Awesome experience!! Libby was amazing, knowledgeable, and so kind! I loved how she explained everything she was doing and did not make me feel pressured. The shop is also very clean, which made me feel confident in the healing process. I love my piercing and will be returning for any future piercings!

Highly recommend! Today was my first time coming here and I was very happy with my experience. I walked in and was greeted immediately. The shop has a really cool set up and it looks great. My piercer was Taylor and she was fantastic. She answered all of my questions, provided me with all of the information I needed, and was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Definitely will be returning for any and all of my piercing needs.

I felt they knew what they were talking about and what they were doing when it came to the piercing itself. The jewelry and piercing were more expensive compared to the piercing shops Ive been to, but still good quality. I felt my piercer was annoyed with me at some point just because i was trying to see where the back of it would sit and whether that was on my glasses or not, so that was a little awkward. I was slightly annoyed that they didnt want to sell me the shorter bar for my piercing when it just spins 24/7 and bothers me so I did go elsewhere for the jewelry swap and my ear is much more comfortable now, at that point i had the piercing for 4 months. The staff at the counter were super friendly, great listeners, and overall just helpful. Im thinking the small hiccups were just hiccups and at the end of the day I would fully trust them to pierce me again.

Got both my nostrils pierced here, I had a great experience. The shop is super clean and I love the vibe. Jadia was awesome and incredibly knowledgeable. Cant wait until I decide on my next piercing, theyll be getting my business every time :)

I had a rook piercing done here, and the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I then called a couple weeks ago to inquire about getting my daughter’s second holes, and they gave me all of the information I needed, price range, and availabilityof when they were less busy so she wouldn’t feel rushed through the process. I cannot recommend them enough.

I came to HeatStreet for H2Ocean concentrate, but I was glad they do not carry it. Jadia is a terrific piercer and educated me how soaks for piercings actually trap bacteria, also with not rubbing my piercings with soap! I got piercings a month ago from a different piercing shop and was told outdated information - information I wouldnt have known was outdated until a while from now! Jadia provided excellent customer service, sympathy, as well as very valued educational information. Thank you, Jadia! I will come back again!

The only place I go to for piercings. They are very sweet and make you feel very comfortable. My piercer Libby explained everything to me I knew everything that was going on no surprises! Definitely helps the nerves go away. Will continue coming back😊

Called ahead to see if anyone was available to do my nose piercing and they were very nice on the phone and let me know that they were able to do walk ins that day. I arrived and it was a very clean and tidy shop, I was able to choose from a variety of piercings and all of the staff were amazing. They explained everything to me about how to care for it and that I could come back if I had any problems. They sterilized everything and I was able to see them take it out of the sterilizer. Libby was amazing and talked with me and it really made me feel comfortable. She pierced both sides of my nose and it was an amazing job. Definitely would go back for any future piercings! The pictures are immediately after so there is a little swelling but it will look amazing fully healed!

Got my helix done today and was with Libby. she was absolutely amazing she explained everything about it in detail and while she was doing the piercing. Definitely plan on coming back and getting other piercings

Three weeks ago 11/24 , I got my nose nose piercing. My experience was good. I liked the environment and the inside of the place was really nice! The lady that did my piercing was very polite and answered all the questions I had! Im looking forward to going back to upgrade/change my piercing ring!

Im in love with this shop! Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. If they dont know, they ask. Carl did 2 piercings so far. Hes very kind, knows what hes doing, and was empathetic to me being uncomfortable and compassionate when I was nervous. Im going back for more.

I came here to get my nostril pierced for the first time, and it was genuinely the best experience. They were super friendly and Carl pierced me and he explained everything to me and what I need to do, without dumbing it down, which I really appreciated, very professional and polite. I will 100% be coming back. The prices are great, the vibes are great. I loved coming here and it really calmed any nerves I had since they were all so sweet. They also gave me a pamphlet for after care which was sick!

I have been pierced here for over 15 years now and have multiple piercings from many of their piercers. They are all extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with you whether it’s explaining why or why not a piercing would work for you, or explaining the different types of jewelry they offer. They take their time with their consults and that is so important- they are also very detailed about aftercare and contacting them about any issues if needed! I’ve never minded waiting if I’ve had to because I know the service I’ll be receiving will be top notch. Jadia pierces me usually and she is absolutely amazing. I love how comfortable she makes me feel, and if I’ve ever felt lightheaded after a piercing she has never rushed me out of her room, she has let me relax until I’m ready to go. I would feel comfortable with any of their staff piercing me though, as both Carl and Libby have both been great as well!The entire shop is clean, and their piercing booth cleanliness/state standards are immaculate. They have the best and highest quality jewelry to pick from in a variety of price ranges, and I’ve never felt pushed to spend more, or judged/silly for asking about the different prices. I recommend everyone to come here in the Florence and surrounding areas for piercing needs!

I got my septum pierced about 3ish months ago by Libby. She explained everything to me perfectly, especially the piercing process because Im terrified of needles but! It was quick and honestly painless 10/10 will be recommending to my friends!

Excellent facility. Very clean and friendly staff, However, they did not give out a pamphlet with complete after care instructions for piercings AND on the lip jewelry, they bend the posts so there is no chance you can change it without tools or nearly ripping it out. I had to have another shop look at my jewelry to make sure I wasnt seeing things. Its a money trap so that you only by from them and have them change out the jewelry. I will never go back to them and I dont recommend them to someone who is not experienced with piercings on the face.

Love my new ear jewelry. Such a warm and exciting environment to enter for any shopping. Carl was amazing and I feel bad I did not get their names but the two Lady’s were also very kind and awesome. Can’t wait to get my next piercing done here 10 ⭐️ out of 10 ⭐️.

I went last Saturday as I have always wanted my nose pierced but was always so nervous to get it done but I had finally decided to just go for it. When I first walked in I was greeted so nicely. I had Jada and she was just overall AMAZING she explained the process to me step by step about how the process was going to go, she explained where my piercing would go and even let me take my time to pick out my nose ring and explained the different types. Once I was in the room everything was so clean and sterile. She opened everything in front of me to ensure it was all new and sterile. She cleaned my nose before and told me before she was going to do it. I didn’t feel a thing. It was so quick and painless. She even told me if I had any questions or concerns after my piercing to please call her anytime. Heat Street is definitely the BEST place to go for any piercing needs. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Jada for the great experience!!

Got my nose pierced at korupted. Never was told after care. Couldnt get korupted on the phone so I went by heat street. They were so sweet and listened to my questions and answered every one of them. I will definitely be going back to heat street.

After 5 years I re-did my nose piercing here in the States and I am so glad I went here to do it. They have great quality of nose studs from Swarovski crystals. Libi did a phenomenal job in doing it and she was very caring and understanding at every step. They are very cautious and very hygienic the way they have set up their shop. Definitely, they work with integrity. Be sure to bring along your state ID as they don’t take student ID. Thank you and see you again!

Everyone at the shop is great, I’ve had nothing but awesome experience with them. I’ve been pierced by both Jadia and Lloyd and they’re both amazing. Both thorough, quick, and relatively painless. Jadia is so thorough you can’t help but be 100% comfortable with the piercing you’re receiving. They have a wide variety of jewelry and beautiful fine jewelry options.

I went and got my nose (nostril not septum) pierced earlier today after getting word from two of my coworkers about this place and Jadia is the one that helped me out. She was actually great. All of the girls were but two more than the third but she wasn’t bad just quiet. The young dude at the counter was nice as well. But Jadia knew I was a little nervous and spoke with me about piercings, tattoos and what I should do after it was done. She talked me through the process as well. She was just awesome, and now I want to go get something else pierced asap lol. It’s been a few hours and it’s not even red. Sore? Sure, but that’s a given. Thanks again!

Heat street is the BEST place hands down to go to for your piercing desires! All of the ladies and gentlemen in there are superb, extremely sanitary with EVERY thing they do. I have never been disappointed with all 7 piercings I have received from the staff and Lloyd handles his business with professional manners. I would recommend this place to anymore!! Carl, jadia, and Lloyd have all done my piercings and I’m not sure what the other lady who is always up front’s name is, but she has been super helpful in helping me choose my jewelry!! The prices in this store are absolutely ungodly and the piercers working there have a god complex. Their prices on neometal are 2 times higher than other piercing facilities but unfortunately they dont have competition to keep them reasonable. I spent almost $300 on 4 pieces of face jewelry last year and then they charged my card and additional $40 in credit card fees without telling me. Just save your money and go to the beach.

I’ve been wanting my second piercing for so long and a friend told me about this place. So I went and it was 11/10! I had Jadia, she was the best and talked me through the whole thing. She made sure I was comfortable and let me and my mother know everything she did. She showed us that everything was clean and sterilized. I will definitely be coming back for more piercings!

I had an amazing experience! First time coming. I live in FL but visited family in SC and found this shop. Libby gave me a Tragus piercing on both ears! Definitely clean and professional! They were all friendly and informative! Worth every penny!!

Wonderful place. The atmosphere is great, and the piercers know what theyre doing. I have a pretty gnarly deviated septum and wanted my septum pierced. Roy, who has been piercing for 25 years, looked at it and felt comfortable doing it. It was such a quick process, and I had complete confidence in him. It looks wonderful and is healing perfectly! If you want your septum done, GO! Theyve got you. ^_^

I went here with someone that was getting a piercing. I was actually considering getting a piercing as well, but they meet you at the door and tell you only the person getting the piercing could come inside. They would have more than likely have gotten 2 peoples business instead of just one, but I couldnt browse the jewelry. I understand that when you get a new piercing that you have to wear the studs for some time. Knowing that I would eventually get to put in the jewelry I actually liked, would have definitely gotten me to get a piercing. The employee wasnt rude or anything. Just be prepared, I know some people like to take someone with them if they are nervous. That person wont be allowed inside the store.

Heat Street was amazing today took my 14 yr old daughter for her septum nose piercing & Libby was the best she was so nice & did a awesome job we recommend them 100% the service up front was also great & very fast we was in and out in no time

They removed a septum for my teen daughter for her surgery. Told us to come back they will remove it for free we came back and they pretended to not saying that and denied us, just cause we originally bought the septum somewhere else. They knew this when we got it removed and we paid them to remove it. Rude and unprofessional. But we were able to get it removed safely by ourselves.

My youngest daughter(14) wanted a nose piercing. I was told about the requirements and did so. Got there, the staff were professional , attentive, and swift! They made baby girl feel very comfortable, even though this was her very first body piercing! This is the EXACT same establishment I came to get a piercing 21yrs ago and the customer service is STILL hospitable and courteous! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Fantastic service. I got my nose pierced and the woman who assisted me was very polite and informative about the whole process. Very clean. 100% reccomend getting a piercing here if youre planning on getting one. Its a good bit pricier than other places but its well worth it.

I am personally not a fan of needles for my own body; theyre pointy and hurt. My wife, however greatly enjoys piercings, tattoos and the like. Having visited Heat Street multiple times with her I will base my review off of what I have seen and experienced there without being an actual customer myself.I have mainly had interactions with Carl. He is friendly, personable, professional and very into what he does which makes him excellent at it. I have seen the cleanliness of his operation and it is impressive. He uses gloves if he is going to be touching Anything (capital letter A to indicate the gravity of the word) so you can rest assured that if you buy jewelry here, it has not been in contact with human skin before yours. I have seen the use of sonic cleaning devices and an autoclave during every procedure. Sterile instruments are used down to toothpicks being delivered by an automated system so that only the one about to be used is ever touched by human hands (which are gloved already anyway.) Extremely sharp needles are used for piercing which leaves no jagged edges to the hole down to the microscopic scale allowing for quicker healing times and recuded likelyhood of the possibility of infection down the road. They also use only the highest quality interior threaded jewelry which means your piercing is never scratched on the inside when changing pieces and the threads are far less likely to carry contaminants into your body. Everything here is exceptionally high quality.If you need pierced in or near Florence, SC this is the only place you need to consider.

Just had a daith piercing, I was nervous at first. Carl, did a wonderful job explaining. If there are any problems, I could go to them any time. They are highly recommended!

Very professional but not to friendly. I was told my daughter couldnt be in there because she wasnt 18 which is understandable but a little confusing because this it the same place I went and got my tongue pierced at 15 with my parent. It was very hot outside so I sent my 2 year old and mother outside. I wouldnt have been offended about until a white lady walked in with her daughter who looked to be about one and nothing was said to her so I said I thought it was illegal and the girl jaide who pierced my nose said it is but she works here and just came up here on her day off.. So if she works there then she should no the rules right? Im not one of the people who makes everything about race but I sat in that parking lot for about 20 mins and her and her daughter was still in there. Illegal is illegal but I guess that comes with white privilege. I reached out to the manager to do a complaint but still have not received a response and that was 48 hours ago.

Looking for jewelry or a nice placed to get pierced give this place a shot. I broke my conch jewelry and came here looking for replacements. They had a huge selection and both the guys and girl that worked there were super nice And very helpful. Ill be going back for all my piercing needs ^.^

The booker was extremely rude, hung up on me twice while I was trying to get information on their new appointment system. When I called back and asked for his name because he was so rude and hung up. He responded, “Yeh, I did” and hung up again.

I got a nose piercing and tragus piercing. My tragus peircing fell out while sleeping the night after I got it so my hole closed. I cried so bad because it was not cheap😩 My nose piercing closed because I had to take it out for surgery, this was almost year later so I thought it would be fine but it also closed on me.

Got my second lobe piercing here by Carl! This is the second piercing Ive gotten here (first was navel). The place is super professional and hygenic. Take your kids here instead of the mall!

You cant buy anything without the peircer being available to tell the price to the cashier. Apparently prices arent set up in their system.

They wont answer their phones. You have to go there to schedule an appointment for another time. They do not follow state laws. All around was a complete waste of my time and a major disappointment. Will be traveling out of town for all piercings
