piercing. Although, I never went back to get the stud switched out I do recommend it, because I kept getting a nasty looking irritation bump on the inside of my tragus piercing. But I never had an infection, and I dont get the bump anymore :). I would go back for another piercing with Dylan!

Ive been getting piercings for over 8 years and I have to say, this is one of the best shops Ive been to. While theyre not super flashy, their customer service is second to none. Theyre always willing to work with you and they ensure that you both have the same vision in mind. The prices are great too. They dont overcharge you, and they charge a very fair price for jewelry. Im always helped the second I walk in the door and I havent felt as comfortable at any other shop as I do in theirs. Definitely recommend!

I got my septum pierced by Mike last night. The whole experience was awesome. My anxiety was super high, piercings scare me (but yeah I still get them.) I was anxious ALL day before this. Anyway, I didnt even feel the needle. I have ZERO pain tolerance. So, Mike must be a magician or something. All of the other employees/piercers when I arrived were super friendly and welcoming. As for cleanliness, this place is extremely clean - you can tell when you walk in, it even smells sanitary. I had a wonderful experience and will 110% be coming back. Thank you SO much! :)

Went yesterday and got my ears pierced by Christine. She and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and patient and took the time to answer all our questions. When Christine was marking my ears, she took the time to redo it when it didnt look right. Highly recommend.

Professional and helpful with lots of nose ring selections. Had to wait in car until they were ready to change my nose tt. Im guessing due to space restrictions and for COVID precautions. Overall nice experience.

Best place for a piercing in Columbus. We took our daughter here to get her ears pierced because we didn’t want to have a non sterile piercing gun that you get at Claire’s and have her get an infection for her birthday. This place was the best. Not only did she not even know they had pierced her ear, they were so friendly and great with kids. I’ll definitely be recommending my sister take her daughter here for her ears. Thanks again!

Professional, clean, very sterile, and definitely friendly. Probably one of the best piercing shops Ive ever been to and I had 5 piercings before this one all from different places. Prices are a bit high, but still the cheapest in the area Ive noticed so far. Jewelry prices changing is annoying but expected and not their fault, just make sure you get an estimate before agreeing to the piercing. All in all a very good experience. Would definitely go again and recommend.

Went in to get my ear pierced, and while I expected a clean set up, extra measures were taken to ensure a super sterile environment and professional appearance. All of the employees were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. From beginning to end I had zero doubt about the procedure and the prices, from what I understand, are good for the level of cleanliness and expertise. Plus it seems like they do a wide variety of piercings and only employ qualified people.

Whole Piercology experience was wonderful. I’m a tattoo artist and so cleanliness is the #1 thing I look for when choosing a piercing studio. Every measure possible was also taken regarding covid, which I really appreciated. Great explanations of everything about jewelry, aftercare, and healing process. Dylan was my piercer and he made me feel extremely comfortable, was super friendly, and explained the entire piercing process as he went. My septum piercing looks great! Awesome work and experience!

Cannot recommend Piercology highly enough! I’ve gotten 7 piercings with them, and they’ve all healed very well without infections/issues. I’m not really one to leave reviews, but after my last interaction with them I felt like I needed to. One of my piercings needed a shorter post after the healing finished up, and normally I would have just gone into the shop to have them change it out. However, I moved to North Carolina last year so I had to order one online. I had no idea what gauge or length I needed so I called them to ask for general advice, they were able to look up my profile and find the piercing I was talking about to tell me the gauge they used and the next post length to switch to. It was very unexpected but so nice!

They are a decent place, clean and friendly. But I had to wait a little long while they were just standing around. I only came in for a replacement of my piercing and the guy forced the piercing in instead of wiggling it into the right place leaving it soar and bleeding a little. Although I did specifically request them to tighten it, I indicated that I got it in easily myself, so Im not too happy with a soar piercing now.

I had my conch and nostril pierced here a couple years ago and they have healed beautifully. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Very clean facility, everything is sterilized and individually packaged. Ive even received compliments from other piercers!

He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quite the conversationalist - very easy to talk to. He walked me through the entire process prior to the piercings and made me feel very comfortable; confirming my decision to choose Piercology. Very professional and up to code on safety and sterility standards. I wont take my daughter anywhere else. She got her ears pierced at the mall against my wishes and the got infected. I took her to Piercology once they were healed and she didnt have any problems (of course!). They have an amazing selection of jewelry too!

I cant recommend Piercology highly enough! I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced when she was 8 years old and all of the staff were amazing! I took my older daughter there to get the botch job done by a Piercing Pagoda at the malls years earlier fixed, and again - everyone is awesome! I just took my youngest back again to get her nose pierced, and another stellar customer service experience! These folks really know what they are doing, are super professional, and super warm and welcoming too! Thank you Piercology!

I went in to Piercology today to get my nose pierced. Upon getting there, everybody was extremely friendly a informative. Ben did the actual piercing, taking me back to a private room. He was fantastic, professional, and explained everything as he was doing it. It really helped to ease any nerves that I did have, and the piercing itself hardly hurt at all. The shop itself is very clean, and they make sure everything is sterile and safe. I will definitely go back again for any future piercings that I may decide to get in the future.

The team here is fantastic! I had my piercing done by Alex who was a visiting piercer from Canada but he was amazing and talked me through the entire thing. The staff at the front counter are extremely knowledgeable and so patient, they answered my 101 questions and showed me different bars for piercings. If youre wanting to get a piercing done, definitely head to Piercology, they know what theyre doing.

Overall I think Piercology is a good, professional place. However, I do think that sometimes the staff can be a bit pushy. I’ve gotten plenty of piercings from them before, and they have all healed rather well, except for this most recent time. Could be a mistake on my part, but I’m a veteran when it comes to tattoos and piercings. I have a deviated septum, so when I got my septum pierced, it’s slightly crooked. It’s really only something I notice, and you can only tell if you’re staring at me. Also I’m a bit hard of hearing, and when I said that I was when a staff member tried to get my attention and I didn’t respond (because I didn’t hear), they replied with “well, I don’t like being loud, but if you want me to I can.” And while this isn’t a bad statement, it kind of embarrassed me. You don’t have to necessarily be louder for someone who is hard of hearing. A simple smile and wave at my direction and I would have probably noticed. Also my piercer was slightly condescending to me. I also got my double helix redone and it swelled really badly and tried to eat the bar. I probably should have mentioned I swell really badly, that way I could have had, off the bat, much bigger bars and would have had to save the uncomfortableness of having the old bars taken out. However, they did it for free. And gave me my aftercare cleaning supplies for free, as it was my birthday. Overall, I recommend them! Like any place, it’s hit or miss, but I think the staff is usually friendly. I think that Piercology does actively strive (and succeeds) with good customer service. I’m also impressed with how they sanitize the jewelry before they put it into your piercings. I’ve never had a piercing place do that before. I can agree with the reviews that say that there’s not much in terms of jewelry variety, but it’s good starter jewelry. You can always start with something from them and when you want to buy a different piece elsewhere. That way you’re still getting your piercing, still giving them business, and still getting what you want.

This place is great. We went to get our 7 year old daughters ears pierced. The professionalism displayed by the staff is outstanding. They take sterilisation and proper technique seriously, and are on top of it. The piercer who helped us, Ben, was outstanding. He was welcoming, engaging, talked my daughter through the process - which she said was nearly painless. Just a fantastic place.

Masks required. Only one parent in the piercing room. Sadly I was not the chosen one. I felt the price was high. $180 to get two earlobes pierced and still need to spend another $25 for shorter posts. All in all it was a good experience for my 7yo. So, Im giving an average review since I didnt go into the piercing room and cant factor in the process or bedside manner.

To be honest Im lost for words.. absolutely hands down the most amazing studio Ive ever experienced. So honored to have gotten the opportunity to have guest spotted there. My sister and I were there earlier this week. She got her cartilage and I got my belly button. I’m pretty sure I can speak for us both when I saw we love this place! So nice & professional. We both will definitely be back for more piercings!

Really disappointed with my service (or lack thereof) on my visit. I’ve been to Piercology about a half dozen times before they changed hands and this was my first time going since they’ve been under new management. I made an appointment online about 10 days before I was able to actually get in for my piercing. The day of, I was running late so I gave them a call let them know which they said was fine since it was a “slow day.” Upon getting there 10 minutes later, they told me that my piercer had actually left about 30 minutes prior for a family emergency. Why they couldn’t have told me that on the phone before I drove over there, I’m not sure. They then tried to get me to get three piercings as a temporary substitute for the one I wanted instead of just waiting for the piercer to come back and get the piercing for which I’d made the appointment. Beyond that, the woman behind the counter told me that the price of the piercing and jewelry for which I made the appointment was actually going to be $25 more than what it’s priced at on their website. Why not advertise the actual price of the piercing/jewelry instead of misleading people? It felt like they were trying to sell the jewelry and not actually work with me to get the piercing I wanted. I felt like neither me nor my time was respected and I walked out without a piercing, without a new appointment, and without any resolution whatsoever. As I said, I’ve only ever gotten my piercings done at Piercology when I’m in Columbus but after this experience Im not planning on returning.

I am a professional adult who has not had anything pierced since the 3rd grade but I wanted to get my nose done and had heard this was a great place to go. From the outside its not much, but when you walk in you can see how clean and professional this place is. The women at the counter was VERY knowledgeable about nose ring types and various metals, as well as cleaning and the healing process. After I selected my nose ring, I was taken bake to a small but IMMACULATE room, by my piercer (whos name I forgot). He walked me through the process, showing me the tools he would use and how they had been cleaned. He then pierced me quickly and with almost no pain. He had gloves on the whole time and changed them at each step of the procedure. It felt cleaner than a hospital. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you want anything pierced. I will be taking my kiddo here when she is ready to get her ears done.

Got my conch and forward helix pierced here a few days ago and following the aftercare instructions they gave me, everything is going great! The piercings themselves were done very well and with minimal pain (at least for me, everyones pain tolerance is different). Everything was very sterile and professional. Both of the piercings turned out beautifully! Everyone I talked to there was very informative and kind. Definitely coming back!

Great place for body piercings! Super friendly staff and my piercer Zach was great! The staff walks you though the process and makes you feel comfortable. They truly care that you are happy with the results. I would highly recommend to everyone!

I had Kelsi perform my double ear piercings and she did an amazing job. She double (if not triple) checked to make sure that everything lined up evenly before it was finalized. She made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the entire process as she was doing it. As these were my fourth and fifth piercings, I was fairly familiar but it was very reassuring. The end result has never been easier to reach. No swelling or soreness associated with them. This was by far the best piercing session I have ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Their workers were really friendly and talked me through the whole process. They made sure everything was sanitized, sterilized and in my view for reassurance. It was a great visit there, and my piercing isnt giving me problems either.

They have everything you need to take care of your new piercing and they make sure you know how to use it all. Tuesdays and Thursdays are get two piercings for the price of one (you pay the piercing fee for one piercing and the price of jewelry for both and get the other piercing done for free - but you can only get a total of 3 piercings per day per person, regardless of where they are on the body)No appointments are needed and they have a pricing list online.

LOVE this place. I accidentally pulled the jewelry of one of my cartilage piercings through the hole by yanking it too hard, causing a bloody, sore mess and stuck jewelry. I didnt know what to do so I rushed over to the shop and they took such great care of me! The girl at the front desk was very helpful and sweet and the piercer (Danny, i think) was super kind and helped me out tremendously. Such a kind and caring staff! Ive gone to them for 2/5 of my cartilage piercings and i wish i would have used them for all 5. Theyre amazing at their jobs and even better people!

My sister and I went in a few weeks before Christmas.I bought some new jewelry, which Dave put in for me, and she got a couple piercings. I had a great time just chatting with the guys and the owner they are really cool. Dave took care of us and I was super impressed that he was such a perfectionist. Great experience over all, from making the appointment on the phone through the piercing process. I’m a nurse practitioner so I know clean, lol and they were super clean. She was amazing and I can’t wait to get my next piercing with them.

The wait wasn’t too bad for a walk in, Nick Strange is an excellent I mean excellent 150%, he took care of me and performed my piercings was extremely gentle and very knowledgeable, I do have to say it might be pricey, but if you want quality and cleanliness, this is the way to go personally after experiencing a bad double infected ears from piercings, I much rather pay for a safe and sterile environment and procedure than go the inexpensive way, I went elsewhere for two piercings and got such a bad infection that I will not recommend the other place (stinging ink) , I am very happy with the quality and service I received that I would def recommend going to Piercology. Nick Strange very professional and knowledgeable to what he does! Thank you

I just had my nose pierced there about a week and a half ago and it was an awesome experience. Everybody I interacted with was pleasant, they were accommodating, & were very informative in telling me about my piercing. Mike the guy that pierced me was amazing, & super nice! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a piercing done.

I have had my ears pierced 4 times in my life. They keep getting infected and closing. Kelsi helped me feel confident that this time will work w/the Titanium jewelry! She gave me lots of information and tips and how to care for it and was very friendly and professional! I would definitely go back to her!

I ADORE piercology. i have been there a total of 3 times and i will trust no one else with my piercings at this point. christine did my second lobes and septum, and nick did my tragus today. every single time i’ve been there the staff have been super informative and kind. even today with my tragus, which might be the most pain i’ve ever felt, i felt very comfortable and taken care of. i’ve seen some reviews about them being expensive, and i see what they’re saying, but the price to pierce is incredibly reasonable. some of the jewelry can get up there, but it’s incredibly high quality and comfortable. when people come in to the store i work at looking for body jewelry that we don’t carry, i send them to piercology. couldn’t recommend them highly enough. happy healing!
