Beautiful store with an amazing selection of high quality jewelry! Andy was extremely thorough and worked very hard to ensure that the piercings were exactly what my wife wanted, he’s a true artist and does an amazing job of envisioning what you might want in the future and how it will work with what he is doing today. He’s careful and tedious in his set up but quick with the piercing, super knowledgeable, and all around kind. Great overall experience in this store! We definitely need one of these stores in Austin!!!

I have been looking to go to this store for about three years. I’m from the Carolina’s. I took a trip to Miami a month too early before that store opened, so I missed that opportunity. So I’m happy that I finally got to experience this luxury earring piercing place in Dallas. I was in town for a baby shower and I finally got a chance to go.My daughter had her ear pierced with Andy and it did not hurt her at all, so I decided to have mine done the next day and the experience was very nice in comparison to my tragus piercing that I had at a tattoo parlor before. The pain was so much less than I had experienced before. I loved the selection this store had to offer…. Just endless possibilities. The staff were super friendly and again my piercer, Andy, was really great!

Spencer and Mickayla went above and beyond to help me find the perfect piercing that suits my ear! Spencer is an awesome piercer I highly recommend him! He was so patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process! I just got my septum pierced by Spencer and he did amazing! Mickayla was super friendly and helpful as well. Had a very pleasant experience with everyone in the shop!

For a while I wanted to get my ear-lobe pierced, and I got it done today at this Maria Tash store. Spencer was incredible, very patient and an expert with placement. We came in with a small group of girls and he styled all of our ears perfectly that fit our ear anatomy. It was an amazing experience from walking in, picking earrings, to him piercing. I felt very comfortable and confident Spencer was going to give me the best piercing placement and experience!

I chose Maria Tash for my daith piercing because of reputation and cleanliness. Their policies for a clean and sterile environment was stellar. My experience was wonderful, they made you feel comfortable and to my amazement the piercing was really pretty painless. The piercer talked you through the process step by step which made the whole process easy.

I had a great experience at Maria Tash. Spencer was my piercer and he was so nice!! He took time to get to know me and make sure I liked the placement before piercing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the guys listened to what I was looking for and even found out a little about me so they could point me in the direction of getting perfect earring that fit my style.

I got a Maria Tash piercing while in London and had accidentally knocked into it, causing severe injury/trauma. I walked into the North Park location without an appointment to have it looked at. The staff was absolutely wonderful and kind, and was taken care of by the absolutely amazing Spencer. He saved both my piercing and my ear! While working on the piercing he made me feel totally at ease, and I did not feel any pain at all (and if you had to see what the injury looked like, I was in pretty bad shape). He explained how I to take care of the injury. Spencer was just so kind, patient, and understanding. I really cannot sing his praises enough. After going through this, Spencer is really the only piercer I would trust and will definitely be coming back to get more piercings from him! If I could leave 10 stars, I would.

This is by far the best piercing experience I’ve ever had (or heard of) and will be coming back! Sorry for the long review, but if you’re new to the piercing world, you’ll want to read. I’m more of a piercing virgin as I’ve only had my lobes done, but decided to come here to add to my look. Immediately I was met with kindness and helpfulness concerning my abundance of questions about piercings, jewelry, etc, from a wonderful employee which I didn’t catch the name of. We were offered water, and despite being a walk in, they fit us in behind two scheduled appointments. I must admit that I had some anxiety going in and I’m slightly afraid of needles, but my piercer, Spencer, immediately made me feel at ease with his kind and charming demeanor. I should also note that the piercing room feels like an upscale, modern doctor’s office, as everything is sterilized and well cared for. Spencer was very positive, knowledgeable, and extremely, EXTREMELY talented. I got the Tash Hidden Helix, and he absolutely blew me away by how well it was placed and performed. It looks far better than I could’ve ever expected it to, and he as well as the first person I spoke to about consulting, are the main reason I will be coming back and hopefully I’ll see them both again. 🧡🧡

Went in initially just to browse as their display caught my attention and Ive been wanting to get additional piercings but wasnt confident on exactly what I wanted. Everyone was extremely helpful with candid advice and styling suggestions. Nick did the piercings, I ended up doing a second for both lobes and a Tash Helix. He was genuinely one of the nicest people weve ever interacted with, even my husband enjoyed the visit between their conversation and the espresso they provided. Nick was very communicative, professional, precise, and everything was very sterile and organized. I will definitely be back for future additions!

I came from out of state and had spoke with Kelly about what I was wanting to have done before coming. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about what I would need vs what I wanted. She followed up with me a couple of times before I came in to make sure they also had the options I was interested in in stock. Spencer was my piercer and he was AMAZING! Great personality and really talked through the process for getting my nose pierced and my tragus piercing changed. Hands down would recommend working with this store if your looking to get a piercing!

Great experience overall. Kelly was patient with my indecisiveness as I chose the earring I wanted. She answered all of my questions on two different occasions and seemed very knowledgeable. Highley pierced my conch and made me feel very comfortable. I told her I wanted to eventually have a ring so she sized me for one beforehand so that the placement would be ideal for one. She seemed very knowledgeable as well and was very kind. The piercing room felt very sterile and clean. It was a quick and easy process. 10/10 love Maria Tash!

Most of their stuff is nice but overpriced. They wouldn’t put the earring I wanted in my ear because I had my service dog with me. Won’t be back and don’t recommend. I left without buying anything. Studs in west village was willing to put a purchase in my ear with my service dog so I’d recommend them instead. It’s a strange policy to not allow service dogs to be there, and it’s not legal to refuse service to someone with a service dog.

Had such a great experience with stylist Jose and piercer Andy. Jose picked out great pieces for my tragus and Andy corrected an incorrectly pierced tragus. Luxury personalized experience from the moment I walked in.

Jose helped my sister and I pick out the perfect earrings and he was so patient and had excellent insight and advice for what and where to get the piercings. Spencer was such a cool, fun person to have pierce and install our earrings, and I’m so happy with our results. They both made us feel so welcome and comfortable in the store. Extremely impressed by the cleanliness & customer service. We were greeted immediately upon arrival. They have custom pens with their logo, they offered us something to drink, shipped for our favorite pieces & the entire staff was helpful & knowledgeable.I love the spike earring in gold & I also requested to see if by chance they can make the triple spike earring in 11mm & they offered to reach out to corporate to check.I will definitely be back for more jewelry.Parking: by Dillards or neiman’s (store is between these two major ends of the mall & across lululemon).

This was the most amazing piercing experience! Daniel was awesome at helping me choose a style for my nose, and Spencer is a phenomenal piercer.

I went in to get my helix pierced and had the absolute best time with my piercer Spencer. I usually have a hard time when it comes to getting pierced and needles but he made everything extremely smooth and comfortable for me. He was also the sweetest soul overall. The location is beautiful with unique pieces and great customer service. My only downside is the pricing in general is higher than average but considering the uniqueness of certain pieces they are well worth saving (or splurging) for.

My preschooler wanted her ears pierced. I didnt want a mall boutique, and a tattoo/piercing place didnt feel like a great fit for a kid. So we found Maria Tash. Although it was a bit pricier than I would have preferred, it was a truly wonderful experience! They check medical, have an exceptionally sterile environment and ALL the staff are so kind and engaging. Our piercer, Nick, was phenomenal! I do not have enough good things to say about this man. Not only was he very skilled, focused, and precise, but he was patient and kind. He never rushed us and was very comforting and supportive to my daughter. It was the exact experience I had imagined for my daughter. Kiera, who helped us select the jewelry and set up our appointment, was also exceptional.

I had the most enjoyable experience working with Andy, pierce specialist, at Maria Tash!!!! I have wanted my tragus pierced but left with 2 additional piercings on the lobe. Absolutely loved my experience with Maria Tash in Dallas. I received amazing service from Jose and Spencer. Jose was patient with me and really assisted with my earring choices. Spencer the. placed and angled my piercing like no other! I had Tragus and conch piercing. As far as pain, the Conch was a 2/10 and Tragus was a 4/10.I’m so happy I finally took the plunge to get these piercings!!!

This company is the Cadillac of piercing and jewelry for piercing. I would NEVER get a piercing done any other place, or buy jewelry for that piercing any other place. The expert techniques of the company are taught and enforced with each of their piercers.I want to recommend Andy at the Dallas location! Hes got a wonderful personality and a great touch. He actually did a piercing for me on Saturday and Sunday I accidentally pulled the earring out with my comb. As it was after hours, I had to wait to call the store until Monday. I really thought I would lose the piercing. When I spoke to him, he told me to come in and it was 50-50 whether or not he could get it back in, but he would attempt it. I went in immediately and he was WONDERFUL! HE SAVED THE PIERCING AND I AM THRILLED. He was so nice and so talented. I will never go any place else. I feel as though this is THE PLACE if you want to be sure you will have a professional job done by people who have lots of years of experience and training! I highly recommend them.....particularly ANDY!

This is a gorgeous store with the best jewelry selection Ive seen in DFW. The staff were all very friendly, just wish they knew their products better. I knew exactly what I wanted going in. But it took the piercer 3 times to get the correct size hoop. Now Im left with a very angry ear. Ill stick with the knowledgeable piercers I know next time that have a much more affordable selection of jewelry.

We had my daughters ears pierced at Maria Tash and I cannot overstate how positive our experience has been. From the initial piercing to the follow-up check-ups, everyone at Maria Tash is amazing. We truly appreciate this place.

Over a year later and I still have major regrets getting pierced here. Yes, it feels fancy and luxurious and welcoming(ish. the sales rep seemed much more interested in helping my friend who was dressed up nicer than I was that day) and comfortable, etc. The experience was great in the moment, however, I believe the piercers and the jewelers are not on the same level of professional knowledge as other piercers I’ve seen since. I spent several hundred dollars on jewelry that made the healing process impossible on my piercings (the jeweler and piercer really should have advised against them).I’m now having to remove the piercings after 13 months of constant struggle because they are migrating from 1) being too heavy and 2) being too ornate with pointy edges that get caught on EVERYTHING. I’ve done everything in the book to take as good care as possible of them, but I’ve learned there’s some jewelry that simply shouldn’t be used on healing piercings. As someone who was new to getting pierced, I didn’t know how big of a no-no that was and it would’ve been majorly helpful to be advised towards something more lightweight and simplistic for the healing process.But honestly, the jewelers here only seemed to care about aesthetic and making a sale. The piercer gave zero input, just did what she was told. To me, the difference between an expert and a subpar piercer is the ability to say “no” and advise you towards options with higher chances of success. I wouldn’t have cared so much if this place didn’t tout itself as “luxury” with prices to reflect that, but I know now I would’ve had a much better experience overall with my piercings (and paid a fraction of the price) if I’d simply gone to my neighborhood piercer.Now I have overpriced jewelry with nothing to use them on. Lesson learned, I suppose, but my point is: if you are new to piercings and don’t know what you’re doing I recommend avoiding this place and finding a reputable piercer near you instead.UPDATE: Maria Tash contacted me offering me a refund, despite it being well out of the return window. I have to commend them for the fast assistance.

I enjoyed my Custumer service experience at Maria TASH everyone was very nice and informative to me, when I got my ears pierced it didn’t hurt as much as my previous experiences at different places. I was also recommended different styles of jewelry that will fit my style. Everyone was so kind and patient with me.

What a beautiful, beautiful store (sorry NYC I love ya but…)! Not only was the store warm and welcoming, the sales associates were very knowledgeable and friendly. The store manager showed my friend a curated Tash ear by just changing earring styles and not necessarily getting pierced, which she loved and was so excited about. The piercing rooms in the back were large, sterile, and super clean. Francesca my piercer told me everything she was doing every step of the way and even gave me some tips and tricks I had never knew before. (For reference, this is my 6th time getting pierced at Maria Tash). I’ll be back and I certainly hope that Dallas embraces them and realizes how fortunate they are to have a location there! (Please come to Chicago next!!!)

Will never be buying from Maria Tash again.80% of my everyday ear jewelry is from them and yet every time I go in store, I am faced with worse and worse customer service.you pay thousands of dollars for a tiny little earring, yet when the clasp is defective and won’t close anymore? nothing they can do. or when the supposed “solid gold” earring starts tarnishing and changing colors? nothing they can do.I usually frequent the NYC store, but anytime I’ve been to the Dallas location, I deal with incompetent employees that frankly act like they don’t want to help you at all. from now on, I’ll be buying my piercing jewelry elsewhere. ✌🏻

Went here to get a simple lobe piercing since one of mine had closed up a while ago. I made an appointment here to get a nose piercing (first piercing for me). I was impressed by how friendly and excited the staff was and how incredibly kind everyone was when I got there. The styling experience was great as was the piercing experience. Nik did my piercing and he was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He talked me through the different steps of the process and let me know what was coming next at each step before he did it. Overall, the store and piercing areas were clean, open, and bright, which was lovely and welcoming. A huge thank you to Nik and to everyone else at the store for such a good first experience!

I’ve visited the New York store years ago and since then had lost the back of one of my earrings. Walked in today to the Dallas store, and they were able to help me get a new back. The attendant was so kind and very helpful with replacing it (she was able to find my original purchase to make sure it was the same!). So nice to know there’s a store here in Dallas and will definitely come back!!

I went to get my nose jewelry replaced from a stud to a ring and he was so patient and careful! He made sure I got the look I wanted with the perfect size and all, he’s truly skilled and fun to be around!

I looked at the brands website prior to going into the store, so I knew what to expect in the way of their services and pricing. The salesperson was professional, friendly and helpful as was the gentleman who did my piercing. The jewelry is beautiful and well crafted. My callouts would be their pricing and added costs. I found their pricing to be over the top. I am completely ok with paying a fair price for good quality, however Maria Tashs earrings are sold individually, but their prices reflect more for what one would pay for a pair of earrings. Overpriced for sure!!! What also bothered me was that at the time of paying, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the person who pierced my ears. I was taken aback, I mean I had just spent $1500 on jewelry and piercing charges and on top of that I am asked if I would like to leave a tip! One would think that Maria Tash would be compensating her employees fairly with all of the profit that she is raking in!

Spent thousand dollar for pair of earrings, went for downsizes , the guy downsizing it too short that I can’t even find the hole to put it back. I returned to store to exchange it after couple days they say I have to pay! HOLD ON! What! If the associate is not smart enough to downsize it properly to the right size why do I have to pay extra? Also the manager said why did I take it out? Their design is not meant to be taking out all the time! And I said for Personal Hygiene! What the hell was that even mean😄😄Anyway it’s not a easy place to deal with hole is on the front very tiny! Not a great customer service!

I wanted to get a nose piercing done. I did not want to go to the regular spots people go to thinking about quality and cleanliness. I went here thinking since I am paying more that I would be taken care of. Well, I thought wrong. I paid $ 375 for no reason. They pierced it a stud that was too small that it still stayed intact but went inside my nose. When I went to the store and told them what happened, asked who did the piercing and why woudl they agree to pierce the nose with soemthing too small? I said I agree, could I exchange or get a refund for their mistake, they said no. So basically I paid $375 for no reason. They knew it was too small and should not have done it in the first place.

Extremely disappointing experience. Went in for a piercing after a friend raved about her experience at the London location. The piercer had to do my piercing twice because he didnt like angle of the first try. When I went back to get my post shorted, the same piercer was there. He said my piercing was angled and suggested that I had it done elsewhere. I pointed out that he was the one who did it and not that I would let him try again, but he didnt even offer to fix it. So frustrated I almost want to take the earring out. What a waste!

The piercers are extremely skilled I worked with Andy and repierced a rook. Hardly felt a thing. He’s very very helpful and they’re extremely professional.

Had a appointment and was told I had to wait an additional 30mins and would be contacted when they were ready to pierce me. Waited over an hour and they never reached out. Went back and was told I had to wait longer. For the product they sell it’s was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Maria Tash has the most beautiful, unique selection of jewelry and every employee in the store is extremely knowledgeable! Brandon went above and beyond explaining each piece I was interested in, offered wonderful suggestions and consulted with a piercer to get me exact look I was going for.

Beautiful boutique and lovely jewelry. sales assistants are quite pushy unfortunately. i knew the prices of most pieces before coming into the store due to looking online, and the sales associate kept pushing me towards the more expensive pieces. love what i came out with, but kind of a tacky sales tactic that i could do without.
