If you’re looking for a tattoo in the Lakewood Colorado area look no further!! My girlfriend and I are from out of stat and searched on google till we landed on Sacred Soul!! The reviews and pictures does this place no justice!! We were met with friendly staff and walls covered in art and things to look at while you wait. Best tattoo shop atmosphere I’ve been to hands down! Highly highly recommend Kevin as your artist. Super kind and really attentive to what you’re looking for in your tattoo. Took his time to work out exactly what we wanted as our piece. Easy to talk to and converse with. Hate when I’m getting work done and the artist doesn’t speak at all to me! All in all we couldn’t be any more happier with our impromptu tattoos my girlfriend and I got! Will definitely be coming back whenever we get another piece in Colorado!

Me & my girls came here to get Friday the 13th tattoos and everyone here is so nice and sweet and helpful. My best friend Jessica got poppy flowers on her wrist/arm, my best friend Alyssa got flowers, and I’m next in line I’ll leave another review with our photos after we’re all done! Dinosaur Emilia is an amazing artist and a very sweet and genuine person. She helped me choose jewelry to go with my new industrial piercing and even replaced my lobe piercings to match it. Also, the shop itself was immaculately clean. Overall her energy and artistry made it to be a very assuring and relaxing experience. Her attention to detail and expertise truly sets her apart. Emilia did my tooth gems and the service was amazing. She gave me as much time as I needed to pick out my gems + input on what would look best considering I wanted something subtle. The service was super quick and easy, she walked me through it all letting me know what she was doing. I’ll for sure be back when I’m ready for more!

I got a lobe piercing on both ears, and even though Ive never gotten pierced before this was by far the best choice I could have picked! Dinosaur [I dont remember their first name], who was my piercer, helped me choose the earings, too! They picked some out as an offer and they matched my shoes that I wear all of the time. I got the best instructions for how to care for my piercings as well. Overall, Im definitely coming here each time for a new piercing. I overall spent around $110 and it was totally worth it.

Been here twice now, first for a piercing with Emilia, now for a tattoo with Kevin. Both times it was clean, fair priced, and they both did amazing jobs!! If youre looking for a tattoo, piercing or anything in between, Sacred Soul is where to go. Ive gone back multiple times to incredible friendliness and a welcoming atmosphere. When new to the tattoo scene, I was nervous to get my first piece - especially because it was a memorial piece. Everyone there was so kind and friendly and explained to me the process.Coming back, Im a return client having gotten piercings from Emi and tattoos from Masha and Kiki. Everyone in the studio is amazing and unique, if youre looking to get something done and not sure the style - someone in Sacred Soul could do it! I was here for the Friday the 13th Flash Tattoo event and it was so enjoyable seeing everyone giggle and get new ink. Dinosaur Emilia is the coolest piercer Ive met by far. The place is so cute and clean, she was very professional and took her time to make sure the placement was perfect for my eyebrow piercings. Plus the jewelry is SO. CUTE. Def my new favorite place and I will be back for lots more :))

I made a last minute appointment with 4 other people and Gary was very accommodating. The shop vibes are great and theres so much talent packed in this building! I worked with Brandy and while my request was simple didnt tap into her realism talents at all, she took great care of me. It was a great experience and Ill definitely be back!

I been going here for years for all my tattoos and piercings. I recently went in to the piercing shop and had to have my piercings removed because of lots of medical problems that required me to remove my piercing. Damn I am having a memory loss on her name anyways she was very kind and she took very good care of what I needed done. She has great ethics and she has great personality and is very professional. I go to her whenever I need to have work done or to get new piercings and buy all my jewelry from her. I want to thank her for all of her help on the 10th of June 2024. There’s a reason I’ve been to see Masha twice in two weeks! I spotted her great work on a stranger and that’s how I found Masha. Imagine my delight when I discovered that not only she is an immensely talented artist, but that she is warm, kind, and a great listener. Never once did she make me feel awkward, rushed, judged, or uncomfortable. She has a wonderful table side manner. She is extremely patient and careful, and in the two tattoos a I’ve gotten with her, she was committed to making sure that I was 100% satisfied. She offers feedback that’s directly rooted in her experience as to what will look best, be the most balanced, age well, etc. Masha has reasonable prices and availability. What else could you ask for? I am looking forward to my next piece with Masha! :)

Emilia is the mf best! I’ve been going to her for the past 2 years for all my tooth gems and piercings. She is the sweetest person, and GREAT at what she does. She hooks it up every time. Masha is amazing. Had a little mix up with a consultation appointment and the original artist I was supposed to have seen already having another customer, but she jumped right in and assisted me. I showed her my original idea and she somehow made it better. Super sweet, super talented. Probably the best tattoo experience I have had.

Josh Hobs is the man! I recently got three different pieces of art from Josh, a Geisha, Samurai Panda and a Gears of War memorial piece. He is a true professional and takes every and all considerations into account with each tattoo. Josh is easy to talk to and works with you as a client to give you the highest quality tattoo possible. Emilia is the BEST piercer I have EVER gone to. She made my piercing very easy and quick also little to no pain. We needed to have our daughter’s ear piercing checked (we had it pierced elsewhere and that location was not open today). A friend recommended Sacred Soul Tattoo and when we called they were supportive and helpful and offered to see us right away. Emilia was wonderful offering care and expertise for my daughter and I feel like we are on track for healing her piercing. Emilia was also accessible for questions or anything that comes up between now and our next check-up, which felt very reassuring. We would definitely go back here!

Emi is AmAzing! She gave me the best piercings I’ve ever had! Her technique made it near painless, unlike the others that were done at other salons. She also has a great artistic eye as to the exact placement of each of the five piercings (& that’s a big deal when you have OCD). But more than all of that she truly cares and clearly loves what she does. She listened closely to my wants and needs and gave me great advice without any pressure. After just finishing chemo she helped me feel seen and celebrated. I will definitely be returning and will tell all my friends to go to Sacred Soul Tattoo. Thank you Emilia!!!

Haven’t been in for a few years due to being out of state, and I’m always more and more impressed with Emilia and the shop every time I come in! Having a piercer who is as safety, detail, and learning oriented as me makes a world of difference, and Emilia has all my trust in that regard! I can’t wait to stop by again soon.

I havent had a new piercing since I was a kid, so I was a little nervous about it. Emilia was great! She was kind, helpful, and professional. Also fair pricing. She tells you what shes going to do and where before she ever touches you, which was really nice and helped me relax for the procedure. I heard about this place from my wife when she went and got her piercings and heard they have really good artists there. So I went in wanting a memorial piece for a dear friend of mine so it was very important to me. So I got alot of tips and help from the artist there Gary dressler(look him up on social media, he does incredible work!) And then Gary did my tattoo. It turned out amazing and I couldnt be happier! He really brought my idea to life and Ill definitely be going back

I got tooth gems here and Emi was AMAZING. Hands down one of the coolest people I’ve met. I had gotten a set with some hearts and due to my own circumstances they fell off. I was a little unsure about the design I originally chose for myself but when I went to get them replaced she was SOO nice about letting me pick a different design. Overall would 100% recommend.

Amelia did my tooth gems, and they lasted for a little more than a year but accidently came off when i was brushing my teeth but otherwise wouldnt have came off, so they last a good time.

Visiting from Boston and decided I needed some ink. This place was so clean! The staff was nice and accommodating to walk ins. I convinced my friends to also get a tattoo or piercing. We all had an amazing experience. Ariss was the artist who helped us and he listened to what we wanted and was not pushy about anything. He was also awesome with going smaller for my matching tattoo. Great experience and will def be back my next trip!

Went in as a walk in with 2 of my best friends and Sacred Soul was amazing! My friends both got small tattoos and I got 2 piercings. They were a bit busy when we got there but Emila was quick about gettin me in and out for my nose and eyebrow piercings. She was fast and smooth about it, and made sure I liked my placements before starting. She was fantastic! Masha was my friends tattoo artist, and she was just amazing! Took time and care for their designs and really listened to what they wanted. She took extra care placing the stencil and makin sure it was perfect to their liking; they came out absolutely beautiful! I’ve been coming to this shop for almost a year now both with Emi for piercings and with Brandy for ink, and they are both genuinely amazing! As a trans woman I’m always a little apprehensive about anything that requires some vulnerability, but walking into a place with other queer and trans people working there is a HUGE deal for me. I brought my best friend here for ink when he visited me from Texas and he asked to come back here when he visited again. Came here to get my nipples pierced and the piercer Emilia was AMAZING!! She made me feel comfortable the whole time and was very friendly and engaging. There were lots of different jewelry options and the pricing was very fair. So happy with my experience here. If you want a new piercing, this is the place to go!

My boyfriend started going to Sacred Soul a while back and got a beautiful tattoo from Austin when he still worked there and then we started getting artwork done by his brother Kevin. We started going to him when he first started and he’s progressed into a great artist and I have gotten several tattoos from him as well. He always seems to get us in when we need to get in, he’s a sweetheart and has a style that I am obsessed with. We went today to get matching tattoos and I love mine! The owner is friendly and professional and all the staff is very relaxed and makes you feel like you belong. Great place and if you’re looking for great artwork and a focus on creativity, artistic exploration and customer satisfaction than try this place out!

Update 6/2023 - I have been getting all my tattoos done here because I love their work and the environment in the shop. Everyone is nice and professional, I will always recommend this place. Gary has been working on my sleeve for a while now and I love it more and more after each session. I have never been pierced here but Emilia has changed out my septum ring a few times and that was a good experience as well. 10/10 strongly recommend this place for both piercings and tattoos!

Ive been seeing Emilia for at least three years for all of my piercing and tooth gem needs. Shes incredibly friendly! I still get nervous getting piercings even though I have several, but her attitude and kind demeanor helps ease my nerves every time. She cares about the quality of jewelry she pierces with, which is phenomenal because I have the opinion that everyone should be choosing good quality jewelry for their piercings.Shes given me 3 nostril piercings and made sure that theyre all even on my nose. Shes also given me a forward helix and we have plans to do more on my ears once everything heals.She rocks, come see her :)

Had a belly button piercing that I thought had grown through and was getting evaluated to re-pierce and Emilia was able to use a tool to save the piercing, only charged me the service fee, no pain, and no additional after care needed. Best experience ever, my mom, sister and I will go to NO ONE else for our piercings!

Both Emilia and Kevin did a great job! Emilia got my daith piercing she did over a year ago out (after being cross threaded by a different person) and replaced it with a beautiful piece of jewelry she recommend. I am in love! Kevin was able to squeeze me in for a tattoo of a skeleton. He did it efficiently and it looks just how I wanted! He made sure to advise where to put it, which way, and how to cooperate it into my future tattoo goals. Both artist were great! Definitely recommend for piercing and tattoo needs!

I would give more stars if I could. Had an amazing experience with both Gary and Emilia(Emmy)! Gary did a writ at tattoo for me, which he did with ease. It’s exactly what I wanted. Then I got my nipples pierced which I’ve wanted to do for years. Emmy made me feel very comfortable as she talked me through everything. I will be back next time I visit Colorado. I recently went to sacred soul tattoo to get a hand piece done and the lady Adia Michelle was my artist, she was very rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when they told me to come in, the tattoo was really rushed and she had another client waiting the whole time so then my piece was done really fast without the detail and shading I needed, I then proceeded to contact her multiple times getting another appointment to get it touched up and she cancels my appointment, then when I ask once more to schedule a touch up I was blatantly ignored while she posts onto her Instagram account where I was told to contact her and she’s clearly active all day long… I’m not usually this kind of customer but I just think it’s really unfortunate and unprofessional even after I paid for it and left a good tip for her, never will I go here again or refer anyone to this place because clearly they don’t care about their clients. Bad business

I saw Emi for a piercing and a tooth gem. She did a fantastic job! The whole experience was super comfortable and fun, and this is the CLEANEST place Ive ever gotten pierced or tattooed.

The artist Kevin did an amazing job, he was quick and efficient, and he was super nice and entertaining as well. Gary Dressler is an amazing artist and he is such a great guy. I love that he gives suggestions and is up front and honest about what will work and what will not. ***Update**** I had an idea and it came out ten times better than I could have hoped. Such a great experience from start to finish! From the consult to the actual session to aftercare info and feedback, Gary was amazing! This was only my second tattoo, a large one at that, and I couldnt be more pleased with how it turned out. Even after I left the parlor I was informed that if I had any questions about the aftercare (which I had a few) to just send a message. Gary was very responsive and helped with any post care questions I had. Great place, would highly recommend and will definitely return when I want to get something new.

I went to get my first piercing as a fresh 18 year old here, done by Emilia. I got a smiley (which is the frenulum between the gums and lips pierced). The entire experience was very easy and quick. I felt very comfortable. Emilia did a great job, and I would 100% recommend her for piercings.

Stopped in without an appointment and was able to get the perfect little tattoo to commemorate my travels. Everyone was so helpful and kind! Decided to walk in to get some piercings done the other night and I could not have had a better experience. It was my first time getting pierced and I couldn’t have asked for a better piercer! Emilia was amazing! From her chair-side manner to how gentle she was and the neat tour of the shop she gave me, I couldn’t have had a more pleasant time! I decided to start with a 4g and Emilia was so excited to get my “virgin ears” saying it was her favorite procedure. Her energy made me feel very comfortable about getting it done and they look great! If you want good piercings go see @dinosaur_emi! She’ll do you right!

I had my first piercing experience at sacred soul tattoo, with Emi. She was friendly and efficient when she pierced my nose, and when I came back for some help switching out the jewelry.

Late but got my tooth gems about a month ago and Emilia aka @dinosaur_emi on Insta was amazing! She was very welcoming which made me feel comfortable immediately. When one of my gems came off a few days later (I think a straw caught the edge), she was great about fitting me back in to get it resealed. Be sure to call and make appointments first as the shop gets busy quick.

The experience was really awesome. My piercer was super cool and made sure everything was just to my taste. The price point was super good, but i think thats because of the quality of the jewlery. One of my ear rings has fallen out three times in a month and a half, which has caused a lot of panic a few times. Regardless, i think its still worth the price and I would highly recommend this location.

I have my ears pierced, but I have a tear in my left ear and went in for an opinion on what to do. I havent been able to wear my big earrings I love to wear in a while 😞 The woman gave me excellent advice, and said I should pierce around the big hole in my ear. I didnt think I could do that, I thought I needed to get it stitched up first, but she assured me I could pierce my ears without any stitch work needed and not have any worry . So I went in for the consult and came out with my ears pierced 🙂. It was a small place, I was surprised 😯 but nice place...and busy too. Looking forward to wearing earrings again 😀

I heard lots of good things about the piercer so I decided to go here to get my septum pierced. I have some anxiety around needles so I let Emilia know and she was super cool about it. She explained all the tools she was going to use and supported me through the process. My piercing looks awesome and I’m so happy with it! I will be going back in the future.

Dinosaur Emilia was phenomenal! My 14yo wanted a second piercing in each ear, but felt a little nervous and overwhelmed going into the appointment because of a bad first piercing experience two years ago. Emilia calmed her anxiety, made her feel right at home and spent time sharing with us about her fun collections in the studio. And the piercings turned out beautifully! She’s such a pro and I’ll definitely seek out Dinosaur Emilia specifically the next time we want any piercing done.

I just moved to Denver from Los Angeles and am so grateful I came into this shop. The vibe is extremely chill and laid back, making someone who gets nervous sitting in a chair getting tattooed, comfortable! The Owner has awesome art and figures all over the walls, making it look like a trendy mini museum! Kevin did an amazing job on my tattoo, he was extremely professional and explained the after care recommended to ensure the tattoo comes out perfectly. Today was the first time that I’ve ever gone into a tattoo/piercing parlor to get a piercing on my own. I’m very pleased to say that it was probably one of the most positive experiences of my life. The staff was super friendly, and Emilia was insanely helpful. I love how knowledgeable and informative she was, and I especially love the way she wanted to get creative with my piercing. She’s clearly confident and well educated at what she does and I could not ask for more for my first solo experience. She was very sanitary and safe with everything she does, and honestly the prices were fantastic to what I expected them to be, very reasonably priced. I can’t wait for my next piercing. I brought an idea to Masha and she very patiently worked with me to decide on the elements of it to keep and getting the sizing just right. She paid attention when I told her about my thin skin and that informed her choice of needle and color. Her technique was really gentle and Ill definitely come back to her. ❤️

So schedule an appointment everything was going well I arrived went over the design for my tattoo simple four letters in a little design. One gentleman was very helpful gave me lots of background knowledge on my tattoo Trace who was amazing and I tipped him $20 did not do a very good job. I took my second skin off on day 5 my cats paw was not fully colored in missed lines, dark. Is on the letter ( e ) and the ( Y ) looks double made. It took him 12 minutes to do this tattoo and it was rushed and I felt it was to get it out of the way. However my sister had an amazing experience with the other tattoo artists and the piercing instead of to. Place is very clean and well taken care of tho. :)

Came in originally wanting to re-pierce my earlobe as well as get my doubles. During my appointment with Emilia I mentioned how I wasn’t too fond on the location of my original piercing and was possibly wanting to pierce a brand new hole. Unfortunately, the original artist was no longer there, so I scheduled with Brandy Bryant. Brandy did an amazing job in recreating the spirit of the first piece on my other calf. Went with my daughter to get her nose pierced. Have to make an appointment here. They were able to squeeze us in sooner. Everyone was very friendly. The piercing lady (sorry I do not remember her name) was very professional. She was very precise about lining up the dots on my daughters nose. Took her time to make sure it was even an where my daughter wanted it. Afterwards she gave detailed directions with a cleanser on how often she should be cleaning it. An when my daughter would have to come back to have the jewelry switched out. It was a very professional, clean, and educational service! Would go back to her for future piercings!

Came here the other day to get a new rook piercing as I had lost mine. Emilia was super helpful putting the jewelry in my stubborn ears and even helped me come up with more piercing ideas. Seriously nothing but good things to say about this place. I’ve had my fare share of not so good piercings, so I was fairly nervous to get more but felt ready. Emilia was fantastic, walked me through the entire process, gave me a piercing aftercare spray that makes cleaning them the easiest process. I had a top fall off of one at 10oclock pm (they were closed) and went into mode. Emilia promptly replied to my message and made me feel so much better- saw me the next morning to replace it! This will forever be my new piercing place!

Emilia is the THE HOMIE! She pierced my nose a few weeks ago and it was the easiest process ever. She made sure I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. It was abundantly clear she is a professional and knows exactly what shes doing. The piercing came out a couple weeks later when I was blowing my nose. I went in a couple days after and she was able to get the piercing back in no problem and it was painless! And she didnt charge me a dime for it. I have 27 piercings and this is by far the best place I’ve ever gone to. Emilia the piercer has now done 7 for me, including nipples and VCH (which I highly suggest, might be my favorite one yet) She makes you feel extremely comfortable, talks you through everything, and checks up on you afterwards. I had a problem with my lip rings due to my lip injections and she must have changed the jewelry for me about 4 times before I could do it myself. She’s sweet and patient and actually cares about her customers well being and happiness. You’ll never get a piercing with anyone else after you stop in here.

Such a great place! Me and my husband wanted just small meaningful tattoos for us, called and made a same day appointment. We got there and our artist Kevin spent 30 minutes getting the drawings just right (my ocd heart couldn’t be happier) he got us sat down and we were done in and hour and a half! His attention to detail was fantastic. The front desk gal was super pleasant and we just felt really welcome! 10/10 will be coming back!!

I spent some time calling up shops to have my infant daughters ears pierced, I did not want to resort going into a Claires. Most shops would turn me down but I luckily called in and was helped by Emelia. She booked my appointment and was super helpful and made the process as comfortable as possible for a baby. Her and Gary did her piercings at once to get it done quicker. Of course tears were shed but I definitely recommend coming in. If you are looking to pierce your babys ears Emilia will help you out!!

Super chill place to be. Staff is friendly and easy to talk to. The tattoo I got is super clean and the lines are as straight and dark as can be. This tattoo is rather small, but no lines touch and you can tell exactly what it is that I had done. Definitely going to be coming back for bigger, more intricate pieces!

I got my nose pierced here as well as my second lobe piercings on both ears back in december. my brother and i scheduled an appointment at 5, and weren’t brought back to look at jewelry until 6. this didn’t bother us a ton, we saw they were unexpectedly busy with walk ins, but the jewelry selection was lacking. only a few options for lobes and nostrils, and none of it was high quality titanium. the actual piercing part was pleasant, as the true problem was the aftermath of the piercings. my lobes were fine, but the nostril jewelry (screw type, the only type they had) was a nightmare. it would snag on my blankets at night, and after it got very irritated i messaged Emilia on instagram to see if i could get my jewelry changed to something more stable. she left me on read. after about a week, i ended up going to a different piercing place to change the jewelry to a flat back labret, and now it has healed nicely. although the act of getting pierced was fine, it really bothered me that i was ignored when i was having issues with my piercing.

My wife and I called to get tattoos and were accommodated same day. We had Kevin do our tattoos and he was great! Great line work and exactly what we wanted. It was a friendly and inviting atmosphere, nice and clean! If you want a tattoo or piercing I for sure recommend you give this shop a look!

We came in for a nose piercing for my 14 year old niece . The girl helping us throughout the process. I didnt catch her name but she was very friendly. She helped my niece throughout the whole process to ease her anxiousness . She mentioned many times to give them a call if we have any questions or concerns. Overall the experience was great from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable as well.
