I highly recommend this tattoo shop! The owner Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I loved my tattoo because it is probably the most special tattoo and will always mean the most to me. I have quite a few tattoos but I must admit this one looks the best. Very talented artist! Thank you Andrew!! I will be a repeat customer.

A group of friends and I went in to see Jesse to get piercings. I got his number from the website and sent him a text, which he replied to very quickly.. I got a nose piercing, while the others got tragus and helix piercings. The whole process was very quick and easy for each of us. The receptionist was super sweet, the shop was clean and bright, and Jesse was friendly and efficient. We had a really great experience! I love my new piercing, and the best part is it really doesnt hurt like it did when I had it done before. Check them out of youre looking for a reasonably priced, well done piercing from an experienced piercer. Make sure you ask for Jesse!

What can I say other than i love Lizard ink. Went back in December for a family tattoo and fell in love with Dillons work. Went in for help with my eyebrow piercing and was helped quickly. Came back in September to cover a tattoo and my expectations were beyond exceeded. 6 hours and other than some questionable Karaoke for discounts, it was a near painless experience. Pristine and immaculately clean. Will be back soon for #3

Me and my girlfriend were walk-ins when we first started coming here. Hands down the best tattoo shop ever. We were tattooed by Dillon (pasethelosertattoo) and genuinely the best experience ever at a tattoo shop. He’s is very talented and absolute amazing customer service as well. He knew exactly what me and my girlfriend wanted and made the tattoo experience incredible! Been coming back to this shop ever since then. I would highly recommend this place and specially ask for/book an appointment with Dillon.

I’m currently still getting my tattoo from Mr. Robert, when I say IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY, I mean it!!!I walked in & they gladly accepted me. Everyone was VERY kind. He took his time & talked with me to make sure he delivered on my vision!! Make an appointment or just walk in!!! Full of talent & ppl that know what they are doing!!! He gave me exactly what I wanted. Someone else walked in to get a piercing & the guy did a great job on hers as well!! Definitely my go to shop now!! Thank you to everyone especially Robert!!UPDATE: Post Tattoo Care is going nornal. I got my tattoo on Monday 10/9/23. Wednesday I was able to remove the bandage but I waited until Thursday ( I forgot lol). The tattoo still looks nice. I barely bleed & no issues whatsoever. I will definitely be back to get more work done!!

After trying to go to other places in Denton and Lewisville for my daughter’s belly button piercing we found the Dallas location and Jesse was professional and quick. We were in and out in about 10 mins. Thank y’all and we will def be back!

Thank you to Jesse for helping me get new jewelry for my piercing! Lizard Ink was the only shop closest to me that was open AND had a piercer on site at 10:30pm on Friday, so I appreciate him being there!

Had my lobes pierced for the first time, wasnt given much information on aftercare, and the aftercare that was listed on the sheet they give you with your saline doesnt include many things like avoiding touching your piercing and more. Otherwise was fine. $60 not bad for price.

My mother and I had a day together and it involved us getting tattoos from Ernest. We would like to say this place was nice, clean and the guys that worked in this shop were super nice also very respectful. I was getting my first tattoo and I was so amazed, not bad at all. Ernest did an amazing job on both of our tattoos. We will definitely recommend this place.

I had an allergic reaction to septum jewelry, and Jesse got me fixed up in no time! She was super gentle and kind. I will absolutely keep Lizards Ink on my list of safe, clean, and trustworthy shops!

Mike L was absolutely great! He worked with me on my tattoo and was very patient with every tweak I made, and was even able to help me find a better layout than what I had planned. They spoke to me about after care and made sure I understood how to properly take care of it. My tattoo is exactly how I wanted it! It’s like my grandpa’s handwriting was copied and pasted to my arm. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This was my first tattoo at Lizard’s Ink and Andrew was fantastic!! I was celebrating an anniversary and I’m so happy with the work and that Andrew was a part of it.

I had my eyebrow pierced here last week. I had some pain during the procedure. Jesse made sure I was okay when I expressed it (I was). So far its healing nicely. Everyone was very kind and professional. I also like that Jesse said to come back in a couple weeks to follow up and change out the jewelry if I need something smaller by then, which Ill definitely be doing.

We read MANY reviews before choosing Lizard’s Ink and specifically Robert for my son’s first tattoo ( an embellished cross).. Robert is very deserving of 5+ stars. We sent him idea pics before the appt so he could see the size and ideas we liked from various pics. When we got there he had designed what he thought my son was thinking of and helped him get exactly the look he was going for. Since my son did not even know exactly what he was going for this was a huge help and with a couple of tweaks after talking with my son, the design was solidified. Robert was never pushy or impatient and provided many opportunities along the way to get my son’s thoughts and approvals without any prideful assumptions as the artist. I highly recommend Robert!

I talked about getting a tattoo for years, kind of a tribute to my parents who have passed. Ive been all talk, as my mom passed 9 years ago & my dad 7 years ago. Talked about getting a dragon fly for my mom attached to my fathers heartbeat (kept the last printout from the hospital before he passed). It never really seemed like the right time though. Then my father in law passed last month. It was then I realized, the reason I had waited was to finish the tattoo off with a humming bird. He loved the hummingbirds.Anyway, I was having brunch at Hash House a Go Go in Plano with my husband & daughter and I told them I had decided I was getting a tattoo for real and I was done talking about it. We all kind of laughed it off and figured maybe in the next 5 years or so Id actually do it. Before we left, the waitress asked if we wanted to buy a raffle ticket for a charity. All she knew is it was for veterans charity, so I said sure, why not, bought 2 tickets and put our name & phone on there and left. 2 days later, the manager from Hash House a Go Go called, we won the raffle. Low & behold, we won a gift certificate for $150 for Lizards Ink Tattoo. What are the chances? It was meant to happen.Now that the idea of the tattoo was complete with the added bonus of a $150 gift card towards a tattoo, there was absolutely no reason to put this off any longer. I had researched Lizards Ink and checked all reviews I could find, they checked out to be a reputable company.A complete and total ball of nerves, off to Lizards Ink Tattoo I went, idea in head, gift card in hand. The young lady up front was super nice. I explained I had won a gift card and had an idea of what I wanted, and had questions. She went to the back and brought Leo (the artist) with her. I gave Leo an idea of what I wanted, he in turn gave me his number, told me to try to find a picture of what I wanted on the internet and to text it to him. Well, after hours of searching, I couldnt find anything. So with a pen, I drew (very badly) what I wanted on my arm & sent him a picture. I attached a picture of the printout of the heartbeat, along with a picture of the dragon fly & hummingbird I wanted. He set up a day & time and told me to come on in.When I got there, the same young lady was up front, just a smiling bundle of happiness. She got Leo from the back and before I knew it, this tattoo thing was about to happen, or so I thought. As I was filling out the paperwork & paying, Joe, the owner came up front. He congratulated me on the raffle win. And explained unfortunately, I was supposed to make an appointment with him, not Leo, since he was the one who put up the funds for the gift card. I felt awful, I had wasted Leos time. I was disappointed, in myself, (and relieved) because I was going to have to make another appointment and come back another time. I dont know what happened, but next thing I know, Joe said, you know what, your getting a tattoo today and your getting it with Leo!! Joe was honoring his gift card to use with Leo! Off to Leos chair I went. He had already put the outline together, making sure it fit on my arm. He asked me one last time. Are you sure/ready? He explained everything he was doing. I was squirming and fussing like a small child as he started the needle. There was a calmness & certainty to Leo that was comforting. I had no doubt, I was in good hands. He stayed engaged the whole time with questions, stories and jokes, taking my mind off the pain. Right when it didnt hurt AS BAD, he said, thats it. Your done. How do you like it? It was exactly what I imagined. Unique and personal. Thank you Leo!I doubt very seriously I will ever get another tattoo. Should I ever change my mind, I would go back to Leo. My sister is having a similar tattoo done in a month, Im sending her to Leo. I will also recommend Leo and Lizards Ink Tattoo to everyone and anyone who asks. Everyone I came across was nice, personable & professional. And to top it off, the place was clean & sanitary.

Lillie was so nice and great. My friend and I got our earlobes pierced and she was amazing. She spent time on the correct placement-these were my 4th holes on my lobe so I dont have that much space and she really took the time to measure and make sure placement was perfect and would look good. We even talked about potential future piercings and all around great experience. I would definitely recommend her for piercings!I have now been for a tattoo. I was a walk-in and Dillon did an amazing job on my little sticky note sketch I showed him. He was so nice and very focused on doing the tat. I would 100% recommend him!!

Staff was friendly upon walk in, i got my forward helix and conch pierced, conch jewelry fell out even though i don’t sleep on it or move it. i went to my regular piercer to have her look at the forward helix and she told me i needed to take it out because it was pierced incorrectly and had a high likelihood of rejecting. she was appalled by the size of the jewelry used for a fresh piercing as it didn’t account for swelling. i cannot say anything about their tattoos but i would not recommend for piercings.

The woman at the front desk is super nice! And Madi did an excellent job at piercing my tongue. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. Im very happy to have got my piercing done here!

I do not recommend coming here if you are looking to get a piercing. After seeing how well the ratings were for this place I didn’t even question getting a spontaneous rook piercing. Well I wish I would’ve thought twice about it 6 months ago. Fast forward 6 months, I have dealt with 5 different flare ups of infections from this piercing. I have thoroughly cleaned it consistently and taken care of it the best I can, but unfortunately had to get it taken out and went to a different tattoo shop to do so. The lady who took it out said the guy who pierced me did not even put the rook in the right place and put it wayyyyy too deep in my ear to even be able to keep clean. Also the guy who pierced me also almost pierced the WRONG part of my ear to begin with. I asked for a rook and he almost pierced my cartilage. Thank god I had my friend double check. Please go elsewhere if you want a piercing done the right way.

Geo is awesome and talented. His work is detailed and dimensional. My daughter is extremely happy with her tattoos.The girls at desk are friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Anyways, my sister got hers pierced here and they did a horrible job. She was turned away, told it wasn’t wrong, it’s just “healing,” no refund, wouldn’t even look at it to make sure. She ended up having to go to a completely different shop where they made her take the jewelry out. The piercing wasn’t even properly on her nipple!!! Not only that, but they were insanely crooked, and the bar was far too small. The other shop repierced them (properly!!) and upgraded the cheap tacky jewelry. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND JESSIE AS A PIERCER!!!!!!!I am personally astonished this shop is still open, considering the amount of damage they’ve done, and the lack of sympathy.

Dillon helped my husband and I with a tattoo and we had the best experience! We walked in hoping for both of us to get a tattoo and were serviced very quickly. Granted we showed up shortly after they had opened, but in no time we both had new ink! We both love our new pieces and would absolutely recommend this parlor, and even more we would highly recommend Dillon. Thank for such a great experience!

I had a great experience here. Like other reviews, I was asked what I wanted, the process was explained, and after care was explained. All questions were answered with patience and any concerns I had was addressed. I felt like the person who did my piercings was really engaged/ attentive with me. By the time I left, I was comfortable and happy that I came into this shop. It was definitely the right choice for me.

Had a great experience!! Had my septum and my besties septum done by same piercer, he was super great. Told us exactly what to expect and gave us his card and said we could text/call if we had any issues. He also was very informative about other piercings I was interested in. I dont expect Ill go anywhere else but here again!

This is the only piercer I have and will ever go to. Jesse Martinez is wonderful. He isn’t afraid to say no if your anatomy isn’t right for a piercing, saving you future problems. Everything goes super quick and painless, and he always gives advice and help if you need it! I’ve gotten eight piercings from him over the past 5 years and I know I’ll keep coming back.

Got my first professional tattoo from this shop last week. Big Ern helped me out and did an excellent job helping me find the perfect size and placement for the design I wanted. My girlfriend also got a tattoo during our visit. Pricing was excellent, vibe was great, and the shop was easy to get to from the toll way.

Lauren was amazing this evening! My daughter came in for her first piercing and she was so scared, but Lauren was so sweet and kind to her and made her feel some comfortable.

I went here with my husband to get my nose pierced. Patty was there and if she is you have no worries. Just know your experience is gonna be smooth. Worth the money, worth it all. She gave quick detailed after care instructions (maybe a little too quick), and gave her card so we can contact her afterwards in case we had any issues. She gave great advice and overall the experience went by super great!! By the way... if you get the nose piercing done by her there is zero pain involved.

Popped in while travelling for work, had a highly swollen and infected lobe piercing I couldn’t get the ring out of. Lovely staff and super helpful, waited a few mins then he removed the ring, cleaned it up and replaced it with a stud. Explained about their cleaning solution which I purchased and it seems to have all healed up nicely. Definitely recommended.

Ive gotten 3 tattoos from this place so far and I love it!! they guys are extremely friendly and personable with you. and the line work is impressive. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesnt wanna go into deep Dallas for an outrageously priced tattoo. theyll give you exactly what you want and give good recommendations as well. If you are considering a piercing, I would strongly advise you to go somewhere else.. I went in for a Christina piercing and the jewelry somehow unscrewed and fell out completely. So I went back to buy more replacement jewelry and a few weeks later it rips out. After getting second opinions, Its clear that Jessie is not skilled enough to perform this piercing correctly. I am extremely disappointed and I would caution others to stay away.

Well, went from 5 star to 1 star. I had a piercing changed last week and it fell out 2 days later. I had a new piercing put in 2 days ago and it fell out today.I won’t be back and I’d abuse anyone else to not come here either because apparently they do know how to pierce but do not know how to put the ring in so it’ll stay in and since my new piercing is brand new and it’s 10:11pm I’m sure the hole will close up by tomorrow.$68 and a $15 tip wasted.I’m SO ANGRY!!!!I’ve had multiple piercings done here and one tattoo. The tattoo artist was patient with me and gave me the perfect tattoo.Now let’s talk about Patty who does the piercings. This woman is WONDERFUL!!!! My daughter & I went in today the receptionist was friendly, nice , and she didnt mind holding a conversation with us. Lillie was also at the front when we came in & she was very nice, friendly, & all of the above. She took away my fears. She was so kind, professional, amazing & she was very quick. She talked & laughed the whole time while she was doing our piercing. Lillie we will be back! If you go to this place you should definitely ask for Lillie.

Jesse is AMAZING! No joke saved my ears! I had gone to another tattoo place and they completely botched my second piercing, and when I went back they weren’t able to help me. So I blindly walked into Lizards Ink which was right down the road and everyone there was so sweet and Jesse was able to fix it all. Would highly recommend going here and trusting them with all piercings!

This should be a two part review. One part for the incredible work they do and one part for their excellent business practices.I lost a very dear friend at only 38 years old and decided I wanted a tattoo to memorialize him. I came up with a design and checked reviews and chose Lizards Ink Tattoo. I stopped in after a day on the job to talk to them.I looked more like an nerdy engineer (which I am) than somebody who might be getting a tattoo but I was greeted by smiles by everybody working there. I explained what I was looking for and Dillon said hed be happy to do the work. I paid the deposit and made an appointment for the next day.The next day Dillon was all ready for me and had some different sizes ready for me to see and he helped me decide on placement of the tattoo as well. It took a little over 2 hours and I couldnt be happier with not only the work Dillon did (a really artist) but also the experience.On to their excellent business practices. I realized the evening I got that tattoo that my deposit hadnt been applied to my final charge so Id been over charged. I figured Id get by there the next day to try to work it out. I wasnt sure theyd remember me or how that conversation would go. But before I could even get back there to discuss it, Dillon had texted me explaining the error and apologizing. I stopped by later that day and they quickly got me the deposit refunded back to me.I was genuinely impressed with everything about my experience with Lizerds Ink Tattoo. I may or may not ever see fit to get another tattoo, but if I do no question in my mind where Ill go. And if any of my nerdy engineer friends mention getting a tattoo, Im sending them to Dillon.Thanks yall!

I came in one evening as a walk in and spoke with Macy about getting a tattoo, the service was very friendly and they were very helpful with compromising with my price budget to ensure that I was able to get my tattoo. The other artists also were very kind and created an at home atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to check this place out for any tattoo and piercing needs! I also noticed the cleanliness and professionalism of the entire staff and shop.

I went in for a smiley and they immediately made me knowledgeable of all the risks and information about the piercing it was great! I sat down and basically blinked then she was done. I got pierced by Francesca and it was great, fast, and practically painless.

I went here in January to get my ears pierced and they came out noticeably uneven, and I was extremely unhappy with how they looked. I returned again today, and the original piercer had gone, and Patty was there to re-pierce my ear. I immediately felt heard, acknowledged, and validated when she took a look at my ears and agreed that they were spaced very differently. She took me to the back and had the new placement marked and then pierced within minutes. She is incredibly fast and super knowledgeable. She fixed what I hated for 6 months in a mere moment. I dont know about the other piercers, but you are definitely going to be in good hands with Patty. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Not just for her fantastic piercing ability, but her customer service and professional etiquette.

Went to Vitality Tattoo for my first tattoo last year, wanted to go back but they closed down. Good thing they did! I would have NEVER found Raul at Lizards Ink. HE IS THE BEST!! I am in awe over his work. He has the lightest touch. I was worried about the amount of pain I would feel and there was none. I couldnt believe it. He added shading and color and I was ready for my second one..no joke! This guys work is fantastic and hes so humble. When you come from a family of tattoo artists (his dad) and have been around tattoos the majority of your life, you cant help but pick up skill. PLEASE go see him if you want a super dope piece of art, a clean environment, an artist that will go out of his way to make your experience and tattoo fantastic and friendly atmosphere. You wont be disappointed!

I went in yesterday and got a large tattoo on my back and side. Raul was my artist and he was amazing! I was so incredibly nervous and he made sure I was as comfortable as possible for the whole 3 hours plus that I was there. He is kind, patient, and funny and was very accommodating. I would recommend him highly to anyone :-)

I got my daith pierced here recently. They had amazing service. When Patty (the piercer) was disinfecting the area i started to get nervous, she reassured me it would be very fast and she knows what shes doing (been piercing for 10 years now). it was exactly how she promised, it was done perfectly! UNFRIENDLY!!! Went in for 2 small tattoos. Place was completely empty except for ~8 people sitting behind counter chatting, but told I had to wait for guy outside to finish smoking (20mins). When ready he didnt even introduce himself and I explained what I wanted. The design he came back with had 0 effort put into it, so I gave more details and he went back to do it again. It still looked kinda off so I asked to see a slightly different version a couple of times, and he started asking why I would even want it that way. I think it was the owner that came to help figure out what I wanted better, but even he seemed like he wasnt happy to be helping. Then I had to wait another 20mins for him to smoke another cigarette. There was no convo at all and I felt super uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The tattoo is slightly thicker in 1 part than another that should be the exact same, so Im not too happy about that either. I found out his name was Wes b/c he gave me his business card, but he seemed like I was an inconvenience to his day even tho there were no other customers. Aftercare was poorly explained too. Only friendly person was the girl who welcomed me when I first came in.

Went to get my septum, ears, and lip pierced (spider bites)Piercer didn’t ask me any preferences, barely gave me any warnings, wasn’t very welcoming at all to me. I payed $200+ including a 20% tip for it right off the bat before the piercings even started. They didn’t ask me any jewelry preferences at all. Barely 2 days later and the ball for my septum falls off about 5 different times without me touching it and my lip piercings fall out the same night. I did the proper upkeep and everything. Went to another tattoo parlor and they were appalled at how bad these piercings were and fixed me up with higher quality jewelry and actually asked me what I wanted. Don’t get pierced here. They don’t care about you here.

Went to Patty to get a belly button piercing and it couldn’t have gone better. Super friendly staff and Patty was very sweet & assuring because I was nervous for the piercing. She did it very fast with almost no pain. I would recommend coming here to get pierced you can tell she’s very experienced and does a perfect job!

Robert has done all 6 of my tattoos and they all look amazing! My pieces I’ve brought to him and his own work he’s done on me have all been amazing quality. He’s fast and detail-oriented. Everyone is always so nice and professional when I come in, and the establishment is clean!

11 year wedding anniversary! On the way home my husband suggested we stop in here to get my nose pierced. Adriana Gonzales pierced me and I must say she was bomb AF! This is a clean shop with a great staff. My wife and I met Raul at an expo over a year ago and I followed his work until i was ready to get my tattoo. I put a deposit down and a few weeks later when I was ready to come in Raul knocked my tattoo out of the park. He was even kind enough to do my wifes tattoos she decided to get the same night, even though it was late. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and other staff while there. Thank you guys.

Extremely unprofessional. Walked in looking for $2000 worth of work and the artist (Big Ern) ghosted me after telling me he was able to do it. Luckily, I found a real shop capable of doing such work and now am happier than ever. I consider this a bullet dodged.

Brought our daughter in to her ears pierced for her 6th birthday. Im a tattooed guy and have been to several shops. That being said, I would trust a piercer at a tattoo shop over a mall piercing boutique any day. Excellent experience for my daughter, and the pericer was very knowledgeable for placement and very kind to our daughter. A++

I have tried two days in a row to get my tongue pierced at this location. Monday at 6:00 PM I called and asked a female, possibly the receptionist, if they did tongue piercings and she said yes, and that the did walk ins until 9:30 PM. Went in around 8:30 PM, the same day, just for the piercer not to be there and was told to come back tomorrow, Tuesday when they open at 1 PM. I called ahead of time (same receptionist answered) at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, while they’re still open, and asked if the piercer was available and again the piercer isn’t available and I’m told to come tomorrow, Wednesday at 1 PM.

My fiancé and I have come here for a lot of his tattoos. All of the staff here are incredibly nice, willing to help us out and do a great job. Robert did a tattoo for me a few days ago on the back of my leg, which turned out lovely. When I needed a bandage change today, they helped me out, cleaned, and changed the bandage for me despite it being 30 minutes til closing. Ascher, and my friend Cecilia both got piercings from Kyle, who was very nice to talk to, and really seems to enjoy his job. Would highly recommend this place out of every tattoo parlor in the area!

Me and my friend got our 2nd holes in our lobes together last night and decided were definitely coming back next time. Patty took great care of us, she was obviously very experienced and super funny and sweet to boot. Its pretty important to me to feel welcomed and not judged in a tattoo parlor and she passed that test with flying colors, I cant recommend her enough! The prices were also about what youd expect, not any nasty surprises for my wallet like some places Ive been to.

Lizards Ink is by far the best tattoo studio Ive ever been to. I moved from Colorado last year and had a hard time finding a Tattoo studio I liked until i found Lizards Ink. The Owner, Joe, was super friendly and professional and my artist, Raul, has now done several pieces on me and theyre all incredible! I had a great experience at Lizards Ink. I had daithpiercing 5 years ago for migraine headaches. I had to have them remove for an MRI. Madi did a great job putting them back in. Madi was very professional and careful. She made me feel safe and comfortable. I will highly recommend her.

I got my Industrial done here and they were so friendly and nice! I was nervous but the atmosphere and people helped me relax. The piercing came out amazing too!

Worst experience I’ve had probably anywhere. Went to Patty to get my conch pierced with a friend who got her nose pierced (which was way too close to her cheek and she ended up taking out 3 days later). The initial piercing was a little over priced, but sanitary and almost painless. Walking out the piercing felt a little tight, but I figured Patty knew what she was doing. Cleaning (or lack there of) the next two days was a nightmare because it too tight. It was so tight the earring began to sink INTO MY EAR and create a crater around the initial piercing. I knew that the wrong/ unconventional back was used (it wasn’t a flat cartilage earring, but a regular tightening back), but again I trusted that Patty knew she was doing. I went back in after about 4 days of pain, losing sleep, and not being able to even clean it to have Patty wave it off, lean over the counter WITHOUT GLOVES, tear the back off and put it back on. Disgusted, I drove down the road to Lone Star Tattoo where Matt (who was pissed) salvaged my ear. I will never be recommending Lizard Ink to anyone ever again.

I went in for a ear piercing! I forgot to ask the name of the the guy who did it. He was very nice, gave me instructions carefully and did a great job on my piercing! I have multiple piercings and this one hurt the least. If I want more piercings I would definitely go back to them. Hygienic, clean and professional!!

My niece, and,I got our first tattoos from Raul last night, he was awesome! The tattoos turned out great,and,he even stayed open a little bit later to finish one of them, which we appreciated since we were from Oklahoma. The young lady at the front desk was amazing too,so friendly! Thank you!

I visited Lizard’s Ink because I needed my earlobe pierced after having ear surgery. I was nervous but Lily made my experience great. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff are friendly. I will definitely come back for tattoos and future piercings.

I would absolutely don’t recommend going to this place!! super customer unfriendly. I went to this place to buy nose ring, front desk girl sold me wrong size ring, I ask for her to exchange with smaller size, she said you have to buy that one as well because you put that on, I asked for the manager he came in and his response was I cannot keep give you nose rings like I didn’t pay for it. it’s sad they can’t even fix their own mistakes and exchange the nose ring. if you want to get horrible customer service and get disrespected This is your place. I personally wouldn’t recommend.

I went in to get the other side of my nostril done because I already had one side done, well when I got the piercing I thought it looked okay but when I got in my car and looked at it a little bit more and I noticed it was not even. I went back in to try to get it redone because the piercer literally just did it, the lady at the front desk would not let me get it redone. I did not like the angle it was pierced at because my other side was at a different angle and I have had my other side done for 3+ years. She refused to let me even talk to the piercer because she said it looks like that because there is swelling, so now I am stuck with a nose piercing that is uneven and that I do not like at all. My swelling is already gone and it is still very uneven. Eventually I am going to have to take it out and get it redone because it bothers me that much.

Best place to get piercings! Very informative on after care! Lillie is knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing! The lady at the front desk when I’ve went is nice and also very knowledgeable! Great customer service and my ears are healing up nicely so far.

Robert did an amazing job. I was a walk in. I explained why it was so important that I get this tattoo that night. Even though it was close to closing time, he worked with me. I gave him a picture and he tweaked it to make it my actual vision I described and not just an imitation. I love my tattoo and the meaning it will always have. Robert is now a part of my story. Ill always go back here.

Came here a couple weeks or so ago to get my sister and I’d ears pierced. She did mine fine. But she pierced my sisters tragus too close to the edge that it scabbed over and it looks like her ear is about to rip open. Would not recommend coming for tragus piercings. Also she seemed kinda rude since it was 3 of us and my mother had asked about tatoos and she didn’t seem like she even wanted to answer or even ask the artist. I do not recommend this location.

Went to get my lip pierced, (will 100% be coming back) and Patty as well as all the staff are wonderful and welcoming people! I felt comfortable the whole time (and so did my younger brother, who I was actually surprised did really well seeing a needle go in my face!)

Went here and got a nose piercing, the guy was very fast, it was over in like 2 mins, he ran down my after piercing instructions and we were outta there in like 10 min because I had to wait for like 5-6 mins then the process took 2 min. I think the guy name was Jesse. But he was quick and fast!

I went in today to get You are my sunshine, my only sunshine tattooed on my ribs. Travis was there today. He was great. Very polite. I didnt tell him what the tattoo was for but it is for my husband. He went to prison this week for 5 years. We knew he was going but still him actually going is different than just knowing about it. Anyway I got this tattoo because he always sings You are my sunshine to me when I am sad. This tattoo will remind me of him when I am missing him. Thank you Travis for being so great. I forgot to tip you when I left so am am sorry about that. If I get another tattoo Im sure I will be going back to Lizards. Very clean and overall nice place. Reasonable prices too. Thank you again for giving me something to remind me of my husband.

We literally walked in and they straight up said “oh I can’t pierce your belly you don’t have enough skin it’ll reject it” when I’m skinny as ever and got one. Just sitting up there lyin if you ain’t want no money jus say that mr fat boy. Rude people don’t go here! Yes I went in bc nobody was there and it don’t take nun but 2 secs to do a belly piercing. Lazy people I swear.

Went in to get my septum done, I believe Jessie did it, bigger dude bald, and first off they made me pay first for a nose piercing which I’ve never done and I tipped figuring it’s just a septum. Well first off this dude pierces in the weirdest way possible with the clamps, very painful and I haven’t even had the needle in yet. Then the initial strike the piercing hurt literally so bad which is weird because this is the second time I’ve had my septum pierced. The first one was done badly too. But once I looked at it I instantly noticed how crooked and off set the piercing was. My left nostril side is way higher than my right. I’m gonna contact them about how terrible it looks.

We went for a nose piercing and were greeted with a friendly staff. The studio was clean, neat and brightly lit. I was highly impressed and will be returning for something more serious than a nose piercing.

Decided spur of thr moment to get another cartilage piercing on my left ear after my industrial got infected and I let it heal. Patty was amazing. She did tell me that the aftercare I had received before was the reason it didnt heal correctly and that she would give me full instructions on my new piercing. She did it painlessly, fast and was super nice about the whole thing. Very knowledgeable about how to help my new piercing heal but also had several cartilage studs available for sale. I bought the created opal and real Swarovski crystal flower stud for $30, which wasnt bad. If you want a piercing, go see Patty. She is definitely my new favorite!

We went for the infamous Friday the 13th tattoo special and WOW. Dispite the almost 3 hour wait, (and yes, we expected it to be hectic) everyone was super nice and getting everyone through as fast as possible while still paying attention to the small details. They even made sure we laughed and remembered why we were here, FOR FUN SPOOPY TATTOOS. They even let groups go together to the back! Jose V was our artist and he did a FANTASTIC job! super fast, CLEAN lines and nice. we will definitely be coming back for more!

Asked about a cartilage piercing I got there and told them that i took it out after it over healed, and wanted to know about a different gauge that could be used. The man essentially told me that it was my fault due to not following instructions of after care, but I followed them to a T. Wasn’t happy with his lack of helpfulness or customer service. Not going back.

Came in to get a quote on a tattoo that was probably half of a dollar size because it was in the area the tattoo was super simple and barley any detail. I was quoted $800-900! I was just in shock, never ever in my life have i ever been quoted that much for a basic tattoo. This place is a joke. I went somewhere else and they said yep they tried to play you and paid $125 & they did AMAZING!

Lillie pierced my nose and made me feel very comfortable for my first piercing. She did an amazing job and will be definitely going back to her for more.

Went in to get a nose stud changed out because I could not for the life of me get the new bar through. 1. He ended up making me buy some of their jewelry. 2. I have a 20g piercing and he shoved an 18g through the hole. 3. Put a different style of bar through, even though I asked for a pushpin. 4. Unknown if he used the top of the line ASTM implant titanium like I asked because it was so incredibly irritated it was hard for the women at The Pin Cushion to differentiate if it was a metal allergy + irritation from the too big of a gage issue, or just horrendously irritated when they examined it and then put the right stuff through for me.On the bright side, had steady hands with no accidental pulling or yanking.

The guy there was super professional and walked me through everything. He even helped calm down my nerves by laughing with me at my jokes. The piercing looks great and it was the type of ring I wanted. Super happy with it. You are allowed to bring one person back with you for moral support too! The ball has come off once and its hard to put it back on but all septums do that.

Got my septum pierced here in May. I love it and it healed perfectly!! Would definitely recommend. Great staff and 10/10 experience

I thank God for patty because she saved me from a possible tongue infection and my friends from a possible belly button infection. We went to smilin ricks to get our piercing(DO NOT GO THERE) and they did everything wrong and told us the wrong aftercare. She took the time out to look at our piercings and fix it and tell us the right after care. We will be coming back. If you come here ask for patty you won’t regret it!!

Ox (artist at the Denton location) has done two of my pieces and is currently working on my sleeve and has done amazing work. He took a design from the web for my unit design and put his own style on it, from there i fell in love with the work. I also have work from the owner of the shop, Joe Martinez, which is currently the biggest piece of work I have and is constantly catching peoples eye. For new comers, best place to come hands down no matter what area you are in. They treat you like a friend, make it really easy to pick out your first tattoo, and have the cheapest prices in Denton for the best work in the metroplex. Walk in, tell them that I sent you, and you will have th best experience of your life!!

I got a tattoo yesterday on my ribs and I was definitely one of “those” customers. I kept asking to stop because the pain hurt so bad, and my artist was SO sweet about it. He always did what I asked and even joked around with me so distract me. Definitely great customer service.

Cobra pierced my 7-year old daughters ears and did a fantastic job! I recommend all parents to consider taking their children to a piercing professional instead of the earing place at the mall. Using clean and sterile proper piercing equipment is much safer, cleaner, and less painful for the child. My daughter is usually a drama queen - she didnt even cry. Went here to get a nose ring for my daughter! Very friendly staff ,who took great care in taking out the old nose stud and putting in the ring. Gavd good info about care too. Place is clean and has a cool vibe.

Very clean place, it was cleaner then the tattoo/piercing shop back home. Staff was very friendly and greeted you as soon as you walked in. The gentleman that pieced me explained everything as he did his job. I will be returning.

Great! Went in just for earlobe piercings. Staff was friendly, told me the price and jewelry available, were upfront with answers for aftercare and other questions. Clean and quick trip!

Jesse is the best for piercings . He pierced my 5 yr olds ears and she didnt cry or even flinch. Way more knowledgeable and skilled than Claires and way sanitary

I follow lillie on facebook. I have alot of piercings and am looking into getting more but after seeing her work on her page i would avoid this place (or at least her) she uses the wrong jewelry on quite a few of her piercings. Her surface piercings are definitely going to reject. Please do your research so you know what is correct and what is not.Edit- in Response to the reply... There is no way some of the best told you thats how you pierce a surface tragus.

Super clean place and great service, Every one there is very professional. I had 2 sessions with Joe and the very first one was a walk in, I am pleased the work he did, it is the best I get so much compliments. This has to be the best shop in Dallas hands down

I wish I could have left no stars, but the one was for the counter girl as she was incredibly sweet. I came into this shop with three designs, two smaller than a half dollar and one about the size of my fist. Upon showing the artist (a tall older man with gray teeth) the designs he told me the small two would be shop minimum (60) and the bigger one would be 80. Let me draw these up and Ill get back to you. 37 minutes go by and he comes back. Now mind you I work in a tattoo shop and could have drawn and stenciled these in 25. The only reason I was here is because I was a few states from home and wanted something to remember the trip by. Upon his coming back, he had removed detail from the small designs and told us that they were eighty now. And that the larger one was 140. The larger one featured an anime Girl and her eye was crooked. I asked if he would fix it and add the detail back into the other one. He told me that the eye wasnt crooked it just needed to be filled in, told me it would cost more and asked if it was alright. I said not really I came here with a budget. But he went to fix the eye. When he got back we told him we didnt want the tattoos anymore and he says Heh, well my time isnt free so thats 20 bucks. for crooked and overpriced art that I had original (and full) copies of anyway. Dont waste your time. I hope the counter girl finds a better job.

**DO NOT GET YOUR NOSE PIERCED HERE** I paid 60 dollars plus tip for a septum piercing that was done incorrectly by Jesse. The moment the needle went through I knew something was wrong. I couldnt shake the feeling that it wasnt right so I went to another piercer at the Pin Cushion in Frisco to get a second professional opinion and the piercer there didnt even need to look at it for more than a second before telling me it was done way too low. I went back to Lizard Ink to ask for a refund and as soon as I walked in, he immediately looked defensive. When I explained that my septum was done wrong and that I wanted a refund he offered to pierce it again but of course, I did not want to risk it. He refused to give me a refund so I asked to see the contract I signed. He handed me a clipboard with about 30 sheets of blank contracts and when I tried to take one with me he said I could not take one (which seemed quite sketchy to me). He told me that they did not offer refunds and that the service was already done to which I responded with the service was done incorrectly. Nowhere in the contract or the establishment does it stipulate that they do not offer refunds. I even asked if I could get something else since I cant get a refund and I did not feel comfortable getting it pierced by him again. In my mind, I thought they would offer me jewelry or a voucher or something but instead, I got something else? I cant give you no tattoo. Worst experience ever getting my nose pierced. Take a look at my botched piercing, even to the untrained eye its clearly wrong! Oh and here is a picture of the coveted contract that I was not allowed to take out with me :)

Dillon did a great job of putting me at ease for my first tattoo. He explained every aspect of what he would be doing, gave me multiple opportunities to change the design, and gave me a fair price for the work he did. I’ll use him again…hopefully soon.

Great experience. Very clean shop and staff was super nice. Kyle did my nose piercing and did a great job. He’s was very friendly and explained everything he was doing while he did it! I totally recommend this place.

Nice work done, got a couple of stars on my chest but it felt a little overpriced given the simplicity of the tattoos. It wasnt even a 20 minute session yet i ended up paying $160, Id consider going back only if the artist was willing to offer more reasonable pricings or to work with another artist all together.

I had a piercing that just hasnt healed (done at a different shop) They were able to quickly tell me what I needed to do and switched out to a different starter. Very professional. All future piercing will be done here.

I believe the artist was Leo? Anyhow, went in this place for the first time last night (not first tattoo, just first time here).Im only annoyed I didnt find this place sooner. Really comfortable inside, process was very quick. I only had a small piece (a quote) to get this time around, but Ill definitely be coming back

I have seen some amazing tatoos while in the Navy. I have to say that Ben the Menace is one of the most talented artist I have ever come across. His skills are on point with the best from around the world. He is my only go to guy from now on!

Good customer service, the lady at the front was sweet and answered some questions we had about tattoos while we were waiting. Tattoo looks good, and he changed the stencil when it didnt look right at first.

I stopped in for some work and Robert did an outstanding job. It was my first experience with Robert, but I left thoroughly satisfied and pleased with the quality produced. I will definitely be returning in the future.
