Wow, what an amazing first tattoo experience! They were highly reccommeded by a friend that has beautiful art all done by Brian Adams. I had a consultation with him and booked an appointment for a month after the meeting. Brian has a full schedule but it is obvious why. He was so patient and kind and really listened to everything I was looking for. Day of he made me feel so relaxed and designed something I was crazy about!He took his time am made me feel so relaxed, comfortable and at ease. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly as well.My husband who had lots of tattoos said this was the nicest studio he has ever been to.I absolutely love the finished product and can’t wait to go back for another one! 10/10 recommended Brian Adams and Phantom 8!!

I stopped in Phantom8 to get my doubles/upper lobes on my ears pierced recently. I was pierced by Michaela, who did an absolutely phenomenal job! I have been coming here for years but wanted to talk about their piercer Michaela, she has done my eyebrow and cheek dermal piercing and i can’t give her enough praise. they both were done incredibly quick, she is so kind and informative. i also want to point out that her piercing placement is UNMATCHED. i am so particular about my piercing’s placement and she nails it every single time.

I’ve been going to Phantom8 for almost 15 years, exclusively with Brian Adams. The dude is seriously amazing! He does fabulous work and brings his A-game to every session. Such a great experience! The wait was long, but I expected it based on other reviews and because of how popular the place is! Michaela did my flat and my sister’s doubles, and she did such an excellent job. She made me and my sister both feel so comfortable and taken care of. The lady (I can’t recall her name, I’m sorry!) working the front desk was also the absolute sweetest. Her and Michaela both helped me pick getting a flat over a conch so it would better even out my ear, and I definitely think it was the right choice! Definitely recommend Phantom 8 for anyone looking to get piercings done.

Fantastic studio with very friendly helpful staff. The woman that installed my dermal anchor, Stacie, was extremely confident and competent in her work. She answered all of my questions and then some that she correctly anticipated I would have later.Stacie completed the procedure in less than 5min and with minimal discomfort.Theyre selection of jewelry is impressive; natural stone, glass, wood, etc. Its all very beautiful.Highly recommend!

After going to another shop and not feeling comfortable with their options and price points, my friend suggested this place since shes gotten pierced here many times. Stacie did my daith piercing and was awesome! She was a calming presence and clearly skilled at what she does. The girl at the front was great too and super helpful with helping me choose the jewelry. Very seamless process for a walk-in!

I went in today to remove my clicker and change it for a small horseshoe for my septum piercing. I’ve never had a clicker before and was having a hard time removing it. Stacie was not only professional, but very sweet and compassionate while assisting me. Her energy was positive and calming. I would definitely go to her for any piercing, new or old.

Krisha at Phantom 8 is fantastic. Patient and informative, and clearly an experienced piercer who’s dedicated to the craft. I was seeking a consultation for a lopsided septum piercing from another studio in Denver, and Krisha was very thorough with explaining my options to realign it — we ended up repiercing it on the fly with a nicer CBR. Phantom’s front desk staff were very accommodating as well, and the shop has a ton of great jewelry options.

If you’re looking for the place for your next piercing look no further. I love this place! As someone with many piercings, it will always be my go-to for new piercings and quality jewelry. I will always recommend it to everyone I meet and have brought several friends here for first-time piercings. It is always so welcoming and friendly, and everyone working there is always knowledgeable and helpful. Very experienced professional piercers who know what they’re doing and who you can trust and be honest with. Not to mention, it’s always beautifully organized and so clean in there! I have always had an incredible experience here! They are so welcoming when you walk in! My boyfriend got his ears gauged by Michaela and she was so sweet and professional, they have an amazing jewelry selection that is high quality unlike at some other shops in the area. I got tattooed by Kevin Waltz and he has a uniquely rad style and was so fun to chat with while he worked. I highly recommend this shop!!

Walked in for 3 piercings and was in and out in an hour. stacie was so kind and professional doing my septum and thirds on my earlobe. everything from picking out jewelry to getting it done and going through after care was super easy! she made sure i was okay to keep going and let me pick which one to do first, highly recommend.

I loved my experience with Phantom 8, I love Michaela so much, she did my septum piercing back in November and just recently did my Daith piercing and I love it so much, I was so nervous and she made it all worth it and I totally recommend Phantom 8 to anyone who needs a piercer who is so caring and just so supportive and just someone who you can have a good time with just chatting during the process which I totally recommend as well. The staff is so amazing and did an amazing job helping me find the right Daith piercing for me to start with.

I absolutely love Phantom8 and everyone who works here. Not only have I gotten multiple piercings here from Amy, Krisha, and Stacie (Michaela has also helped me with some mishaps and emergency replacement). But I have gotten all of my tattoos with Brian. Aside from being an incredible artist, he always makes sure I feel comfortable and welcome in his chair, even taking time on my last 2 birthdays on NYE for birthday appointments 😋. He has gone above and beyond, doing blindfold tattoos for my mom and I with tattoos that we designed for each other, and tattoos that wrap around my arms. I will always continue to brag about this place, even while currently living out of state.

Someone recommended years ago Phantom 8 for any tattoos. I finally made an appointment to get my tattoo touched up and was beyond pleased. James crushed it and was very communicative about the changes he would make. I had a butterfly tattoo on my neck that did not look like a butterfly. James voiced his concerns due to the placement of the previous tattoo but he was still able to bring it back to life. He exceeded my expectations and has an eye for detail. He was very focused and I appreciated that about him.

They are very sanitary. Its like a doctors office but cooler. They talk to you the whole time so you arent afraid and theres mirrors too that youre able to see. Very gentle people

I went in to get my septum pierced and being i already had it done i was a little nervous about getting it redone. I read some of Phantoms reviews and thought this place is perfect ! When i went in I was greeted so kindly and the girls were able to answer every single one of my questions from first to last. Michaela was so great with me, very patient and super understanding of my nerves as well as talked me through the entire process when it came to getting the piercing through. Definitely cannot wait to do more business here. If you’re getting a first time tattoo or piercing Phantom 8 is the place i’d recommend!!:)

First of all, the building is so gorgeous. Second of all, the staff here is so, so sweet. I got my septum pierced and my piercer, Stacie, was so down to earth, knowledgeable, funny, and kind. I have a lot of piercings as is but Stacie really made me feel so comfortable during the whole process - more comfortable than I have ever been. I feel so beautiful with my piercing and everyone complimented me as I was leaving. I will only ever be coming here for anything piercing or tattoo related and will recommend it to everyone I know. I got my first nose piercing done here by a great person a few years ago it healed great looks great, and I loved it. I decided to come back and get the other side of my nose Pierced. The previous piercer no longer works here, however the owner pierced my nose this time. I bled quite a bit. It was hard to stop the bleeding, I lost sensation on the side of my face where the nose piercing happened and numbness occurred. I still have loss of feeling on the left side of my face and this was over two months ago. If it wasn’t for that, it would be a five star rating. It’s common to Hit a nerve if the piercer is new and unexperienced so I was surprised that the owner pierced my face and that is what occurred. I feel as though she did not take proper precaution to pierce me properly. unfortunate.

Phantom 8 is one of my favorite tatto and piercing spots. All of the artists and piercers are incredibly talented and knowable about what they do. Can’t recommend them enough!

I got my septum pierced here by Krisha quite a while ago, maybe a year? It has healed so beautifully! This was the second time I got my septum done because the first time (at a different shop) they did it in the totally wrong place so I had to let that close and get it re-done.Krisha is probably one of the absolute kindest souls ever, her energy is just so soothing and nourishing. I’ve always been more of a tattoo than a piercing person but she made getting my septum done such a pleasant experience that I’m def going back to get more!I was there on a very busy Saturday night and the woman working the counter was friendly and doing her best to handle the lobby full of people all demanding her attention. All in all, this shop passes the vibe check and will not make you go “ugh denver tattoo shops always make me feel so AWKWARD” when you get back in your car afterwards

Disappointed to hear they charge $75 for a stud piercing and $55 for a hoop. Clean slate only charges $45 for an externally threaded stud. Being pierced with a hoop to me just means it would get snagged often and likely take longer to heal…the $20 increase for what should be a standard modern practice is kinda greedy.

Shouldnt even give a single star for phantom 8 (Broadway Englewood).With high expectations after reading the reviews.But i had the most horrible experience at this shop.I visited phontom 8 tattoo store for ear tattoo on 21st January 2024, within 1 week my tattoo colours got faded away.Tattoo cost is 400$. I contact them for touchup and they accept my appointment. But after that also tattoo quality was not good again got faded. Get your tattoo from other shop as phantom 8.

Went for a daith piercing and they were very accommodating with my schedule and allowed me to come back once they were ready for me!The piercing went smoothly and I experienced absolutely no pain. I cannot recommend this place enough, the shop is incredibly kind and accommodating. I really enjoy the piercings being on a walk in basis and the staff is friendly to preferred names and pronouns.Ive gotten all but 2 of my facial piercings here and I honestly regret not getting my other two at Phantom 8, the service they provide here is unmatched by many other shops.Theyre so amazing with their service and making sure you get exactly what you want and so willing to walk you through every step of the way. I know some people cane be intimidated by the atmosphere of certain shops but Phantom 8 has some of the loviest people Ive ever interacted with from the ladies at the counter to the piercers. I drive an hour one way to get all my stuff done here without second thought. Theyre amazing!

I came in on a whim with a friend to have my second nose piercing. Amy was super professional and very sweet. She was very educational and even stayed longer than she was supposed to to take care of us. My piercing turned out perfect and had zero bleeding. The shop I had my first piercing done (in a different city) was a totally different experience and I bled a ton. Amy did a fantastic job and I can tell she is very experienced. If I ever decide on another piercing when Im in the Denver/Englewood area I most definitely plan on using this shop again.

My friend and I came in with pretty specific needs regarding sizing for a new nose ring. My friend wanted it snug, a cute color, and comfortable. They spent literally 45 minutes working with us to make sure she got exactly what she wanted. Trying sizing charts, listening to her and affirming her. Everyone looked at it and gave their opinions to fit her wants. Ultimately they chose the perfect size and color and changed it out seamlessly, no pain or anything. it looks exactly how she wanted, they even gave me advice on my tattoo aftercare. everyone was super nice and I honestly valued the experience from the conversations I had with them alone. super cool people, super knowledgeable and friendly shop. Mikayla the apprentice is awesome. they made us feel really welcome and they are clearly very skilled and passionate!

Stacie is a rock star! Super fast at nostril piercing and a beautiful soul and person. I got a tattoo here years ago, with an economy like it is and for them to still be kicking says a lot. I called at least 4 places and left messages and phantom was the only other one to call me back.

Love the staff. I want to gatekeep my tattoo artist because shes the best and I dont want to have to wait months to see her, but Nikki is seriously the best

Id give 6 stars if I could. Vast selection of jewelry, welcoming, clean, friendly knowledgeable artists. Spent 40+ minutes talking to Amanda about new cartilage jewelry and she was more than happy to help and never seemed bothered I was taking so long to choose. I seriously cannot recommend this shop (and Amanda) enough, the whole experience was just great. Definitely going back in the future!*If youve had experiences with previous shops/artists being intimidating or unpleasant and are nervous about going to a new place - go here. I came here for a tongue piercing because I wanted someone very experienced to do it. I was blown away by how kind and friendly the staff was. I had quite a bit of anxiety going in and it was immediately relieved when I started talking to my piercer Stacie. I found my new go-to place!

Chris was amazing. My mom has gone to him in the past for her tattoos and recommended him for my first tattoo. He did an amazing job with my tattoo today, everyone in there is so nice and extremely accommodating. I am so happy I went here for my first tattoo! This was my first time at Phantom 8 tattoo and it was an amazing experience! The shop is extremely clean and everything is sterilized. Molly greeted my friend and I with a warm smile and gave us wonderful suggestions on piercing locations and jewelry options.Stacie our piercer was everything her bio stated: Warm, inviting, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I got my lip pierced & the girls did a great job. They dont really care how long your waiting in the waiting room though. Waited about 25 min to get started, even after I completed the paperwork but overall good, clean place! Would go back for sure

Got my dermal’s done here and couldn’t be happier to this day years later.!! I tell everyone about this place. Awesome staff, cleanliness is the best I’ve ever seen and I have many piercings with bad and good experience’s but here is all good, Can’t wait to go back.!! My drive is about two hour’s but well worth it to be taken care of not only professional but properly.

Always an incredible experience at Phantom 8! I have a ton of work from Chris and it looks amazing... I get stopped by strangers all the time to compliment my tattoos. They are bright and the color is incredible - even my older work still looks bright and fresh! I always heal well and the experience is top notch!!!!

I just think that if you buy a $200 to $300 nose ring. That it’s ridiculous to be charging an extra $15 to have it put in. Other than that. They have nice products.

Got all of my piercings here. If you fill out paperwork, and its been less than a year after getting your piercing you dont have to redo it which makes the process really easy. The piercer is super nice, and patient, and the women who work the counter are always super sweet.

I would most definitely recommend coming into this shop for service either for piercings or for tattoos. I have been coming here for the past year to work with James, I came in with an open mind and a simple idea of a horror tattoo sleeve, James took the ball and ran with it, during the drawing process he kept me updated and brought me into the shop a few times to show me drawings and bounce ideas off of me, it felt great to be fully included in the whole thing, his work speaks for itself but hes fast and efficient and does tremendous art! The front desk girls are incredibly nice and courteous. The shop is clean and organized. And all the other staff will come in and joke around with you, its super friendly and fun to be there! I cant recommend James enough and hes at phantom 8 so I cant recommend phantom 8 enough!

I went this past weekend to get a Christina. The staff at the shop are very professional and super sweet.I saw Amy to get my piercing. She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through everything. Shes very knowledgeable and very professional as well. She did the piercing with quickness and ease. Very minimal pain. Im so happy with my piercing and experience. I will definitely be going back!

I took my 11 year old to get her earlobes pierced and it was an amazing experience! The piercer was knowledgeable, kind, and didnt rush us at all. The price was fair, shop was clean and we will definitely be back.

I’ve been to other piercing shops that I felt were ~fine~, until I went to phantom 8 today and realized I needed to raise my standards. The person at the front desk was so helpful and kind (I’m sorry I didn’t catch their name but they were amazing), they had a great selection of jewelry, and Stacie that helped with my piercing was phenomenal. The whole thing was so professional, and Stacie made it soo quick and easy. I will not be going anywhere else from here on out.

This shop is great! Theyre extremely welcoming and friendly. The aesthetic of the shop is great and it is very clean. I got both my tongue and nipples done here (nipples being the most recent). I paid $114 for both nipples (classic jewelry). Amy was super sweet and understanding. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole piercing process beforehand, which was very reassuring. She eased my nerves and made sure the piercing went smoothly. I did have to wait an hour because the shop was busy, but that didnt take away from the pleasant experience. It was 100% worth the wait and Im very happy with my new piercings. I had a very special tattoo in mind with a special meaning. Chris is a family friend and was highly recommended. Hands down the most amazing tattoo Ive gotten. Amy did an amazing job with my vertical labret piercing. I had previously had it before and was done incorrectly at a different shop. Best tattoo shop Ive ever been too. I got an awesome tattoo here. The tattoo artist James is amazing, I was happy from start to finish. He executed the design beyond my expectations. Stacie was an excellent piercer. Got my septum pierced but the original ring we used was too small in diameter. Stacie swapped it out for me right away. She had a very light touch and Im really happy with my piercing. Will definitely return to Phantom 8. Very cool shop with lots of jewelry and guages. Cant speak to the tattoos yet, but the flash looked pretty cool from what I saw.

Went in for some help switching my newly healed septum jewelry out to something a little nicer. They have great staff and the piercing team is amazing, but I got tattooed by James and it was not a great experience. I was getting a tattoo on the anniversary of my grandmothers passing. I told him this and he didn’t respond. Just told me where I wanted the tattoo. I brushed it off because I knew it was late, and I was his last tattoo of the day. I was supposed to be tattooed in the middle of the day, but they pushed me back to 9. I was trying to engage in conversation but he wasn’t talking back. He made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for my sisters hand because we were nearing the end the of tattoo, and it started to hurt a little he said “it doesn’t hurt”. What should have been a good tattoo day for me, for my grandmother he ruined it. Maybe it was just that I was his last client of the day and he wanted to leave? I have never been one to complain but trusting someone to do a tattoo should be a comfortable experience. I have had a few and I’ve always had a great experience except this one.

I had an awesome experience with Brian Adams! I had gotten a tattoo previously that had not taken very well and he was able to fix it up and make it 100% better than the original. He is truly a master of his craft and an excellent tattoo artist. I will be coming back to him for more tattoos in the future without question!

Me and my roommates all got piercings here from Krisha and she was amazing. From the second we walked in to when we left it was a comfortable, fun experience. Just got pierced by Stacie and had the best experience! The wait was quite long, but even after an hour of back to back piercings she was SO attentive and kind to me! I couldnt decide between two different piercings and she was so patient in helping me pick out what was best. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any piercing needs, just know in advanced that theyre well loved so likely going to be a bit of a wait if youre going in peak hours.

Been here a few times for piercings and this shop is fantastic. Their jewelry selection is great and their process is perfect. Definitely recommend Amy for any piercings. I had my nostril and septum pierced by her and they were so well done! She talks you through what she’s doing, which is helpful for us anxious folks. It does get very busy, so expect a bit of a wait, especially on a Saturday.

I’ve been to numerous piercers, at least 15, and I can say hands down that Amy was the friendliest and most professional piercer I’ve ever had. She works Friday and Saturday’s and has 20 years of experience. Would highly recommend and will be back for any future piercings.

My fiancé and I have gotten a couple of piercings done here about 2 years back. The service then was absolutely amazing. So good I actually referred a ton of my friends to them. One of those friends told me about how the place had some new jewelry since I last visited but to be weary of some of the employees. I didnt think anything of it except that I wanted to check out their jewelry. I visited and actually left due to how rude the employee was that day. I understand that people have bad days so I returned back a couple days later. I returned and as I waited to be helped I sat and listened to one of the employees treating another customer like dirt. The customer actually walked out and sadly I was right behind them.

Highly recommend anyone who wants a piercing to go here! Staff is very friendly and informative, they are very thorough about sanitizing the jewelry and tools. They make the piecing fun quick easy and as pain free as possible. They never fail inform you on after care and always welcome you back if you have any questions or piercing care you might need. My boyfriend and I have come here twice now and they never fail to disappoint! The owner Chris is so accommodating and willing to work with your schedule. We were in town both times and wanted a last second tattoo and he managed to get us in quickly! The artists do incredible work and I can’t stress enough how reasonably priced they are. I hate to be this person- but, I feel like it’s necessary. I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place so I was excited to come here. I even checked out their website and other reviews so I could be as courteous as I could to the piercers. I came in for a nose piercing and the person who told me to wait was extremely short and rude. I waited for 45 minutes while the shop was basically empty. When I finally got to get pierced, I asked a simple question about the metal of the piercing and if it was stainless steal. The piercer seemed offended that I asked that and was extremely rude. Overall I didn’t even feel comfortable getting a simple piercing. To anyone reading this- check out Clean Slate Tattoo and Piercing. At least they’re nice to you. I understand having a bad day and I hate leaving a bad review. But it’s still your job to be courteous and semi- nice.Edit:I came back here to get new jewelry because I felt bad. I want to support local tattoo shops and piercing shops. The front desk worker, with black hair, Had the worst attitude and literally did not let me pick out what jewelry I really wanted. I mean, literally did not let me get the ones I was looking at. She seemed annoyed to even be there and I wanted to come back to give a positive review and delete this one. But my god, have me or my friends never been treated as bad as here. Wish I could love this place and I hope it works out for other people.

Ive been to many tattoo/piercing shops across the country and this one has the most friendly staff of any shop Ive visited. Everyone greets you with a smile. The front desk worker is knowledgeable and helpful. Amy has pierced me a couple times and shes always super kind and professional. She makes sure to open her sterile kit in front of you and she describes the procedure and healing process thoroughly. I ended up buying the cute sea salt kit for healing that they sell for a good price. I got a head cold shortly after my latest nose piercing and the combo of me blowing my nose constantly and neglecting my self care caused my piercing to get inflamed. I came back in twice after for her help with it and she charged me nothing. She was super patient and sweet when she couldve been annoyed with me because I caused the issue myself. I wont go anywhere else. Their prices are good too.

Stacie was very professional and very helpful when I ended up passing out after getting my septum pierced. She grabbed me some water when I was laying down. I went to Phantom 8 to get a couple piercings with a friend, which was her first time. The girls at the front desk were so nice and patient while getting us ready and letting us choose our piercings. And then there is Brian.... what can I say. Brian is responsible for 90% of the tattoos I’ve gotten over the years I stopped counting them. This review is more for the young lady at the front desk. I will never speak to her on the phone or in person ever again. Listen 👂 MORE and speak 🔊 LESS.Went in last Sunday, got a tattoo. My husband got one as well. Mine got infected. This is my ninth tattoo. The first eight healed fine who knows what happened. Followed aftercare instructions exactly, as did my husband. His tattoo is healing fine thank goodness 😊Given that we are following the instructions, we called when we realized that mine was infected. The young lady at the front desk chose to completely disregard the fact that I clearly stated I came in last Sunday, got a tattoo and it is now infected. She stated do a sea salt soak and if you had followed the after care instruction sheet it would not be infected. I responded with my aftercare sheet does not speak of doing a sea salt soak and I have never heard of doing that for a tattoo. She proceeded to cut me off and talk over me me ranting about sea salt soaks. It was not until I repeated, loudly, three times in a row I got a tattoo I did not get a piercing that she said oh, you can come see your tattoo artist.No thank you. I began taking strong anti-biotics this morning. I so hope that my puzzle piece in honor of Autism Awareness will either eventually heal nicely or can be fixed at some point in time. Effective communication courses are our there for free.

Amy has once again done an amazing job. After having a bad experience at a different shop I decided to check out Phantom 8. Amy has now done 8 of my piercings and they have all healed fantastically. I have never met someone as professional as her. She makes me feel comfortable and engages in friendly conversation every time. Very professional,quick,clean and she makes sure to give a detailed description of how to clean the piercings each time(and you cant beat the giant bags of salt). When I went a few weeks ago and just dropped in, Amy was out that day and I had Krisha pierce my septum. Just went in to get a new loop for my conch, so I can’t speak on any of the artists works, but Jennifer helped me out and she’s awesome. She helped me decide on a continuous ring so I didn’t have to worry about the balls falling off any of my jewelry anymore AND she guessed the gauge of my piercing perfectly without even having me take it out. Went in not expecting much besides a quick sale, but she gave me a lot of useful information aside from the sale and made sure I knew how to use the continuous ring. Really cool chick. Definitely gonna look into getting some tattoos at this place.

I went on a Sunday, and with covid they are doing appointment only. I needed to get a new bar for a piercing as I lost a ball and had no backup. Krisha, was fantastic!! She asked if I could wait about 20 minutes and she would let me come in and purchase between her scheduled appointments. 19 minutes and I was in the door. She provided quite a variety of options and helped to determine the best fit. This customer service is the very reason I will continue going back for as long as I have piecing needs!! Ive have never had a mediocre or bad experience.

This is the best tattoo parlors I’ve been to, in three different states. They do piercing as well. We went to get a matching tattoos for our anniversary, and it was the best experience! Our artist, JD is amazing at putting your mind to ease if you’re feeling a little nervous, incredibly professional, and very cleanliness/safety-first before anything else, and highly, highly talented . He drew our tattoo design with just our idea and concept, and it was better than what we imagined. The quality of the ink and the care taken are well worth the time and money.

I believe I got my tongue pierced here in 2013? It was a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly made me very comfortable with my first piercing. They made it fun, laughing and enjoyable place to be. I remember I didnt have the money for a regular sized bar and they gave me one and told me how I could break my tongue. It was very thoughtful. Also wasnt too expensive. 😊 certainly will be going back for more.

The piercer here is not only incredibly nice and knowledgeable about her job but shes very professional, quick, and makes the experience as painless as possible. The jewelery they have to choose from too is high quality and they definitely know what theyre talking about if you have questions about materials, sizing, gemstones, really anything with piercing which is so comforting. I havent gotten any tattoos here but I can definitely give a five star rating for the piercing side without hesitation.

The best artists and owners! Had my belly pierced twice before and hurt so bad. I didnt even feel a thing here!! And the tattoo artist give you exactly what you want. So friendly and so amazing! Ill go here the rest of my life!!! They are highly rated and get busy but its so worth the wait for amazing quality.

Been going to this shop for my piercings by Amy almost 12 years. My best friend Ananda and her mom Jill has had major ink work here by really amazing artists. This shop is family owned and operated and hasnt changed a bit as far as nostalgia...yet, the place is always, always clean and sparkling and full of memories. From age 19 to 31, I still think Amy is the best piercer for all body piercings and inquiries in the south Metro Denver...hands down!

Stacie did my septum piercing and my 2 daughters. She is highly professional and very kind. She explains everything. Very clean and quick. I cant wait to do more!

This place is clean and quaint. I got my ears pierced and will go back for a tattoo. The people working there were super nice and helpful. She did such a good job when she did my ears I didnt feel anything. How lovely is that!

My tattoo was started in another shop, the guy stopped and said he wouldnt finish because the ink was going on splotchy. Bummed I waited until it healed and seemed fine before looking for a shop to finish it. I had gone in to Phantom 8 on several recommendations. The staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Their artist Raymon came out and looked my tattoo over and said he thought he could finish it and add the color and look I orginally wanted. He came in on his day off before the shop opened to accommodate my crazy schedule. He was friendly and professional and put my nerves to ease joking with me. He was amazing and my tattoo is beautiful, far exceeding my expectations. The customer service and talent in this shop is unrivaled. I cannot wait to go back and get another piece.

The business is clean and staff is friendly and polite. I went for a piercing and Amy was extremely sweet, understanding and knowledgeable about what she does. Only issue is that is hard to find parking. I would suggest going on a weekday for a less busy experience.

From the time I walked in to when I skipped down the stairs, I really enjoyed my experience. It was my first piercing, I was kinda nervous but the shop has a laid-back vibe and is very welcoming. Everyone was super friendly, the entire process was explained to me, I left with good information, and Id definitely recommend Phantom 8 and Krisha!

I met Chris through a friend who had extensive tattoo and artwork done by him, and then I met Chris shortly after. I live in Iowa but I knew I wanted Chris to do my first ink. About 2 years ago he did my first tattoo, and then July of 21 did my 2nd. Im not that creative of a person but Chris takes my basic ideas and turns them into real art with what seems like superhuman artistic powers. I couldnt be more happy about my ink and I will never go anywhere besides Phantom 8 for all my future markings.

Amy, my piercing practitioner, was absolutely phenomenal. Amy personally made my first piercing an incredibly easy and special experience. The ladies working the counters were also super sweet.

I always have had a great experience. Ive only gone there for piercings and Amy is amazing- so friendly, professional, helpful, and takes the time to talk you through the process and put you at ease. However, all the staff are really nice and helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Phantom 8 was supper helpful with changing out my daily earnings. I had some trouble finding a shop near by with a large selection of neo metal jewelry. Jessica was a wealth of knowledge and a really awesome person. I have a bad metal allergy and their piercers were more than happy to make sure any new piercing would be the best for the client. I will be back for sure.

Ive been going to Phantom 8 (specifically Hugo) for a couple of years now. Great experience all around. The shop is clean, the artists are nice and down to earth. I would recommend Hugo and the rest of the crew without hesitation. Chris (the owner) takes time to talk to you and check on your work.. I could go on and on its all around a great experience. I will continue to get my artwork done there.PS Hugo has some amazing hair which we all know is way more important than tattoos.

I went to this tattoo shop to do a memorial tattoo for my late brothe. Although the design was not overly complex the the tattoo artist took the time to understand the gravity of the work he was doing and why I wanted absolute perfection. The artist whose name was James took a lot of time to draw it up make it look right make the size right make the font write And then performed the work Is better than I could have asked for and on top of all that the price was also very much right

I have gotten my industrial here and brought my sister here to get her nose peirced. The prices are pretty good but more then that the peircer is amazing! I think her name was Amy, she is the sweetest person. They are extremely clean here and know what they are talking about. Very imformative and a very calm enviroment. This is the ideal place for someone getting their first peircing, one they are worried about, or simply to get great service in safe hands.

Very long story short, I was allergic to my new septum jewelry (not purchased at Phantom 8) but I stopped in to get the jewelry removed. Amy helped me out with taking the jewelry out, which had started to erode in my nose, and also put in new jewelry. My nose was very sore and swollen, and Amy was so helpful and amazing through the 25 minutes it took while I cried and breathed in her face (haha sorry Amy!) Basically what Im saying is Amy is the absolute best and I highly recommend going to her for all of your piercing needs. I dont know what I would have done without your help!

I placed a non-refundable $70 deposit there and, when I missed my appt during illness, the guy followed up once and has not been heard from again. Also, I asked for a mock up of my tattoo and, not only was it not done on time--i had to request it again, and he puked a bunch of excuses on me, one of which was that he forgot, but he also drew the mock up like a 5 year old. Terrible customer service, terrible artwork.Maybe they have great tattoo artists, maybe they dont, but the guy I got to do a Recovery Tattoo, waited 3 years to finally do, was a complete tool. Nobody has called me back to reschedule, seeming more interested in keeping my $70, than ensuring I was coming back in to do the Tat.

I just had my tattoo done by Hugo and it is AMAZING. Not only was he super professional, but he was very personable and cool. I knew what I wanted, but needed an artistic touch and he did an amazing job, I honestly never thought it would be as spectacular as it is. Highly recommend Hugo for every tattoo need. The shop itself is awesome too. Everyone is very nice and dont have the holier-than-thou attitude that is pretty common to tattoo shops nowadays. Whether its your first or 20th tattoo, they treat you like family, and make you feel welcome. I wont go anywhere else.
