Had a wonderful time. I got walked through the process, I was informed what to expect, how to clean my piercings and I really loved that they told me how much it would cost before I even started the process. I really liked that. It helps to not be surprised at the end of the service and you get to choose your jewelry carefully. They encouraged me when I felt nervous. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

They have amazing customer service.Although I was indecisive on what placement I wanted for my helix piercing, the person that pierced me was very accommodating and showed me different placements to see which one I liked best. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Went in for an ear curation and a set of 4 piercings with just the want of bedazzling my ears. Was guided through what was anatomically appropriate for my ears, aided and directed in what jewelry worked best and what I wanted, and carefully positioned for the piercings themselves.I walked out LOVING what we put together and will definitely continue my mapping here. Fox Labyrinth was one of the few places our internet search lead us to when trying to find somewhere to pierce our infants ears. My wife and my self did not just want to go to a substandard establishment and risk any sort of harm to our babys ears. Reading the detail oriented process they have in place for infant peirceing gave us more than enough confidence to trust our child to the friendly and knowledgeable staff they have there. I am writing this review one week after our appointment with them, and the piercing site is perfectly healthy. We will be recommending them to friends and family for sure.

I had been trying to get a piercing from here for awhile considering a good review I got from a friend . However , i tried messaging through social media , clicking on the text number which took me to WhatsApp, no response there either . After several attempts I decided to head in as a walk in this past weekend and it was amazing ! The customer service was astounding , everyone there was very knowledgeable about everything I asked and their patience with my indecisiveness was really comforting . Fox Labyrinth exceeding my expectations and I will always recommend this place for any piercing needs ! I am thinking they might not have gotten my inquiries because I am now convinced they would have been answered .

Showed up as a walk-in and I was helped immediately! The sweet girl answered all of my (silly) questions with so much patience! The jewelry is high quality, so the price obviously reflects it. You get what you pay for though and the price is well worth it. I bought 3 new beautiful earrings and had them inserted same day. I love the option for customer orders as well! 10/10 recommend.

A very solid studio; I came in, they were immediately accommodating and helpful! Very kind people, very professional. They helped me understand their process, the jewelry cost, the piercing itself and showed me the final cost of the piercing before I did it. Not having lived in EP for 8 yrs it was a little daunting finding a piercing place and loved that they were all soo friendly! Cleanliness is top notch! Amazing experience for me! I went in to get my 🍒 pierced and was suuuper nervous for my appointment! it’s such a calming environment and everyone is so welcoming. I’ve been going to Fox Labyrinth for all of my piercings and I’ve loved it each time. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they love what they do. They also have a very cute jewelry selection and they give you very detailed information for piercing aftercare.

Staff was very nice. The lady who did my peircings was very knowledgeable and informed me each step what she was doing, answered any questions I had and provided me with good aftercare instructions. This was my first time coming here and it was just to get a piercing removed that wasn’t healing properly that I got several months ago at a different shop. I had lost all hope at taking this helix piercing out, I was even told Id have to go to a doctor to get it removed! They removed it so gently and quickly and they also have beautiful great quality piercings to choose from. I cant wait to go back!

I had my Jestrum and my nose done here, as well as have them change out my jewelry and my kiddos jewelry later. I love coming here. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve always been welcomed by very friendly staff, the piercers have all be very professional, their studio is clean, welcoming, and well stocked. They even carry BVLA jewelry (which I LOVE). I only have two places that I’d ever trust with my body to get pierced (and I’m old 😅), and this is one of them. They’re very reasonably priced considering the quality and professionalism they have in their business. I definitely recommend hitting them up. They’re also part of the APP (Association of Professional Piercers), which is how I found them, and very important when I look for those I’ll trust with my body art.

Very happy. I was not able to get what I originally wanted. However, it was explained to me very easily why I couldn’t (body yet again betrayed me 😂). Alternate piercings were suggested until I happily settled on a double helix. Process was quick and clean without any unnecessary pain. After care was throughly explained and everyone there is was professional and super friendly. Will definitely be going back in the future

I got my ears pierced a couple of days ago. Pain level is at a 1 or 2. Sometimes a 0. I am so surprised how important is for you to go somewhere where you arent getting infected by other materials or items they use to pierce your ears.

This place is impeccably clean! And staff were so welcoming. I forgot the girls name that helped me but she was great. I had an irritation bump but following her aftercare and advice it went away within 5 days. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻

I had an amazing experience getting my piercings here, I was honestly scared and nervous for the piercings I was getting but the piercer and the ones at the desk made me feel so comfortable and so safe and even during it while I was admittedly being a baby they gave me a little plush to hold and were very patient and sweet with me during the experience. I am very thankful for the staff at Fox Labyrinth Body Piercing. Unfortunately the battery died, because I for whatever reason left my lights on, on my truck. I asked around for a jump but my fellow El Pasoans did not help. I went inside the Fox Labyrinth and was taken away at the cleanliness of the store. I was greeted and told id be helped shortly. As I waited I could see how professional the staff was as they helped their customers choose their piercings. Just in that brief moment I could see how they have won Best of El Paso 4 years in a row. Anyways, long story short, they were very kind and helped me with a jump, where many others would not. They were even kind enough to point me towards the closest auto zone. I am truly thankful and appreciative of the staff at this wonderful business. Updated - August 2024 - came back in for my second piercing here this time for a helix. I did come in for a consult before this appointment so I was aware of what I was going to be paying which I would say is very expensive but after experiences with other piercers I would say it is worth the investment. I was running a few minutes late and I contacted the staff and they were all so courteous and lovely!Gorgeous jewelry that is more on the expensive side, but worth the investment for the quality. I had a nose piercing done by Vivi in December of 2019 and it has still lasted me until now!

Omg i love this place! I have been here twice, first was with a guest peircer they were amazing. The staff I can rave about them enough! They were so excited for me to get pierced the two times i came here! Definitely recommend! They are on the high end price range but its so worth it!

All of the staff were so kind and attentive! My whole appointment was max 20 minutes and they make sure if the type of jewelry you want is in your price range and what you are looking for. In regards to the piercing itself, they also ask a lot of questions to make sure this is what you want for future ideas. Everything was clean and sterile. The prices are steep (i got a double helix for about $125), but it is worth it for the jewelry you get and the piercing job itself. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Shop is wonderful and clean and large selection of high quality jewelry.Vivi did my nose piercing and it was quick and painless. Including the nose piercings, got 3 piercings in total done mid July and bought high quality jewelry for almost half $1K.Unfortunately had to come back two weeks later due to one of the earrings being defective and needed to be sent back to manufacturer for replacement. I was informed it would take about 2 months which was to say the least frustrating. I needed to keep piercing with earring so it wouldnt close on me. Was offered a free plain flat stud to keep piercing site from closing up. I wasnt expecting a free high quality piece while I waited for my replacement but I didnt expect the plain stud either after spending that much money.It wasnt my fault earring was defective as it wasnt the studios either. I did relay concerns to Vivi when I went to pick up my replacement. Regrettably because I feel this situation could have been handled differently by the studio- I will not be returning or recommending it to friends and family.

Looooove Fox Labyrinth! I foolishly went somewhere else to get pierced and did not have a great experience. I went to FL 2 weeks later and Vivi was so kind and not judgmental about my impulse decision. Vivi helped me change out my jewelry to something that fit and looked better, and now I’m healing properly. Will definitely be going back to get another piercing, done right the first time.

I cannot recommend Fox Labyrinth Body, Piercing enough! They were absolutely amazing in saving my rook piercing after I had been misinformed about how to clean itBy a different studio. They gave me very informative and clear instructions with handouts, replaced my earring with higher quality jewelry and let me know when to come back for a check up. Due to me messing with my earring, the earring then came out two times and both times they took me for emergency appointments to replace it for me. They are so helpful, professional, clean, and the staff are amazing!

I took my 3yo daughter in for her first ear piercing and was very impressed with the entire operation. Everyone was professional and made my daughter feel very comfortable especially with the Elmo soundtrack playing during her piercing! I appreciated that they talked to her since she was the one getting the piercing. Vivi is AMAZING! Its obvious she has experience with young children and put me at ease. Highly recommend, especially for parents of young children!

My experience at the shop was terrible. I originally wanted two piercings, one on my conch and the other on my helix. First, the conch piercing ended up too close to the inner part of my ear rather than closer to the edge. I expressed my concerns before getting pierced, but she dismissed them as if she knew better. I had to get the conch piercing redone, and it healed perfectly from the other shop.The second piercing, my helix, was even worse. During the session, she had to re-pierce it, which was excruciatingly painful. The piercing itself was crooked and refused to heal properly, despite months of diligent cleaning. While my conch piercing from the other shop healed nicely, my helix piercing from this shop was a constant problem. I eventually had to remove it, essentially wasting my money on two poorly done piercings and an agonizing experience.I wouldnt recommend this shop because they **insist on their placement**, which is a cop-out. You can pierce almost any part of your ear and be fine. Second, the experience of getting my helix **mistakenly pierced twice in the same session** (due to her error) was extremely painful. Lastly, the piercing I kept from this shop simply **wouldnt heal properly**, despite following the same cleaning routine that worked perfectly for the other piercing I got around the same time from a different shop.It just comes down to the fact that I had to ** REDO BOTH PIERCINGS ** due to POOR EXECUTION

This was an emotional growth for me, and she made it perfect. The atmosphere, her level of care, everything. She fixed my previously pierced areas and let me tell you, theyre on point. Clean, professional, kind, the works. If you expect quality, then you need to be willing to pay for it, Im just going to put that out there. This review is long overdue tbh…I absolutely love this place!!back when their location was off McRae I stopped in for advice on a belly piercing that was causing minor discomfort (not performed by them) & they were able to save my piercing by switching to a floating navel !! The first official piercing I had performed at this shop was my philtrum (aka Medusa) back in August ‘22; I downsized in only 2 mo.😅…my lip swelled up like crazy & I had to be scheduled for an emergency appointment to help save my piercing so they advised me to remove it, heal, & start the process again…come December ‘22 & we were back to square 1. This time around I waited till about a week ago to downsize (by personal preference) & I couldn’t be happier!! My lip is perfectly normal & Im just so happy that I finally have that long/ awkward jewelry off!! They walked me through every step of my piercing journey & answered all of my questions; Every staff member here has always been super helpful, kind, and well-informed!! They are also APP certified which is super important to look for when considering any body mod. I don’t think I’ll ever consider a piercing from anyone other than the team at Fox Labyrinth!! they certainly take pride in their customer service and always welcome you with a smile highly recommend it to any of my friends and family. Went in to get replacement jewelry for my tragus. i brought in my original earring for it so they could help me figure out the size and they determined it was a 16g, so i bought the front threaded pieces to use with my previous backs and i walked to my car to fit them together and they were the wrong size, mine were a 14g. i immediately went back in to see about exchanging the fronts for threadless fronts and backs and they told me they dont take returns. literally 2 minutes after i had walked out with them and the error was due to them giving me a wrong size. yours must have been pierced with a 14g and we dont pierce with that size well id think youd be able to tell me the correct size physically seeing the jewelry or atleast letting me exchange them for the correct size due to it being an error on their part. now im stuck with $73 front earrings that i cant use. dont recommend.

I would seriously advise anyone needing a dermal removal to look elsewhere. Personally i will not be returning to this shop at all for any service after my recent experience. I was asked how long I had my dermal and if anything had happened to it. I communicated that I had the piercing 2-3 years and my puppy caught it maybe a couple months before and while i could not say if that caused the dermal to reject, it had been rejecting for maybe a month. I think she took that to mean that my piercing was only a couple months old and was trying to pull it out which was extremely painful. My mistake was thinking she would know best and thinking maybe she was pulling because it was barely attached anymore. In that process she had to switch tools saying she didn’t have the correct one at first which was confusing to me why she would use an incorrect tool to begin with. After awhile I reiterated that I’ve had the piercing for years and she then got a scalpel type tool and was able to actually get something done. At this point the piercing area was inflamed and tender making the actual removal more painful than it should have been even though cutting it out still hurt significantly less than pulling on it and was more in line with my expectations. This was the longest most painful experience Ive ever had. I have had other dermals in different spots and have had them removed. It shouldn’t take more than five minutes and it should not hurt that badly. I’m trying to be conservative in my estimate and i could be off, but I believe she was working on my dermal removal for half an hour. The person assigned to me either had no idea what they were doing or did not listen, either way I no paid the price and learned my lesson not to trust this shop. The cherry on top was the lack of a clean cut to minimize scarring.

I got my Rook jewelry changed here and Vivi was so helpful and informative! She even informed me that I had eczema on my ears and the best method for me to clean my ears with eczema! I definitely will be returning for more jewelry or for piercings! Vivi and her staff were very professional and my new jewelry looks amazing, I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Personnel was nice and informative. They make the experience comfortable and relaxing. Went in for a piercing and instead of just doing it to get paid I was told spot of choice wasn’t going to work. Instead she gave me options (which I find to be very professional) and I was pleased with results. They also took the time to not just verbally inform me how to care of it but also text me information on how to care for my piercing. I will definitely be going back for any future piercings.

This studio is the definition of professionalism. The assistants and Vivi are so kind and down to earth. I originally went in for my septum but I knew there was a possibility I wouldn’t be a good candidate due to my deviated septum and Vivi confirmed. She explained that while it could be done, I ultimately wouldn’t be happy with it as it would cause me discomfort in the long run. She offered a piercing in a different location and luckily I had another choice in mind. I got a vertical labret and I couldn’t be happier with it! Went in today with my husband for a nose piercing, everyone was so nice with welcoming smiles on their face. The place was extremely clean, they definitely took a lot of precautions to keep everything clean and sanitized. The lady who did my piercing (Vivi) was really sweet she took her time answering all my questions and explaining everything about the procedure and the healing process. They also have you come in for check ups to make sure your piercing is healing well. Overall I had a really good experience and I’ll definitely go back soon!!

They are sanitary, friendly, considerate, thoughtful, informative, and so much more. We chose this place because they pierce by hand instead of with a gun (Google damage by piercing guns if you need to understand that preference) and reviews said they were sanitary and would take the time to answer all your questions. They absolutely are. New needles, earring studs, and all other materials were opened in front of us. The piercing room looked like a doctor office, but friendlier. Sanitation is super important when adding holes. I also have a daughter who asks a ton of questions and they were very patient and carefully explained everything. Love this place!

I went in to get a helix piercing and explained my concerns about scaring and getting a keloid. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly and we decided it wasnt best to get the piercing right now and will have to wait. Went here to get our 9mo olds ears pierced. We went in first for a mini meet and greet where we talked with the employees, see the facility and talk about the process and aftercare. On the day of the piercing the employees showed up 30 minutes before the store opened so that we could have the place to ourselves. Everyone was very professional and help get both us and the child relaxed. The piercing was quick and efficient. The quality of work was exceptional and I would absolutely patronize this establishment again.

She also told me what I needed to do after the piercings also what not to do during the healing process. The shop is soo cute and the selection of jewelry is legit and awesome. Came here after getting recommended by my regular piercer in California and I’m sad that I took so long to come. They upgraded an older piercing for and the selection was amazing. I went in to get my 5 month old ears pierced. I went in to the consultation about 6 weeks before my daughters appointment and I picked out some custom earrings. The day of my appointment, exactly one hour before the appointment, they called to tell me that the earrings I ordered were not in yet. I was really upset that they told me an hour before hand and felt it was very unprofessional. They gave me the option to get some normal earrings (at no additional cost) or reschedule in a few weeks. I decided to get the piercing anyway and went from there. I was greeted and my concerns were listened to, they apologized and made accommodations. The piercing procedure was quick and was at my daughters pace. They pierced her ears while she was being breast fed and waited for her to relax before doing the other side. Now, fast forward to two days and she hasn’t experienced any pain, discomfort, or irritation. She is acting normal without trying to tug or scratch her ear. Needless to say, the entire experience was great. They treated my baby with so much love and care. Yes, I was very upset about the earrings but I feel that the experience definitely compensated for it and a shipment error doesn’t change the fact that the entire staff was great and they did a wonderful job piercing my daughters ears. I had an appointment for a child’s ear piercing. The website says $40. When we showed up, we had gone over some miscommunication. Not a problem. We were able to proceed. We are looking at earrings and I’m told that will bring us to the $120 to $125 range. Umm what? The cheapest earrings are $80?? Of course they said all prices were on their website. When I left a review on their FB page, they said there are no prices listed (for earrings) as each piercing is different and costs different. They went on to say all costs were gone over in email, which they were not or there would not be sticker shock.In text, I’m told they will not charge for us leaving due to miscommunication. Yet the moment we got to my car, I was alerted they attempted to charge my charge… twice. I do have screenshots of course. Also screenshot text where I showed them that yes, they did try to charge my card. If you’re looking for ANY kind of piercing, just save yourself the headache and go to a tattoo parlor.

I have both of my ears pierced - single lobes. I came in to get a helix and conch on my right ear and get my second lobe piercing for both my ears and I was super nervous. But I was extremely well taken care of! Everything was thoroughly, patiently, and kindly explained to me and the entire process took less than 30 mins. Everything is healing well and I thank Fox Labyrinth for making everything so easy for me. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is interested in getting a piercing!

I got my rook pierced by Vivi and it is healing wonderfully. Shoutout to her for making me feel comfortable and confident about this piercing. Highly recommend her and this piercing shop! Its such a cute shop with dope jewelry selections!! Not to mention staff is so welcoming and polite. ❤️

I had gotten my daith pierced somewhere else and it wasn’t the best experience. The girls that helped be at Fox Labyrinth were both so nice and my appointment for the removal was painless and quick. I hope to go back for a piercing soon!
