Skylar is an absolute gem of a human and made me feel so comfortable when trying a few services for the first time. Plus, they are extremely knowledgeable about the industry - I left with a wealth of knowledge! Simply cannot recommend enough!!!

Skylar is by far the best injector. I was always scared to get filler but her talent being top tier and having an amazing eye has transformed my face and balanced out my structure. im always getting compliments on what i did different and how good i look lately. She also has done my laser & the growth has significantly decreased and we arent even finished with our sessions. Laser remedy is very accommodating in addition, I highly recommend!

I went here for tattoo removal and while I have a ways to go, Im very happy. Ive been doing laser genesis facials and am very happy with my results. They also removed some broken capillaries in my nose that Ive had for 20 years!!! Next I plan to try additional services like microneedling. Amanda is amazing and so fun, smart, and caring. Highly recommend. My only warning is you might get addicted.

Love it here. Ive been twice to laser off some tattoos. Everyone that works here is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. Waiting to see results from my latest treatment as it is still healing but I saw a fading of my tattoos after one session.

This place is amazing! I had 5 laser tattoo removal treatments at another clinic with good (but not great) equipment. Ive seen more progress after 1 treatment and 4 weeks with the PicoSureⓇ laser from Laser Remedy Skin Solutions than I saw in 5 treatments and 6 months from the other place. Professional, informative service, with better than expected results. Dont go anywhere else.

I found this place originally a decade ago for my daughter for facial hair removal. I was so impressed, I started going for Botox, brown spot removal, and a few other services. Now my husband is also going for body hair removal. They are eclectic , offer various services, and have gotten better with time. Im currently going through two different treatments with Amanda - laser hair removal and laser on my fungal toenail. I can confidently say that I am already seeing a difference with the hair removal treatment, even after two visits. The hair is coming in less coarse, lighter and less frequently. Ive done laser hair removal before and I feel the results are already better with this laser. For my two toenails, its a bit too early to share results. The toenails seems to be healthier at the base of the toe, which is a great sign, but Amanda and Debbie say this process can take longer. Ill share more as the treatments continue!Amanda is fantastic as well - knowledgeable, friendly and always making sure Im comfortable.

I have been going to LR for many years for my horrible acne, laser hair removal and fillers/botox. They are always so friendly and welcoming. The office is extremely clean and the staff is professional. Over the past year they have almost completely cleared all my acne with facials and lasering. I am almost completely finished with my hair removal and am SO happy to not have to shave anymore. I love all the skincare products they sell and use them religiously. Do not go to this business for laser treatments!! The owner of this company treated me herself and had the laser way too high. She left hypopigmentation all over my body. When I tried to talk to her about it, she took responsibility and said that she would help me with some PRP treatments to treat the hyper pigmentation did areas, but she never followed through. I am scarred for life because of this company.

Debbie is the best! She is very professional and friendly. Every time I go there she is wonderful. Explains everything that is going to happen and makes the process to go as smooth as posible. I will not trust anyone else to remove a tattoo from my eyebrows.

I have had 2 laser treatments for my spider veins and am very pleased with the results! I’ve tried saline injections a few times with very little improvement in getting rid of them. There is also less down time with the laser. I would recommend that you do this in the winter as it takes time for things to heal. Looking forward to wearing shorts again!!

I tried the genesis laser facial for the first time with Amanda in early November. The changes that I noticed were pretty amazing and subtle at first. Right away I noticed the redness is my pigment was calmed down and complexion more even. Over the next few days and weeks I realized that my pores were way smaller and less clogged. I would go to do my nightly skin routine in which I kind of inspect my pores it occurred to me there was really nothing to squeeze or pick at. Crazy! Ive had it 2 more times since then. My skin has changed and acne scars are disappearing. As a Massage therapist that has worked in spas Ive had a lot of facials which are amazing and relaxing but this is the first time Ive had lasting changes. It only takes about 45 minutes which I actually like because I really just want the end result and it doesnt take long.Ive also tried fillers in the cheek bone area. Love it! And Amanda has a great eye for applying it where needed. Apparently it last apt longer than something like botox which is a bonus. Highly recommend the services here if youre thinking about trying something different . The office is very nice and clean and the staff very friendly.

I had a laser tattoo removal session a little over a year ago. I came in to start a process to remove a traumatic tattoo on the side of my ribs that I had been recently forced into getting by an ex who was a tattoo artist. The person who tattooed me did so overzealously, resulting in very deep ink. The woman at Laser Remedy Skin Solutions (I believe she was the owner?) said that it would be a tough one to remove because of the darkness and deepness of the ink. I understood and agreed to proceed. When we did the procedure, I say multiple times how much pain Im in and I actually want to take a break or stop altogether. Multiple times I was IGNORED and she HELD THE LASER ON ME while I was weeping in the chair. Saying something along the lines of almost done!! Or just one more section!. I was then upsold on some overpriced skin repair spray on my way out that was supposed to help with pain. I used to want to get more laser treatments from other facilities. But as time has gone on, my experience at Laser Remedy Skin Solutions has honestly changed my entire opinion on laser tattoo removal. I would rather get the tattoo covered up or live with it at this point. Not a fun time to have your no not be respected. Especially as a paying customer.

I showed up a week before my actual appointment on accident and they were more than happy accommodate me. They were extremely informative on how my tattoo removal would go and how to take care of it after. The process went by in 5 mins as I have an extremely small tattoo that I wanted removed. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at Laser Remedy and am very happy with the results of my treatment. I had IPL treatment which is Intense Pulse Light to lighten age spots on my chest that had been bothering me for years. First of all, the facility is immaculate and beautiful, very clean. The equipment in the treatment rooms is top notch and everything is top of the line. Amanda did a great job working with me and recommended trying lidocaine lotion which I am glad I did and it was much less painful - Thanks Amanda!!! I would definitely recommend Laser Remedy - they really care about their clients and Id trust them completely for other treatments too. They have a huge menu of services.

After years of hit and miss (mostly a huge waste or time and money) laser hair removal at two other hair removal companies, one a large chain, the other a 2-location medical spa, I was referred to Laser Remedy. I was told Laser Remedy had the most effective laser in the entire metro-area. Much to my delight, its true. I previously had treated the chin 6 - 8 times but had no results. At Laser Remedy, it took one treatment and the hair was permanently gone. Another surprise was their laser is very cool in temperature, and pain free. I wish I had known about Laser Remedy sooner. I highly recommend and would not go anywhere else.

The service, knowledge, special offers just keep me coming back for more. If you have areas of stubborn fat I can attest that the trusculpt really works. From Botox, to fillers, to facials, and laser treatments... I have tried them all and look and feel FABULOUS🙌🏼❣️

Was just looking for you to acknowledge the fact that it wasnt right when I asked you to stop OVER AND OVER AGAIN and you DIDNT. Debbie and Mark have a top notch facility, they are currently helping me remove a large, Green tattoo (Notoriously one of the hardest colors to remove). Having the PicoSure laser (which not many places can claim) gives them a leg up from all the other spots in town.I would recommend them for the services that they provide.

Prior to my vein treatment with laser remedy i constantly covered by leg veins with every concealer in the book- after only two treatments I can now wear sandals and shorts with confidence. I tried sclerotherapy several times and other treatments and nothing worked. Nothing worked like this did, simply Amazing!

I had been through multiple tattoo removal sessions with a Q Switch Laser, as well as 2 sessions with a Picosure Laser before I came here. The Q Switch did very little while the Picosure had removed quite a bit, but both practices would leave me wounded a d blistered up after. In one session, Laser Remedy Skin Solutions not only removed more ink than the 2 aforemented practices, but my side was essentially unscathed from the session. Ive clearly been around the block with tattoo removal and this place is bar none the best.

So the heavy up-sell should have been my red flag, but i’m now focused on the bulge and excess fat i’m stuck with as a result of having the cool sculping procedure.i was beating myself up for not being able to control my fat until i read how supermodels are suffering the same result of this laser procedure that leaves you with more fat than you ever had!

I had laser hair removal on my upper body on August 7th, 2020. Long story short- I was burned all over my arms, shoulders, and upper back by the laser specialist 2 months prior to my wedding (see photos attached). This facility does not know how to treat dark skinned people appropriately!It was my 3rd appointment with Amanda (4th overall), and she was great up until my last visit. She told me I looked tanner than usual, to which I reported that yes- I had been by the pool a few times since I last saw her. She said that she would just adjust the settings on the laser. She ended with my arms with the larger laser, and I told her that it was feeling a little more sensitive than usual. She responded with  “yeah, it’s going to feel a little spicy” and just kept powering through. I felt my arms were way more tender when I checked out, and it progressively got worse with each minute. I drove the whole way home in pain and called the office as soon as I got home. I noticed that I had dark pink/brown, painful burn marks all over my arms. Amanda said it was probably just a “histamine response,” and she said she would drop a bottle of spray that should help off to my house that day. I went home afterwards only to find no bottle was left at my door. I texted pictures to the owner, Debbie, who responded by saying that she will give me 2 free sessions after my package is over. (I bought the buy 4 get 2 free, so really have just paid for 4 sessions without any benefit- But WHY would I ever return after receiving burn marks all over both of my arms, shoulders and top of my back...?) I had to repeatedly text Debbie to ask what I needed to do to help reduce scarring and the hypopigmentation because my wedding was coming up. She responded with recommendations that I only spend max 10-15 minutes out in the sun and wear long-sleeved shirts all other times (in the middle of summer) with a lot of sunscreen.  She ended with “fingers crossed” that it works. Debbie also tried to comfort me by saying that a dark African American man was burned the same way and all his pigment came back. This facility does not know how to treat dark skinned people appropriately! I do not feel safe returning to their office. I have been dealing with glares from people and people actually concerned that I cut my arms. It looks awful, and Debbie just keeps responding that it will even out with time. They originally said that it would only take a few weeks, but I went to a dermatologist who said it could be upwards of a year and permanent hypopigmentation is possible. I am incredibly disappointed at the neglect this esthetician took during my appointment. Every laser hair removal website that I have read talks about rescheduling appointments if people have been out in the sun for laser hair removal and tattoo removal. Debbie herself reported that it was a mistake when I told her the situation and she said she will need to have a discussion with her staff about it. I was not given the option to reschedule OR told about the consequences of not rescheduling at the time of my 4th appointment. I texted Debbie to let her know that the marks have not lightened and that the spray tanning treatment I got recently has not worked, to which she responded Makeup should event it out. I have cried at least 1x/day regarding this situation, especially since my wedding was coming up. They are not taking this seriously, otherwise they would have offered me more than just a spray and free sessions and actually offered real advice - like consulting with a dermatologist. They do not want to take responsibility for their actions and did not offer advice until I pushed them to give me something that I could do to help my situation.Update to review: The concessions that they are talking about are the free sessions to continue treatment with them, rather than offering a refund of my money. When they say adverse reactions can happen in the sun- I was already burning before walking out of the office. Again, poor excuses for poor quality work.
