Korupted Body Piercing

Very rude and unprofessional!!! I called trying to get information on their piercer and the office to bring my 2year old daughter to get her ears pierced. She told me she could not(was not aloud) tell me how long the piercer has been piercing. Ummm maam yes you can and should. Is it okay if she or they are new yes everyone has to learn. But do I have a right to ask questions and find out if the place is actually really professional or if they are just bringing anyone in and teaching them the get certified. Very rude and unprofessional way of running a business! Learn how to converse with your clientele or do not manage a business because that is not it.

Lets just say very unprofessional on the website it say one price and they give you a whole other price at the place THEY HAVE UNDERAGE kids that work in their i would not GO HERE EVER AGAIN someone needs to shut this place down she shredded the paper you feel out right in front of you at any other place they keep documents! stay AWAY

Ive been going to Korupted for years and I have nothing but wonderful words to say about the young lady who helps me. She is patient, quick, and knows exactly what to do. 😁❤️

Made an appointment online and got the confirmation text and everything but when I went early for my appointment the lady was walking out the door saying she didnt have anymore appointments and was closed wayy before they actually close

New piercing shop with lots of potential. They don’t have a huge selection of body jewelry (gauge-wise they only have mostly 14g & 16g). The prices are extremely low though & the jewelry is high quality, so if you looking for a plain surgical steel barbell- this is the spot to go to. Also, the piercer that works there is the sweetest & has almost a decade of experience! She made me feel super comfortable & at home. She also has a real relaxed vibe & gentle hand when dealing with the piercing area. I can not say the same about the employees at the competing shop (Heat Street). The employees there made me feel like I was bothering them the few times I went there before finding Korupted. If your thinking of getting a piercing, Korupted is definitely the place to go.

She was so nice! Everything was fast. The paperwork was quick and the piercing was quicker. The process was fast and easy and virtually painless. I got my tongue pierced, my industrial l, and my nose and Ill be going back for my helix and cartilage. I highly recommend this place. Heat Street is expensive and they have nasty attitudes. I wish this place was around when I got my belly pierced. Dont waste your money anywhere else. Just go here!

First nose piercing was good. However when I went back a few weeks later to get the other side done she royally messed up. I paid for upgrade jewelry and same jewelry I had in other side AND WAS GIVEN CHEAP JEWELRY.. NOT EVEN SAME SIZE OR ANYTHING.. then she pierced them soooo uneven my nose looks WAP sided… I called for 3 WEEKS trying to get in touch with someone to have it fixed from the MOMENT I walked out of the business.. I have been ignored. Sumter location was supposed to be contacting me back but nothing… now I have keloids from low grade jewelry being put in and my piercing are extremely uneven…. You pay for what you get ….

Very friendly, clean, and would highly recommend. Took my daughter to have her ears pierced, and have no complaints at all.

They are not APP certified, have low quality jewelry, and generally have no idea what theyre doing. They do not autoclave their jewelry or needles which is absolutely necessary to steralize it, meaning if you get a piercing here it will not be sterile. Please go to Heat Street instead.

I paid for upgraded jewelry and got the cheap jewelry. Then tried to call up there and never got anybody. So I went to heat street. And they helped me out. My nose was so tender and sore bc of the cheap jewelry

These girls are quick and efficient!! I’ve used a different piercing place in Florence and waited almost 15 minutes before I even got pierced. Here I was in and out within 15 minutes even with 2 other friends with me getting pierced! The prices are amazing too: I got my helix pierced for only $25. They’re so clean too and had great piercing technique. I highly recommend

These ladies are awesome! They are knowledgeable, speedy, friendly, and so down to earth. I highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone feels welcome when they come in. I will be going back!

Got my dermal here. Was pretty cool for about 3 months .. went to Myrtle Beach to get it replaced (months later) and explained how they did it like a .. they used a punch which is very much so illegal in SC. The process at the new place was was different plus it was way more straighter than the other. The people at Korupted are cool but wouldn’t recommend.

The staff was very helpful and they were fast. The shop is big and inviting. They are cheaper than Heat Street which is a plus. I will definitely be back again.

I visited this place twice last week and today and This place is always closed. !!! Yes! I went during the business hours ..what’s the point of having a business and it’s always closed? Ok even if u have to, have a notice on the door to say hey we are temporarily closed or change of address because at this point I feel like y’all must have moved or something.

Its a giant empty room with one or 2 smaller cases of jewelry. It feels like they paid dhec off or something. Theres no way Id get pierced in a facility that has the vibe of someones dirty kitchen.

Arrived on a Saturday to get piercing looked at, had note on door saying on lunch from 2-3 , they never came back. Had my dermal done which was done wrong , and heard her whisper to other lady “I messed up” . If you’re looking for cheap go there, looking for professional I recommend heat street

Very clean, very friendly. BUT they pierced me incorrectly and said if they fixed it, it would still be as bad. (I have 18 years of piercing life under my belt and I am aware that a nipple is supposed to be pierced at the base not dead center) Again, super friendly and whatnot just maybe not the best shop if you want it done correctly.

The first time I got pierced it rejected the jewelry I had in my bell which is understandable but, for the second time I go there get it re-pierced the ring starts sinking in because of being incorrectly pierced. The piercing was on my stomach not my belly button never coming here again 🙄.

I asked for a double helix and the girl pierced it on my ear lobes and not on the cartilage part of the ear. Plus she didn’t even have the right equipment. The earring they used to pierce my ears wasn’t actually a stud piercing with the sharp pointy end. After the girl pierced my ear, it wouldn’t stop bleeding

I got my nipples pierced here and they pierced me incorrectly . My piercing was through my Areola NOT my nipple .. I had to get it taken out by another piercer (Heat Street) . I wouldn’t recommend this place .. DONT go here just Bc they’re cheap . Spend that extra money so you won’t have to waste money on removal and repiercing . I recommend Heat Street !!

Went in there to get my nose repierced. They were very fast and efficient. Half the price of Heat Street and still did a great job!! I would recommend!!

I have to say I left there my nose was still bleeding Im very upset that I walked out and there was blood coming down my face. The lines were extremely long. I do have to say that the lines were long because of the pandemic and they were only permitting three people at a time no children no additional people with you. I do have to say that the room that I walked into looked very clean.

I got my belly button done here which was AMAZING! it healed great! however when i got my surface tragus done it was pierced incorrectly with the wrong type of jewelry.
