The workers here were amazing! I had a 3 and 5 year old getting their ears pierced and the ladies were phenomenal. They were very patient while one of the kids waffled on whether she would get her ears pierced and they even offered a refund if she was too scared. They gave them little stuffies and suckers to take home. I am so glad we chose Banter! Thank you for your wonderful service!

Took my daughter to get her second ear piercing right before Christmas, the staff was AMAZING! Florence mall down by Justice. There was 4 ladies available to help her pick a style and double team the actual pierce work. Which made it fun, fast, and enjoyable for her = Easy for me

Horrible customer service primarily from manager “Alexis” at Florence mall location today.. to the point I’m taking time to actually write a review.Sparing the details, not only was she wrong and refused to take time to listen, she clearly cannot do simple math and was argumentative and unprofessional. Said things like “we do price changes pretty often” which is clearly BS.After she realized I was in hold with cooperate she finally heated me out but never apologized in the slightest for her manner let alone her mistake

Awesome staff, and they had some good deals on earrings. My friend had both ears pierced today. It was a first time experience for me. We had a lot of fun, and we left feeling confident that everything would be fine with the procedure. They have a spray on product which not only prevents infection but also helps to heal the sites in half the normal time. 😊

Myself and My Husband have purchased many things from our local Piercing Pagoda, the last items being a set of earrings for our child. While we were shopping the young lady behind the counter started telling us about their “Extended Service Agreement”and how it covered loss and damage. She said if 1 earring is lost bring in the remaining earring and they would replace it. This sounded great especially since they were a gift for a child. Well that definitely isn’t the case, it cover damage but not loss! It was a total lie to make the sell. Don’t waste your money on the extended service agreement, it doesn’t cover all that they tell you it does. Piercing Pagoda won’t get my business ever again!

Brought my daughter to the mall to get her ears pierced today. We went to a store that I wont mention their name, but they were dirty, couldnt walk through the store, and the employees were rude. We left and came across this place as we were walking out. They were FANTASTIC! They were nice, friendly, and best of all Fast!!!!! They also did both ears at once so it was over fast. I will always recommended to anyone that wants their ears pierced to come here instead of that other accessories store. THANK YOU!!

Olivia was a class act with Grade A customer service. She pierced both of my nieces ears and had no problem making sure the spots were marked right or with dealing with a squirmy 1 year old. GREAT JOB!

I did not receive an answer to my phone call so that I could inquiry about piercing services for my infant daughter. Thus I visited the location with my daughter and was turned away because the minimum age requirement is 4 months old. I visited today, now that my daughter is 4 months old and was told that no piercings were being done for the rest of the day. This is disappointing as it’s advertised that piercings are done all day, everyday.

My daughter and I both got our ears pierced, Oliva helped us and she was super sweet! She talked us through the process and was very patient with myself and my daughter. Highly recommend!!!!

Had appointments scheduled for girls to get ears pierced today. Not only they didnt notify me but act like it wasnt their problem. Not a 1st good experience.

Would totally recommend this place to anyone to get their ears pierced. The employees are very nice which made the experience easy and stress free. The sales associate i had was great and extremely friendly.

Such a good experience! I got my doubles pierced and the lady working was really nice and kept me calm when I was clearly nervous. Definitely would recommend!!

What ever you do , DONT GET PERICINGS HERE or anywhere that uses a pericing gun. You are putting yourself at high risk for infection, for awhile they allowed cartilage pericings , you should never perice your cartlige with a gun , it damages the cartilage. Claire’s or anywhere like this is not a place to get a pericing , they do not get the proper training and are not educated about pericings.

The people that work there are great with big stores closing around them and the store, looks like the floor !!! its easy to just walk by it !!! theres no bang in colors AT ALL I like the pink it adds to the eye, the poor manager needs a team!!!! poor girl covers for everybody yet no one covers for her shes by far the leader

Piercing Pagoda has quality products. The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. Products are a little pricey but you get what you pay for

Sold me a 22 inch rope gold chain well they said it was gold and my recipe says it’s 10k gold but when I got it checked it out was told it was plated! Very disappointed considering I’ve spent over 100$+ just to get something fake

I always get my ears pierced here. good service and also a good place to take kids getting their ears pierced for the first time.

Been scared to get my ears pierced but the staff here were kind and helpful throughout the whole piercing, I definitely recommend getting your ears pierced here!

Both mine and my moms piercing was crooked.mom had to have hers redone, but very nice staff.

Didnt really visit the Pagoda, just was walking past it in the Florence Ky Mall.

Says opens at 11 today. Here and no one is at store and is not open
