The shop all around has very professional AND laid back vibes. FullBloom Tattoos always produces quality work and solid aftercare advice. All of the artists are very nice, respectful and all have a wide variety of styles. Brett, quite honestly has the most impressive portfolio Ive ever seen. The depth and detail he is able to create is unmatched and leaves me stunned Everytime.To anyone looking for the best tattoos around, this is the place.

Kait did a great job designing and tattooing my custom cicada tattoo! It was my first color piece and I absolutely love it. The shop atmosphere was great also. :)

When looking for a tattoo artist in the Fort Wayne area, I wanted an artist I could trust and was recommended Jeff Bloom! I was a little nervous at first because I had never worked with him but he was AMAZING! His personality made you feel at ease and his determination to make sure you left happy was everything. Jeff was great on being personable while also being comedic which really made me feel at home at their shop. I had a spine piece done that I am in love with. Highly recommend Jeff Bloom to all(-: (also everyone who works there is also a joy to be around as well)!

If you want an amazing tattoo, this place is it. All the artist are super talented. I go to Kait and she’s been amazing every time. Every time I have a question she’s always quick to respond. She is the first artist I truly have ever trusted. Always great vibes!

I am almost embarassed to leave this review, because I WASTED the talents of Tati Canaveral on ink I had to get because of lost bet! She was absolutely awesome though! And somehow managed to make a ridiculous tattoo look cool!

I have been getting tattooed by Jeff here since April 2021 and I have loved how they have turned out from the start. He’s polite and very communicative with clients in the design and scheduling process. His improvement over the months with the designs and his tattoos is amazing! Over really great and nice dude! Will continue to go here with my business.

Brett is as talented as they come. Wouldn’t trust anyone to tattoo or even design the pieces he has for me. Everything came out better than I could have envisioned. Needless to say Brett’s work is second to none. HIGHLY recommend getting on his books immediatelywhen he opens them again.

I drove up from Nashville, Tennessee to get tattooed by Bret and it didnt disappoint. The shop is super clean, everyone is extremely nice and welcoming and Bret is super professional. I was blown away by his time management and being prepared. Ive been to many tattoo appointments where you show up on time and dont actually start tattooing until an hour and half later. Follow his process and youll have no problem snagging an open date when they are released.

Received my fourth tattoo ever at this location and I will be returning! I am blown away by the customer service. Prompt responses from the artist while we were setting up plans for the tattoos!I was offered multiple times something to drink and was even given something to snack on. Which might seem like a big deal, but I am an absolute trashpanda and I was so excited for my tattoo I had forgotten to eat before my appointment. They even had great movies playing in the background!I would also like to add that the facility was the cleanest I have experienced in FortWayne I have multiple tattoos and even more piercings, and this one by far is the cleanest facility I’ve been in. On that note alone, the staff should take pride.My artist was Kait! I’m so happy with how my piece turned out, I wanted a permanent image of my dog, and I am blown away with the level of detail Kait provided. I can’t wait for the tattoo to heal and for warmer weather so I can wear shorts and show off this awesome piece of art.The studio was a fun atmosphere to spend a few hours in. Meeting other artists and seeing their work was a great way to pass the time.Sorry If I talked an awful lot! I had the greatest experience here, Jeff did this beautiful cicada for me, and did such an amazing job. They were all so nice there I couldn’t say a single bad thing, he was gentle, very communicative and made sure I was as comfortable as possible! It was a very clean environment and I loved the experience and the tattoo. He very clearly explained how to take care of it after and offered help if anything or any questions.His work is amazing, I’d recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll be recommending Jeff to everyone!🖤

My husband and I had an appointment with Kate and she was an absolute sweetheart she made you feel very welcomed and comfortable while getting tattooed. We sent her pictures of what we wanted and she added her own spin to them and they turned out 100x better than I could’ve imagined. I had a piece done by Kait, my first color piece. Studio was very clean and inviting, I really enjoyed my time there and already booked for another piece. They were very informative on aftercare and willing to answer any questions!

Bret has done several of my tattoos over the years, his skill has continued to flourish. Bret is one of the most talented artists I have seen. He has always been extremely professional, clean, and kind. My back is now been completely done by him and I LOVE IT! Also, after one session I spoke with Kait, who is incredibly sweet, and decided to do a tattoo with her as well. It was a very special tattoo to me and she has amazing line work and was awesome! I am super grateful to have been able too get tattoos by both of them.

Out of everyone Ive had work done by, Kait is by far the easiest artists to get in contact with and I never worry about not hearing back from her. I can go in with a specific design in mind, while also trusting that any creative freedom discussed beforehand will be better than I could envision. The color on my pieces has held up remarkably. The environment of the shop is very welcoming and as anxiety free as a tattoo experience can be. Kaits work continues to exceed my expectations and I couldnt recommend her enough.

This shop is FANTASTIC. Very friendly staff and all were more than willing to accommodate for the comfort of myself. I would highly recommend going here for your next piece. I was even offered snacks and got to pick what to watch on Netflix!! Overall a very satisfying experience and the tattoo healed very well with no problems at all!!

I cant say enough positive things about this shop! Kait did my tattoo for me, and its my favorite of all my tattoos (I have five total). I had a vision for what I wanted, and she went beyond my expectations! Before my appointment, we discussed what I wanted, and I sent her different ideas of what I was envisioning. She did a custom design, and it was better than I imagined! The colors are so vibrant - better than any of my other tats, and it still looks great. The shop was super clean, and the artists professional and friendly. Kaits work is superb, and she went over and above, to design exactly what I wanted. She saw my vision and made it a reality! I will be getting all my ink work done here, from now on.

Jeff Bloom tattooed my ear this morning & it is AMAZING. Explained everything fully before we got started. Made sure my stencil was placed perfectly & made the small changes to make it just right for me. Made the tattooing as pleasant as he could given the spot and when we were all done he gave me his professional opinion on adding the white (which really made it pop) I will definitely be back into the shop to see Jeff again!!

Great place to get a tattoo! Loved the atmosphere and Jeff (my artist) lemme watch whatever I wanted on the TV while I was getting worked on. The art on the wall of each artist was enough just to get me to want to come back! (My art was a coverup)

I got a tattoo here a while ago from one of the artists and they asked me to dry heal my tattoo. DO NOT dry heal your tattoo it will ruin it and it will be extremely faded. Luckily, I saved mine by not listening. Most of the people hired at this tattoo shop have only being doing tattoos for less then a year and the owner Brett or whatever his name is messes up people’s tattoos on purpose and gives them horrible healing advice.

Shop is not good at responding. I messaged them multiple times and they still to this day have not opened it. Disappointing because I heard really good things about the staff here. Dont put a Contact method out there that doesnt work for you.
