We went in today to get my 5 year old ears pierced. We were immediately welcomed by Java (store manager) while another associate was with a customer. We took care of the paperwork and they pierced her ears at the same time! They were fabulous and professional! Highly recommend to anyone, especially younger kids for ears piercing! Java is the perfect store manager! Will be back to purchase earrings for sure!!

I went in today to get my third hole piercing on my ear. I’m very familiar with piercings and even pierce my own ears sometimes. The only thing I have ever used is stainless steel for my piercings (both professional and non professional piercings) because it’s the only thing my skin will accept due to my skin being sensitive. The lady helping me refused to pierce my ear and told me “if I wanted it done I could come back and get someone else to do it”. I explained I can only use stainless steel with my ears and she still refused. Will not be coming back to this location!!!!

Stopped in to get my daughters ears pierced but had no luck most of the Claire store are always busy with people on the same mission. You need to expand your stores and start a appointment for only the ear piercing. That would put a lot in order and possibly be able to get more piecing. Thats not a personal attack on this store so please dont misunderstand me. The entire chain should do me it would be less confusing a while make other people happy..

My daughter is 7 and had her 1st Claires shopping trip. She LOVES the stuffed animals, hair accessories here. We accidently spilled drink and the staff were super nice about it and friendly. Will def go back.

Took my daughter to have her ears pierced today. She was nervous but Lindsey was very patient and did a great job!

Didnt specify the price of the earrings before piercing, all she said was You can pick from these. My mom payed $90 for earrings that the lady didnt specify the price of, but its too late because the earrings are already in my ears. Scammed. Be sure to demand prices before piercing because the lady wont tell you.Scam. Scam. Scam.

My 2nd lob piercing was pierced crooked , both sides werent even symmetrical. They put the back on too loose so it fell off and my piercing closed. I asked if they could redo just that ear and they tried to charge me TWO days after Id already paid $47 for a botched piercing . They are rip offs & have underage people doing raggedy piercings

Went in to have my ear repierced and the girl pierced the wrong hole. She was supposed to redue the top hole, she pierced the hole I took my earring out of!

I think this place is a complete rip-off. I spent a lot of money just for them to use a gun, damage my ear, and I had to take out my $90 single ear piercing 2 days later. Super disappointing and a huge waste of money. Go to another place for not only quality but better pricing.

Had my ears peirced here the woman was very kind as I was nervous, and she was very educated. My ears look great!

The store is full of beautiful and youthful attire, but the prices can hurt the adults that take their little ones shopping. Its not very good quality for the price
