5 stars for the cleanliness of facility, check in process for “Laser Community Day”, friendliness of staff, and professional/sanitary standards followed by staff & doctor.3 stars for personal experience…They have treated my tattoos since 2019, and I have only ever had to reschedule/cancel 2 times in those years for the 6 week-apart Community Laser days.I walked in for my next session to model my treatment for the laser students as per usual, and arrived on the DOT. (I have severe ADHD and have given my utmost best effort to remain consistent & punctual) I was removed from the system originally; thinking that this was a mistake I re-made the appointment & showed up.I come to find that, instead of communicating like adults, that was their way of deterring me - I am told that they “reserve spots for more reliable client base” (something along the lines of that) and when I argued my case that I’ve only had the two instances, THEN it was that they “did not have time to treat me!” even though I was there on the dot for my treatment with that time slot booked out, regardless.I do not blame the passive yet professional lady who relayed this information to me. I blame Justin, who has directly had this long-standing issue over ONE re-schedule that I communicated to him. If he had an issue with the last appointment that I did not make it to without warning because I was in a treatment facility, then I would like to have known that.I do not appreciate nor accept the blatant lies to my face; I do not respect Justin’s cowardice practice of removing me without communication behind a decision I wasn’t aware of - as I have been a long standing laser model with SEVERAL small pieces on my body to contribute to the lessons.Other than that, this is a valuable facility that gives back to their community + professionally interacts with their students, staff, & models in a sanitary facility.Thank you.

Astanza Laser is an amazing company! Theyre so helpful and informative. Starting my own business was scary and very intimidating, but knowing I can contact Josh or Amy at anytime, if I have any questions makes me feel so much better. Out of all the laser companies we have worked with, Astanza stands out for many reasons. Not only is the technology in their equipment amazing, but their service is excellent too. Being a business in the laser world you are only as good as your service team, period. Astanza is fast, knowledgeable, and patient when it comes to maintenance. We have also purchased laser goggles here. They are priced well and of good quality. The PFD patches have been fun to work with as well as gotten us some results that we would have not been able to get without the patch. I would also have to say that my most favorite part about Astanza is their honesty. They have always had our best interest at heart. I look forward to working with Astanza for many, many years to come.

Many of the comments (if not all) deal with the customer service experience with the Astanza team which of course, me not being a customer, Im not going to contradict.However customers must realize that much of the company reputation is based on the good quality products they commercialize. And I absolutely agree. The quality of the products is second to none.However, as a biomedical laser engineer and being involved with those same lasers on a daily basis I have to say that a huge part of that reputation comes thanks to the quality of the original manufacturers Astanza uses for its products, like Quanta Systems s.p.a or Asclepion Laser Technologies, all of them belonging to the same E.l.E.n group.Obviously, more than being a manufacturer, Astanza is an idea.I cant even imagine what would happen to the laser bussiness in US if Astanza would indeed invest that same idea in producing a laser of their own.

Astanza has been phenomenal to work with! I purchased the Duality Q-Switched Nd:YAG for laser tattoo removal and could not be more satisfied. Their entire team has been professional, communicative and friendly throughout. My initial contact was Justin, who was very informative of the process. Josh was wonderful during the purchase. He was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions and made everything just so easy. Amy in marketing is just amazing, she really knows what shes doing and Astanza is lucky to have her onboard! Jordan was the engineer that did the set up and introduction to my machine. He is probably the most laser-knowledgeable person you will ever meet. From the operation of the machines to the physics of lasers, he made me feel very comfortable with everything. Did not like the 60 leads in 60 days. A couple of those were from across the country, didnt have tattoos, and at least two were my own I acquired through friends and personally talked to, set up and then they appeared on 60 leads in 60 days about 2 to 3 weeks later. I only got about 5 legitimate leads out of this.

I’ve been trying for 2 months to get information from this company. If you are not “buying” their machine then you are treated as a town peasant. Multiple phone calls and online requests have netted zero responses. All I wanted was a company that is currently using their product. I guess they don’t care if people use their product or not just as long as they can sell them in secret. SMH

The dermabrasion treatment results are amazing! Mild discomfort, short downtime and progressive improvement in skin texture and tone. Substantial improvement in laugh lines after just one treatment. I highly recommend this process.
