Banter by Piercing Pagoda

Today, we had the pleasure of experiencing the diligent expertise of May, she is the best. I frequent the Banter by Piercing Pagoda, and who would have thought she was here hiding at the Dallas location! Thankfully, she has introduced me to the Singapore gold links and I am in love, due to the fact, it compliments my moon gold links and I am obsessed. From here on out, she is my gold go to girl !!

Mai was great in helping me find the right earring for my piercing. I pushed to get another piercing but she told me to wait and make sure the piercing I had healed. I didn’t get the piercing there but they looked at it and gave me great recommendations. Now my piercing is healing nicely. I’ll definitely be back.

I would advise to think twice before you get your body piercing done here. I got my upper rook pierced she was nice but I was not pleased with the placement of the piercing. I spoke with the manager with the rainbow hair she told me to take the piercing out wait a week and bring the piercing in to be sterilized a day before and they will re-pierced. That was completely wrong information. I called the banters grapevine location and was told by Kim that they will just affect the jury out and give me a new jury since it was under 30 days. I guess they didnt know if I had to pay another needle fee or not. I waited for the general manager / district manager to get back to me which they never did. So if I would have listened to the manager with the rainbow hair I would have wasted $40 good thing Im smart enough to know that did not sound right and left the piercing in. But now I am stuck with a piercing that I am not happy with because they put piercers in place that are not fully comfortable with piercing in the location you prefer. On a better note the piercer at grapevine is Kim and she is great!

We had the best experience for the third time in a row here, ladies are sweet and professional. They dont rush you or pressure you to buy anything. Ill recommend them %100 :)

Walked in and everyone was so friendly, they helped me figure out placement of my ear piercing and cute jewelry as well. Misha and Erin are awesome!!

I had a terrible experience getting a piercing at this place. The person who did my piercing let me leave with blood on my face, and didnt provide a care kit or proper instructions. I felt rushed out of the store, and she didnt have any appointments after me. I thought I would have a better experience here, but I was wrong. I had to go to the bathroom to clean my face and look up care instructions online. If you want a piercing, go anywhere but here. I honestly regret it.

My name is Francisco, I stopped by yesterday and Dani helped me out. I’ve bought multiple accessories such as watches, wedding rings for myself and my wife, necklaces as well. The best experience when purchasing I can honestly say I’ve ever had was yesterday with Dani. Very enjoyable personality, knowledgeable, friendly, she helped me exactly what I needed and honestly was the reason why I even bought my new necklace.

Amazing staff! Amazing service. Manager Erin is amazing! If you’re thinking to get pierced this is the place to go! Truly a great and easy experience!

Angel was so nice, she took her time explaining and answering any questions I had. Not to mention I came in an hour before closing but she did not rush me one bit. She helped me pick out something for me and my kids some jewelry.

Dani and Fern were so wonderful, they restored a bit of my hope in humanity today. Our girl wanted her second piercings for her 10th birthday, but she was really nervous. They were extremely patient with us and so kind while she worked through her fears and decision paralysis. She finally said “yes” and was so brave. Level up with courage badge today! Thank you guys!

DONOT go here for any reason whatsoever and especially don’t take your babies or small children here. These are some of the absolute WORST piercers and people. Had my daughters ears pierced in the summertime, they told us keep the posts in 8 weeks and she’s good to go but to come back if there were any issues. Originally thought this was a great experience. Daughter took the posts out after the 8 week mark and the holes started to close within a day, I took her that next day to have the earrings reinserted to prevent further closure and they refused to reinsert the posts to prevent further closure stating that it was “my problem” and not their responsibility. But they sell a post change option on their menu that I would have been happy to purchase and I was flat out refused. The holes completely closed over the summer because I was unable to reinsert the posts. I took her again in December and had her ears pierced a second time, was pushed away from the earrings I wanted to purchase and was told her ears were thick and defective and that I need to purchase a specific pair that were longer. Was completely treated like less than garbage the second visit. Two weeks after the second piercing one earring fell out and when I called I spoke to Bailey who claimed to be a manger, explained our situation and my frustration and that the hole had begun to close within hours this time, we agreed that I would bring her in to see if the post could be reinsert. When I got to the store first they tried telling me that there was no Bailey on their staff. And then someone to the side stepped up and said oh, I remember who you are, I remember what this is about. As they attempted to examine my daughters ears, they didn’t even have her stand up out of the wagon, and did not close their fingers over her earlobe before telling me that there was no way they could reinsert the post And that I needed to let it heal completely, and bring her back again when it was healed. And I do suspect that if I had given it a third try, they would’ve roped me into more money and done even less work. I was able to take my daughter that next day to a professional piercing place who was able to put a new post in her ear no problems. Ive now wasted $165 with this place plus more to have their poor work corrected and give my daughter even piercing and 3 traumatic experiences for a three year old little girl. Every single employee in this shop should be ashamed of themselves, they are all doing the bare minimum and do not care about the experience or outcome for their guests with no attempt to make it right but doubling down by attempting to lie to me. SAVE YOUR MONEY even on buying anything here much less pay for poor piercing by inexperienced workers.

Banter 3639 was wonderful! Thought I had to get my ears repierced but Dani took one look at my ears and advised me that wasnt necessary. A little embarrassed that I could have just...put in my earrings but Dani was incredible and gentle and took great care of me. Thanks Banter 3639!

I love Banter at the Dallas Galleria location. All of the staff Erin, Kim, Kenny, Catie and their awesome body piercer Mady who has done many of my piercings and my daughters piercings as well. Couldnt ask for a better group of girls who go out of their way to meet their customers needs. Great Crew!

Mady was AMAZING! She gave beyond 5 star service. Patient, informative and just a great person to be around. She pierced my friend’s nose and was very helpful through the experience.

I have been a customer of Piercing Pagoda for 31 years when they were kiosks in the Northeast. I really like piercing Pagoda but what made my experience even better was Erin, the manager at the Galleria Mall in Dallas. Erin patiently helped me find the perfect 14 karat gold nose ring with friendly and outstanding customer service.

Mady is absolutely amazing! Went in to get a nose piercing done today, she was so helpful and was very calming! Love her personality she’s the best, would definitely recommend and will be back!

I got my nose pierced today by Mady! I was absolutely terrified and she did everything she could to make me comfortable. She chose the perfect size along with style of jewelry for my nose and the next time I visit Texas I will definitely be seeing her. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

I just had the most outstanding experience here. I brought my special needs niece to get a nostril piercing. The amount of care, time, patience given was beyond anything I’ve experienced. I cannot recommend this location more.

Maddie is the worst piercer ever. Will not take their time to diligently take care of their customers and pierces fast. Chose the wrong Jewelry for my piercing to heal and now I have to go to the Emergency Room. Maddie is very unprofessional and can not pierce without having a complete attitude. Will highly suggest you look for another place before booking here.

Came 2 days in a row. First day was told they didnt have anyone available which is understandable due to appointments. The second time today Monday, we were told they only do piercings Thursday-Sunday.. but the advertising in the window says piercings all day everyday.. we didnt feel welcome at all.. employees had an attitude.

I came to the store and was helped by a beautiful lady who really went out of her way to help me take an earring out. She got the earring out and now were planning for some earrings. the lady who helped me was mady but everyone was very very nice!

Went to this store to get my ears pierced and buy a couple of things this lady named Kim comes out and tells me she can’t pierce my ears because I’m under the influence which I don’t do any drugs don’t drink don’t do nothing I asked her was she serious and told my husband we aren’t buying anything from this store I really feel like I was racially profiled this was the worst store I ever been in and their customer service was horrible never will I ever go back I think she really got mad cause I said I’m not wearing no Cuban zirconia ring I went to Kay jewelry afterwards and got real earrings and great customer service

They are very nice and are really helpful with helping me choose the right earring, i usally hate getting my ears pierced but they did it quick and painless.
