Outstanding Service. Ms. Hazel assisted us, she was great at explaining the process and how to treat the tattoo after the laser session. They even follow up days later to see how you’re doing.We recommend you get the package vs paying per sessions. Package is one set price until tattoo is fully removed. If you pay per session, it will cost you more.Ms. Hazel will set laser just enough not to scar you. Even if you want them to go aggressive they won’t do it. The reason being is that it might scar you. Be patient, it’s worth it.Ask for Hazel, she’s extremely knowledgeable.

Update, now on the beginning of my third pass over my tattoo and I can see a huge difference. I cannot say enough about how much this is worth it. Great staff! Friendly and knowledgeable. I was skeptical at first with how quickly I would see results. Within 3-4 treatments I started noticing a fading of the tattoo Im getting rid of. Im at about 10 treatments in now and the tattoo is much, much lighter and portions are separating. It works.

Definitely shop around for other prices and do not go based off the online estimates. Ive done tattoo removal before and this place was more than twice the price of the last place that I used up north where cost of living is much higher as well. Not sure if that was HER pricing I was given or the actual company pricing but $280 for 1 session for what I used to pay $120 is a big nope.

Such an easy treatment and extremely fast results! Way better than I expected. Technician was very kind and explained the entire process very well.

I had a first consultation this morning with Sophie. She was wonderful. She took a picture of the tat on my back so she could show me everything about my tattoo and its removal. We talked about price, approximate length of time to remove, and how long between sessions. Removery really knows their stuff! The tech, Hazel, who will be doing the actual laser work, was kind and friendly. I’m very happy with my consultation and trust the lasering will be equally as good.

Came here for my first tattoo removal session. I walked into a very welcoming, clean location and was greeted with smiles from Kim and Hazel. They both made me feel very comfortable and answered the many questions I had. The ladies also followed up with me after my first treatment to make sure I was holding up okay with my recovery and gave me encouraging advice/pointers for my next session. Sometimes, Im a bit skeptical when a place has too many good reviews, but this place has honestly earned every bit of good review they receive.Hazel, in one word, would be informative. Im convinced she lives and breathes tattoo removal because she really went in depth when explaining the process and answering all our questions.My husband and I made the mistake of going to med spas first to try and remove his tattoo. His tattoo was already significantly faded, but after going to 5 plus sessions, it looked exactly the same!Hazel did in just one session what other places couldnt do in 5. Now that speaks for itself. She genuinely cares about her patients, and I think thats actually what matters the most. Very impressed with this place and Hazel. I wish we wouldve just gone here first.

I’ve been going to Removery for almost a year and a half now and I have been so pleased with Hazel and her services. I’ve had a great experience thus far. I’ve had 2 sessions and can already see & feel the difference. It’s a very small one but it was quite raised in the beginning. The staff seem very knowledgeable and they make sure you get the most out of every session by adjusting the necessary settings for the laser.

My experience overall has been very pleasant. The staff is super friendly, helpful, patient, and they take their time to answer any questions. The procedure itself can be uncomfortable, but compared to what I expected, I did not think it hurt more than getting the actual tattoo. Granted, everyones pain tolerance is different.The care given before and after the tattoo removal, such as the use of cold compresses does help with the discomfort. The process itself is quick and Im usually in-and-out of the office in approximately 15 mins.

Always helpful and attentive. Really appreciate that they send reminders a week before my appointment and the day before, too. They are flexible and understanding when I have been running late on previous appointments. It’s always super clean and they make sure you’re comfortable before, during and after the treatment. Went in for a free consultation and was really happy with how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. I got all my questions answered. Less then half an hour of walking in I walked out knowing more about the process and with my first session done (not painful, in my opinion the pain was less then getting the tattoo and only took about 10 minutes.) So far (after 1st treatment) I would recommend going in if your either trying to fade for a cover up or just get rid of a tattoo in general! The price was also not as painful as I thought lol.

Really good experience overall. Hazel was really great in particular. Convenient to schedule and same day treatment after consult was really helpful for my case. Hazel seemed to enjoy helping people in this manner (moving past their past, or improving appearance) which i think matters for me at least as it’s indicative of pride in craft and intent to achieve an end result not just get paid or do a job. They had multi treatment discounts, 10% off 3 treatments, (and military get 20% off) even an option for guaranteed removal at a fixed price regardless of number of treatments. This is my first time at this location but 4th ever at a different place (not removery). the cooling method they used in removery made this far less painful than my last 3 (the first of which made me reconsider removal entirely). Subjectively this was 1/2 or 1/3 as painful? Basically it was easily tolerated vs extremely difficult to tolerate. After treatment i got much better aftercare guidance than my last laser treatment place. I have Already booked another visit and would recommend removery in el paso at vista del sol dr to anyone who was interested in a consult or treatment.For reference i have a large surface area single color (black) skin canvas to treat with a lot of shading.

Im a huge chicken so treatments were a little tough for me but Hazel always made it a breeze with the way she walks through the whole treatment as its being done and very funny as well so at the end its always worth the pain. I had a great experience at the Eraser Clinic. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is spotless and offers comfortable seating and free refreshments while you wait. The wait time was minimal. I waited maybe 5 minutes while I filled out my client file. The consultation is quick and very informative. The prices are very fair and reasonable. The laser they use is brand new and they have cryotherapy they use to numb the area before they use the laser and afterward as well. Your aftercare products are all included with your service. I will definitely be going to Eraser Clinic to remove all of my tattoos.

Very friendly and very welcoming staff. The procedure was fast and relatively pain free.. much like a rubber band snapping your skin.I appreciate the staff on how precise they were when working in between tattoos I wanted to keep. Hazel marked off exactly the spots I needed removed and hit only those spots perfectly.

Professional, time effective and polite! Lovely ladies. It was Pain free for me. Super knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend. 10 plus score! Best thing is they have the latest equipment, 2019 model laser. They also have a another machine that generators out super cold/freezing air before and during the laser Treatment, so for me that is what made it pain free. My 8 yr old son was allowed to join me (don’t have a babysitter) and their open Saturday’s so I didn’t have to take take off work! Clean office with complimentary beverages and unlike most appointments I wasn’t waiting hours to be be seen. Maybe 10 min and I was out in about the same time. Just great and convenient all around!

The company over charges based on my personal experience. I’ve had multiple sessions done by different companies and the tattoo I have is small with vey minimal scaring. I was charged double compared to the other companies I went through which were also very reputable companies.

The Eraser Clinic price range is a fraction of the cost I have paid/seen in other laser removal places. I was able to go straight into one treatment after my free consultation which was great too. Yesterday was my last session it went great. The ladies were so welcoming and just always helpful. I had no problems. People ask me if it is painful and the answer is no. Its the same amount of pain as getting a tattoo maybe less but the process is fast. Overall great experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is truly the best. I called yesterday to get a consultation and they were able to see me the same day. Everyone is very nice and after my consultation, they went over pricing in detail to ensure there was no confusion on my part. I couldnt commit so I did the pay as you go option and got my first session right then and there. They told me that if I change my mind later on and choose a plan, they will apply what I paid yesterday to the plan. I thought that was awesome and it gives me a chance to talk it over with my husband. I also liked that they give you an after care treatment package. Saved me time from going to the store and having to debate which cream to buy. They are so caring that I got a follow up call today to make sure I was okay and to see if I had any other questions/concerns. I will be back for sure!!

I went to Eraser Clinic yesterday for a consult yesterday. I was greeted by April at the desk who was super sweet. Then, I met Michelle for the consult. She was extremely informative, explaining the whole process and realistic expectations for my sessions. She didn’t mind answering every question I had and it was really reassuring that she’s patient and cares about her work. I can’t wait to start my sessions with her!

Had my first appointment a few days ago. Kim and Hazel were super sweet and explained everything clearly. The process itself was super fast and less painful than expected which is a huge bonus.

I’m someone who can’t even get flu shots, I get major anxiety with pain but the laser specialist was so comforting and they even did a test spot to make sure I could handle it before I invested in a plan. Honestly was surprised with how fast the process was! And it feels very similar to the pain of a tattoo, not more painful, It’s worth it!

Everyone is sooooo friendly and genuinly care about what they are doing. I always look forward to going because the energy is really good and since I walked in everyone was very knowledgable with tattoo removal and education the process and making sure I understand what is giong on and what to expect. I highly recomend this place in El Paso, TX. They also dont pressure you into any service; which is nice. They give you the time and space to think about really doing it with them. And the process of the tatoo removal has also been good. It is slowly fading and I like that its not leaving scars- which is great!

I had my eyebrow tattoo removed today. Great service and price. I was in and out in a few minutes.

I live on the west side but it only took me about 10 minutes to get there on I-10. Making an appointment online was a breeze and I also called up with a few questions. All of the staff I spoke with on the phone and met in person were very friendly and professional and without judgement of my bad decisions. The prices were a lot cheaper than I was expecting and the laser didnt really hurt at all. They use cold air to numb the skin which is appreciated. If you need tattoo removal in El Paso this is the place.

I have two tattoos that I am having removed. After the first session Im very happy to see how much they have gone away. The pain wasnt as bad as i thought it would be my back was more painful than my chest but all in all it took less than 10min to do both. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to remove an unwanted mistake that they have made.

The “STAFF” in El Paso Removery are an amazing and helpful.The Removery company on the other hand has raised their prices significantly over a short period of time. If this company wants to keep current customers, discounts should be offered for future tattoo removals. More and more people are going to their competitor on the other side of town.

Thank you for coming to El Paso! I have been to every shop that offers tattoo removal in El Paso and the Eraser Clinic is in a league of its own. Right off the interstate so its easy to find and get to, super nice staff, and very professional looking equipment.

I visited two other tattoo removal clinics in El Paso before coming here and one in Juarez too. There is NO COMPARISON to how much better Eraser Clinic is than the competition out there. Do yourself a favor and save time, just come here first. Watching the laser make the ink disappear is amazing!
