I’ve had a great experience with Removery! I’ve been a client for about 2 years at the time of this writing and the staff has treated me with nothing but respect and appreciation. They were very transparent about the process and professional through and through. Shout out to Angel and Alita for going above and beyond! Highly recommend.

So far, it’s been nothing but fantastic service.The staff is wonderful, and from a removal standpoint just as great.The picture and video here are months apart. The video shows the process and darker ink after my first session. The lighter ink was my most recent, was treatment #7.I see it every day so realizing how amazing this truly is.At the end of the day, I would highly recommend my friends or family go here for service.Friendly, professional, clean.I couldn’t be happier we chose to work together.

I met Amber at the Dallas Tattoo Festival. She was very informative about the process of the removal. She made me feel very comfortable before and during the process. I will definitely be getting more sessions thanks to her encouragement!

I am four sessions in and super pleased with my results. I understood from the start that this would not be a quick process, and being able to see steady improvements after each session has been so affirming. Alita puts my comfort first. My only regret is that I didn’t start the removal process sooner.

If you are nervous about starting the tattoo removal process as I was, this is the BEST place to come get a consultation. I was very nervous about starting the removal process, and wasn’t convinced it was the right move at the first 2 places I had consultations at—but Removery did it for me! The staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming. They will not pressure you or lie to you. My progress has been amazing (I am fair skin with a black ink tattoo). And results are best the longer you wait between sessions (I wait a minimum of 12 weeks between appointments). Tattoo removal is a long process, but you are in good hand if you choose Removery!

Amazing experience at the Uptown Dallas location! Amber and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I came in for a consultation and felt so pressure whatsoever to move forward with the process immediately. She was upfront with pricing and the estimated amount of sessions needed for removal. She even sent me an article of best tattoo artists in Dallas in case I wanted to go the cover up route. I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking to remove any ink.

I completed my 4th session today and Removery never disappoints! The girls are so kind, helpful and make the experience enjoyable. Shoutout to Alita for taking care of me during my sessions and shoutout to Chloe and Amber! I notice my tattoos fade the most towards the end of the 6–8 weeks so time between sessions is necessary. Trust the process!

Finding Removery has been such a blessing! I’ve had 5 sessions and my tattoo is much duller and is starting to disappear. I feel like it’s magic! It’s slightly painful but the technicians are all super nice and make it as easy as possible. It really works!

I got my first session of laser tattoo removal with Removery at the Dallas Tattoo festival this past weekend with Amber and she was AMAZING! She was so friendly, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions! I’ll definitely be going back for more. This is my before picture and then a picture a few days after my first laser treatment, the best part is it’ll fade even more between now and my next appointment! 10/10 recommend!

Always a lovely experience here. Been getting treated for the last 1.5 years and I am impressed with the progress. 1 of my tattoos is completely gone. I have been treated by three different techs and each time has been memorable. Today I got to meet Alita and she was wonderful! Such great vibes.Besides the great customer service, I am giving 5 stars because my removal progress is going splendid. Consultation was quick and easy - first appointment was the same. The lovely ladies made me feel comfortable and encouraged me before I went back!Pain is annoying but not the worst - I’ve had cramps that’s cause more pain than the laser.However the swelling and discomfort after are like a really really bad sunburn.

I went in for a consultation and talk with Chloe and Alita, they’re were GREAT!! Very pleasant, they gave me a lot of information about the treatment they were reasonably priced, they were willing to work with me going into the military so if you have any tattoos that don’t make the guidelines they definitely have ways around it. I 100% would recommend Removery!

All the staff is wonderful and very helpful, even after you have left their offices! They also have great payment plans if you were to need them.P.S it does not hurt nearly as much as the internet says. It feels like tiny rubber bands hitting your skin and it is over super quickly!

Update June 14, 2024:Today I had my fourth treatment (2 sessions 2 treatments to date per session), but third with Alita.Do I see movement in my tattoos? Absolutely, after only two treatments!Alita, is completely amazing! Professional, consistent, personable, patient, genuine, knowledgeable, caring, and empathetic! With a customer focused and centered approach. These qualities go far with me along with the great service and results I’m receiving!Thorough, transparent, consistent and professional describes my experience and my perception of the culture at Removery Tattoo. Five Star service from the phone call to book the consultation to the first treatment! Amber was able to make tattoo removal almost enjoyable! She made sure I was comfortable. I tried tattoo removal at another establishment previously, and it is 100x less painful here. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Been coming here for a few years and every year I add on a new Removery lol . I love it here ….the workers are really passionate about their job. He quality of those machines are the best ….I have currently 2 tattoos that’s almost fully finished. I’m happy with the results !

I’ve been going to Removery for about a year or so and they’ve always done a great job. But Removery in Uptown is by far the best experience I’ve had, Alita was phenomenal! She was kind and patient with me! She did an incredible job at being thorough but quick, cannot recommend her or the Uptown location enough!

Love the girls that work in this office, they make everything easy. You are in and out so quickly and they are very gentle and explain the whole process as you begin your removal process!

I typically go to the Frisco location but had to switch due to a scheduling conflict on my end. I ended up running late to my appointment because of traffic, and Amber was very understanding and flexible with me! She was very educational and walked me through what she was doing during the entire session. Highly recommend going to see her!!

The staff has great customer service and are very informative. Had my first treatment today with Alita( I hope I spelled it correctly) and she was very gentle with me and gave me breaks. This is the real deal tattoo removal service

After 5+ visits and $1,700+, I have noticed very little difference in the appearance of my tattoo. Additionally, there was a significant decline in customer service after I upgraded to an unlimited plan.I walked into my appointment 7 minutes late and was told they had taken someone else in my spot even though I had confirmed my appointment less than an hour before. My appointments take less than five minutes but was still told they could not see me. It was only after I had left that they sent a text message notifying me that my appointment had been cancelled.I would highly recommend going somewhere else for a tattoo removal.

I spent over a year working on a removal, and was guaranteed a steady rate on a per treatment basis because of the amount of time it was taking (this is a 1” tattoo). I had to pause treatment due to being pregnant and when I tried to resume treatments, they refused to continue honoring my price and increased it by about 40%.

From marquis welcoming me as I walked in to Anna Marie and Angela performing the Tatoo removal I couldn’t have been more impressed and satisfied! They got me right in after my consultation and really made the entire process very digestible and informative and most importantly painless and anxiety free! I would recommend everyone to go here today and not waste another day waiting to get this procedure done! I just had my first removal session for a rather large tattoo, was pretty nervous but the team there is awesome and help making you feel more comfortable with the whole process. Theyre very professional, totally willing to explain everything/answer any question.It is (as anywhere) pretty expensive service but packages cover any number of sessions you may require and they can work with you with both internal and external financing (like care credit) if you cant pay cash.Also, the place is really clean and the procedure professional, I recommend without hezitation.

UPDATE 1/26/24:Okay just finished with my appointment with Alita and it was amazing. I finally got an appointment. This location was merging with another location and the phone lines got mixed up. I wanted to update my review. Thank you!! 😊I’m only changing my review because I’ve been calling for three weeks now trying to reschedule my appointment that I missed due to work. I still think this place is great, but I’m trying to figure out why no one has returned my call or text messages. It is getting slightly ridiculous at this point. If possible can someone please get me booked so I won’t be too off my rotation! This process is expensive and I still have several treatments to go. 😭This was my first time here and it was great experience! Alita talked me through the entire process and it was legit painless.

Simple, straightforward, not entirely painless but less than what I was expecting. I’ve always heard it hurts worse getting it removed than it does getting one. A 6 hour chest piece vs 5 minute removal sessions. Think about it. Staff was great, and my tech, Amber, was awesome!

The most professional location I’ve been to. Amber is super thorough with the treatments she provides and offers many good tips on how to properly take care of your tattoos. Will be returning to this location for all of my treatments!

I’ve been coming here since the summer of 2021 and I have nothing but good things to say about the Removery! I came into the office to talk to Oliver about pricing and packages and was so shocked to hear I could pay for a package that would have be get endless treatments to guarantee the tattoos will be removed. I paid and got my first treatment the same day! The girls who work there are extremely sweet and accommodating. They talk you through your treatment and make sure you’re doing well. I am removing three tattoos and my wrist has been a tougher tattoo, but my girl always takes care of me and adjusts the laser to what she think is best for the colors. They are booked very quickly and fill up months in advanced so make sure you get in and start your tattoo removal journey! I also found out if you need to move and they have a Removery in your new state that your package rolls over and you can continue your treatments! How awesome? I am so happy I stumbled across them and really have been blessed to be treated so well at this location.

As an African-American I was really nervous about laser tattoo removal because different lasers work differently for different ethnicities. The whole team was phenomenal, especially Amber! I was still on the fence, but they were so confident about the effectiveness of their special pico laser they even did a spot treatment so Id be able to see the effectiveness. I must say it was far less painful and much quicker than the previous studio I used for removal. Stay tuned for the 8 week follow up result...

Initially I was SUPER nervous about starting laser tattoo removal.....but the girls at Eraser Clinic put my mind 100% at ease. I just completed my first session yesterday after having a free consultation a few months ago and I am SO glad that decided to start the process and even happier that I started it here! The staff is AWESOME... super friendly and professional and they go above and beyond making sure that you are comfortable and well informed about the process. Great place to get tattoos you need gone to go. They offer specials and deals if and when the can. Most places are expensive as heck but this place wasn’t so bad. Oliver is a great guy very helpful and clear on the pricing and explaining the process. Mary the technician is probably the most amazing woman I’ve ever met. From the very beginning Mary and Haley were super friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, professional, and sessions are extremely quick. They make sure each time that I feel comfortable and answer all questions about aftercare. After 3 sessions, I was starting to see my tattoo fade. Let me just say the staff here is very welcoming and accommodating I was greeted, seated and was able to get a lollipop BEFORE procedure! Oliver is a very great guy he is willing to work with ya very reliable person, kinda guy I’d have a drink with. The receptionist I believe is named Haylee she is very sweet and attentive to your scheduling and very quick on answering the phones. Also then there is Mary the technician, there isn’t very many words to describe her because she’ll leave you speechless because she’s just so awesome, sweet, and I have to say very attractive. I absolutely love this clinic! My tattoo is completely gone already. People who didn’t know I had one there aren’t able to tell until I show them a picture right before we started the removal process & are absolutely amazed by the results. The staff is amazing! Sometimes they do go in deeper & it is a little bothersome but nothing intolerable & sometimes you can’t feel they did anything at all. I love this place. I have been going to the North Dallas location for a year. This was my first time at the Uptown location and I will go to the Uptown location from now on. Ive been waiting to review until I was a few sessions in. So far, Im impressed by the progress with my tattoo removal. My tattoos are fading without and scarring or skin discoloration. The appointments are quick, and all of the people Ive dealt with are professional and friendly. This isnt the cheapest place to get a removal, but its also not the most expensive either and I feel its a good value for the price. I got a full removal package at what I felt was a very fair price (and I did get a quote elsewhere, so I had something to compare it to). I have one other tattoo that I plan to remove here in the future, and Id recommend them to others in need of this type of service.

So far so good- my huge ode to the 90s is steadily fading. If I were to give any advice it would be to get the “fully gone” package - I can’t remember the name of it. It ends up being less expensive and you’re less likely to be quit after just a few sessions. Everyone I know who’s successfully gotten one removed has paid in full up front. Everyone I know who hasn’t succeeded was paying by the session or just a few sessions and quit with a faded tattoo that needed another tattoo to cover it up. It does hurt, and it does take time. I only had really bad pain in one session earlier on fin the process. I had my 10th session today and it took 5 minutes and only a couple of minutes really hurt.

I have gone to three different clinics in the Plano/Dallas area, and I have to say that my experience here was by far the best. At the previous clinics, I felt like just another person to treat in a long line of customers. I really enjoyed my experience here for a myriad of reasons, but what really made it exceptional was the attitude and professionalism portrayed by the staff. They both call and text to remind you of your appointment, which is great for me! The atmosphere is pleasant: the waiting room is filled with free beverages for customers, and they were playing good music! My consultation was excellent. The clinician told me information about my skin and tattoo which I had never known before, because none of my previous clinicians took the time and care to go through the process thoroughly. I enjoyed their numbing process; far more advanced than other clinics handing you an ice-pack to prepare for the lasers. The clinician was precise and able to complete the process quickly and relatively painlessly. She prepared a little package of bandages and ointment and gave it to me; another nice touch which I had not experienced at previous clinics. All in all, I am very pleased with my visit. Thank you for the excellent care and attention to detail!

The Removery has quality, professional tattoo removal services at fair price! The office and treatment rooms are always clean and they see you at your appointment time instead of overbooking like other places! They take time to make sure I’m comfortable and experiencing the least amount of discomfort possible. The staff is always friendly, compassionate, and comforting to me! Easiest process ever! I have been wanting to get this tattoo removed for years and finally made an appointment 2 days ago. Came in, received my consultation, was approved for low monthly payments and receiving my first treatment today. had no idea it would be such a seamless process. Oliver is great! I researched this “Removery” and many other to removal places before becoming a patient here and I am so glad. I am currently about halfway through my removal process and I have only good things to say. They keep me as comfortable as possible during the process. They are constantly improving their technique. They are very organized with my file and all the pictures and notes that go into it. And of course all the wonderful things you would assume are there as well, spotlessly clean/sanitized, excellent customer service, affordable (but not cheap) and they are professional all across the board. I will post before and after pics once the tattoo is finally gone.

Amazing service from the front dest to out the door, Oliver and Amber Messick are amazing. From the moment I came in to when I left, I felt truly valued and feel that these people are great, they took all of my concerns into their hands and the service was almost painless. I really appreciate this office and would recommend it to anyone wanting to make a change in their appearance. Or just fade a tattoo.

My consultation was in June. The staff that assessed my tattoo providing a price was very thorough. She was very professional and polite. My treatment could have been the day of my consultation but I was leaving town to the beach which the staff recommended that I wait due to not wanting to have sun exposure to the tattoo being removed. I returned for my first treatment in July. This was a different technician that performed the tattoo removal. She was wonderful. The procedure is somewhat uncomfortable for the area that I am having treated. She was kind, thoughtful and considerate during the processes.This is my first laser treatment with eraser clinic and I have high hopes for a complete removal. I cannot comment on the effectiveness at this time due to being my first treatment; however, I can comment on the staff and office. The staff are fantastic. Very professional and very kind. The office has been clean and orderly on each visit.Update 09/2020: I have had five treatments so far. I am seeing results!!! I cannot be more pleased with the staff, quality of work, professionalism, cleanliness of the office, flexibility of scheduling. This group is the real deal. If you have a tattoo you are ready to remove this is the place to go. You will not be dissatisfied.

So far, so good! I have only had one treatment done and it was better than I expected! I went in for my free consultation for a tattoo I’ve been wanting removed for quite some time. Ended up getting first treatment in that same appointment. I felt seen and heard, and totally walked through the process and what to expect. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and Mary gave me very helpful & detailed aftercare instructions.I chose Removery because their Picoway laser is the best one, especially for a multicolored tattoo like mine. Their 3 session package was very reasonably priced in comparison to other laser removal studios Ive visited in the past.

Went in yesterday for a free consultation and ended up getting my first treatment. The whole process was quick and easy. Took seconds for the first laser treatment. I was literally in and out of there. Staff was very nice and professional. They also did a follow up call this morning. I was also given everything I need to clean and care for the tattoo thats being removed. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I’ve done two out of ten treatments so far. Everything is going great up to this point. Alita is amazing, very kind and friendly.

Vanessa and Brooke are the ladies that I interacted with at my appointment. The appointment was easy to book and there was not a long wait. The facility was much nicer than I expected. The staff was very professional in appearance and demeanor. During my consultation, Vanessa took her time to explain everything to me so that I could understand how the process works and answered all of my questions. I did not feel pressured or anything at all. I agreed to go ahead and sign on for treatment because I could tell they cared about me as a person by the attention to detail they took with my medical history in choosing my treatment course rather than just being after money. Vanessa was able to go ahead and do the first procedure immediately. It was quick and relatively painless. She was very gentle and explained it step by step. I am very happy with my decision to go to Eraser Clinic.

Awesome experience. I really just went in for a consultation so I can compare prices but I was so impressed with the staff that I began treatment on that same day. The facility is SUPER clean, the techs and service staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Getting laser tattoo removal is never really pleasant but there are ways to make it tolerable. The girls here do a great job and keeping the environment comfortable and professional. I would definitely recommend for treatment. I’ve been going for close to a year and fully trust the providers.

I have a rather large professional tattoo that nobody wanted to touch. Things happen and I was embarrassed to even discuss removal. But at the Removery (formally Eraser Clinic) not only was I told “no problem!” but I was treated with the utmost respect and courteous bedside manner. They explained the procedure, my realistic expectations on sessions, and extremely fair and competitive pricing. They give you all the aftercare, the clinic itself is beautiful and very inviting, and they even followed up with me after my first session. I am so grateful to have found this clinic and can’t wait to post my before and after photos!

All fake reviews on here, finished results were horrible and way overpriced…I went there for a year and spent alot of money only to have barely noticeable changes…they have great customer service though but it is all a scam…Beware!

First, I want to say how kind and supportive the staff was. This process was more emotional for me than I was expecting and they handled it phenomenally and made me feel so comfortable. Secondly, this process was so seamless. They were very upfront with all the information and how the whole process will look. I feel confident in my decision to get treated here. I’m super happy with my experience thus far at Removery. I’m having three tattoos removed and am already seeing drastic results on my third session. I originally paid for two removals, but they recently agreed to do a third at no cost because because it’s so small (which I really appreciated). Shoutout to Haley who has always been super nice and helpful. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing. Brooke was welcoming from the moment I stepped foot in the door to the moment I left and even 24 hours later following up. She walked me through the process step by step and gave me realistic expectations of what to expect. Unfortunately, I passed out after my treatment because I didnt eat prior and she was there to give me whatever snack she had available. All in all I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is serious about looking for tattoo removal - to look no further.

I just finished my first session on 5 tattoos and they are much lighter already! the technician is so sweet and great with explaining everything. yes, it hurts pretty badly BUT it is over quickly and will be totally worth it.

Went in just for get some information with regards to the Tattoo removal process and was easily convinced of removing a couple of my tattoos. Started my treatment during the same appointment. Highly professional, kind and very precautions personnel. Will see within the next 4 sessions if it was worth it!

It was great. Nick was super helpful and patient. I have my entire forearm inked and so I went in for a free consultation. Well that started off great, we got to talking about the procedure and that it was the newest type of laser. Sounded great, so I went for a session then and there after the consultation and 10 minutes later I was out the door, on with my day. Dont expect immediate results as it takes more then one session but even so, after the first session I noticed significant lightning of some shading and im scheduled to be back soon.

Came here after visiting another clinic who didnt specialize only in tattoo removal but in other cosmetic procedures. Lets just say I will not be returning back to that other clinic because the technician was rude and was not sensitive to how much pain youre in when you dont have anything but a ice pack. Even asked me, so youre probably not going to continue doing this?This place was amazing and everyone is super nice and helpful!The staff were on point checking me in, consultation was a breeze and the procedure went by without a any issues or major pain.Definitely recommending this place because of the cryo freeze feature. Visited the Eraser Clinic in Dallas 4/1/19 for an initial consult. The office is very clean, has a chill vibe and I was greeted right away! Brooke did an awesome job explaining the process, and made sure I was comfortable with proceeding with any treatment. My favorite part was that I did not have to schedule another appointment, I was treated the same day! I did my research on several tattoo removal companies in Dallas and this clinic is definitely worth the wait and research. I was hesitant because I have a darker skin tone but the ladies were very knowledgeable in deeper skin tones and their specific laser capabilities. I have no skin discoloration as of yet and no scaring. I highly recommend Eraser clinic. The pain is tolerable and the service is great! If you can handle a tattoo you can definitely handle the removal!

I first found out about Eraser Clinic from a Groupon that has listed, the deal was an incredible deal so I purchased it. I was super excited to find out they offer veteran and first responder discounts. I haven’t seen that offered anywhere in that industry. But I was even more excited to see they offered the discount along with my Groupon. I felt very taken care of financially. The staff was very welcome, professional, knowledgeable and really took their time to understand my desires and expectations. I’ve also never been sent home with an aftercare kit, that was an awesome touch. Makes you feel like the company is genuinely invested in your goal. I’d go back for sure.

I came with my girlfriend for emotional support. She was a bit nervous about the removal process, but the friendly, professional staff immediately put her mind at ease. The office was very clean, and we were offered a cold drink when we checked in. They presented her with some pretty flexable payment options, and the first removal session was a cinch. She definitely had some discomfort during and after, but was send home with a very generous care package, including a cold compress that helped her a lot. She’ll definitely be going back.

Today was my first visit and I was beyond nervous. When I arrived, I was cheerfully greeted by Brooke and told to help myself to their mini fridge of beverages. My wait time was maybe 3 or 4 minutes and then I was called back by Vanessa. VANESSA IS AMAZING! She eased all of my worries and addressed all of my questions with confidence and reassurance. She was professional and personable and made the entire process a breeze. Now, as far as the pain goes, it was rough (for me), BUT it only lasted 10-15 seconds per tattoo; so it is certainly doable. After we were done, Vanessa explained aftercare in detail then gave me a little goodie bag with everything Ill need to take care of my tattoos (a&d ointment, bandages, tape, and ice pack). I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are ready to get rid of unwanted tattoos, this is the place to go!

My first session went way better than I expected and I can already see a noticeable difference in my tattoo! Actually looking forward to going back every 6 weeks. I was surprised they used cold air instead of numbing cream like I had seen in online searches, but it worked like a charm. Thankful I could do my first treatment the day of my consultation — in and out in under 30 minutes. I asked to see pictures of the “during” phases, but they didn’t have any to share. Instead the technician showed me her personal tattoo that is in the process of being removed. Can’t wait to update in a year!

Went in for my first consultation last week, Nick was there and explained everything in the entire process very simply and easily. Went on to have my first treatment that day. Very quick, but Nick also took the time to explain after care again, and sent me home with a care package for the after care. Highly recommend Eraser Clinic!

They are always super nice when I come in. It is the fastest appointment I have ever experienced. I never have to wait, I pretty much walk in and they are ready. I’m normally in and out with 10 minutes of arriving. My removal is smaller, which probably helps; however, I would definitely recommend Removery.

I just started my process today and I’m actually so excited to go back. The woman who did it (so sad I forgot her name) was so nice and she put me at ease about my decision to do it because I am going into the law field. I really appreciated that the price she gave me at consultation was the price I paid when I walked out, no hidden fees or anything. And they gave me everything I needed for after care. So glad I decided to start the removal process and really glad I chose Eraser. I broke down in tears the night I got the tattoo I’m removing so it’s really gonna change my life.

So glad to have found this place! I went to another removal clinic previously and had a horrible experience. From setting up the consultation through the end of the first appointment, this place was awesome. I had a great time. It was very quick and way less pain then the other facilities I’ve been to. It literally feels like I rubber band popping whereas the other one feels like the worst pain known to man. Oh, did I mention they’re prices are 2/3rds the price less than competitors. The staff are very friendly and very beautiful, the refreshments made it easy to get cozy and be prepared for the surgery. It’s been almost a month since I’ve been there and excited to be there again.

Great customer service. But the only thing I dont like was that she told me it was $2,000 for the package that includes the guarantee. But was charged $2,999!They keep saying theirs nothing that cost $2k and that I heard wrong because they throw a lot of numbers at you. But I only focused on one package and thought $2k was a lot. She did say 2,000, So I was surprised when I got charged more. But whatever, better be guaranteed. I will post before and after when done. Just be careful when they keep throwing numbers at you and repeat them back to them.🤷🏼‍♀️

I had my first laser treatment at Eraser Clinic yesterday. The staff is very attentive and professional. The office is spotless! There is zero clutter, and you dont have to worry about an overcrowded waiting area. Upon your arrival, they offer you a complimentary beverage.During my free consultation, Ashley answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. They have several payment options to accommodate each clients needs. I did not get my treatment done the day of my consultation, but I left knowing I was going to proceed with Eraser Clinic.One thing Id also like to add, they did not pressure me to get the tattoo removed the day of my consultation. It was simply brought up as an option, and I really appreciated the fact that they werent pushy.The day of my actual appointment went great. Madison performed my laser treatment. She explained everything that was going to happen beforehand, and checked in on me routinely.They do numb you with extremely cold air, but they also sell Aspercreme with lidocaine. You can purchase it from them, I got mine from CVS, and I believe Walgreens has it too. If you do purchase it, ask them for directions.They have specific instructions regarding how you should apply it the day of your treatment. With the combination of Aspercreme and cold air, I barely felt anything. They tell you it feels like a rubberband snapping you. In my experience, it felt just as described.Lastly, they did supply me with an aftercare bag. And they will call to check up on you the day after your appointment.

First tattoo removal ever and it wasn’t as bad as I hyped it up to be! Tattoos do hurt more, lol. Vanessa was very reassuring and comforting and it was no more then 10 sec long! Looking forward to my next session and closer to this tattoo being gone!

Alright so I was super nervous, like my stomach hurt kind of nervous!The whole two hour drive I was pumping myself up, giving me that good energy! (C-section no pain medication, shots in my eyes no pain medication) I got this!!!!When I got in the parking area I took three tylenol’s, once inside the waiting room it was super comfy and homie they actually played decent music, you could also have free drinks!My mind took a lot longer than I expected with understanding the payment packets but I guess that’s normal with how nervous I was.It probably took 1 minute if not 2 for my 6in tattoo removal and it was SUPER PAINLESS!!I chose this place that was 2 hours away vs the place that’s 20 minutes away, always chose better quality and better people!!!!

I went to the Dallas location and the staff was amazing and I had a great experience. Military discount and package deals are available, which is a plus. The process was very quick and nearly painless. I will continue to go to Eraser Clinic and highly recommended!!

Brooke and Madison are super kind and professional. The office was clean and welcoming. Both ladies were knowledgeable. They use a cooling machine when using the laser to minimize pain. I will go back and I highly recommend.

The Eraser Clinic Laser Tattoo Removal clinic exceeded my expectations. Nick explained the process in detail and made me at ease during the treatment. Yes, it did hurt a little bit but it was not unbearable at all. The cooling machine helped with that a lot. Afterwards it had a slight discomfort but that went away immediately with the ice pack I was supplied with. Nick provided me with ointment, bandage, tape, and ice pack to take home. That was nice to not need to buy all of these items on my own. This clinic is th best in the business and highly recommended.

The thought of just simply getting it removed is nerve racking it’s self. I went in for my free consultation to talk about my unwanted tattoo not to mention i was really scared not sure if that’s the pain i wanted to go thru since i heard getting it removed was really painful. well let me tell by far that was the best choice ever The staff was awesome great customer service and very helpful..... it doesn’t not hurt it’s a fast procedure and really worth going to this clinic. Visited for a consult based on all the glowing reviews. Staff was nice but I think customers should be skeptical of the service. First of all, their portfolio of actual removal is pretty small considering the number of reviews here.A lot of the tattoos removed in their gallery look degredated in the first place. I was hoping to see some examples of treatment progression of professional and colorful work, but seemed like it was mostly faded black like they were done with Indian ink in someones garage 30 years ago. Even those took like 2 years and about a dozen treatments and wasnt convincing to me to be worth it.Thing is I like the style and look of my tattoos, just not the placement. Was quoted it would take about 6-10 sessions but I could sign up for the guaranteed removal if I bought the 10 session pack. I just cant believe I would see my desired results in 6 (let alone 10) based on what was shown. Would hate to fork over a couple grand, possibly spend 3 years and 15-20 visits to have them come out where i want to cover them 24/7 rather than when Im only at work.Im also skeptical of the reviews here as they seem predominantly from consults only. Keep in mind theres a monthly contest advertised in the office waiting area for $1000 in treatment credit for reviews on any social media. Also beware of guarantees of 100% removal and packages that require large lump sums. Dont end up in a situation like a lot of Dr. Tatoff customers got themselves in a few years ago.Maybe this place is legit...I just need some better examples and would rather see that $1000 go to established customers who document their journey rather than a bunch of randos who happened to come in for a free consultation and think they might win. And if I happened to win that $1000 for this review, Ill pass for now, or better yet, use it to spot test on another one of my less conspicuous tattoos and re-review.

I met with Madison and she let me know how much the sessions would be. I am in the process of removing about a quarter sized tweedle dee, that is located behind my ear. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I ended up doing one session, it was painful but overall bearable. I scheduled my second one in the office and am excited to go back. The best part about my experience was the phone call i got the following day. Madison called just to check up on me and see how the pain was and all of that. I would recommend this place to anyone!
