Latell /Foxtrot did an amazing job with my tattoo. It came out beautiful and I’m really pleased with my experience. This was my first and he was cool through the whole process. From working with me on the design to inking it.Jeremiah was friendly up at the front. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Absolutely love this place. I usually walk in because I have been impressed with every artist that works there so far and like to see who is in the mood. They are easy to set appointments with too.(IG:@koshertatz) YoYo created this piece for me after I gave her a couple of images to show what I was looking for. She killed it with the design, line work, and colors. She was super happy to do it and even thanked me for bringing something fun for her to work on for the day.The owner is someone who has known/tatted many of my friends from the local area over the last 12 years. He has always been super personable and provided consistent and high quality work wherever he goes and you can tell he has trained his artists in the same way. Great style, people, and ink here.

I have been going to Mike for few years now, and let me tell you that he’s the only person that I trust with my tattoos. He’s fixed some and made some new ones. He made the alley of baobabs from Madagascar on my shoulder. He’s just an amazing artist. 100% satisfied with Mike.

Been coming here for the 100$ get what you get and so far it’s been a great experience every time, first one I got was with Dallas and the ones after was with Toyo. Both did an amazing job. Def recommend either of those, work speaks for itself trust me. Yoyo has been very attentive to how the past tattoos are we have gotten with her.

Just got tattoos done with my husband and the artist, Dallas, is fantastic. Super professional, patient, and worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for. He also signs a little bit which was awesome and helped my husband feel more comfortable having an artist who can communicate with him. First time tattoos and we were able to walk in to get them done on a Saturday night. So happy with how they turned out. We look forward to coming back and will definitely recommend!

I had several tattoos from Cedar Springs tattoo and all of them are excellent. I highly recommend them. The artist are very professional their work is quality, and the staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with Do you want a good tattoo come to Cedar Springs tattoo.

What I asked for vs. what I got. They really botched my arm. The cover up artist I went to said that it has intense scarring. Keep in mind this tattoo is over 6 months healed. DO NOT go to this shop unless you want a poorly done tattoo.

Mike is an awesome tattoo artist! I’ve been coming to him pretty regularly for the past year. He’s always down for whatever style and design I want while still making it his own. He’s also reworked a few tattoos for me done by other artists that I wasn’t happy with. He’s able to put so many details in his work and everything I’ve gotten has come out amazing. He’s very communicative to messages and questions, and he’s patient while working together for the perfect design. I also appreciate that he’s able to make the whole tattoo process vegan friendly since he knows that’s important to me. If you need any work done, Mike is the guy!

Top notch experience today. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted, had researched the artists from the website and requested Dallas. He met us for the consultation and he was able to fit her in a few hours later. Dallas is very friendly and professional. The cost was extremely reasonable and fair. I also decided to have my ears re-pierced today and had a great experience with that as well. I’ll be going back for Dallas to re-work a tattoo I had unsuccessfully laser removed. Front of desk great too. A+++

I received tattoos from Dallas that is infected and hasn’t healed properly. I have many tattoos prior to coming to this shop which I wholeheartedly regret! I did not check to see if he opened a new sterile package of needles and neither did he show me he’s opening a new pack of needles.The tattoo session was a nightmare of being uncomfortable and with him insulting my intelligence and knowledge of tattoos by lying about the process and time which I guess to possibly make more money. I seriously regret going to Dallas. Maybe the other tattoo artists here are great but Dallas really screwed me! What’s worse for me is that this guy added designs to my tattoo that I did not asked for!!! For the amount I paid I am not in the least bit satisfied with my session.I waited a couple weeks to give an HONEST review

Walked in to get a random prime number tattooed on my arm and what a prime (number) experience it was. The artists hands were subtle and delicate like a prime (number) rib. I was a walk-in on a Sunday evening. Very welcoming atmosphere with good music. I didnt catch her name - but the chick at the front desk was so sweet and kindly helpful. I wanted 2 little tattoos and was in and out in maybe a little over an hour with the BEST service ever. I was tattooed by Ceno and GOSH he was so so good, so so kind and I was smiling the whole time because I knew he had 15 years of experience tattooing and I was in good hands. He let me pick out the font and sizing for my tattoo right there on his iPad. Helped me with figuring the perfect placement. I will DEFINITELY be coming back and I was charged such a great price. Im really said I cant share a better review. The place itself it really clean and everyone was really nice, but both of my piercings were pierced crooked and Im probably going to have to take both of them out. I had 10 piercings before getting two done here and Ive never had this issue before. I was really excited to get these two on my right ear, but now that they have started to heal and the swelling is all the way down (I got these piercings a few weeks ago) its really clear that they are completely crooked. Was really hoping to go back for more piercings because everyone was so nice. Super sad!

We came in for a walk in tattoo for FOUR people LOL they were so freaking sweet and accommodating! Helped us out with picking what we wanted, getting us all rallied, and just in general dealing with us as we loitered around hehe. Highly recommend!

My experience from entering to leaving was amazing. My artist, Ruben, took time to listen to my requests for my tattoos and made adjustments thoughtfully and offered his advice with solid reasoning. I left with two increadily clean tattoos and cant wait to show them off when they are done healing. Lastly - not only is he a very skilled artist, it was hands down the absolute best experience of all my tattoos. I cant wait for him to do another tattoo for me. Hes awesome, book with him ASAP.

I had a great experience here on my recent visit to Dallas. I did my research and followed the page for a month prior to my visit. I got a Get What you Get Tattoo from their gumball machine and got a beautiful lotus. Love it.

Came here for my dermal and my daith piercing both experiences were amazing!!

Was very impressed with this shop. This place has a laid back yet very professional vibe. We were greeted immediately by the front counter staff. I got a sleeve by foxtrot. I was a little unsure ab basically everything but he didnt show the slightest bit of annoyance ab my uncertainty. He was chill and let the creativity flow. Very impressed with his dot work. I also got pierced by Alex who is super sweet! Im a bleeder and Alex was patient and didnt seemed bothered that I needed the extra time and attention. Overall highly recommend for your next tattoo or piercing!

Ive been going to this shop since they first opened and its one of my favorite shops in Dallas. They have flash Friday every Friday and I like that they have a variety of flash tattoos to choose from that range from $60-100. Recently came in and got a panther design and Im very pleased with it. Artists are friendly and Jerimiah is awesome! Very friendly and always open to have a conversation. Will continue to return for years to come!

Sarah was my piercer. We called ahead and she answered all our questions. The guy at the front desk (didn’t get his name unfortunately) was super sweet and helpful. When we got there we were nervous but Sarah was great at talking my friend and I through the entire process and making it comfortable, light and fun. At first I like this place but then they became price gouger overcharge unhelpful I will find somewhere else to go next time .... Reply so that proved my point nothing about my review was personal at all but you seem to take my complaint as if it is was your response to it seem very unprofessional and seems like oh yeah you just proved my point when you didnt respond in a professional way your own professionalism when I called yall to ask yall a question about something that yall did yall gave a very rude remark (just like now ) and then try to charge me more when youre the ones who made the mistake in the first place so if you really would like to know what exactly happened what it is youre more than welcome to call me or I could just come up there and see you face to face that way we can see how smart your remarks are then when yall are price gouging try to charge people twice for something yall should have did in the first place correctly if you did it correctly in the first place it wouldnt be a complaint so next time you respond to something I suggest you change your way of speaking to a paying customer .. and secondly I dont need you to tell me what I can do differently or who else I need to call I am telling you exactly what I have to tell you they not the ones who messed up you are plus I ready had a better and cleaner shop without a smart unprofessional and i NOT YOUR CHILD SO CHECK YOUR TONE ! I’d like to start off this review by mentioning how professional and sweet the front counter girl Elena was! I came in to get my nostrils pierced by Alex, he was super sweet, funny, and made the whole process a breeze! I’ve also had previous piercings done by him! His work is fast, precise, and clean! The actual studio it self was so clean and the waiting room was nice and spacious. There was plenty of cool tattoo flash to look at, and I love the location of this shop. I will definitely be coming back here for more work.

I have always wanted my second piercing and since I live in Oak Lawn and heard so many positive things about this place, I decided, why not?! Mills was freaking by awesome! He was sooo meticulous about the piercing being in the right spot and the exact distance from my first one. He took his time and walked me through everything. I was slightly nervous but he was able to keep me calm, relaxed, and even laughing a little. What a great experience. I will now be getting my next tattoo here just because of todays visit. I can’t wait!

The atmosphere was different, the lady at the counter couldnt provide a receipt stating its a cash shop. They had me pay first then see the person doing the nipple re-piercing. Who would not put in another hoop. She said to heal correctly it has to be a bar first. Once healed it can be switched. Ive worn a hoop for over 20 yrs this makes no sense to me.

My girlfriends and I wanted to reach get a little something done, tattoos. Fox Trot, Letello was our artist. Called ahead about reservation/appnt. Person I spoke to said come on down. We did, really only about 1 hour wait once we showed up, but no biggie. We went across street and came back in the window of time. He took all 3 of us together. Professional, quirky, great sense of humor. Fox Trot/ Letell did a great job of taking our pics and bringing them to life! Super happy and will definitely be back for our next ones. Definitely recommend him. All were small tattoos, but very fine line work.Update. We went back for more. Once again Letell did a great job! Professional, consistent, very happy with the outcome.

Jerimiah is AMAZING. I did a You Get What You Get last week with him and came back today for something larger. His lines are so clean, and colors are incredible. He checked to make sure I was okay while he worked, hes SUPER nice, and phenomenally talented!

I came here to get my first tattoo (on my ribs nonetheless) and I can say I had such a welcoming experience here. The front desk attendant, Elena, was not only informative but also extremely inviting! And my artist, Ceno, was so nice and extremely patient with me and did such a good job making sure I felt comfortable and safe. They both gave me in-depth information on how to care for my tattoo, and it healed beautifully. They were very thorough with information from beginning to end. So happy with this place! If you want a safe, supportive and comfortable experience, this is the place for you. :)

I’ve been tattooed here several times each time by a different artist, and I’ve never had a better experience than coming to Cedar Springs. The front desk workers are always friendly and eager to help, the artists are eager to work with you so you can get your tattoo the way you want it while providing a friendly casual place to get either tattooed, or pierced. Everyone here is amazing. The artists are professional and kind. The atmosphere is just something special. Me and a friend from out of state were calling around and trying to find a shop that was flexible and wiling to do a walk in. The receptionist was so kind and so sweet (Lemy) I knew that it was going to be a good experience. I was tattooed by Dallas and he was such a fun guy to work with. He is obviously very talented and he did a great job. My friend was tattooed by Bob and it had been a while since she’d got a tattoo but he put her at ease and was fun and sweet to her and both went through the process with us respectfully every step of the way. Walked in and had my daughters ears pierced almost immediately! The staff was great. Alex was amazing with her and made us feel so comfortable! It is cash only so make sure youre prepared for that but overall the experience was awesome.

I absolutely loved it here!!! the person at the front- Melissa i believe, was incredibly helpful and kind. i called ahead to a walk in and was kept up to date on the wait time, and ended up waiting less than 20 minutes. the piercer, sarah was very sweet and patient with me. i even changed my mind last second about what piercing i wanted and she just seemed hyped about it! it’s absolutely beautiful inside and very clean. between the welcoming and kind staff and how happy i am with my new septum piercing, i will most definitely be back!

I sent my son here to get his first tattoo. Eli did it he was great he loved the atmosphere and the fact that everyone was cool Eli made him very comfortable and he loved every moment. He was instructed on how to take care of it and he will be back to get the rest of the work done. I dont know why some have given bad reviews but as for my son experience it was great and he was treated right. Thanks ELI I love the triple D you did cant wait to see the money bags thank you. This is the only place I will come for my piercings and tattoo work. The front office staff is SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable about all things related to both. The shoppe is clean and well kept. Artists are MASTERS of their craft and are always ready to answer any questions I have. Great atmosphere! Great staff! Why go anywhere else?

I did not have an appointment, but I walked in and asked if they had time for a belly piercing. They were super fast and had me in and out in 10 mins. The lady at the front was very polite, she told me what information she needed and then sent us to the room. Alex was my piercer. He was super laid back and funny. I was very nervous and he was kind to me and my family. After the piercing was over, we joked around a little bit and then he told me my aftercare instructions and gave me a paper. All I got was a belly piercing and it was only $60 which is a good price. I have never gotten a body piercing and I did a lot of research to find a place that was clean and sanitary. I spent about a week reading reviews from all different places and I would 100% recommend this place.

Latell was amazing. I literally got 4 random tats and he made them so clear and clean. Can’t wait to come back for my spine tat!

Just had my lip pierced by Andrew, and it came out great. He even pierced it in a way where it wont rub against my present piercing (slightly diagonal,) which was very impressive as I would not have thought about that! (Thanks, man.) Bled a little, but that was my own fault (took a blood thinning painkiller beforehand.) He was helpful and worked quickly but effectively and did not rush us unlike other piercers I have seen before. The atmosphere was friendly and as someone with pretty severe social anxiety I was at home and not worried at all over the amount of people in the shop this evening. Great place, I will definitely be coming back to get more piercings done and may even come back in May for a tattoo. Everyone was friendly, funny, and seemed on top of things. The front staff was also great, and the shop was interesting to look at in of itself, compared to other shops Ive been to. Everything was sterile, clean, and the equipment used on me was completely clean. No complaints here, only compliments! Wish I could give it more stars. TLDR; Competitive pricing, great staff, friendly and interesting environment, clean shop, sterile equipment, knowledgeable piercer.

Foxtrot did such an incredible job with this cowgirl design!! He put so much thought into the piece and it is something I already treasure! Next time Im in Dallas I am absolutely stopping by for another tattoo.

GPS had no issues getting me there. I walked in felt comfortable, was greeted by the beautiful Melissa. She informed me of the process, and pricing filled out paperwork, sat down waited for 15 minutes due to a client that was before me. Went by so fast! Next thing you know I was in the doctors office. Alex did my piercing, he was very professional clean, and welcoming. It was over in no time. Hunnie he is truly a surgeon with those needles.

The only place I get my tattoos are at Cedar Springs! Just finished my chest piece here last week and it’s the 11th tattoo I’ve got from this shop so far. When I first started to get tattoos I visited 2 other shops in the area but when I came across Cedar Springs I haven’t been to another shop since. I’ve been tattooed by 4 different artist in the shop and all of them have come out clean and looking great. They have great customer service and are always looking to give you the best piece possible. They also are one of the few shops that have tattoo salve in stock which is a plus!

The artists here are very kind and professional. Mike made sure I was conformable at all times. Im definitely going back to them again.

After having my septum pierced that didn’t go to well at another shop, I tested out Cedar Springs. Alex understood the assignment and did his damn thang! It was quick and painless. He was thorough in his placement. I will be back if he is there.

I went with a friend to get piercings today! Alex was so nice, quick, and professional. My friend went first and got her helix done. It took longer to sign the waiver than it did for him to pierce her. So quick and painless. Then I got my septum done. He warned me that it bleeds more than others but it’s normal. It was fairly quick and and nearly painless. He then spent a few minutes cleaning up the site before sending me in my way. We’re already making plans to come see him again in a few weeks. We highly recommend Alex!!!

I went Yesterday 05/27 to get a tattoo. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome! Smiling faces and more. I exchanged my ideas of what I wanted and was given a price. My man jrockstar was amazing from start to finish. He made the tattoo just for me because my wrist and hands are a lot skinnier. He made sure he wasn’t so rough on certain areas but I after a while I was alright. Overall the experience was amazing and I can’t wait to come back!

Came here for a quick double helix piercing and wow Megan did a sick job! painless and super quick. she was also v sweet and had plenty of studs to choose from. a few weeks have passed and ive had no issues at all, theyre healing quite nicely. 11/10 recommend this shop and Megan for any of your piercings :)

I got my first nose piercing here, very happy with the experience, the lady at the front desk was very kind and reassured me it wouldn’t hurt much and that it’s quick. Sarah gave me my nose piercing and did such a good job i love it! both of them were very kind.

I came to this tattoo shop due to my artist changing shops and getting a new job here. Things went well in the beginning. I paid to get my tattoo finished up which consisted of two more sessions. I even met the owner which is a super friendly guy while getting more ink done on my sleeve. My last session was about a month ago. Besides my own complaints I didnt really vocalize to anyone that my tat artist seemed a bit dismissive with communication of trying to get my sleeve finished up. Or a new tattoo I was interested in. I had zero complaints up until recently. I messaged my tat artist about getting the last session in to finish up my sleeve and he said their new policy consists of for every visit that I would need to pay. Even though I paid already to finish my sleeve up. I told him we had an agreement. And that I even had messages stating this too from him. He ghosted me shortly afterwards. I called the shop and asked for the manager to talk to him about the new policy. And the front desk clerk said he was there but didnt want to talk. I asked when was a good time to call back. And she said never. I find this treatment very disrespectful and disappointing. I loved the atmosphere and people up until this point. Ill take my money elsewhere even if it will be a struggle to finish my sleeve with some one else. I understand they have a business to run and that an artist on the clock should be paid. But I paid alot for this half sleeve to be finished up in advance. My advice is to get a written agreement with anything they say they will do. Verbal and message agreements dont mean jack to them.Edit: please see smart remark from owner. Shady as they come. And yes I did spend money (for the record) at his shop. I directly paid the tattoo artist they employed. Unless that is not allowed. Then they have bigger issues on their hands.

Not bad. As a first time piercer, I wasn’t given any instructions on how to take care of my piercing. Had to google online. I think they should have a little guide they can give customers regardless, if it was your first time or not or even tell you by mouth. I didn’t receive any of that.

Jeremy did an absolutely stunning job on my tattoo yesterday! However the only reason Im not rating 5 stars is because originally Eli was supposed to tattoo me, however he walked out on me and didnt say why to anyone else. When I asked the person at the front desk he found out and told me why which is understandable but I still consider the fact he didnt say anything to ANYONE very unprofessional. When you go, request Jeremy, hes great.

Went in as a walk in for a nostril piercing, from the front desk to the piercer polite and understanding. My piercer explained every step of the process and made it a very pleasant quick experience! Will be back for sure!

I walked in yesterday with an extremely vague idea for a tribute for my grandma. I spoke with Melissa(who was super nice and helpful!) and then Chris talked with me about my tattoo idea. Chris was able to take my idea (and 2 second sketch) and turn it into the most amazing tattoo! Im also a big chicken but Chris kept my mind off of the pain by chatting with me the whole time. He was very attentive and worked with me mid tattoo to try out different ideas and tweak them. I am so happy with the results and the entire experience! I cannot reccomend Cedar Springs Tattoo and Chris enough!

Just left this place and I’m so happy with my results. I got a nose piercing and the girl was super nice and informative and a sweetheart. We had complications with getting the hook piercing in and she kept me calm and reassured me everything was okay. I definitely recommend. My nose piercing was $40 and it was quick.

I was doing my research and was very skeptical about finding a new tattoo parlor because I was visiting from out of town. But I’m happy I choose this place because I actually had a great experience!! From the time I called over the phone and spoke with the owner Jerimihh (who was very welcoming, patient and informative)... to my encounter with my tattoo artist Brandon (who was extremely patient, quick, and pleasant). And to top it off, my Dallas Cowboy star tattoo came out perfect! Highly recommend!!

These people are so friendly, the shops clean, well decorated and it has an amazing vibe to it. Went to get piercings, on impulse, and I loved how fast and painless it was, the guy did an amazing job. Will definitely come back for more impulse piercings :)

I got two cartilage piercings done here a couple months ago. I am only writing this review because I have gotten more cartilage piercings done by other shops and I quickly realized, this one was by far the worst. The piercings were done without any warning and extremely forcefully. The two piercings from here were the only one I got that have bled for a day after. Definitely would not do again.

I got 3 piercings from this store, and they even convinced me to purchase their after-care soap to help with the healing process. As healing time is 6 months, I waited patiently and trusted that the bump and discomfort will subside. It was screwed on too tight, so I couldn’t even remove it on my own. 10 months later, I started noticing discoloration, the bump was worsening and it was still uncomfortable. I contacted the store, and a rude lady on the phone told me that “there is nothing I can help you with”. I decided to go to another store, and the piercer there was appalled by the discoloration and the size of my bump. Even worse, she pointed out that they used eyebrow jewelry for my conch, and “mystery metal” for all my piercings. Don’t be fooled when they tell you it’s “surgical steel” because that’s code word for unknown metal hybrid. TLDR; The metal used was cheap and irritated my skin, and my piercings were not done correctly (they were angled and lopsided). I would think twice before getting any cartilage piercing from here.

The facility itself is very clean and all staff are welcoming. Weve known Stephanie for a few years now and will follow her wherever she goes, but its just an added bonus when the location is great, too. Stephanie is an incredible artist and really cares about each one of her clients. Highly recommended!

I just felt like it could have been more professional. I didn’t get a hello or anything, that’s fine. It just went straight to the piercing, which was almost mispierced. I had to tell them several times what was symmetrical to me (I got two piercings) and they didn’t give me any aftercare tips or anything. Just walked in and walked out. I just wish I was talked to or walked through. The piercing itself was done perfect and fast I just wish the customer service was a little better!!

It was an amazing experience! The staff was really nice and he knew what he was doing. He also was very good with making sure that I wasn’t nervous at all when piercing my ears. He even give you some tips on how I can take care of my ears. Overall, I would go again! It’s $40 per ear, for both it’s $80, and it is cash only. However they do have an atm, I think it’s worth the $80 that I payed for getting them done. The earring are already included in your purchase.

Went here with a friend to get industrial piercings. The whole staff was incredibly professional, efficient and nice. Im usually nervous going into tattoo parlors because Im a wimp pain-wise, but Sandra made the process so quick and clean. There was a line when we got there - but we were in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Went in as a walk in needing a cover up done. Not really knowing, I assumed I was stuck with just certain tattoos because it was a cover up... needless to say i left with a beautiful tattoo i absolutely love. Dallas was amazing. Tried to get my 9 month olds ears pierced here. Standard procedure at tattoo shop is parent photo ID and birth certificate. This place also requires a photo ID for the infant. You read that right, these idiots want me to provide a government issued photo ID of my NINE MONTH old. Don’t waste your time here.

I went to get my septum pierced. Megan knew I was super nervous. She calmed my nerves. She even made sure to not pierce me right through the cartilage ❤️ she gave me a plushie to hold. The process was quick and fast. She gave me some water and I was good. Such a sweet woman!

I got a Tragus & Cartilage piercing done by Megan B & it was by far the best piercing experience Ive ever had. Im very familiar with tattoos/piercings in general cause I have a ton, and Megan gave me the quickest & least painful piercings Ive ever gotten done. She was personable and didnt pressure me at all– she gave me tons of options for what I could do with my piercings and she gave me advice on what would look best for my face shape. Overall Id highly recommend her!

I came here to get a tounge piercing and they did it with a small bar! No aftercare instructions! It ended up caving inside my tounge underneath my tounge just 3 days after getting it done! I called them today and all she could tell was wait till Monday or go to another shop because the guy wo did it is not here today . My tounge is in so much pain and extremely painful.I went to another shop who just saved my piercing I just spent 70$ on! No apologies nothing. Very rude and my tounge could of got infected had I not went to another shop today! I do not recommend this shop to nobody! Please do your research before going to just anyone.

It was interesting. The front counter person was very personable, the person that helped me was questionable in their knowledge. I got what I needed but, because of the situation, I tolerated the pain, and I hope that my ears are healed enough not to get infected since he didnt sterilize the earrings even after he saw it was bleeding.

Nice shop with lots of cool artwork. The guys were all knowledgable and provided customer service. The place is large and has lots of room. From the looks of it their were probably 7 or 8 rooms. I came into Cedar Springs Tattoo with an idea of a lighthouse and a verse over a month ago. New to the area, I was a little hesitant about walking into an unfamiliar tattoo parlor. I quickly met Mark who did a fantastic job on my little forearm piece. He was very direct (which I thoroughly appreciate), engaging in conversation (lets be honest, that can be hard with a stranger), and willing to explain any questions I had (Im a curious person). I recommend him to anyone who knows what they want and who wants it done well. Clear and concise. I will for sure be returning and asking for Mark.

We found this place on-line with high reviews and my friends and I decided to try it. As soon as we walked we were greeted and treated amazing . Impulsively came here after work to get my nose repierced! Steve saw me right away. The piercing itself was not painful which was surprising because I remember it hurting pretty bad the first time - speaks to skill of the piercer I’m sure! He made me feel comfortable through the whole procedure and gave me his info Incase I have questions later. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I loveeee my new piercing! So glad I came in! Was excited to get my retro arcade tattoo done and scheduled with one of the artists three different times. I’m pretty patient and I value the artist time, however, each time I showed up to get my tattoo there was always a reason why it had to be rescheduled. Finally, I got tired of rescheduling so I asked for my artwork since I did pay the $100 deposit. Reached out to the artist and no answer. Really disappointed about getting ripped off, just basically threw $100 down the toilet. The artwork is definitely on point but be very cautious about who you schedule with. The girl that sits at the desk with the short hair is rude and won’t do anything but blame the customer for problems that arise. Won’t be going back until they hire real professionals.

Ive never left a google review before but I thought it was necessary for this ahha. A few months ago I got my 3rd earlobe piercings done. When I walked in and said I wanted my 3rds earlobe piercings done they said it would be $40. It was a quick process but seemed rushed. At the end, the piercer said it would be $80, 40 for each ear. On top of that, no aftercare was talked about. That would have been fine (even though its overpriced in comparison to other places in Dallas) but they did not tell me upfront. I soon realized the earrings/posts of the earrings used were too small for my average to small earlobes lol. they didnt use the correct earrings for new piercings needed to give the ear space. I was in so much pain that night. I went to another more highly rated place the next day because I couldnt stand the pain. they took a look and said it was because my ears were being squeezed and one of the piercings was done at a terrible angle and went into some cartilage. The other side hit a blood vessel and was purple. I had to take out the side which was at a bad angle to let it close up naturally and had to switch earrings for the one I kept. Wouldnt recommend lmao its not worth the money.

The guy who pierced my lobes misinformed me on after care. He told me to just clean my ears with TAP WATER. It didn’t feel right and I wasted $100 getting my ears pierced just to have to take them out because they were getting infected. I went to another piercing shop only for them to tell me that I was misinformed and I’m supposed to use specific piercing spray to keep my ears from getting infected. This was back in November. I took them out the holes closed but was swelled till the end of January and went to another location last week to get them re-pierced for half the price and after care info and medical grade earrings. Please give better aftercare instructions or hire people who know what they are doing!

My girlfriend and I went to get her first tattoo. The people at the front were cool. However, the person that was helping us was rude and rushing us to get our tattoo. I’ve personally have had bad tattoos done and knew not to make the same mistake. Unfortunately It happened again. The tattoo artist messed up my tattoo and didn’t even care. I explained to him it wasn’t how I wanted, but pushed me to continue and that he would fix it. On top of all this he was under the influence. He finished my girls tattoo then ran out side and smoked. Came back in smelling like marijuana. Also he didn’t even tell me how much my tattoo was until after he started, so I had no way of getting out of saying no to the price. I wanted a simple tattoo “a barbell” and I got uneven tattoo. I would tell you his name but he didn’t even introduce himself. Worst experience ever!

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars for one reason alone. Justin Smith is the man. Just had some work done yesterday and Ive followed Justin for years and years. Hes a really good dude, got a great heart underneath all that badassness, but most importantly, he knows how to lay down some epic ink. Check out his work, theres nothing he cant do, prices are in the middle of the pack, but the quality of the work is top shelf. Any shop should be honored to have Justin on their team. Ill be back as soon as my tattoo jar fills back up!

Went to get my nose pierced there. Was having a time tryin to get the spot becausethe original location from a previous establishment didnt place it were it wasin a great angle. Anyways, The. Environment was very clean. Staff was friendly professional & patient me,so I will definitelybe using them in the future.

Eli redid a faded tattoo on my foot. Due to the location, my tattoo fades easily and I typically get it redone yearly. I don’t think it’s going to fade anymore; I bet this lasts for many years! Eli went over it sooo many times and the ink is much deeper than ever before. Eli spent at least a half hour on it, whereas in the past a tattoo artist would trace it once and be done in less than 3mins! He’s a cool guy to chat up while he works on it too.

The front desk staff is extremely discourteous. The woman with the short black hair and the wings tattoo on her chest is very short and dismissive. The piercing artist himself was very kind but the woman in the front left a really bad taste in me and my sister’s mouth.

My wife and I decided to get some piercings the other night. We walked in and ended up talking to Sandra who does piercings full time. I was impressed by her thoroughness and cleanliness. My wife was getting a fourth piercing in either ear, and Sandra used calipers to help figure out where the best placement for the fourth would be based on the spacing of the other three. She also does not screw around with hygiene. Shes bloodborne pathogen certified by the state, and has no qualms with grabbing more tools for the sake of cleanliness. She pierced my lobes and did it as quickly as she safely could, which was nice. Afterward, we had an excellent, in depth discussion about after care and various products that are available, even ones she didnt sell. I would highly recommend that anyone in the area who wants a piercing done RIGHT come here.

Called and asked if they had any openings to do a cover up same day. Guy over the phone said yes we have openings. I stated to him that I would be there in about a hr or two. Guy over the phone stated he understood. I get there and the guy at the counter did not acknowledge me. It literally took a guy from the back to come up and ask me how I’m doing. The guy at the counter did not say anything to me until I intiated the conversation with him first. Very unwelcoming. He then said they don’t have openings even though I called. The customer service was horrible. I honestly believe if I was a 80 lbs white woman I would have got in...however I won’t recommend this to anyone. I literally drove down the street to 2 chairs tattoo parlor and they treated me with respect and acknowledge me. No wonder 2 chairs parlor gets all their customers smh

I went about a month ago to get a piercing and the shop was super clean, the staff that I talked to was super great and very explanatory of the process. The healing process is going pretty good and I definitely look forward to going and getting tattoos and more piercings from them soon!

Eli did a fantastic job and was so kind! I had such a simple tattoo and he took my idea and made it a reality!

Terrible customer service. Was told I couldnt select the artist I wanted to work with because it was first-come, first-serve. If you want someone to spend time with you designing a tattoo, collaborating with you, etc., go elsewhere.

This is the cleanest tattoo shop ive ever been to. I was referred to Stephanie and she was amazing. My tattoo turned out perfect and has healed beautifully!!! I will be back to see her!!

The piercer, Sarah, was very kind and professional. She was very patient with me, answering all of my questions and comforted me, telling me what to expect. Very friendly and clean facility. Highly recommend!!
