Highly recommend this shop above all others! My piercer Nomi was kind and professional and guided me through the entire process. Most importantly she made sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. My piercings look perfect, in fact better than what I had imagined. Nomi followed through with after care instructions and provided me with a printed copy. The shop itself is an incredibly clean, fun, and relaxing environment with a very warm and welcoming crew. Ill definitely be going back

I went in for a second nose piercing and my friend actually recommended for me to come here. I’m so happy I did because I honestly had an amazing experience. They were immensely knowledgeable and helpful when helping me pick out the jewelry, taking the time to make me feel comfortable with my choice. Chucky did my piercing and he was so thorough, he really took his time making sure the placement was perfect and encouraged me to give him feedback on whether I liked it or wanted it to be adjusted. Even though I’ve had one side pierced before, he still talked me through the process as he did the piercing and I really appreciated that. The place was super clean and was such a welcoming environment, I’m so glad I chose to come here.

As a first timer in a piercing/tattoo shop, I was so nervous. But once I walked in, I was met with such a nice hostess and beautiful waiting area. After about 10 minutes, I met my tattoo artist Steph and she was the sweetest person ever! She made sure I was comfortable and even went as far as talking me through the process (lol). Everyone at the this shop was super nice and professional. Will be booking more tattoos and piercings with y’all soon!

Poli did my nipple pair piercings and an install on a stretched septum, aside from being so professional she also has great friendly energy. she walked me through the whole process making sure i was comfortable and happy with what we were doing. i didnt get their name but someone at the front desk was also super helpful and assisted me in picking out some new jewelry, also very friendly!

I love coming here. This is one of the few places Ive found with awesome gold jewelry options. Tim was great and super patient, helping me perfect the placement on my high nostrils. Overall service and atmosphere were amazing !

This place is amazing!! 😍😍 they were super fast at getting me back and made sure I was comfortable and as good as I could be even though I was a little nervous! The studio is so cute and SUPER clean!! Tim was amazing and explained everything as well!! 😊 I had to run because I was on my lunch break, but Ill definitely be back for all my piercing needs!!

Yall.... this was the most calming thing I have ever experienced! From the time I walked in then door, there was just this coolness about this place and these people. The girls at the front were nice and friendly and spoke to me like we knew each other. It wasnt forced or fake and they explained everything from the get go! Although the conversation was short, I felt like wed known each other for years. Just cool people! So, when my girl, Lexie B came to get me my heart started racing 😂 First, let me explain that Im 40 and lame! I have no tattoos, no piercings besides my ears from childhood, no racy clothes and nothing else that could remotely link me to being cool and in style. Im extra basic 😂 I even chickened out of getting a tattoo with my bestfriend of 33 yrs in NYC in 2019, so I just knew I was going to chicken out on getting my cartilage and nose pierced! When I got to the room with Lexie, I was shakin in my boots and my palms started to sweat and I knew I was going to chicken out, again. 😂 But she talked a few seconds, asked me questions, then turned on some music. I said, Oh, is that some mood music? She laughed and said, Yeah. After she turned that heavy metal on, I was so relaxed yall 😂😂 I felt empowered! It was quick and easy! That last one kinda hurt, but she said it was because I was anticipating pain. It stung for about 5 seconds and then it was over!! She was professional, courteous and asked my preferences before doing anything! She was willing to follow my lead on what I wanted but I gave her complete control because I knew nothing about where to put what! 😂😂 They give you a pamphlet with instructions on how to care for your piercings, heal time, jewelry size, and when to downsize! I felt so relaxed around her and the rest of the staff! They are just a bunch of cool people who do cool things for work!!! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Lexie B and the rest of the staff!!! Thanks Lexie B and staff for making this a great experience!

Great location to get piercings. I did a walk-in right as they opened the shop and was able to get a piercing done within 10 minutes. Very reasonable prices and a large variety of body jewerly available in their showroom. The front desk was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the piercing I wanted to get. Got my septum pierced by Timothy and he was very patient, clean, and explained every single thing he was doing from set-up until he was done. He explained the after care procedure very carefully and ensure I understood and didnt leave with any questions. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

I’ve been following this shop since they were in Canutillo. I got my first piercing there and 4 others. I’ve been disappointed in their jewelry selection last 2 times I’ve been. I’ve been to other shops (not just ELP) that have high quality jewelry that I’m willing to pay for. Unfortunately this place no longer has what I’m looking for.

I absolutely love this place! i got the medusa piercing with Bianca and she’s the sweetest ever! i was very nervous at first but she ensured that it’ll be okay and honestly, made me feel a lot better. she’s very patient, understanding and gentle. the piercing was quick and very smooth. also the girls at the front were also super nice. overall, 10/10, if you plan on getting a new piercing, this is the place you wanna go to!

Came from out of town and wanted my Monroe piercing. The process was quick, easy, and painless. The staff greeted me so calmly and kindly and allowed me to look at their awesome displays while I waited only a few minutes for the piercer to get set up for me. Great customer service, amazing jewelry selections plus super cool items for purchase that you have to check out. This place is amazing the front people are so nice and friendly and in another room is full of jewelry for different piercings and also cool miscellaneous stuff like smoking supplies and crystals.But I have a lot of appreciation forpiercer Tim, hes very professional, knowledagle, and does his piercings so flawlessly. He also has this comforting vibe to him that makes it so much better. Hes very thorough on explaining the steps before and after so you know what to expect. He has done my nose and today he did my nipples and thats says alot because I have huge problems with men after a horrible experience in the past. But with Tim I feel so comfortable and I think hes great at what he does 🙂 I 10/10 recommend him and this place to get your piercings

Very professional and clean. I went in a little nervous but poli was very patient and let me decide on the placement and when to do the piercing at my own pace. Moved here from Abq NM, and I didn’t want to trust any piercing place, until I heard so much about this piercing shop and gave it a shot with my surface tragus & first helix with Bianca! The shop is so clean, sanitized & friendly staff who know their job! I recently got my double helix with Bianca once again because I love this shop so much & I trust them with my piercings! Don’t think twise, you won’t regret it : )

After trying to go to 3 other shops I finally made an appointment with Polis. The other shops were either closed down or they didnt have a piercer on staff at all. I had actually been recommended to go here before but didnt make this my initial stop because it wasnt as close to home. It ended up being a great experience. The property is set up nicely and they have a photo album displayed with different piercing options. There are private rooms as opposed to an open bay, and they also have a great display of jewelry. Their staff has great customer service from the answering of the phone to the post care instructions. Firstly, they were prompt, on time. If thats important to you, you will see how important time is to them as well. If youre a walk in kind of person, they can accommodate you too but if you have to make an appointment, they are respecting if time. If I had to give any criticism it would be that once you make an appointment online, you cannot reschedule it that way. You will have to call the shop to make changes aside from cancelling.I had a simple earlobe piercing; 2 in my left ear, one in my right, by Bianca. I shared with her my desire for symmetry and she took her time to get my piercings aligned. Aside from not being able to see everyones lovely face due to mask safety, it was such a nice experience, I promised to recommend them to all my high school students 18+. They have an up to date Instagram with options to make an appointment online. If youre looking to pierce an ear or an eggplant Polis is the place.

My god, so ridiculous! The girl working at the front was incredibly unprofessional. When you set an appointment on there online booking site, there is no such area with any policies. None whatsoever! It takes you straight to “book now” and you follow the entries, no area came up with policies. So make sure you go into the store and have them read you their policies before booking. I was never told 18 and younger couldn’t get their ears pierced, even if they had parent consent. Yes, when you go into the store, in the bottom corner, you’ll see a 18+ but I did not see any other area or on their website or as you book the appointment stating anything with policies. I booked two piercings for myself and my sister. When I showed up to the appointment, they informed me I wasn’t allowed to have my sister pierced because she is 17. I understood that, and asked if I could do two piercings instead, to take my sisters. It was all good, all set. I was charged and then they come up and say, you’re being charged more for the cancellation still even though I’m taking up both time slots and their being paid for both appointments. No one would lose money, nothing. It didn’t make any sense. The girl working the front was incredibly rude, saying how could you not read policies on anything you sign up for and other remarks and belittling me and my family. I was shocked! All I say is please, put an 18+ on the front door, so people know not to enter. I do appreciate the gentleman who came later, who was calm and understanding. Just be careful when booking your appointments, it doesn’t provide all the information.

All front desk staff are rude and act as if they do not want you to be there. We were told to not touch the glass very rudely and unpleasantly as we were unintentionally leaning against it while choosing jewelry. Was never greeted when walked in, and never told thank you when exiting. Employees were extremely passive aggressive and irritating to us as if they did not want us to be there.The customer service at this place is pretty poor. 3 stars for the good selection and prices of jewelry only.

Had surface tragus piercings done by Bianca and she was amazing. She explained everything I should expect and the experience was perfect! Ill definitely return for future piercings. I highly recommend them!

I got my septum pierced by Bianca and she made the process so easy and painless. She was super sweet and very quick I will definitely be coming back!

I went in today for both tragus piercings with Alexis and it was so quick and almost painless. She made sure I was comfortable, talked me through everything she was going to be doing and had me in and out in less than half an hour! Definitely will be going back for all the other piercings I want to get ☺️

The employees are extremely friendly and welcoming. I came to get my tragus and conch pierced. Poli is very knowledgeable about her field. She explained the process well and made me feel very comfortable. I even got discharge instructions about piercing care. The actual piercing was very fast. They use sterile equipment, which should be a standard in the industry. I definitely recommend this shop, they know what theyre doing. I cant wait to get my other ear done!

My experience with my eye brow piercing was great. Whomever has any issues could possibly be not properly listening to instructions. The piercer was very clean and communicated with me through the whole process. Overall great experience.

Went in for my first piercing and it was a great experience.The service I received was fast and professional. The shop is clean and the back room were the piercing was done was clean and sanitized. My piercing experience was quick and virtually painless. Poli made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I didnt get the gentlemans name at the front but him and Poli were very polite, professional and cool. They also have a nice selection of glass (including local glass art), jewelry, CBD products, stickers and artwork for sale. I will defiantly be back!

Got my Tragus pierced the other day and everything went good, but the jewelry came out so I called to see if I could get it fixed and they told me to come in. I came in and they required me to have my care sheet as proof cause they file everything away? The person I spoke to on the phone didn’t tell me I had to bring it and that there’d be a fee (which would’ve been fine if I were told about it). I asked to get a different piercing instead at full price no problem, but got turned away due to appointments even though the piercer was willing to fix my piercing at that moment.. little confused. Other than that clean good place.

Absolutely love getting pierced by poli! She did my nostril piercings and high nostril piercings! We spent a couple minutes getting them as lined up as possible but man are they spot on! The environment is friendly and very comfortable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone whos wanting to get pierced! She also has dope pieces and body jewelry! I dont trust anyone else to stab needles through my flesh except her! Definitely go check out the shop!

I would advise anyone thinking of getting a piercing here to think twice. My nose piercing grew a bump inside and outside within 2 weeks, even though I was incessant about care and cleanliness. The kid in the front area did say the piercer was an apprentice, but shes good. My fault for not listening to my gut. I went to a professional piercer with years of experience for them to look at it and I was told the piercing itself was not done correctly and will not heal properly, and the jewelry was poor quality. So I had to take it out and let it heal.I know someone is going to respond with some excuse, but this is MY experience.

This review is super overdue but I got my tongue pierced here after having it pierced a couple of times before and it was a great experience. Poli was sooo professional and I totally loved her! She examined my tongue first and checked for cartilage build up before to make sure that it would be ok to pierce. I thought that was awesome because any other person would have just pierced it but she really cares about her clients. I truly recommend this shop to anyone thinking about getting a piercing. She is super kind and gives you time to talk about placement and even if youre nervous she doesnt rush.

I have never ever written a google review but I love this place so much! About a year ago I got my first piercing here (septum) and a year later I came back for just a nose piercing. The staff is wonderful. Not only a great place for piercings but also new glass pieces, beautiful art, stickers and even crystals! It has a special place in my heart. Thank you!

Love this shop 🖤 I came here on the recommendation of a friend (pre-covid) and got two lip piercings done with Lizz! They came out amazing, the placement was wonderful and she gave me a pamphlet about aftercare for them! She was super kind and I went back for (again, pre-covid) a septum piercing! Just a few days ago I teamed up with Lizz again for 4 lobe piercings. She was super patient while I explained how I wanted them and just overall amazing throughout the whole experience. Lizz is my go-to piercer, period. Ill definitely be going back for many more piercings from her!

I wouldnt recommend this place for piercings or the store for jewelry. Scheduling is handled unprofessionally and attitude is given when asking about pricing and general care. Also, when you go instore they wont offer help, you have to like demand it. I used to come here for the friendly service, but some of the younger staff has been rude lately and I get the feeling Poli lets it slide because theyre her friends/followers. Also be aware that they dont keep consistent hours and theyre really bad with communication online too.

Piercing Poli’s is THE BEST piercing studio in El Paso! Both Poli and Liz are amazing piercers with great attitudes, professionalism, and technique! Liz has done 6 piercings for me and she never fails to do an amazing job. She has done my third lobe, conch, tragus, nostril, belly button, and philtrum piercing. She truly makes the experience as painless as possible and always makes me feel comfortable for the whole piercing and healing process. In addition to this, she is a kind and caring person and is always happy to help me with any question I may have. I have also gotten tooth gems installed here which I LOVE. I have brought so many people to Piercing Poli’s and no one has ever left less than massively happy and impressed. Additionally, the smoke shop always has an amazing selection and unique products and pieces. Liz, Poli, and Tony are seriously amazing people and I guarantee you will NOT regret giving this amazing shop a visit! Nothing but love for Piercing Poli’s!

I recently got a my nose done with liz and let me tell you how scared I was! Ive head horrible stories about getting your nose done and its really kept me back but Ive been hearing really great thing from friends about how much they enjoyed there experience with getting Piercings done with liz. So I finally got my friends who took and and glad I did! Its prefect and it didnt hurt one bit! She had a really gentle touch while explaining step by step what was gonna happen and how! Im really glad I went with her and definitely going to recommend liz and get more done by her. Thank you again liz!

First time getting pierced and it was a lorum/hafada. Poli is very clean, sanitary, and professional. She works you through the process and makes you feel very comfortable. Very informative and experienced. I highly recommend her for any type of pierce, especially below the belt.

I went get pierced and my experience was 10/10 good customer service at front desk, clean place, my piercer was very nice and patient she explained how to take care after, and she also checked my other piercing that I got from other place, they have good quality jewelry to choose from, I recommend this place ✨

What a waste. I called today and spoke with a guy named Mike. He answered all of my questions and was friendly. I explained that I did not live in town and that I just needed a jewlery change. I asked if I needed to make an appointment or if I could walk in. I was told I could walk in up until 7pm. I showed up around 3ish and was basically sent away. I arrived only to be told that their piercer had left. Even though I showed up with in the time frame I was given. The guy behind the counter was very different than (Mike). This guy was really indifferent/an had a lack of interest on my situation. I kept trying to ask questions to have this situation make sense and got no where. I was not valued as a customer, I wasted 2hrs of drive time. For no reason.

They are super cool but they never have titanium pieces available and I’m allergic to literally everything else… which is kind of a turn off when I wanna get a piercing.

Got my lobe piercings a while back. Everything was fine until i got my second ear done in which the piercer didnt get the right angle and had to push the needle through aggresively. Afterwards they also realized they put the wrong balls on the ends of the jewelry and had to go in and replace them which caused great discomfort. Overall ok for only $20 an ear I guess. I got them done in February and they are still heaing.

Just bought some gauges here. I was told everything is not refundable, which is fine. When I get home, I realized the woman sold me the wrong sized gauges. I told her 7/8, and she gave me 1” gauges. Then, they are not even the same pair, one is very firm and thick, The other gauge is thin and frail. Basically, I waisted money on the wrong sized gauges that are not even the same pair, and I cannot return. Waist of time and money

With welcoming vibes and that familiar incense fragrence as you first walk in. All the amazing glass pieces, and eye catching and shiny jewelry. From nips to ears, Poli can pierce it. Me , my mom and my sister came to ask for the price of a decoration in display in the window both me and my sister waited at the entrance , WE DIDNT ENTER . My mom went in clearly being an adult with the her purse just in case . Before she was able to speak , Some male ran up to me and my sister and asked for our ID’s although we weren’t IN the shop and my mom interrupted and said ”I am their mother they aren’t entering” and he ignored her and continued to harass us until my mom lost her patience and she walked out, CLEARLY from him yelling at us even though we had an adult and we weren’t INSIDE the shop.

Great place to get a piercing done. They made me feel very comfortable and did I mention how fast they are didn’t last more then 10 minuets also no wait time. 👌🏽

I went to other place a month ago to get my tongue pierced because I didnt know about piercings poli, my piercing was very crooked, to the point were I couldnt speak even after the swelling went down, I was in pain most of the time and was living on 2 200mg ibuprofen pills every 4 hrs for almost 3 weeks and I was pierced with a plastic material that my tongue was rejecting and it was discharging some white stuff and I was afraid it was infected... someone recommended me piercings poli. I went so she could take a look at it and she changed the piercing and answered all my questions, eventhough it helped I still couldnt talk because of the way my tongue was pierced, so I decided to removed it, once it closed I went back to her place so she could re do it... this time my tongue didnt even swole or hurt or bled (which is still normal) and I can speak perfectly fine. I say shes the best piercer there is.
