I work at Merle Hay Mall, and Lindsay is always a delight to chat with (if shes not busy, of course!) Shes always so professional and kind, gives really strong mom energy in the best ways possible. I also always love and recommend Piercing Pagoda to anyone who needs a piercing done because I know theyre always well-trained and usually very patient. Way better (and safer) than going somewhere like Claires. I had my ears pierced as a baby at one of their locations and never had any difficulty with my piercings. Absolutely would choose to do piercings with them if I needed them redone or anything.

The manager Lindsey is amazing at helping pick out a new jewelry selection to also critic what I already wear. Love my new gold chain. Will definitely be back soon!

I was getting my second lobe piercing and it was SO EASY. I booked me an my sister appointments at 12:00 and 12:30 and both of us were done with perfect piercings by 12:15. The lady who helped us knew what she was doing and it was an all around great experience.

Lindsey, the manager at the Merle Hay Mall location has genuinely been a great help and her exquisite taste has been a major factor in my choices for jewelry.

I went to go get my doubles pierced three weeks ago, they were all nice and welcoming by the way, but now I can’t even take the back piece of the earring off they’re stuck and also the earring is stuck in my ear hole where I can’t even get it out. I’m in so much pain.

I was there Sunday and a girl named Natalie helped me she is top notch! She helped me find what I was looking for and suggested something better! I love my diamond hoop earrings and diamond nose ring! She definitely sold me I definitely will be back! Good job!

Ive taken my girls here in the past when it was Pagoda. I took my daughter yesterday and was shocked by the prices of the earring for piercings. There were barely any affordable ones. To top it off, you do not get a bag with ear cleaning solution (you have to pay for it now) and the pamphlet of directions for piercing cleaning. Nothing. The gals were nice, I just wasnt happy about the changes.

The staff is very professional and the manager is amazing. They have a great selection of childrens jewelry and I had my daughters ears pierced here and never had a problem. The sales are great and the cost of the year warranty is worth it.

The cyber Monday deals are falsely advertised, I just had a horrible experience trying to buy multiple things. I never did find not one thing that actually qualified for the cyber monday deal. The customer service person didnt even know the deal. She told me that it was anything that said online exclusive but once I asked her to read me the terms and conditions it states that online exclusive is excluded. I clicked on the cyber monday options on multiple parts of the cite and still could not find ANYTHING that qualified for their Cyber Monda which clearly states 50% of EVERYTHING over 49.99 no...see terms and conditions... no nothing.... total waste of my morning. Epic fail to your marketing team, thats false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEY CIT MY TOE OFF

I took my 1yr old to get her ears pierced. The girl that pierced them had no experience and got her glove stuck in my daughters ear ring she took forever . she didnt place the ear rings in the right place. Everything was done unprofessionally and it was a bad experience. Do not go there they are not professionals

Overall an okay place but what I don’t understand is why does the website falsely state their business hours. Claims Opens at 10 but never open at 10 . Misleading

I had a bracelet that needed a simple fix, Yesenia and another lady were able to fix it in less than 5 minutes and were very polite!
