Took my daughter to get some new hair accessories. While shopping we heard a child screaming and just assumed it was a temper tantrum, however it quickly changed to screams of terror. We realized when we went to check out that a 3-5 year old girl was being held down by her mom as she screamed and begged not to have her ears pierced. This lasted over 15 minutes. She never relented and at no point did the employee or the parent give up. We finally left after not being helped, my daughter was plugging her ears and very upset by what she saw. This was pure and simple child abuse and I will never go back. I feel horrible for that girl it is an experience she will never forget.

My wife got her ears pierced here the other day and it was a riot to be there and they did a phenomenal job. With that came one free set of earrings for an entire year every month. I also thought that was pretty cool. Theyre very nice and very helpful and they were so patient with some young ones who are getting their ears pierced for the first time. I would definitely go back even though I dont get my ears pierced haha

Went here for an ear piercing. The employee was very nice and down-to-earth. She helped make my daughter feel at ease. Then we got 20% off to use in the store.

Ali was a great help! She was definitely multitasking and helping several customers. Great customer service. The store was very clean and organized. The floors were even shining. I have never been in a Claires this clean and organized before. Will definitely return!

Watched my granddaughter get her ears pierced with care and gentleness. Very clean. Suggest a appointment as this place is very busy. The cashier was also very nice and I watched both the staff and the place put up with some craziness, and they maintained a good happy and civil appearance, and handled everything well. I give those girls great big props on how they handled everything.

I came here to get a second ear lobe piercing and they pierced my ears uneven and told me it was because my ears are each shaped differently, i don’t see i difference but even if they are that doesn’t mean you have to make them uneven

My experience was not good! The young lady who preformed my nose piercing was all over, used the wrong Birth stone. She literally verified that it was September and I also had my ears pierced! The so called 20% was still as regular priced. Now I’m stuck with the wrong Birthday Stone! She definitely ruined my Birthday 🥳 !

I got my ears pierced here in january. it is currently october one ear is healed the other hurts, is not healed and bleeds constantly. and the women who pierced my ear was very rude and did it uneven. even after my mom told her she should move one dot up more she said “no they’re actually perfect”. now i have uneven piercings and one isn’t even healed.

DONT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED AT CLAIRES!!!!! they over charge for cheap earrings and low quality service. they use guns and that is not good for your ears! i have never had any issues with piercings before but after i got mine done a couple weeks ago my ears are still sore and getting infected. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! go to a professional parlor. trust me, its better quality

I bounce between this location and Canton. Recently a friend of mine applied for a key holder job at Canton store. They have a lot of retail, customer service, and leadership/supervisor experience. This company won’t hire them. Also seems like Canton is always hiring. I’m thinking maybe they are difficult to work for. Seems like a lot of turnover there. No need to reply

Decent size store. Nothing spectacular. Service is horrendous. Waited minutes to be cashed out when there were four associates behind the registers chatting. Only one register was doing transactions. Everyone else was chatting amongst themselves and with the customer who cut me in line. Nobody offered to assist me. The woman in front of me cut the line and nobody said or did anything about it. Then she proceeded to hold up the line with credit card issues. Even with this no associate stepped up to ring out my ONE item. Don’t go here if you can avoid it. Management can check the footage from Feb 1, 2020 between approximately 5:55-6:05pm to validate. Nobody deserves to be ignored when they’re looking to spend their money with you. Claire’s you messed up today.

Did a terrible job at piercing my ears. I got my second ear piercing, not only are they too close to my first one, but they are also uneven. 65 dollars for a very bad ear piercing and the earrings.

Lady who pierced my ears was AMAZING she talked to me and made me feel very comforted. 10/10 would recommend and if I ever want another piercing I know where Im going.
