I was in town from West Texas and was looking for a place to get some piercings. I read the reviews prior to going and let me tell you… this was the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Tattoo/Piercing shop. Velma was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and explained step by step what she was doing as she was piercing. She was not only very professional but sweet and wonderful!

I got pierced by Vanity today she was so sweet and patient with me. i was nervous to get my septum piercing and when i needed a second to breathe before getting pierced she was so understanding and wasnt annoyed like other piercers ive been to. the process was easy and painless!!! can say i trust her so much to pierce me. definitely my go to for the rest of my piercings she was so helpful and gave me piercing aftercare advice. if you’re looking to get your first piercing or considering getting another one this is definitely the place to go to!!!!

Vanity was awesome! Made us feel at ease especially since our baby girl was getting her ears pierced at 4 months! I felt comfortable here and my baby was treated with compassion! Never had my ears pierced but luckily google helped me find this place with great ratings and they didn’t let down. Vanity communicated with me during the week prior to my appointment with patience and in a nice manner via text. She was SO patient and caring. i have had my septum done before but it wasn’t like this experience. she talks to you to make you forget about the needle going through your skin lols😭 would recommend and would get other piercings done here! :) i love love my eyebrow piercing and i cant wait to change the jewelry when i can

I took my 15 years daughter for her birthday to get her second hole pierced on her ears. I throughly enjoyed the whole experience. It’s a family owned business and the owners daughter did the piercing. She made my daughter feel so comfortable. She walked through everything and checked in with me, to make sure I like the placement. Got my 4 month olds ears pierced here & the staff was super friendly, made us feel very welcomed! They explained the process to us and allowed us to comfort baby in between the process, so quick and clean. I brought both my daughters here to get their nose pierced it was back in April sorry for the late review. Vanity was wonderful from making the appointment to explaining after care she didn’t miss any detail. Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know looking for a great shop.

I went in to get three piercings done, smiley, nostril, and eyebrow. From beginning to end the experience was great. Was met with such friendly energy and kindness. My wife Christina and I just took our son to get his first tattoo, so my wife naturally called on her friends at Tames.I gotta admit Tames made us feel like family, they heard our request of what our son wanted done,,and they helped us see other ways to make our sons choice of art a better fit for his arm.They Decided on the perfect piece .After 1 session ,Tames art work looks so clean on my sons arm, his mother and I are so very happy that they took care of him at Tames Ink. I am so happy my auntie recommend me to come here , i was not very pleased with how claries pierced my nose because the next day it was coming up and they did it pierced my nose with a ear ring piercing ! but my aunt told me to come to tames ink manny and my mom called and this lady was like oh no bring her up here now even though they opened at 11 she wanted to see me immediately to help fix my nose piercing and it was like 10 something , and i walked in there she was a very beautiful sweet lady and talked to me about my piercing made sure i was comfortable and pierced my nose the CORRECT WAY i am very happy about my nose pierced now and don’t have to worry about anything infection in my nose and sleep comfortably, i would not recommend claries AT ALL lol come to tames ink manny fresh tattoos and piercing! PSA !! i would take a picture of it but i had it in my band-Aid she gave me before i gts so it will not come off this time lol but i love my nose piercing so much !

The artists are precise and well educated on nearly all piercings, theyre kind people who you will talk you thru the whole process and make sure you are comfortable. They truly care for their clients and will make sure they have the right anatomy for a certain piercing, or that they know about any important info first before getting it. They arent here to just give you any crooked piercing and take your money. They truly take pride in their work and it shows.

Tames Ink is the best! I got my snake eyes piercing and it was such a wonderful service my mom also got her eyebrows tatted two years ago and they still looking fresh. After all this time they are still so nice, two years later I just lost one of the lil balls of my piercing and they helped me replace it and got me good again ! I met them where I work and they seemed really cool. I went in for a memorial piece for our baby cousin Angel that passed away a few weeks ago , it was very sudden and we’re all hurting really bad. They did such an amazing job on her name and she loved sunflowers. Rest in Heaven baby girl! You’ll never be forgotten as long as we’re here. Kaufman county owes Angel her life! They need signs and gaurdrails on 1390! Angel would be here if they had proper lighting and signs and gaurdrails! We’re devastated and Tames and Vanity really were there for me to help me though this with a beautiful sunflower for baby girl. These people are so talented and down to earth! I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a tattoo or piercing! They also did a beautiful lip piercing for me! Something that I’ve always wanted but I was scared to do! They made the process so quick and painless.

Tames is the best artist I have ever been too out of any artist that I have seen prior, and Vanity is the best piercer as well, no pain at all with the piercings or tattoos. This place was amazing. We called because my sister wanted a piercing and they got us in with minutes and we’re so nice to us. It’s a family owned business and you can tell they love what they do. Im so glad I found this place! Was visiting from out of town and my piercing jewelry came out so I needed to replace it asap before it closed. I googled nearby shops and this one was open on New Years Eve before 12p.When I arrived I wasnt quite sure if I was in right place. I called and the Woman who answered was so nice about letting me know that they were located in the Bazaar and she would come walk me to her location once I entered so that I wouldnt get lost searching for it.She was instantly warm from the moment I met her and her family (daughter & wife) were also beyond sweet. The daughter helped me find a new jewel and I was in and out in no time whatsoever. Only delay was me trying to get my bank app to work, lol. But they were so patient about it.The service was so awesome I even went back in before leaving the Bazaar to buy an additional jewel. This time the owner even gave me a hug before leaving.Honestly wished I lived out here so I could come back again. Who knows I think i might come back for a piercing before I head back home.

Tames Ink is awesome. I called in the morning, sent references and got in a few hours later! Super friendly staff and felt very welcomed and a part of their tattoo family. They love military, and provide excellent customer service in terms of communication, guidance, aftercare, and setting you up for an appointment. The artist did a great job working with a light hand and made sure I knew that everything was sanitized and used brand newly opened needles. I’ve had an arm sleeve done prior to this that I got in NC, and have had trust issues with different artists but Tames Ink proved to me that they know how to get a good tattoo done and earned my trust. Highly recommend and will be coming back

My daughter and I called to ask about walk-ins. Vanity was in the middle of a piercing and asked to call us back. Our call was returned within 5 mins and said she would take us if we got there within 30 mins. We got there and was greeted by Vanity as she went over a few things with us to ensure clarity and confirm what we wanted to do. She and her daughter were very friendly and worked well together. Very professional and detailed. The shop is clean, utensils sterilized, and sanitary practices definitely implemented. Vanity was thorough and empathetic to our pain. LOL... I got a tragus and brow piercing. My daughter got a tragus and industrial. We both were in and out total of 20 minutes. Her daughter was very knowledgeable in telling us cleaning and care instructions. She was also acknowledging the customers that were lining up for appointments. Greeting, checking in, and letting them know Vanity was almost ready for them. They operated like a fine tuned machine. I am definitely going back for 2nd tragus and any other piercings I may want in the future. I was truly impressed and would recommend TAMES INK to everyone!!

I went for my very first ear piercing it was fast, painless, and the customer service was 10/10 first time doesn’t get any better than that.

Vanity is excellent and everything she does! She has a dynamic personality and pays attention to detail when it comes to her work. I received a belly button piercing from her and she was an absolute pleasure to get pierced by. I must note, that I am blind and I lost my vision 7 years ago this is important because during that time I had surgery and my belly button piercing was removed which I had for 16 years and its closed. I have since tried to get my belly button pierced seven different times which has grown scar tissue. The other piercing artists were failures whereas vanity was excellent in her ability to give me a beautiful piercing that is attractive and appealing to the eye, says my friends. As a person with a disability vanity was super accommodating and welcoming. She guided me to her station and was talkative and a total joy to be around. Not only does she does excellent work but the environment is super fun to be in while you are getting pierced. The piercing was quick and flawless plus I felt little to no pain. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Vanity was also very accommodating to my lack of punctuality because due to my disability sometimes it takes some times to get to a location and she was super flexible with her time. Excellent business and super great artists, would recommend a 100 fold.

It was time to get my Sons first piercing. The original place we were going to go to didnt have anyone available, so they referred us here.As the Universe had its way, we walked into a dope experience. Family owned and run, they make you feel like you are now part of it. Any nervousness is gone because of the beautiful energy they provide. Just got my largest tattoo done here. Felt completely safe. The artist opened the needle infront of me, making sure I knew everything was sanitary which is always a must for me when Im getting ink. I didnt feel like he was rushing through any part of my tattoo. Definitely will be making another appointment soon to get my sleeve completed.

Came in for two nose piercings and they weren’t pricey! They were gentle and not aggressive when piercing, and explained the after care process clearly. I definitely will come back here, and if you’re looking to get tatted or pierced you have to come here specifically. Very nice, social people with a calming environment. And they’re attractive too? Tames team is 100% real all the way. Been here twice with my husband. Went in for a helix earing and replacement. End up finding out i really didnt have it peirced.The person i went to before didnt even pierced it!They did not let me go until i was 100% satisfied. They hooked me up with repiercing it. The ladies, Vanity and Sandra, were very patient. I called last minute and they were nice enough to fit me in. When I got to the bazaar, I had got lost and vanity met up with me and helped with directions. Sandra was the one who did my nose piercing . She was quick and easy and didnt hurt. she has a very gentle hand. I was expecting it to hurt, but all i felt was a pinch. I also met the whole family as it is a family business. I went in two weeks ago to get my ears pierced (tragus and lobe), my mom also got hers done. We were a little lost on the way but vanity was very patient and helpful with providing directions. She was very professional and quick. She made us feel comfortable and explained everything perfectly including aftercare, now my piercings are healing nicely. I will be coming back to get more done. 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I took our daughter in to get her nose pierced for her birthday. Luckily, we were able to slide in just before they stopped accepting walk-ins for the day. Within minutes the piercing was done. Even though the piercing was quick, they took the time to explain the care needed and ensured my daughter knew she could call with any questions. The best piercing experience i’ve had by far! i went to get my bridge pierced and vanity was super sweet and professional the entire time. she made sure to talk through what she was doing, took the time to make sure it was symmetrical(which i really appreciated), and went in depth about aftercare and even gave me a sheet to make sure i didn’t forget. i’m definitely getting all my next piercings here, their energy is so contagious and you can really tell they’re passionate and proud of what they do!

6 month old got her ears pierced with Velma. She is so great with babies and goes out of her way to please her customers. She was super busy today and still pierced my mother in laws ears last minute.
