I love the environment...chilled...laid back and the employees that saw us made sure to acknowledge us and ask if we had been helped. Didnt know this place was located where it is but Im glad I found them looking forward to getting ink work with them. My daughter got a piercing and it was very very quick 🌹❤️ maybe Ill get mines next time 🥰

My piercing got infected, and it was crooked. i came in for naval piercing and was not instructed on any kind of aftercare or cleaning solution. very strange experience. i don’t feel like the piercer cared about the end result for my body, and i don’t feel like he cared about my wants in the transaction. i wasn’t given a choice as far as jewelry and he barely did a count down before actually piercing me. i’d never come back and i hope this guy learns how to talk to his clients better. i shouldn’t be awkwardly sitting in the chair the whole time, do better.

Chaka did my tattoo today. Came in for a feather and birds tattoo. Walked out with feather bird n flower tattoo that is absolutely beautiful. The place was clean, he was professional and cheaper than the other four shops around. He had a light hand and his attention to detail was outstanding. Couldnt have imagined a better tattoo. I got two tattoos to honor two very good friends, both half sleeves. My artist was Bizzy, and shes great: experienced and professional. Everyone else was very chill and down to Earth. I highly recommend.

My friends and I went in for 2 lip tattoos and a belly button piercing. Belly button piercing looks so good! The lip tattoos faded quickly, so they gave us a free tattoo and piercing. Amazing service, nice people, and really good work. Super clean. Will definitely go back!

Love the service! Chris did my lotus flower tattoo and it looks phenomenal! Tattoo is pretty big but only took an hour and a half. You can tell he’s passionate about his work. He even threw in his own touch for fun and still charged me regular price. My friends got tattoos and piercings with Shaka and the energy/vibes were great. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Got my Tattoo done by Bizzy! She was super pregnant but she did an amazing job on my tattoo so proud of her still working at such a late time in her pregnancy! My girlfriend recently got a tattoo from this establishment and the work was poorly done. She’s messaged the artist several times to resolve the problem and no reply. The tattoo is gone and its barely been a month. The work was overpriced for the amount of quality that he put in. Everyday the tattoo continues to look worst. Overall the place radiates a chill atmosphere but terrible communication, quality, and experience. She was completely still the whole time so you can’t say she moved for that being the reason for your horrible job. It was completely rushed and you can’t even make out the word.

Owner was rude when refund was requested when his artist showed up over 30 minutes late when we got there 15 minutes early. Asking why would you have something else to do knowing you had an appointment. We offered to reschedule and ask for $25 off, nope no refund on deposit. Then he stated Black people shouldn’t be like this??? What late? Not offering any kind of consideration? Then another customer complained that his nose ring keeps falling out and it hurts and was brushed off. Very unprofessional and projected big time

Got a tapout session from Sir’Will , i LOVE my new ink. The vibe at this shop was great, he was very professional and i actually had fun getting my tatts. Will definitely be going back !! It was clean and I absolutely love the owners art on the walls !! Would rate more stars if i could (:

They just hire anybody now I see. Second time I went there and got a tattoo ruined. The guy was nice but I had a feeling he just got out of prison and wanted some quick cash. It felt rushed and unprofessional. I will not be going back to this place and I don’t recommend it either. Save your money.

I called late and asked after being turned away from 2 other shops could they fit me in. The gentleman (Chaka) was polite and even quoted me a price that they held to. I showed up about 45mins after call. They fit me in. Very clean place and more importantly nice people. Professional. Thanks!

So for my baby girls 18th birthday of course we had to commemorate the day with mom and daughter tattoos I also brought oh my God baby to get her tummy and nose pierced Julian was our artist and he did a spectacular job on my daughter as well as my tat the owner Chaka did my God babies piercing and she was extremely satisfied the environment is very laid-back very professional I would highly recommend this artist his work is phenomenal the shop is nice and convenient the experience was great!

I scheduled an appointment for a tattoo session with Bizzy. Everything seemed all good I paid a $100 deposit to hold my 11 am slot. The day of she reaches out saying the appointment got pushed back 30 minutes , cool no problem. While driving I get a message halfway to the shop saying something was wrong and we need to reschedule. Again, no problem…all I asked for was for my $100 deposit since I had called out of work and for my time. No response, so I called the shop asking has the artist been to the shop and they told me she just left. The artist calls me and sounds very agitated and is telling me how they don’t feel like I was being understanding of their situation and that I would not receive my deposit back. And she would call back about rescheduling. At no point during the interaction did I raise my voice or rude. I pray the people after me understand the level of professionalism they are going to deal with before they book and act accordingly . This was just my experience and don’t give fault to any tattoo artist or the business itself.Hope this was an outlier and not the norm.
