Ive got alot of my work done here by antz, and since hes gone I havent went back, but I did recently to use my old gift cards there for a flash sale ( they said the gift cards never expire) was turned down saying they cant accept it since its from Anthony and hes no longer here and theyre paying to much of his debt. Ive asked them awhile back if it was still good they said yes. Very unprofessional now. I messaged them about it to see what can be done to make it right, I still paid $200 for these and have not received a reply! So clients be aware!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Finally did something Id been waiting decades to do was glad I went here. Suzy is a wonderful professional and person. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Hurts so good.

One of the first questions they asked me was, Whats your budget? This was a surprise. The first and only tattoo I had was so small and I wasnt very well informed of even totally sane. 🥴 So, in the end, when they told me the price, I was shocked. I knew it was going to cost something, but not EVERYTHING. 😬 Yeah, so the fact that they asked, was a huge gamechanger. I was only able to afford the initial outline at this time, but I will definitely be back for. 🌈COLOR, with Tyler. Thanks for the ✂️ Im in love and excited for the next part. 😍👏🤩

My friend and I were new to this tattoo shop and Reign took us as walk ins for matching tattoos. He was so sweet and comforting to be around as we knew nobody there. She needed several touch ups on her finger tattoo and he invited her back each time no charge and was so polite always. We 100% recommend!-Nicole and Nicole (:

Brooklyn (sorry if I didn’t spell it right) did so amazing today. I LOVE my tattoo. I got a memorial tattoo for my best friend. I cried and hugged her. It is so beautiful and so perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better artist. She is very friendly and sweet and now the only person I want to go to for tattoos. She is absolutely lovely. Honestly she is someone I could brag about all day with how wonderful she is and how gorgeous her work is. Hands down the best experience of my life.

I’ve tried numerous times to get a piercing, the piercer is either sick, or off, or only works evening or any other excuse they can make for them. I then wanted to purchase jewelry and no one in the shop had keys to open the cabinet… the shop seems disorganized and Dysfunctional at best… I’d probably wouldn’t bother visiting, chances are you’ll be very disappointed

I did a walk in and everyone was super nice and helpful but when i got home i washed and cleaned my new tattoo and come to find out half of my tattoo is missing. I had noticed a few hours after i left that day. im not sure if she was in a rush or not

Suzy was absolutely incredible, one of the sweetest people i’ve ever met! I would highly recommend going to her for any piercing you may want!

Not trustworthy if they are gonna be changing their prices on you. For very small work, lines...its $100. Savannah the tattoo artist would not budge on her prices. Would not recommend unless you get something bigger.

I took my 6 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced and Suzy took excellent care of her!! She really did such an amazing job! She made us feel comfortable and she was so sweet and kind. Im so grateful we went here instead of the mall. Haha

Cannot tell exactly how awesome the ladies here were for us! Two of my girls wanted piercings and while we were there myself and my other daughter decided to get pierced. The girls fit us in seamlessly and were so extraordinarily nice!!! Everything was very clean and they made each of my daughters feel very comfortable. Will be returning very soon for another piercing myself. Pricing is actually pretty good too considering you’re paying to have needles shoved through your skin lol! Anyway, will recommend this place for anyone asking about tats or piercings!!!!!

Went in to get the daith piercing on both ears. I was super nervous, but Suzy was incredible. So patient and kind and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process! The piercing was quick and super clean! I definitely reccomend coming here for piercings!

Let me just say Ive been too many tattoo parlors and they all placed a certain distrust in me that I never thought I would overcome. But this shop and their employees are absolutely amazing! Suzy not only made me feel safe she also treated me like I have always been there. Everyone was welcoming and kind and the staff know what they are doing and do it well I have become a repeat visitor they are the only parlor I go too know highly recommend and will be going back soon

Save yourself the money and the heartache and just drive to durango for your tattoo! I will let my pictures do most of the talking when it comes to quality (yikes!) But IF you do decide to get a tattoo here - show up in a clunker (not your 2021 suv) and when innocently asked what you do for a living, dont discuss how blessed you are in your life, or your price will somehow go from $600 for a full sleeve to $800 for a half sleeve. I now have to go pay someone else MORE money for a full cover up 🤬🤬Shown below: the face I started with and the face I got

My first time getting a piercing at this shop, I was able to set an appointment to the same day I called in, and when I got to the shop I was nervous about getting my septum pierced but the receptionist was very comforting and she boosted my confidence and when I got called Suzy, made me more confident and was very caring and talked me through the procedure and it was done within a minute. Definitely loved the environment and the staff, very caring and friendly, can’t wait to see Suzy for any future piercings (:

Best place to get your tattoos and piercings. Calm environment along with cool staff. Joeli does all my work wouldnt have any other artist in Farmington. She does everything at a reasonable price and you get what you want. Love this place.

The piercer always does a really good job, I have gotten three different piercings from her and she made the prices super fast and very simple. These are the tragus and daith I just got on Friday.

I took my daughter to get her left lobe reopened as the piercing had kinda closed back up. Thomas was super professional, kind and supportive. They checked her birth certificate and my ID just as a place should and Ill be back for more piercings from here.

I’ve been to a few piercers but as soon as I found Suzy I was sold! She is the sweetest lady and does such an amazing job. When I go in there I feel like family. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

After reading the good reviews about Suzy, I decided to go here for my first nose piercing. She was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about placement and very patient when I asked her to adjust it several times. If I ever get brave enough to get another piercing, I will be back! My only complaint is the receptionist saying that it was okay to use contact solution to clean my piercing. In doing my research before getting a piercing, multiple sources said DO NOT use contact solution. There is a difference between sterile wound wash saline solution (which is okay for piercings) and contact solution (which is not).

I went with a friend and got a piercing and was so impressed with the ladies that helped us. The lady that does the piercing was fast and efficient and clean and the receptionist lady was so sweet and had amazing eyebrows 😍 I will definitely be going back to see them! The environment was so comfortable and private when it needed to be. The price was perfect. And on top of that, I even passed out after and was nursed back with cookies and jokes, it was awesome! Lol thank you guys!!

Very clean and professional. My daughter got her ears and helix done and I got both Tragus done. An absolute awesome place to go for a piercing. Suzy was great.She was precepting someone (I didnt catch his name) and the thoroughness in which she explained every step of what she was doing and why she was doing it showed she really knew her stuff and he was getting a great opportunity to learn from a master. Best place ever!!!!! The piercer (Suzy Gonzales) was the best and so incredibly patient and thorough. This place was clean and comforting. Suzy also kept everything sanitized. I had a problem with a previously pierced nose. After having the piercing for a year and taking it out for 3 days, I was not able to put the piercing back in by myself. When I went in to get help, Suzy was happy to offer it. She was very kind and gentle and tried to do everything so that I felt comfortable. We were having a little bit of difficulties but we were able to get it in. I felt very little pain because of how gentle she was. I am so grateful for the place and the staff!

Went in for a lip piercing. Everyone was super nice and polite, and the piercing itself was quick and uneventful. I forgot to ask the piercer’s name but he was awesome to work with.I do have to dock a point though because the flimsy jewelry I was given popped out easily the night after while I was asleep which caused it to close partially. If I didn’t have my own replacement at home I would’ve had to have it pierced again. That would’ve sucked.😕

Went here for both my nose piercings and they keep things super clean and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Would definitely come back for more piercings.

This is the only place Ill be trusting to get piercings (and tattoos in the future). Theyre kind, courteous, encouraging, and make sure you feel safe with your decision/their procedures. Theyre also very patient, understanding, and informative about who to contact if any problems arise. I definitely recommend this place- the people here are amazing!

So far. Im happy. I got a Daith peircing and my sister got a peircing there to. 40.00 not bad :) 👌

Everything was really clean. The environment was weird no music and everybody that was there were just real cold like we were more of a bother. I dont know if we will go back.

The staff was very nice and understanding of my fear of needles. Suzy understanding and made sure I was comfortable. The covid precautions were up to high standards and I was happy to get it here! Amazing service. Had my helix and Septum done here.

My experience with House of Ink was incredibly professional, awesome and one to remember. There are no words to describe the place itself besides just flat out amazing and CLEAN. I got my first tattoo done and Antz was the one to do it. Amazing guy. And Suzy was incredibly nice. I would totally recommend to anyone. I will absolutely be coming back. Went yesterday for the first time to have industrial piercing done. Was super busy but only had to wait like 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me. Of course you expect a little pain with any piercing but Suzy was so quick and skilled that it was the least amount of pain possible. Ive had some piercers spend 10 minutes after the piercing fumbling with the jewelry which turns the experience agonizing. Literally took 3 minutes and I had industrial done and jewelry in start to finish when I sat down. The best piercer Ive ever dealt with.

Amazing place to get piercings done! Suzy is definitely the person to go to for your piercing needs, she made the experience fast and non-painful but I have an immaculate tolerance for pain.

The House of Ink is a busy place. I wanted to add some script and they were busy enough to have me book two weeks out. Anthony was ready to go when I got there. He was fast, steady and precise. The shop is super clean and has great health protocols in place so you really feel your dealing with real professionals. Five Stars are pretty rare for me, but House of Ink truly qualifies with me. Visiting from out of town and was referred here for jewelry. Was sold a size 12g first when I said I needed a 14g. Went in a second time and was sold a size 16g. The front desk girl was rude as the second time and when I came in a third time she rolled her eyes when I stated she sold me the wrong size.One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a tattoo shop and very unprofessional.JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The lady (don’t know their name) who did my tattoo wasn’t a good tattoo artist. It look better in the second pic but as soon as it healed it looks like it was fading and some lines weren’t there as shown in the second picture. I’ve tried to get a different artist to fix it but they said I had to pay full price again. Definitely wouldn’t get it done here by a lady and I deserve my refund .

Comfortable safe vibes here, mostly female staff that are very nice and friendly. Got my first ear piercing here, and it was quick, definitely would go back

I have always been welcomed by the crew there. They do excellent work from traditional , black and gray, oriental,tribal you name it they can do almost anything. I have ink from Jeffrey Knowlton, Antz Gonzalez, and Jolie Atwood. Suzy does piercing and is exelent and knowledgeable in her art as well . So if you are in need of some ink therapy or just want a new piercing go see the crew at House Of Ink .

The piercer helped me out with changing out my piercing i received from another shop. She did it so fast and was so pleasant while doing it. I will 100% go back next time I’m needing a piercing!!

*Read for health and safety tips!* I brought my mom here, thats her beautiful self getting her ears repierced. She wanted to go to the one of those mall shops that pierce but I persuaded her to come to a real place.A real shop is much more safe and have way more experience in the matter. Bring yourself or loved ones to a real location to get any and all piercings. First of all, a real tattoo or pierce shop are much more regulated. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the tools used, they are all steralized and in medical bags. As apposed to the piercing guns used in mall, toy shops, which are not medical grade anything, including cleaning. The real piercer has many hours under their belt as an understudy before they can work on their own. Again please think of the employees that work at the mall shops, great people just not overly trained to specialize in piercing. Not to mention the material in the earrings used in a real shop is medical grade titanium whereas the mall shops will let you choose any materials which may or may not be good for a freshly pierced wound. I feel strongly about the topic. Please do your research on the topic.This shop is clean and professional! Note: the peircers hours are different then the shops.

I used to go to Tank tattoo, but I prefer house of ink I feel more welcome there, place more clean highly recommended them 🤟

I did not get to use this business because I tried to set up an appointment ant the lady that answered the phone would not even listen to me. She acted if I was bothering her and all I was trying to do is set up an freaking appointment.

Reopened my nose ring hole because I lost my nose ring for a few days. Hurt like hell but they were so helpful and nice. Didnt charge me for a repierce either so very grateful! Thanks guys

Cant believe this place is rated so high. Went in for a tattoo on my finger and was told to go somewhere else. Asked about a cover up tattoo and was told to talk to the cover up expert who basically ignored me for 10 minutes so I left. Wont be going back there.
