Great fantastic place! Rachel at the front was so helpful and polite. Really took the time to answer my questions and make my daughters feel comfortable. Then Matt(?) was so patient and kind with my youngest daughter. She had her ears pierced previously but had let them grow closed, Matt was able to taper them back open and save us time, money and healing length.We had previously stopped at Claire’s where it was going to be $65+ to get her ears pierced. 100% recommend

Took my daughter here for her birthday to get her ears pierced couldn’t ask for a cleaner place super nice and friendly. Staff would highly recommend this place to anyone will be returning.

Girl with long black unbrushed hair at front desk was just rude. she made us feel like we were dumb and had a big fat attitude for no reason. also she honestly doesn’t really know how to pierce and some how messes up… like a lot.

They went above and beyond for me. The jewelry I wanted was out of stock, and I was having a hard time deciding on something else. The girl up front actually went to the other location to get the jewelry I was in love with. I am so appreciative of that and I love my piercing!

I’ve gone to Joshua Gallant over 4/5 years as well as my daughter. We both have recommended him as well. However, with this last tattoo there has been lack of communication as in not showing up for scheduled appointments nor did I receive any notification he wasn’t coming in. He finished the cherry blossoms and told me to wait a couple weeks to finish the white on the blossoms so they would match the rest of my tattoo. I paid him $1600 for a tattoo that doesn’t match the rest of my arm. The issue is Josh stated to wait a few weeks and come back for the white. He doesn’t keep his word.I also paid for 1/2 day session and got maybe 2 hours out of it as he didn’t have a babysitter and I received no credit to the loss of those hours. It’s not about the money, it’s about the unprofessionalism of an artist not keeping to his word. Anyone who has tattoos wants a finished product and wants what they asked for.

I’ve gotten my snakebites, tongue and septum pierced here. Amazing employees that are extremely helpful and considerate. Healing process for all of these were very easy with little to no complications 🙌🏽. Anytime I want a new piercing, I know exactly where I’m gonna go!

Very cute tattoo. But I was quoted 60 to 80 dollars for my line tattoo (by the front desk worker). Then I get to the checkout and they rang me up at 160$, which if I knew before hand I would not have gotten the tattoo. (And then plus tip). It was good work but way over priced. It did feel sexist as we were a group of three women, and the artist whispered the price. I wish he would have explained why a lined tattoo is worth that price.

I just wanna say how friendly the front desk is! everytime i come in(which is a lot) they always remember and greet with a smile! All of the artist are all so welcoming! Joshua, Jake, Brock, Destiny, Ron have always done me up right. The last time i came here Joshua gave me a half priced tattoo of a bagel! But the reason is because i shared my bagel with him lol! always a blast when i walk in!

Bella pierced my kids ears , and also did my nose piercing. She was so sweet, my girls absolutely adored her. Bella was so extremely patient, as each one of my girls after they got the first one done , didn’t want to get the second right away. She did not rush, she made sure they were comfortable. She did a great job at explaining the process to my girls, so that they knew what to expect from start to finish! Afterwards they all even took a pic with her despite tears of being newly pierced for one!! Thanks so much for your knowledge and great job on our visit! I’ll definitely be using her in the future!! ❤️

We walked in for piercings this afternoon. We waited about 5 minutes and they got us right in. My son was super nervous to get his ears pierced, so I got a piercing to let him see the process. The sweet piercing girl was so nice and super quick. When it was my son’s turn, she encouraged him, made sure he was comfortable, and made the quickest work out of piercing his ears. The shop is clean, the front desk staff were great and we hope to set up a tattoo in the future.

This is a nice location. The staff are friendly and I have been seeing the same artist for all of my tattoos. It has a good atmosphere and grade A equipment for making sure it is done right! Would highly recommend!

Erick is by far my favorite, you can tell he really cares about his work and is a super chill dude. He’s done both the vines and flowers on my arm and I absolutely refuse to go to anyone else!

Today, I got my Conch Pierced by Jess (I think that was her name) She was so friendly and did a wonderful job. It dont even hurt. She gave wonderful advice for after care.I do wish they had more jewelry, as most of the options were out of stock. So I ended up with jewelry I wasnt a fan of. No worries, Ill change it in 6-8 weeks!

We had an excellent experience here! We were told to come here by other location . And thankful we did ! Everyone was super nice, personable, professional, and did an excellent job! My daughters were nervous and the gentleman who did all our piercings was excellent! I also got talked into by my daughters to get one so I chose the septum. Which btw only hurt briefly and really was not as bad as my daith or industrial by any means. Thank you again for the amazing service! We will definitely be back !

My husband, my friend and I all got similar memorial tattoos for a friend who passed away. We showed up there as walk-ins and Jake Wilfong was so nice and patient with us as we described what we wanted and even as I made a last minute change to mine. All the staff were so kind and friendly and the atmosphere was just very welcoming and relaxing. Thanks again Jake!

Caleb did an amazing job with my wrist tattoo. Very patient, thorough and changed the design a couple times to make it exactly what I wanted. Very detailed coloring and very professional. I absolutely love my tattoo and will definitely have him do my next one!

Went with my friend to get a tattoo behind her ear and the whole time we were there he kept saying “oh I do this everyday; I know what I’m doing; I’ll make it prettier; trust me.” Everything he did she didn’t ask for and/or want. My friend asked for a simple flower behind the ear with light shading. He practically filled in the flower and added white which is not what she wanted or asked for AT ALL. He was so rough with her that he was shoving her face into the seat, then proceeded to hit her hat to tell her he was done. He had a picture of exactly what she wanted when we started and didn’t do that at all. He made everything so dark that she literally left the store crying bc she hates what is PERMANENTLY on her body for the rest of her life. We are not pleased at all with the service we received. Would not recommend our artist (kique) at all. Will not be going back! I would’ve left 0-5 if it was an option.

Brock was amazing today!! I got a piercing I was slightly anxious about. He talked to me like we’d known each other forever, made me feel super comfortable…breathe in….breathe out…done! And we’re planning a tattoo touch up and a new piece for my spine!!

A horrible place for piercings! i had to pay $50 for a regular ear cartilage piercing, which is way over priced. then they used a Sharpie marker straight on the skin, which they use on every person! unsanitary much?? the piercer was very slow and hesitant when doing it and it took over a minute just for him to get the needle through a small amount of cartilage. the stud they used was way too small and had no swell room.. it also had the tiniest stud! my ear ended up swelling and the stud was swallowed by my ear tissue due to swelling and pure negligence of the piercer. i ended up having to switch the piercing out myself because it was stuck inside my ear and wouldnt heal.. im just lucky that im a heavily pierced person and had a larger jewelry to replace it with. another thing that kinda put me off was that they were taking pictures of me and my child without any permission!! i will never recommend this place or be back.

They were awesome as soon as I walked in the door. Answered all of my questions, and are super laid back people. I went on Friday to get a piercing and everyone was so helpful. Bella did my piercing and she was outstanding. She kept making sure I was okay, and she listened to me blab about my life. She made me comfortable and confident throughout the entire procedure. I will definitely be back for my next piercing!

Josh as my tattoo artist. He did an amazing job. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. He was very nice and very professional. I could tell he wanted to accommodate what I wanted and wanted to do the best he could to assure that I had an awesome tattoo. It was a great experience

We booked with Josh at Grade A in March 2021. We had a vision and we described it to him. He designed it and it came to life. We are now doing his second session. Josh has been great and is very professional. Will be booking with him again.

I got my ears pierced and I have stretched ears, so placement is super important. Bella had done my piercings, she was great. Perfect placement first time. Quick, very kind and polite. I dont want to use the term amazing bedside manner because thats more a hospital thing haha but she was great. If you go in for piercings, for sure see if Bella can do it.

First time ever coming here, and i loved everything about it! i got my belly button pierced and it was super quick, reasonable pricing ($50 even, with jewelry included) the staff was extremely nice, had a very welcoming vibe. the very nice lady who did it made sure i liked it, let me know when she was gonna do it, made sure i was okay, and informed me on the aftercare. will definitely be coming back for any future piercings!

Had two tattoos done on the same day by Jake Wilfong and they turned out great. Fantastic linework and saturation. Rachel and the other front desk attendants were friendly and polite in scheduling and payment. Overall great experience and will certainly have more done by him.

This was my first professional tattoo. We picked out what we wanted, and then later on we came back and got them done. Jeremy was a good dude, it was a little painfull not gonna lie. But he was good. Will be back for more work in the future.

We had Ron do wedding anniversary tattoos his line work is awesome. We did have to wait a while we had an appointment at 3 and did not start until 4 but quality work takes quality time so the wait was worth it

Just got pierced here and my piercers were very professional and nice and everything turned out great and even! Would recommend.

I had a scheduled consultation with Grade A in the mall, which the store didnt open until a half hour after my scheduled time. I met with the receptionist and she told me that I could be seen same day and talked up three separate artists. We agreed on one of them, who she said was very personable and would knock my tattoo out of the park. I showed back up that evening for my appointment and was told that the artist I was supposed to work with was running behind and that I would have a different artist. I agreed, since it was my first tattoo and didnt know the protocol, and went back. When I got the first stencil made, it was only half of the tattoo I sent them pictures of that morning. When I asked the tattoo artist if he would add the line work in that it was missing, he agreed and took a sharpie to my arm and began to draw in the lines that I wanted. I stopped him and told him that I wanted another stencil done, so that the lines were straight and it was exactly what I wanted. He begrudgingly agreed. When I came in that evening, I asked for a price estimate, which the front desk told me to ask the artist. When I asked the artist, he told me that I would need to ask the front desk. When I went back up, the front desk asked a third party tattoo artist, who made a price up on the spot. The tattoo itself looks very nice and I dont have any qualms. However the service and interactions with the staff were dismal and I will not be returning for future tattoos.

Timmy did my tattoo and my moms tattoo. He did an amazing job on our tattoos. He was very kind and he assured me that he would do his absolute best on our tattoos (which he did awesome!) this is a very sentimental tattoo and I’m so happy he was the one that did our tattoos for us! We were a walk-in and he was very happy to take us! This is my second time getting tattooed here and I will definitely be back in the future for more! I got a navel piercing yesterday by Bella. She was so sweet and made the experience very enjoyable. It looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier.

Timmy is my go to at Grade A. I’ve followed him from Clinton to the mall. He has done everything from a 15 minute to 6 hour session with me. He most recently did a memorial tattoo for my 5 year old cousin who passed away. The tattoo is flawless. I cried when I got to my car because it was so beautiful and represented my sweet girl so well. I recommend Timmy to anyone who wants any type of piece as he is a diverse artist who can do anything. I will always go back for him!

They were great! I was seen quickly and my piercer did a great job. It’s not quite lined up with my old piercing like I wanted, but overall he did a great job and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a piercing. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with Grade A.I got my first tattoo a little over a year ago with Josh. His watercolor work is absolutely stunning and I get so many compliments almost every day.Destiny did my girlfriends tattoo a couple months ago. She was super sweet and super personable to both my girlfriend and I. Though I dont have any of her work on me at the moment, I absolutely will be booking with her for my next tattoo.Today I went in for a quick conch piercing with Bella. She did a fantastic job and I am literally so obsessed with it. She literally made me feel so welcome and at ease the whole time I was back with her.

Hard to gauge my experiences here. I had my daughters get piercings here (one of them got a nose piercing the other got an industrial.) They got these piercings around 3 months ago and we’ve come to find out the industrial was pierced completely wrong and she didn’t have the anatomy for it in the first place despite having asked the piercer to check. It was pierced too high up with the jewelry resting directly against the flat. Slightly irking considering the price of the piercing and jewelry. She now has a permanent scar on her ear from where the jewelry was sitting. Unfortunate because all the other piercings they’ve gotten here look great and healed well.

We went in on a whim to see if my husband and I could get our noses pierced together. The gentleman that signed us in was very nice. Bella was the one who did the piercings for both of us. She was informative and very pleasant through the whole experience. Would highly recommend coming here.

Took my 8year old in for her first ear piercings. She was super excited. Marco was fantastic. He asked her how she wanted to do it. They did a 3 second count down. And did the second ear less than one minute after. Clean, professional, and considering the business context, extremely kid friendly. (I have a Grade A tattoo for 20 years ago.) All of my experiences have been nothing but good! I’ve had issues with swelling around the last two piercings I got done and they were more than welcome to change the jewelry out with no issue. Every piercer makes you feel comfortable and goes your speed. Would absolutely recommend and it’s one of the only places I trust for piercings!

If you are going to get a tattoo at this location choose destiny!! She is my tattoo artist and she does an amazing job every single time. She is super nice and easy to work with, she has done all my tattoos let alone my first ever tattoo and did so great I wanted more after that! She did an amazing cover up for my cousin Lydia who had a very horrible looking butterfly on her shoulder which after she was done tattooing me she was all on bored with doing a cover up for Lydia. She also does free touch ups in the 3 month period of getting the tattoo done which is super nice. She has a very nice clean space and I think it’s nice that you aren’t being watched by other people and have a wall on each side and having that privacy. I wouldn’t wanna go to any other tattoo artist other then destiny I definitely recommend her!

I went here for my first tattoo,just a simple cross on my wrist. Making sure it was straight was really important to me, and it took probably 8 tries (30 minutes) to get the stencil placed to my liking. Josh was super patient and kind and didn’t make me feel bad for being picky. He was really awesome! Ive also had jewelry changed here and Esteban is super nice!

I had gotten work done by Ralph at their other location on June 6th. I had called a few days ago to schedule a free touch up as some of my thin lines are already fading, jutting out, and quite frankly, aren’t even straight. I had received a phone call today telling me that Ralph would be at the Glenbrook location during the time of my appointment and to head there instead. I had arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, which was at 4:30, and Ralph wasn’t even there. He had eventually shown up a little after 5 and proceeded to ask me what needed touched up (which was stated above) and he responds with “that’s kind of nit picky, honestly, but I can go over it again if you want the lines to be thicker,” which was incredibly rude. Not only did I not get my touch up, but I was treated poorly after having to wait an extra 40 minutes for him. In my opinion, I get to be picky over something that’s going to be on my body forever. I would rather pay for a touch up than to ever return to this artist again.

Bella was amazing! Went in after an 11 hour work day to get my daughter’s nose pierced so I was praying we wouldn’t have to wait a long time. Bella got us in and out in 10 minutes. Wow, just wow. I went into Grade A Tattoo and Body Piercing thinking Id get a simple tattoo or piercing, but I left feeling like a walking masterpiece. The artists there are like Michelangelo, but instead of painting the Sistine Chapel, theyre painting your body. The only downside is that now Im constantly getting stopped on the street by people who want to take pictures of my stunning artwork. But hey, I guess thats just the price you pay for being a Grade A customer!

Phenomenal experience and phenomenal work!!!I have had three tattoos done here and honestly cannot recommend this place enough. My two latest ones have been done by Ron who is a wonderful artist. He is a really nice guy, extremely conscientious and amazing at what he does. Everyone at the shop is very welcoming and passionate about what they do. This is the place to get a tattoo done if you live in Fort Wayne or anywhere nearby, for that matter!!

Last year I went to Grade A to get my nose, and my second cartilage done. They did a FANTASTIC job! I have never had any problems or infections with either of them. And today I went back to get my conch done. Very very nice experience, was smooth and quick. Everyone there is so professional and very reasonable with pricing. I was a walk in both times. Last year I came when they were pretty busy and it only took about 10 minutes of waiting. Today it only took a few minutes. Absolutely love going there. Will definitely be back for some more piercings in the near future!

I took my daughter here today for her 18th birthday to get her first tattoo. I was a little skeptical about it being in the mall but I was highly impressed. Jake was the artists name I think and he was so nice and patient with her. He was very professional as well as the rest of the staff. The guy up front was so polite on the phone and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this place! Great service!

I had the best experience at Grade A. Starting with the booking process (thank you, Nate) through three sessions of work on an amazing shoulder piece done by Josh. I was a walk-in and they saw me immediately and the Artist did an amazing job working with what I wanted plus my tattoo has healed great! the staff is friendly and great to chat with I will definitely come back after quarantine. they have an $80 shop minimum and you can pay with cash or card. good atmosphere.

Been going there with my wife we both got our first tattoos there been there ever since. Jake is friendly does great work and very clean and sanitary. Highly recommend. The only thing is the front desk is slow or doesnt communicate with staff. Same with phone calls never got call back from a quote. Otherwise highly recommend

Took my daughter to get her belly button pierced last weekend. They were so quick and professional. She was super nervous before we got there but they were sooooo good that really helped her thru it!!! Def recommend!!

The entire staff was super friendly. The guy that did my piercing was really good. This is the third time Ive had this piercing (first time from this place) and not even 24 hrs after and I dont feel any pain like I did the last ones and it looks great! I will definitely be going back when I want to get my tattoos as well.

I got my industrial done but I ended up loosing consciousness a little bit. The piercer was so helpful! She fanned me so I could cool down and even got me a cold towel to put on my head. Made me feel super comfortable and much better! Super professional. 100% recommend getting anything done here theyre always so nice !

Ischeduled an appointment with an idea in my head of what I wanted. The ladies at front desk looked at what I was thinking about and both said Ralphie would be awesome at that! I took their advice and booked the appointment with him without seeing his artwork. I had an idea in my mind of what I wanted and Ralphie sat down with me and we created something Im super proud of! He was cool, creative and helpful through the entire process! I have other tattoos and have ended up some what disappointed in the way they turned out. I finally have an awesome tattoo that I want to show people and be happy with whats on my body! I will be returning to Ralphie for all my future work!

I had Destiny do several pieces for me and she was fantastic!!! She did everything is a timely manner I get compliments on every piece she has done! She was friendly and always willing to help you work out an idea so that it turns out exactly how you want. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

Got my helix and conch pierced by Mark today and it was an amazing experience! He watched my body language and pierced my ear at the perfect moment each time, so I could tell he truly cared. I will now highly recommend him for piercings :)

I got my belly piercing from a guy who worked there and he did not do a good job it fell out after a week. I went to the same guy to get my cartilage done and after a week I think it is infected. I recommend getting piercing done by a woman next time for reasons; that this guy did mine fast and was not so friendly.

Bella Mertz did my nose piercing and was so nice during the process! It’s been about 2-3 weeks since I got it done and it’s been healing fast and hasn’t gotten infected yet! She was super gentle and fast! Definitely would recommend her for your piercing needs!

My fiance and I walked in on a Sunday for a tragus and rook for me and a septum piercing for him and the place was packed, but Rachel was able to get us in super fast.Angelo performed our piercings and he and everyone else were quick, and very easy to talk to. I went and got my navel pierced here a few days ago. Everything seemed alright and clean. I got home and looked at piercing and realized he had completely missed my navel. The jewelry sits about twice as high as it should. Im very upset because I was so happy to finally get this piercing done. I have taken it out and now I have to wait for it to heal before I can get it re-pierce. Will not be going here again. I knew I should have stuck with my piercer, Jacob, at Anchor Down Tattoo in Syracuse.

I gave Destiny an idea and let her expand on it ... I could never of imagined the beautiful idea she came up with .. super proud to show off my ink and refer everyone to her ... can not wait for our next session together!! When placing the tattoo before inking started, they made absolutely sure that I wanted it in the exact spot. The price they charged was quite reasonable, too. Quality work by a professional artist. Ive had my nose and septum pierced here and Esteban did both of them. They are absolutely amazing! They made the process so quick and kept asking me if I was ok the whole time. It was my first tattoo and Ron was my artist. Everyone was very friendly when I walked in the receptionist and Artist were all down to earth I got a scripture on my thigh with birds and I LOVE the writing and design absolutely phenomenal work. Better than I expected and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. I wish I could have tipped Ron better and he really worked with me on pricing great artist and great shop I will definitely be returning for future work 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The tatoo came out great. I was a walk in but I called ahead. The person they assigned me to was not very friendly and rarely talked to me. He also had his headphones in and was talking to someone else on the phone the whole time. I find that very unprofessional. The final product of my tatoo was great but the experience I had was not very respectful.

I had an Amazing experience at Grade A Tattoos. I paid a very acceptable price for a tattoo and got so much more than I expected. The tattoo turned out AMAZING and I was there for a few hours worth of work and everyone treated me like an old friend. It was a great experience. I told Jeremy what I wanted and he knocked it out of the ball park. This tattoo of my dog looks more like my dog than the picture he used to draw up the tattoo.

I decided to get something for my aunt who passed away about a year ago. She loved cherries and her lucky number was 13. Jacob did my tattoo and he was so good and professional. He was very very clean and made sure it was perfect. I think my aunt would’ve loved this tattoo

I got my nose pierced at a different shop and after leaving that shop i realized how much i hated the jewelry i chose - a hoop. it was just very large and gaudy. i stopped in Grade A asking if they could switch it out for an L bend stud and they were so nice about it! their piercer who switched it out for me was super nice and made it quick and easy for me. i don’t remember his name but he was young with curly hair. THANK YOU! i love it so much better now !

Ralph Burnett was a pleasure to work with. He listened to exactly what my wife and I wanted and got it drawn up and right in to get tattooed. Highly recommended going to see him at grade a. Definitely will work with him again.

I’ve gone to Grade A for three of me ear piercings, I’m relatively new to it and they have been great each time. I had Esteban for all three of them and he always made sure to ask if I was okay throughout the process and make sure I was comfortable and confident with the placement!

I have been following Destiny on social media for awhile now and have seen all the amazing work she has done, and every single piece of art work she does comes out AMAZING. Her line work is perfect, and she isn’t afraid of a challenge. Anything she works on comes out better than expected and I personally would recommend her to anyone looking for a good artist!

My daughter got her septum pierced incorrectly at a different business. She tried to tell them she wanted it in the tip of her nose; however, they became very agitated with her questioning them, so she just left. The following day she went to Grade A. Two of their employees examined the piercing and confirmed it was too far back. She was having difficulty removing it, so they even assisted getting it out. Very courteous, professional, and safe environment. Thank you and good job!

Honestly 5 stars is not enough. I got a surprise tattoo from destiny and the amount of work she put into my tattoo was amazing. She was insanely gentle with me and told me great stories while recieving my tattoo. She was beyond amazing and confidently i deel as if i found my permanent tattoo artist. My tattoo artist was Paul E. Ester. I have had three other artists. Paul is absolutely my favorite. I will recommend and use his services again. He had nothing but manners and respect from beginning to end. He made sure he knew what I wanted, and also had ideas to make it better. Great work, at a fair price!

This is my 3rd tattoo from Grade A and Ive had a positive experience every time. Each time Ive had a different artist and all 3 were professional, friendly and absolutely EXCELLENT at their job. Will be going back for more ♡ Joe did the tattoo for me that symbolized my kids and Vay did the rose on my shoulder blade. The detail and shading done on my rose was stunning.

I got my piercing in April and had issues with it all the way through October. I googled and did everything I could possibly think of to get rid of the infection. Mind you, I moved to Columbus so I couldn’t just pop in to get it checked out. I even went to a doctor and got antibiotics. I realized that the bar was probably too short for my nipple piercing. Finally, I had a chance to go back to this location. Bella is the one who helped me and she was incredibly kind and understanding. I was mostly afraid of going in and feeling dumb for not thinking that was the issue in the first place. She got me in and I was out within 10 minutes. Thank you so much Bella! Best experience so far at this location and I will be back.

I have only ever gone to Ralph Burnett, he has always gone above my expectations for the tattoos I’ve gotten, is always talking to me while he tattoos me, always answers the few questions I have. And has wowed me with his skills. I highly recommend him. He’s my go to guy ❤️

Long story short I spent a pretty penny on work that was NEVER completed nor done as best work from Ryan Hadley. If y’all were to see his work he’s done prior & after mine you’d see this is not quality!! I contacted him, his assistant Nate AND the owner Clyde to make this right. Yet, they wanted an additional $400 or another artist to fix and finish it but I’d still have dish out more more money regardless. Clyde never got back to me except to tell me Nate would. Ryan ended up blocking me via phone and msgr. I’ve reached out several times not trying to cause a scene or publicize it. Well my patience is done and I will be following through with taking it to court as promised!!I must say Jeremy & Lanch have also done work on me as well and they did amazing!! So I hate this rating will affect them.

I got a great tattoo of a very realistic looking bald eagle with an American flag behind it. My tattoo artist was Joshua Gallant. He did a great job and gave me great customer service. 100% would recommend getting a tattoo here.

Jake Wilfong did my first tattoo and it was such a good experience. I’m pretty afraid of needles and he was really good at working to calm me down. I’ve gotten four more after that and each one was just as good as the first, albeit less terrifying. He does a really good job doing the art and you can tell he loves his job.For anyone getting their first tattoo in any shop, eat a meal before your appointment (I usually do some mix of protein and carbs), bring snacks if you can, and some water to keep yourself hydrated.

Estaban Rodriguez was my piercer. He did both my daiths! He did an awesome job! It was an amazing experience! Little to no pain. He was fast and efficient! The front desk was very courteous and helpful! I will be a return customer!! Thank you again!!

Our appointment was set for 3:30, we werent seen until 5:40. We were also told it might be $80 total after the $60 deposit. We were not charged that! We were charged 140+the deposit. The tattoos look great! And they were very professional but... to be told one thing and get charged another, and with that wait time. Also the aftercare we were told differed from the email that was sent. Very confusing.

Got an overpriced tattoo, color already fading after a few months, asked them to fix it, never called me back, paid $400 for something Im paying $150 to be redone the right way! Terrible way to run a business. They obviously dont care about their customers! Wont be back!** edit** lol , have to write a reply to your response here, so after two months of waiting to hear from you, an hour after I leave a review you finally call, you had TWO MONTHS to get back with me and do the right thing and didnt!I got my first tattoo there from Ralph and am very happy with it, he did great work, the guy that did my other one obviously uses sub par ink and hasnt been tattooing very long. For the price you charge youd think youd hire more experienced help. As I told your employee on the phone Im not wasting any more time waiting to get thus hack job fixed, funny how at another tattoo parlor its only going to run me $150 to go over the whole thing, not the $400 I paid there! So thanks to you guys Ill have over $550 in this tattoo , its a shame you ignore your customers, because I wouldve been back to get more tattoos from Ralph, like I said he is the reason I came back, its a shame he was busy that day.

I scheduled my tattoo with Josh in March of 2021. I knew what I wanted and explained to him what I wanted. Our first session he designed itWithin the first 2 hours and the we started. I am here at my second session with him finishing it. Will be booking with him again.

I got 2 piercings a few weeks ago and my one fell out. I went to Grade A to get it put back in as I couldn’t do it myself. I had Bella when she initially pierced them and she put my piercing back in for me. She was absolutely amazing and didn’t charge me! I am always going to come back!

My entire family (myself, my wife, and my daughter) went to get piercings in our ears. My wife had called ahead, but they said that they allowed walk-ins for piercings. The environment was welcoming, and Esteban did our piercings. It was very quick and he was really good with our daughter, who became very nervous.My wife accidentally unscrewed the top of one of her new studs the next day. When I went to buy replacements, Esteban recognized me and gave me a spare pair without a charge.

Waited over an hour past my appointed time, no apologies only being told itd be 15 more minutes three times. Artist was unprofessional and rushed - charged me 240 for a half hour of work that came out crooked because he was going as fast as possible so he could leave. On multiple occasions he told other co-workers he had already mentally checked out while he was working on my tattoo. Paid what I owed and gave a fair tip, didnt complain cause I didnt want the confrontation, so they got everything they wanted from me except my repeat business. I dont know what I was thinking getting a tattoo in a mall; I should have walked out as soon as I saw no one was wearing masks.

Most of the workers were very nice, and the piercing went really smooth. The worker who did my piercing was quiet and demanding and I didn’t really enjoy that. But aside from that the place is very genuine and professional.

I had the most degrading experience at this shop this week. I had gone in a couple of weeks ago for a consultation and scheduled a tattoo for 5:30 p.m. on Friday May 6th. When I got there I was told that the artist was running behind. 20 minutes turned into over an hour so I rescheduled for today. When I got there today at 2:30 I was told again he was running behind. They told me 20 minutes ...20 minutes later turned into 45 minutes.When I asked for my refund they just threw $60 on the counter and I said no I want it on my card. Tattoo artist came out and convinced me to stay. So I stayed and hour later I go up to the counter and the guy says I just refunded your card.I left furious. I no sooner got in my car when the tattoo artist called me and said hey I just got done with my previous job I was getting ready to get you in. I said....look I made it clear when I made this appointment I needed to be in at 2:30 so that I could be out for a job that I had to be at at 4:45. I was tired of waiting I was tired of the running around...then the tattoo artist had the balls to tell me that I had the attitude. Funny. I dont think thats an attitude being angry about waiting over 3 hours over the course of 2 days and rescheduling. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and rude.Most unprofessional experience Ive ever had.

A few months ago (Augest) I got my first cartilage Piercing. The place was very clean and welcoming, the guy that did my ears was very funny and great at conversation, I’ll give them that. The reason I gave two stars is because I chose to go there and spend an extra $15 from what I could have done cheaper somewhere else. The guy didn’t show me where he put the dots for the piercing like they usually do and proceeded to pierce, now that wouldn’t be an issue if the piercing wasn’t placed too close to my second lobe piercing compared to the space between my first lobe piercing. It was so bad I had to take out my second lobe piercing and let it heal (thank goodness it wasn’t fully healed) and now I’ll have to get it redone so it’s all spaced evenly. That was not a huge issue for me, extra money on piercings after this is healed. Oh well. My main issue I just noticed is my piercing is very crooked on my right ear and keeps getting infected and it doesn’t want to heal right. I’m very disappointed to say the least, because first hand they seemed like a fun and very professional place :(

I have been to Grade A multiple times for ear piercings and tattoos. No complaints until recently. I got my navel pierced and it was my stomach that was pierced, rather than my navel. Nearly 6 months later it hasn’t healed and I am unsure of what to do. This is the only issue I have had with the piercings, but still it is unfortunate.

Vay is AWESOME! Great personality! It was my third tattoo and my daughter’s first one. We got matching and they definitely match! We LOVE them! We’ll definitely be back to see Vay!

First tattoo, from wrist to elbow, very detailed. After spending an hour trying to determine just the right placement. He nailed it !! beautiful job. The script was easy to read. The characters were easy to recognize. I cant comment on the value because I did not shop around. All I can say is that it turned out much better than what I imagined and hope to do business with them again.

Not my first coming to Grade A, each time on a Walk-In basis. They took me and drew up what I wanted and what also looked good. Ralph, definitely dope artist, cool down to earth guy. His work speaks for itself.

I walked in with an idea....And these guys took off with it. What started as a quote for 4-5 hours and 500 bucks cost me 400 and took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Ralph did a damn fine job and made sure I got exactly what I liked. I will be back for my next piece and I will be sure to recommend this place to all my friends. Most impotantly, they did a good job with my 11 year olds ear piercing. The place is clean and well located. Front desk staff was super friendly, piercer, not so much. Also, prices are not posted, so it seemed like an arbitrary number.

This is my third tattoo by Grade A and my husbands second. I think the shop is great and the staff is awesome. Jeremy did an amazing job on me and my husbands last tattoo and Vay did great on my first two. Alan is awesome as well and he did my husbands first intricate and large tattoo. I❤GradeA!

Go somewhere else, this place stole $1000 and cost me today’s and a hotel stay. I got a text from Aric after my first review and he told me Clyde the owner is not happy with how I was treated and will make it right with me. Three weeks later and multiple text asking for a meeting and nothing, they ghosted me. Take my advice and go somewhere else for a tattoo...this is my forth tattoo all at different places and every other business I was treated, fair, safe and respect and Grade A Epically failed in every area, if this was my business I would fire Aric and Allen and I am super disappointed that Clyde the owner never talked with me. Worst customer service in my 40 years on this earth!!!

Was way over charged for a small flower that probably was 80 spent 200+ on it. Before that put a dep. On another tattoo states 48 hour notice to cancel to get dep. Back well screw your dep. If you are wanting it back it doesnt happen.I believe word of mouth gets business. well the only words I am spreading is dont go here!Not impressed at all

Destiny did a small carnation tattoo behind my ear, she was sooo sweet and so fun to talk to. I was nervous because I hadn’t been tattooed in 3 years and she calmed my nerves so quickly and gave me the reassurance I needed. The detail was SOOO good and i’m absolutely obsessed.

The best place to go! Ralph Burnett is super dope with his work it’s super clean and looks amazing. He’s also funny and makes you feel comfortable so you leave satisfied. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I went in looking for a labret stud, and after waiting 10 minutes they tried to sell me a size/metal I cant use without even asking me. Another 10 minutes later the receptionist (not even the piercer) finally let me know they have literally no jewelry in the size I need, which seems highly unlikely. Completely unhelpful waste of time.I wanted to add, the piercer came out twice and never spoke to me, in spite of piercing people who came in after I did. I also asked about other shapes of jewelry (rings, nose bones) but was told that they had no 18g jewelry of any shape, size or material. The other location was never mentioned.

Piercings were done very professionally and very well! Very pleased with the service we received!! Daughter got her septum peirced and I got my tongue pierced. Received such good service that I came back and got a dermal peircing a few days ago. I came back today to get my second dermal peircing! I love this place! I am quite addicted!! I will definitely be back for more peircings! Only thing I didnt like is I got told one price on phone, paid a different price the first dermal peircing and a different price the second dermal peircing.

We had waited a hour after our Scheduled appointment. The guy in the front of store said he didnt see us. But heKept looking at us. Then the guy from the front desk had informs us our tattoo artist wasnt going be coming back. So we had to get another artist. The artist kept aguring with my friend with the price and our design of our tattoos. I have been to many tattoo shops in my life, I have many tattoos, this guy was very heavy handed. He nearly knocked over the table when he was trying to wiping down my arm to prep. He wasnt friendly at all. The next day after getting my tattoo there is brusing underneath from the amount of pressure he applied while giving me my tattoo. I am never going here again. I am not happy with the staff of this tattoo place how unprofessional the staff are.

Annika was fantastic! She went at my pace for all four of my piercings, was very knowledgeable and most of all very friendly. I will definitely be back in about 6 weeks to get the other piercings we talked about. :)

Receptionist was very rude. She seemed to be trying her hardest to get me to go to the Clinton location. She also argued that my piercing wasn’t as old as it was when she definitely wasn’t the piercer. When I did get my piercing done there in November I was very satisfied with the piercer, he made me feel very comfortable and was a good conversanalist. No jelwery options though. I would just follow their advise and go to Clinton

One of my piercings is uneven, he left blood on my nose and didn’t clean it and I mean he did his job but it just felt really weird and after a while I realized that was kinda rude

I went in to have 6 one inch Nordic runes tattooed on my arms. The artist was an hour late even showing up to the shop. Went back and he sketched my right arm. Then told me $250 per arm. I dont care if you are the best shop in town $ 500 for 6 one inch tattoos is ridiculous and a rip off.

Super professional and friendly, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The piercer, Vincent, answered all of my questions about the procedure and the aftercare, and he did such a great job - very little pain and it looks amazing! Would recommend them to anyone.

Joshua Gallant did this amazing Cardinal tattoo in memory of my father and to cover my two port scars from chemotherapy. It’s almost a year later and I’mstill madly in love with it. I can’t wait to get another from Joshua.

I got my dimples pierced by Annika and it was a wonderful experience. She made sure the we’re straight and that I 100% liked them before she pierced them and she made things very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone else was also so nice. 10/10 recommend this place.

My son just graduated from the toughest program in the military. He was unexpectedly on leave for a few short days before his deployment so I wanted to get a tattoo while he was on leave to commemorate his huge accomplishment. I checked the reviews and then I called Grade A to see if they had openings in their Glenbrook mall location as I only had 2 days to get this done and I was told they did and I needed to come down after 1pm when an artist would be available. So my son and daughter-in-law and I walk in and the guy at the front desk is on his phone. He asks if he can help me while hes on the phone talking to someone else. I start to explain what I want and the guy listens for a second and goes back to talking on the phone. It sounded like he was ordering supplies. He then tells me to go ahead and explain what I want while hes on the phone. I start talking again and he goes back to talking on the phone. I stop talking and tell him nicely I am just going to have a seat until he is off the phone and can talk to me. In the meantime the person I originally talked to comes out. He listens to what I want and then tells me I need to go to their other studio on Clinton as they cant do that kind of tattoo there (I wanted an ankle chain). When I tell him hes the one who told me to come there he explains he needed to see what I wanted and that they dont do those kind of tattoos at that location but then asks the guy on the phone if he can do my tattoo. He says he can while still talking on the phone. So I am told to email the pics of what I want to them which I promptly do. I am also told I can get it done right there and they can do it now. A third guy comes out who acts like he is totally wasted. My daughter-in-law comments that I shouldnt get a tattoo from someone who is stoned. I am there 25 minutes. I ask at this point who owns this business. Phone guy is still on the phone. When every one goes to the back, the other guy comes out and walks up to me and my son (we are standing at the door) and whispers to us you dont want a tattoo here - trust me go to our other shop. When their own employees are telling you not to go there you know its bad. Very unprofessional! I missed the opportunity of having my son be with me while I get a tattoo in his honor before he goes off to defend our country. Something we talked about and planned for over 2 years. A horrible first experience. The owner definitely needs to rethink what he has going on there. There are too many other professional shops in Fort Wayne!In response to the owners comment, I was never told about a realism tattoo. I was told as I said to go to the other shop. I was ok with that. I wanted a good tattoo.Then phone guy said he could do it and had time right then. So I emailed pics. Then phone guy walked away and ignored me still talking on the phone. I didnt write this review to criticize. It was a horrible experience. I see the positive reviews so obviously they have talented people working for them and this is not to discredit those employees. This was my honest experience. Hopefully the owner can take constructive feedback, quit making excuses for his employees that are not being truthful with him, apologize to the customers with similar experiences and right the ship.

Ive never had a bad piercing experience until my most recent visit. Ive had my nose pierced there twice and loved it. Last week I went in for a tragus and rook piercing. When I walked in I felt uncomfortable because the staff looked as if they werent interested in helping me. When I went back to get my piercings the guy who did them seemed very stressed and unorganized. As he started to do my piercing he forgot the cork and had to stop he then dropped the jewelry and had to go get more. When he went to pierce my rook and only went halfway through and said his hand slipped and needed to do it again, it was one of the slowest most painful experiences. Then he dropped the needle in my shirt and picked it up and kept putting it in my rook because he couldnt get the jewelry in. Then I paid and meant to tip $10 and accidently tipped $30 when I went back in to ask for the $20 I accidentally tipped they argued with me.

Destiny did amazing on my tattoo. She was professional, easy to talk to and made sure I understood what she was doing throughout the process. I highly recommend Destiny for anything you need done

Bella was wonderful & patient when piercing my 4 year olds ears! She did NOT want to get the 2nd one done after bawling after the 1st. Bella let her take her time gaining her composure & courage. (I even snuck in a re-piercing of my 2nd holes to show my daughter I could do it too). She never once rushed or pressured her...just offered some candy bribes 😉

Eric pena is a VERY TALENTED ARTIST. I gave him an idea of what I wanted with inspiration from a few things he drew up a scetch and I was in love with it. His prices are well worth it. He is not heavy handed felt no pain at all! This was a fairly big piece I got and the healing process was so easy no major scabbing and months later it looks just as good as tue day I got it. Super happy with the results and will defiantly be going back for me. SI HABLA ESPANOL for all my Spanish speaking ppl

Ralph Burnett was amazing , i came in spur of the moment and got a HUGE beautiful detailed snake with roses and a clock, and he even stayed late so i could go home with it finished! I couldnt be more happier, ask for him!

Got a Tatt done here. Completely rushed the whole thing. Told him I wanted it done a certain way and he said no he knew what he was doing and to trust him and kept insisting he knew. He did not. Charged me 180 for a 20 min tattoo and not to mention the shop was filthy. Worst tattoo experience of my life.

Not only did I wait over an hour for a 60 sec. Tattoo that I had an appt for it was also some eone other than whom I booked with. Also very upset because when asked to see their sterile license they declined which raises major red flags.... would not recommend d.

We were in Fort Wayne for the weekend and wanted to get a tattoo. Ron did an awesome job! Told him what I wanted, he went and drew it. And took about 3 hours. Highly recommend them.

Stevie was wonderful piercing my daughters ear and stopped when he seen she did not want the 2nd one done. I was refunded for the one ear that was not done and he said I could come back at anytime and gave me his business hours.

My child came home with their ears pierced without my permission and was told this place did it, I was not there, wasnt asked permission and Im the legal guardian. How did they get past having my permission? Isnt the guardian supposed to be present and sign a document giving permission?
