Steadfast Tattoo Parlour

I cant say enough about this place or our artist Brittany! My wife is a returning customer. Brittany took our original ideas & images, talked to us about them & in a collaborative process, created some fantastic, unique designs (which we love). She is a very talented tattoo artist. The shading & color Brittany did for my wife and I are top-notch!-Also, she starts slow to allow you to settle in. I have other tattoos & despite mine taking an hour, it was relatively painless and much less painful than others. A few spots where the multi-needle color was added twice (color highlights) were a little tender but to be expected.We are very satisfied on all levels & highly recommend Brittany!

We were just in the area from Buffalo NY for a couples day out. They were recommended by our waitress so we were walk ins. The atmosphere was clean, the customer service was great and both my husband and I got 2 tattoos (small ones) each. All for were perfectly done. We will absolutely make the trip again. My husband was tattooed by Brittany and I was tattooed by Joel. Highly recommend!

Got my first tattoo with Braden 9/14/23. His quality of work was amazing, gave him an idea of what I wanted and trusted him to come up with the creative vision for it and could not be happier. The tattoo looks amazing and his customer service was second to none. Felt completely at ease as a first timer and would recommend him to anyone.

Amazing place. Chad is an incredible artist and Charlie was super friendly and they both made for great conversation. I will be back!!! Great vibes.

Brittany was wonderful and kind! Showed her what I had wanted and she did a great job designing it! She does PHENOMENAL watercolor tattoos and her line work is like no other! She had also done a quick touch up on an existing tattoo I have. Very impressed with what she provided me!

Joel and his whole crew up at Steadfast are a cut above. The quality of their work speaks for itself. While providing a professional experience, the whole atmosphere of the shop is delivered in a casual and comfortable way that makes you feel as relaxed as you can be, just before youre about to be quickly stabbed by needles loaded with ink thousands of times.They take the time to listen to you about the piece youre looking to get and do the best possible job, as well as setting expectations and limitations appropriately prior to getting your tattoo so you can be assured youre getting what you agreed to.If youre looking for a tattoo parlor and you found this, youre in the right spot.

Braden did the DOPEST job on our tattoos! It was our honeymoon and we walked in on impulse and not only did he take us but he customized exactly what we wanted that had very personal meanings to us!And Im telling you all- this place was STUNNING inside. You could look at the same wall 15 times and never see all that was there. The art is gorgeous and even though there was a lot of American traditional art and thats not exactly our thing, it was still gorgeous there and our pieces were exactly our style!!!Thanks Braden, for making our special time even more memorable!!

Literally an AMAZING place. Go.to.Rachel. shes the sweetest and SO wildly talented. I gave her a general drawing of what I wanted and told her I trusted her judgment in terms of details and adjustments, and she made it more perfect than I could have dreamed of!

The absolute best place to get a tattoo! Brittany is amazing and has done regular tattoos for me as well as a cover up and I couldnt be happier. Great environment as well, I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Ive been tattooed several times by Braden and now Ive had a cover-up done by Brittany and every single experience Ive had with this shop has been abundantly positive! The artists are so kind, the staff are incredibly helpful. The artists are always receptive and are able to take my ideas and make beautiful tattoos!

My wife and I both received tattoos from Braden and we were both extremely happy with the outcome. Braden was extremely nice and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend getting work done from Braden. He is a highly skilled artist with great people skills! The shop was clean and welcoming. Great experience!

I have been going to steadfast for several years now, and I must say I am always satisfied and treated with kindness and respect with each appointment I have ever made. The shop is clean, organized, and very stylish as well! I highly recommend steadfast tattoo, especially the artists Rachel Travis and Braden Docherty.

I absolutely adore Steadfast and all the artists there! They do such amazing work for amazing prices- Im always ecstatic every time I leave with my new tattoos! Everyone is very friendly and always makes sure youre doing good no matter the tattoo! Im glad my friends come here too to get the same experience I always get!

My experience with steadfast has been amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming from the receptionist to other artists even if they arent the one doing your work. Rachel was so helpful in helping make my vision a reality and was so pleasant the whole appointment. The prices are amazing and the atmosphere is just as great. I already have another appointment set up.

EDIT: the apprentices name was Braden, not Brendan like I had previously posted. Also my records can’t be found because I’ve gotten married recently, but I promise you this is the correct shop and don’t need to have my records pulled up to prove my experience. :)I booked a tattoo for my dad about a year ago since he wanted to have a matching tattoo with me. Booking the tattoo was very easy & everyone I spoke to at the time was very friendly. Fast forward to actually getting the tattoo. My dad and I showed up about 10 minutes before the appointment time, I figured there would be paperwork that needed to be filled out so I wanted to get there a little earlier to not waste the artist, Brendan’s, time. When getting there, the receptionist let me know the artist was running about a half hour behind & she was just about to call. Okay, no big deal. We left and came back about 30 minutes later. When we got in, still no artist. She let me know that he would be there shortly if we wanted to wait. Again, I understand things happen. So we waited. And then after about an hour, I asked if he would be there soon. The receptionist let me know “he’s running errands but I’ll call him.”I understand emergencies popping up, or traffic, or starting your day late. But running errands when you have a booked appointment (that had been booked for a couple of months at this point) does not sit well with me and doesn’t reflect well on you or the establishment you represent. When he FINALLY showed up, he had to set everything up and get the stencil ready, etc. , adding up our time waiting to about 2.5 hours. Brendan was nice & friendly, & did a good enough job on the tattoo itself. He was very conversational & I like to think he made my dad feel comfortable. However, I went to take a picture of my dad getting the tattoo as a memory and who I believe to be the owner proceeded to yell at me “ah ah ah NO PICTURES!” Which I had not seen posted/listed anywhere. I said “I’m sorry, I just wanted to document the memory.” And he responded with “he will have the tattoo forever, that’s documenting enough.” I understand if this was the shop policy, but I was unaware and he was extremely rude about it. My dad also has Alzheimer’s so making/documenting memories is something I’ve been trying to do since his diagnosis.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this shop. It was too many negatives all in one stop. And seeing some of the responses to the negative reviews on here already, come off as condescending and passive aggressive are an even bigger turn off.

I wish that I had asked more questions during consultation, so its not necessarily all on the business. I had 2 tattoos done by Chad in one session, both fairly simple in design. The time it took and the price was way more than I expected, and the quality of the tattoos turned out to be not as clean as I hoped (rigid lines instead of smooth, some looking insufficient in ink). I will most likely get both touched up elsewhere. Disappointed, but also a lesson to slow down and research.

In LOVE! Everything about this place just screams to me. The studio is so clean, its simply beautiful. My artist, Chad, was so nice and so easy to work with. Everyone within the shop was super nice and friendly and they really just give you an overall good experience when it goes to getting a new tattoo. Currently booking out w Chad and Im obsessed with the 3 pieces he gave me, definitely an easy choice when it comes to Steadfast. I dont regret my decision at all!

Easy people to be around, informative, and not afraid to say something wont look right. They dont just tattoo you and take your money. If I dont have good vibes then you are certainly not putting permanent ink in me.

Just got my first tattoo yesterday, and I was so scared and nervous but Rachel made me feel a lot better and very welcomed! She was so sweet and nice and was thrilled to be able to do my first tattoo! She was very reassuring! Stopped a couple of times to make sure I was okay and I was doing good! She also explained the whole procedure before starting the tattoo, and after wards explained how to care for it, and gave me a little care with care instructions! I am already planning out my next tattoo, and I am going to make an appointment at Steadfast with her in the next couple of months! Thank you so much for making my visit memorable and for making me feel safe, and giving me an amazing tat!

I just had a walk in appointment for 3 small tattoos. I am super happy with how it turned out; it was just what I wanted. Brittany did a great job. Prices are really reasonable and it was a great experience. Love the shop, it’s so cute and clean. 10/10 would return!!

This was the 3rd shop we went to today, trying to get matching tattoos for my mom, my aunt and myself. No one else had time to do it, and they were way over quoting time & cost. So we came in here, on what just happened to be walk in Thursday Rachel did my mom and aunts and Britney did mine. We all absolutely LOVE THEM. Im from out of state but 10/10 would go here again! The girls were awesome, the vibe in the shop was great. Would definitely recommend!

Called about if they do “walk ins” and were very nice and professional about it. When I got there, they asked what I would like to get - which was very simple and went from there. I was able to get the chance to get tattooed by their apprentice- Braden. Did an incredible job and got exactly what I wanted, was very happy with the result.Highly highly recommend :)

Joel has tattooed both of my feet, my wrist, and my half sleeve. Great shop and people.

Steadfast was a WONDERFUL choice for my first tattoo. My friend and I went together today and we were both super nervous. Our artist Rachel, though relatively new at the job, was so incredible. She was super nice, relatable, calming, and professional. Although we both got quite simple, small tattoos, we both got EXACTLY what we wanted. I could not be happier with the experience! Most importantly, I felt as though everything was very clean and sterile, and I felt incredibly safe. Cant wait to go back for more!

This place was great! My friend and I walked in around 6 pm to get a tattoo. They could not fit us until 8pm because they had scheduled appointments, but they were willing to work after hours! The price was fair, the parlour was very clean, safe industrial grade ink (No metallic), licenses are up to date, and very kind, talented artist. Would totally recommend for anyone looking to get a tattoo!

Got my first tattoo here. Love the vibes. The place is really cute. And Rachel did an amazing job. She made me feel comfortable, was super friendly, and answered all my questions.

Joel did an amazing job with a cover up on my back about 8 months ago. He even free hand drew / inked it up which shows how extra talented he is. Shop was clean, and he was super respectful and made me feel at ease. Since then, the tattoo has healed great and I could not be happier!

Joel did a memorial tattoo for my dog, the tattoo turned out looking exactly like her. I am very happy with my tattoo and the expirence was pleasant too! They played good music and I was comfortable the whole time.

I got my second tattoo here (out of two) and it was the best experience EVER, way different from my first tattoo. The atmosphere is very open, welcoming and clean! The artists there are willing to take time and thought to work with the idea you present them and make it the best it can be.Also, they have very fair and reasonable prices and go above and beyond anything else youre going to find in the area.10/10 would reccomend to everyone.

We were in town from southern NJ about 8hours away visiting family. We decided that we FINALLY have time to sit and get our tattoos, so we started looking at reviews of shops in Erie. After seeing the portfolios of Suga Bear and Baby Boo we decided to go up and see them. It was a long shot for them to have time for two outta towners but they did. SUPER friendly, super awesome, super clean atmosphere. I would totally recommend this shop to anyone. We will be back for more work!! Thank yall again!!!

I spontaneously decided I was going to get a quote tattoo and called the place because I saw the work they did on a co-worker. I met with Rachel and she drew out what I wanted and Im very happy with the results . I get many compliments on my tattoo and how clear it is to read

Rachel was very professional and efficient. She explained the entire procedure before we started and explained how to care for the skin after we were finished. The facility was very neat and clean. I highly recommend them.

Very clean very welcoming. It is appointment only but Since I live in New York, And my tattoo was small they let me walk in. Tattoo turned out nice still healing will post pictures later 🙂

I loved the smell walking in .. so clean. But then the receptionist took a look at me, and had to make a judgement right there. Mind u I called ahead of time, and they said they would make time, come in. From Lakecity, we came. I had my 17 year old daughter, on her birthday. She wanted a arm piece done, no, they wont do forearms on a minor, even with mom there, which I assume they didnt believe I was mom. I get the rules but asking questions when Im calling would have saved an entire trip.

I had been wanting to get my vets tribute tattoo done for quite awhile.i looked at the profiles of all the local artists.Joel gave me exactly what I was looking for.The detail is amazing.i cant recommend him enough.Both Joel and his lovely wife Britney were both very professional and strive for customer satisfaction.

They are extremely professional and help out in anyway that they can. Rick Lohm, is a guest artist but was fabulous with the tattoo and then some. Huge thanks the Steadfast!

A bit difficult to schedule if youre from out of town....But great quality and excellent attitudes at this place. Been there, done that multiple times.

Lady at the desk very disrespectful and made us come all the way up there to be rude and didnt even try and schedule us an appointment after driving all the way up there! Dont know how the artist are but the blonde young secretary or whatever she is just lost you guys 2 customers!!!

Went to get a tattoo on my hand, and they would not do it on my hand because I’m not already heavily tattooed (I have 14 others) and because I’m young (I’m 20). I think that’s a bad way to run a business, I just ended up going somewhere else and got it anyway, but still.

Customer service was great!Im looking forward to some ink of a Banana Split in October!
