I am very satisfied with Dtown laser removal for my brows. I needed to remove some of the grey off my brows being that they had black at one time and looked terrible. With just one session the black was removed. Everyone is different and may need 1-3 or more sessions but for my liking very happy with just 1. Thank you Liz 😊

So happy to choose this place! I came here for the microblading I did on my eyebrows about four years ago, and I wanted to get rid of them since they faded. I found this place, looked up their website and IG account, and was impressed with their work! Today was my second time doing the laser. The first time I went, they explained everything to me. They also explained that there might be some red ink behind the actual color, which was a bummer, but they promised me that that would go away, too. The first time, they laserd the black ink, and yes, the red ink appeared, but as I said, they explained about the laser device and that it would also remove the red parts. At that point, I knew I was in the right place where they cared about their customers. Today, they worked on the red ink, and most of it is gone. We talked, and they told me my skin might remove the ink itself in a few weeks; if not, I could return for the final laser.I chatted with the owner, who is such a great lady—inspirational, caring, and hardworking. She says, “I’m always looking for results for my customers, not their pocket.” That was true. I researched other places before finding this one, and let me tell you, the prices here are much better, and the results you get are also better.Sorry I yap a lot but tbh I am frustrated by myself about the decision I made back then and now I have to go weeks to see the result but baby that’s what process is about. After calling around and not getting to be seen even for a consultation by other tattoo removals places I found this company. I spoke with Elizabeth and she explained to me the whole process of how laser treatment works and that she could even see me the same day. When I got there the place was very clean and welcoming. Elizabeth cleaned her equipment in front of me and walked me through the levels of pain I should expect and asked me if I was comfortable. I highly recommend Elizabeth, my tattoo removal process is going exactly how I want it to so far and I cant wait for my next appointment.

Don’t waste time making an online consultation because they will worry about walk-in’s more than your confirmed appointment. My consult was scheduled for 6pm-6:15pm and when I hadn’t received a call by 6:02 I called the store (because I didn’t want her thinking I was blowing off the appointment). Liz answered and apologized saying she could see my name on her computer and was finishing something up “really quick” and that she would call me right back…sat at home and waited almost 2 hours and still nothing. Messaged the account to reschedule (because I have a life and wasn’t going to waste more time sitting at my house waiting) and was told a bunch of walk-ins came in so that took priority apparently. I understand needing to make $, but she couldn’t have stepped away for 10 minutes for a FaceTime consult? Just funny that you have to take the time out of your day to make an appointment, then you have to wait for it to be confirmed, just for it to be ignored because people who didn’t follow those steps walked in at your appointment time. Lots of great reviews of this place and I’m sad this was my experience.

This place was an awesome experience for a first time tattoo removal. Liz was really nice and Informative and made me feel comfortable. She knew what she was doing and the prices are unbeatable. You don’t need to go to a high end removal spot , this place was way better and more affordable!! They also offer way more services, I definitely recommend anybody to go!

I bought 6 sessions ($250 per) and got BOGO free for each, thats 12 sessions to remove a scripture that is over a decade old and its still too dark to get a cover-up. Pay their full price or get milked over time. This cant be the best result from that many sessions. They reached out to rectify this but as of now I refuse to go back.

I started coming to see Liz about about a year ago and she’s been amazing. She’s currently removing 3 tattoos of mine and after only 4 sessions they are already almost gone. Awesome experience at DTown Laser Tattoo Removal. To give a little history, I’ve done 4 sessions to remove an old tattoo prior to coming here at 2 other removal shops. Those procedures did not compare to what I received today. The staff is way more knowledgeable and I felt more safe in general. I am going through the aftercare process now and I look forward to seeing my final result!

The glasses I borrowed were sanitized and she also placed a new sheet on the bed.
