Chantell is fantastic. She took the time to answer all of my questions prior to my consultation and allowed me to book the very next day. The consultation really got me excited. Chantell did a 5 minute demo to get me comfortable with the process and machine. I was surprised by just how much she was able to do in 5 minutes. I have struggled with upper lip hair and have been very self conscious of it. I tried to do laser removal but the hair is too light colored. Electrolysis works with all hair types, skin colors, and hair colors. If youre on the fence, send Chantell a message. You wont regret it. I cannot wait to see the long term results!

Chantell is amazing! In the past I had a horrible experience with electrolysis. Chantell alleviated all of my fears. She answered all of my questions and explained thing in a way for me to understand. I loved the very easy to use online scheduling system. When it came time for my appointment, she was on time, her space is clean and inviting, she explained some more things and got to work, explained after care and I was on my way PAIN FREE!!! I am excited to go back for my 2nd appointment. Finally I am able to take care of my stubborn chin hair. I am very pleased with Chantells professionalism and excellent services.
