Cat is one of the best artists in Alabama. I constantly get compliments on her work. I will not go to anyone else in Alabama. She has great talent and she is a phenomenal person as well. Do yourself a favor and go see Cat. You wont regret it!

I got a tattoo from Cat and she did phenomenal. I have a large portrait of Marilyn Monroe on my forearm now that is stellar. Her personality is amazing and even though I live in LA now this is the only studio Ill ever visit for work. Cat does better than anyone Ive ever gotten tatted by at making you feel valued and comfortable during your session and she does a great job of making what you want come to life.People everywhere are always amazed by my portrait and everyday i fall more in love with it. 😍

Cat and Wendy are both awesome!! My fiance and I both got tattoos, they got us straight back, and their artwork is beautiful! Cat did mine and Wendy did my fiances. Everyone was so welcoming and nice, and we couldnt be happier with our tattoos! Ill be using River City Tattoo for all of my future work for sure. Definitely recommend them!! Go check them out!!!

Nice location and nice piercer. It was clean and sterile everything in closed bags. Great attention to location placement of the piercing and ample warning of how long to expect it to heal and hurt. They also offer tattooing and branding.

River City tattoo is a very good place to go to get a very good tattoo for a reasonable price. Its owned and operated by husband and his wife who will make you feel very comfortable! I recently got a tattoo there in remembrance of my Son who I lost in Feb that I think looks great! I was scheduled for Feb 11, but the guy who does the tattoos had a cancelation and called me in on the 6th of Feb... that made me Happy because I was really wanting to get it done right away! He took extra time with mine to make it what I wanted! Thank you very much River City Tattoos!

Best tattoo shop in the Huntsville area! I will never go any where else anymore! Cat does amazing tattoos and Shawn does great piercings! Great people and great atmosphere! Easy to find.All my friends are going to this tattoo shop!Ive gotten 3 tattoos and 1 piercing at river city.The future husband got his first one there yesterday.You just cant go wrong with this place.

My tat turned out perfect. My husbands did not. His is going to have to be completely redone. The size doesnt fit the area and color is coming completely out. Wendy was awesome. My tat looks perfect 3 years in. My husbands was from a different person and was 2 months ago.

What a nice place to do come to! They were not able to sell me an 18 gauge nostril ring but the girl at the counter was amazing and recommended a website for me to check out and I did find exactly what I needed, thats to her recommendation! I really met some very nice folks leaving and saw some gorgeous tattoos that had just been done, what beauty! I havent even used them for tats, but seeing their work first hand, Id be glad to send others their way. They were very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable too.

Always good service and great people. Cat does my tattoos, Shawn pierced my daiths tonight.. I suffer from migraines. The left side stopped hurting immediately! No joke.. On the right side of my head, not so much, but that ear hurts a bit.. Expected, right. It just got pierced. Oddly enough, the left does not hurt at all.... Yet. Lol

Said they was open till 12AM got there and they are “booked” with NO ONE in the place could’ve at least said they are booked over the phone so I wouldn’t have to go that far away

Went and got a piercing there and Shawn was very professional and answered all my questions. Had some problems with said piercing and went to see him and again the same amount of professionalism as the first time. Went to this place just because we passed it. Im glad we stopped. Will return for some tattoos next.

Very crappy. I paid $80 for a simple top of my hand tattoo. Now i cant even get it touched up because the artist is a drunk, and can only work when shes not hung over. Then i paid $50 formy girls tattoo and it is faded. Still no touch up. I have gotten better work done by people in their house. More professional also. Only get ink done by this shop if your looking to get ripped off, or if you feel like needing to go pay someone else to finish the tattoo. What a joke.

I have never had any problems with this shop or artist ! they are all nice and amazing and Very professional and This is the only tattoo place i will let tattoo me . Ive been coming here for a while and All the tattoist are the best ! I refer a lot of people here and they agree 100% that River City is the best . My whole family goes here and we wont go anywhere else ! you get what you paid for . Defiantly worth every penny !

My wife and I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this business. Constant cancellations by the female artist, she takes the deposit for draw up, doesnt draw it up, then cancels. We will not be returning or referring clients anymore. Appalled at the actions of the artist. Great talent but whats talent if you constantly deter people away?

This place is the best! I have been going to Cat for years. She does amazing work! The shop is clean and neat and everyone there makes you feel welcomed. If you get tattooed from somewhere else in Decatur youre a dumb dumb. 🤘

Cat did a awesome job on my tattoo that took two sessions and Im already in talks about my next one. Shes very professional and entertaining singing while she does her magic.

The staff are very nice and took the time to help my daughter get her first piercing even though she was super nervous and she loves it.

Looks good but a bit overpriced i felt like though. It was a 100$ a hour tattoo took 30 mins and paid 160$ for two seperate names.

I Got my cross done and I had a great experience with the artist and the staff was vary kind if I back down there I will be back for sure
