ROWAN IS THE WAY TO GO. My baby is 4 months old and we chose rowan because of its good reviews . & it did not disappoint. Chantel was our nurse and she was AMAZING. She was thorough, so sweet & made my baby so comfortable . She talked about before care, after care, how to hold baby, why placements are done a certain way. Etc . She was great ! Highly recommend this location & huge shoutout to Chantel for a great experience . Thank you !

I heard about Rowan from a friend! The aesthetics were super!!!!! We were greeted as soon as we walked inside! Sarah was our nurse & she was great! She gave clear instructions & my 5 month old had a quick & easy session!!! I definitely recommend this place.

First time coming to Rowan to get my 4 month baby girl ears pierced. Was such a great choice, Chantel was so attentive as soon as I walked in. Got me started by choosing the earrings of my liking and explaining the prices. She was so patient and caring with my baby and was in no rush, which I really appreciated. Got my daughter ear pierced here. The service was fine, not friendly not rude. The place was busy that day and the lady was rushed. As result, one ear piercing was not straight causing a little bit hard to put earring on that side. Her earring, same side, felt off and lost later ( something wrong that one end from the beginning, very loose, I asked the tech and she said it was properly attached so I left them like that).I came back to buy a different earrings as “14k gold” and claimed to be perfect for infant. This is how the earrings looked like after 3 months wearing ( not sure when it started). 1 star is for the earrings quality. I never want to rate until baby kept scratching her ears so I checked and found out the tarnish/blackened spots on both earrings.

Lavette was amazing. She helped me in a pinch and helped with all my earring questions. I had a friction bump and she helped me fix the solution and answered all my questions. Everyone at Rowan was SO NICE and helpful. Such a wonderful space. HIGHLY recommend choosing Rowan.

Great for infants! Friendly staff, clean studio, fun atmosphere. The process was quick & easy. There were lots of cute earrings to choose from. They gave clear instructions for both the piercing and for aftercare. It felt good to know that our piercer was a licensed nurse. If you want to get your baby’s ears done, come here.

This was my first helix piercing and Sarah was great! She made sure to outline the process, prepare me for the actual needle piercing and give great aftercare instructions once I was done. I love my new piercings and so excited to show them off!!!!

I had a great experience getting my helix and conch pierced here. Staff is friendly and professional. The shop is clean and has good jewelry selection. You can walk in or schedule an appointment ahead of time. I did not have to wait long and the piercing was quick. I was in and out of the shop within 15 mins. The jewelry varies in price, a little on the higher side but they are very cute.

Fabulous! Lavette did a great job, especially since I have a fear a needles. She was patient and walked me through it. I wanted 3 new piercings, and Honestly it was easy and painless. I highly recommend Lavette and Rowan for piercing!

Rowan at Preston Royal took great care and time when piercing my granddaughters ears (5 yrs old). They made it such a special and happy experience. Camiriam provided me an amazing consultation and corrected my piercings from another place that had done them incorrectly. My daughter has been a loyal customer of theirs for some time and now I see why. Thanks Rowan for providing a safe piercing environment for all ages with super cool and fine jewelry.

This place is a little pricey but great, certified nurses piercing ears is such a comfort. Nurse Chantel was so sweet, gentle, and patient with my daughter - 5 stars for her! I reduced one star for 2 reasons: 1. I don’t feel like they were up front about the pricing for two ears. 2. The ear clearer is $20 for a small bottle, and they just add it in without mentioning the price.Overall it was a good experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Went in with my sister to get my second piercing and to get her first piercing done. the employees were very nice and immediately greeted us. they answered our questions about the piercing process and again were, very nice. the nurse that helped was mary and she was very sweet and asked questions about me and my sister. she made sure that we were very comfortable. the process went smooth overall 10/10.

Went in for my double lobe piercing. The nurse on staff, Lavette, was very knowledgeable, sanitary, and thorough. We spent extra time making sure everything looked correct and even before piercing, which I really appreciated. A little on the pricey side, but probably worth it for the amount of care that goes into your experience. I’ll be returning next time I want a new piercing.

Love this place clean and perfessional both my girls got excellent care today. MY older got her helix done 2 months ago and they resized it for her which is standard.The nurses they had were incredible ❤ .They loved on my little b/c she was scared made the whole experience so easy. Abby was our main nurse. I didnt get the name of the other one ,but they did both ears at the same time quickly as possible even gave numbing cream.They were seriously sweet Angels.If we get any more piercings we will go back here for sure.

I got my Tragus pierced here. I was so nervous but the ladys preparing me for my piercing were so nice and made my experience so comfortable. It was quick and they were very informative through out the process, letting me know the precautions, the size of the post recommended and when it should be changed. I am beyond satisfied with my experience. The lady’s were also in scrubs since they were nurses and that made me feel even more safe. My 14 year old daughter just got her 2nd lobe piercing and Helix! The process was smooth and easy. It felt like a pinch she said and the Helix hurt a bit more but tolerable. Abigail was friendly and walked through each step! Highly recommend!

Could not have asked for a better piercing experience! My older sister and I went in slightly before my appointment time and they were able to promptly accommodate both of us. Our nurse, Abigail, was super knowledgeable about both the piercing process as well as the available jewelry, and we didn’t feel any pressure to buy the more expensive jewelry. I got a helix piercing and was given several placement options to choose from and was carefully guided through the actual piercing itself. It took about 30 seconds to get the needle in, placement rod (?) set, and jewelry placed. The pain felt like a quick pinch (maybe 3/10 pain) but my ear became warm and red within a few minutes. My older sister went after me and felt faint before the piercing, but Abigail was quick to get her something to sniff, a lollipop, and some water. Abigail was incredibly patient with her and made the whole process seamless. Aftercare was thoroughly explained to the both of us and we’re both super excited to come back in a month to get shorter backs placed. We covered the piercing, aftercare solution, our jewelry, and a tip for about $140 apiece, which isn’t bad considering all piercers at Rowan are licensed nurses. (Note that price will vary depending on tip and jewelry selection.) We were both given a care package that contained our aftercare solution, aftercare instructions, our piercing’s information, a goodie bag, as well as some knick-knacks. I could not recommend Rowan enough for any ear piercing needs! As soon as we got home, my sister and I were doing research on what we wanted next.

Incredibly sweet and helpful staff. Switched my cartilage studs out for hoops (after healing for 7-8 months) and they found the perfect size hoops and confirmed I was healing well. Super personable, well qualified, and clean-practicing staff. Fun store too and lots of great earring options.

I never write reviews but this place truly is astounding, the best experience I’ve had getting piercings done. The store is extremely well designed and they had a ton of cute options, the staff was extremely well trained and attentive to guests, and all around I had a fantastic experience. I live 40 minutes away and I plan on returning for future piercings solely because of how great this place is!!! Cannot recommend enough.

No one offered to numbing cream nor did they offer to peirce my 3 month old granddaughters ears at the same time, which maybe should be practiced. Why make babies cry more than needed if we drove basically 45 minutes because we heard you were a great spot to peirce babies ears paid 147 and I even tipped 5 bucks for the bad service, I really shouldnt of tipped her at all.

Post change. I scheduled an appointment for a post change, which Rowan only allows Monday through Fridays. This is pretty difficult for someone who works during the week and travels a lot. I finally got a short block of time between calls and travels that I can accommodate driving all the way to Rowan to get this done. Only to arrive and sit for over half an hour without being seen. They were obviously either over scheduled or understaffed, but what bothered me was the dismissiveness of the person at the front desk named Michaela. I ended up having to leave with out being seen to make it to my meeting on time. If the appointment would’ve gone on as scheduled, I would’ve had plenty of time. Or, Michaela could think about calling people with appointments to let them know they are running way behind. This was awful customer service and I will find another place to change my post.

I loved this place! My 4 year old decided she wanted to get her ears pierced so I searched and searched for the right place. When we arrived, we were greeted right away (we made an appointment) and Kam introduced herself to my daughter, became aquatinted with her , and began showing her options for earrings.After we decided on one, we began the piercing process. She explained everything to her. My daughter did cry but Kam was very calm and encouraging and we got it done in less than 3 minutes! I loved the experience and I loved how she got my daughter to become comfortable and to trust her. Definitely recommend this place. I got the upper lobe piercings of my DREAMS thanks to my nurse, Abigail! She was incredibly friendly and professional! The way she customized my experience by offering suggestions really helped me find the best fit I was looking for! I’m so happy with these and will definitely come back for all my future piercing needs! The store is also super cute and there’s a mural on the side of the building for a fun photo op! :)

We went to Hey Rowan to get my 8 month old daughter’s ears pierced for the first time. We do not have a Hey Rowan where we are from, so when we got the opportunity to go we took it!I was drawn to the fact that actual nurses did the piercing and my daughter’s name is actually Rowan!Abigail was our nurse and she took such good care of our sweet girl and gave her a couple little gifts that had ‘her’ name on it. Our daughter only cried for a few mins and was all smiles after the shock wore off. This was such a special experience and one we will forever cherish.

Excellent experience today at Rowan. Brought in three nervous 4th grades (with their moms) to get their ears pierced. Abigail, Bethany, and Carmela (?) all did a fabulous job of talking through everything with our crew, and calming fears. Even the most nervous was happy with the experience, and grateful that the staff listened and honored her requests (facing the mirror, one ear at a time)... even if the nerves made it seem like she might walk out with just one ear pierced. All afternoon she keeps commenting how happy she is to have her ears pierced, and how she had fun, despite the tears. Worth the price for the whole experience and vibe. Thanks for supporting their bravery!

This place is a gem! The staff was super friendly and very helpful when explaining everything to my 5 year old about her piercings! Had an absolutely wonderful experience! These are the best piercings I have gotten in the last 10 years. The staff was wonderful and actually sweet, not just polite. I got two needle piercings and they are healing amazing. When I was there two sweet little girls also got their piercings and I was marveled by how professional and kind the staff was. 10/10!!!

What a wonderful experience!We took our very excited but nervous five year old to get her ears pierced and she couldn’t be happier! Lavette, who pierced my daughter’s ears took the time to help her pick out the perfect earrings, explain the process to her, and ease her fears. She and another nurse did a simultaneous piercing so that there was no stress and minimal anxiety.All in all, we would come back to Rowan and recommend it to any parent! 10/10
