Been awhile since I had some tattoo ideas or work done so, I asked a friend of mine who is always getting work done and he highly recommended Ace Tattoo and always gets work done by Chuck. I called scheduled an appointment with Chuck and was welcomed with great customer service and great ideas for upcoming tattoo projects. Everyone in this shop is a really good artist and the shop was in great shape and super clean.Chuck was such a great help and did great work. Already been back twice and we are working on future plans.Highly recommend ACE Tattoos.

My husband and I got tattoos for our anniversary! This was a first for us! Chuck and John did an awesome job bringing our ideas to life! We are both so pleased with how they turned out and highly recommend Ace Tattoo! Also, their mascot Earl is the cutest 🐾

Got my daughters ears pierced for the first time here! They were very informative & gentle with her. She was very nervous but made her feel more at ease by answering her questions & concerns!

I’ve been here about three times for two tattoos and for two nose piercings, mason did an amazing job on my tattoos and was super nice. Christy did my nostril piercings and was very attentive and took her time to figure out placement. The shop has a super welcoming and comfortable vibe.

Had to have my piercing removed for an MRI. Chase put it back in for me. He was awesome!! So friendly, made me feel very comfortable, sterilized everything, and made sure it was put back in nice and secure. So very happy with my experience with him!! Extra hugs for Earl!!!

Ive been coming here since I was 16, I got my first nose piercing then and the price and quality of the jewelry were good and Ive gotten since then 3 tattoos from Jonathan “johnny” and his work is amazing. In my opinion his hourly rate is totally worth it. Hes a great person to talk too and makes the tattoo easy to sit through while his shading work is great! Ive had since then 3 of my friends go to him as well and their tattoos came out beautiful as well.

Got my daughter a piercing for her Birthday and the lady that helped her made her feel comfortable she was a little nervous but the lady helping her really calm her down quick Thank you !❤️ my daughter absolutely loves it 🫶

I got my belly button re-pierced after it had ripped out after 5 years. I was a little nervous for the healing process because my first time at another shop the healing was awful! I got pierced by chase, bless his soul! So, unbelievably nice, super clean, very thorough with placement, he was extremely gentle, and so so kind! The best part, I can’t even feel the healing process! Doesn’t hurt and I’m not uncomfortable. 10/10 recommend! Also, everyone there not just chase was super nice and felt so welcomed and comfortable. I thank everyone who made this experience great.

I have been going to Ace Tattoo since the shop first opened. I go there for any of my tattoo or piercing needs. Most of my piercings and tattoos have been done by different Artist at the shop. Everyone is always very welcome and ready to work with clients. The talent in the shop is also mind blowing.Chuck has always been so amazing since the day I met him when I was 13 years old while he was at a different shop. 12 years later I still go to Chuck or anyone at his show for what I need/want.

Christy did my 17 year old daughters double navel & or it looks amazing! She was very patient and professional and my daughter is very very happy with them! The piercings also came with after Care spray and really beautiful jewelry. Overall, a great experience & I definitely recommend Christy and Ace!

This place is amazing, I’ve been coming here for 6 years to get my piercings and tattoos. Ive gotten 10 piercings from here, and 7 tattoos. Keagans art work is stunning, he is quick and precise with his tattoos. The shading, the line work, everything he does is spectacular. Chase is amazing for piercings, he makes you feel very comfortable. He does his job with ease and swiftness. Best shop to go to for any piercings/ jewelry/ tattoos you want.

Visiting the area from Minnesota and was looking for a walk-in place to get a few tattoos. I absolutely love this location and the staff were so nice and helpful with tattoo and piercing decisions! The process was so smooth and I was able to get 7 tattoos that look amazing! I definitely recommend this location and will be back again soon!

I couldn’t recommend this place any more than I do. I got my first tattoo here and the guy who did it was awesome. He kept making sure I was ok throughout the whole process. He was telling me step by step what he was doing. I wish I could remember the guys name. I definitely plan on going here again to get more tattoos.

This place is phenomenal. I went in to have some facial piercings taken out and the lady who helped me was very kind, polite, and professional. She was also very patient and considerate during the visit and when I asked about the diamond earrings, she was very helpful and understanding. Definitely would highly recommend. The people here have good customer Service and are always willing to help. Will be back.

Chase is my boy! Not only had he helped me save my industrial from another piercer. He always has time to fit me in! Even if Im coming in for a new set of anodized titanium piercings!I went in recently for my helix, and I was helped by Kristy(spelling might be off Im sorry) because Chase was off. She did a bang up job! Super sweet, careful and gave me her honest opinion of where I should get my new helix at.I love this place! From what I have seen, they care about every single person that comes in. Walked in without an appointment and worked with Mark to add these characters to a fun tattoo memory wall of sorts. Mark was friendly, professional, and beyond easy to work with! He helped place the new pieces to fit within the work already on my arm. My friend got a bee done by Ryan the same time. Both of these guys were amazing to work and hang with.Highly recommend this shop, quality all around!

I’ve been going to ACE TATTOO for several years. I’ve had 11 tattoos exclusively with Chuck including 1 very special tattoo thanks to his late wife Mandy 🥲Had my 3rd ear piercing and 1 Friday the 13th $13 tattoo. I love them all and any future ink will be there at ACE. Very nice atmosphere, clean, and reasonably priced (if you get ink somewhere else for cheaper they’ll fix it! 🤣)Need to book my next appointment this place is one of a kind.

I came to Ace Tattoo & Piercing to get a memorial piece for my father by the artist Keagan. I could not be more happy with the results. I have been going here for 6 years for all my tattoos and piercings and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You walk in and you almost immediately get helped so they can get you started. Chase is an amazing piercer. Even took my 16 month old niece to get her ear pierced here. He was so gentle and patient. He changes out my piercings when I come in and want something new. He makes sure to reiterate how to make sure your piercings stay clean and heal properly everytime I come in for a new one. When I went last time I was greeted by GiGi who was very friendly and willing to listen to my concerns and changed out my piercings. Johnny has done all my tattoos and does an amazing job everytime. Johnny makes sure you are comfortable and ok the whole time you are getting tattooed by him and that’s definitely something you should look for in an artist. Chuck is an amazing owner and runs a great business. He’s very open and honest. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

These guys are awesome in my opinion. I came in, waited maybe five minutes for someone to help me out. They took their time with no rush in helping me find the right type of font for my tattoo. The atmosphere & the vibe is chill. Myself I recommend going & seeing Ryan hes pretty dope. Phenomenal artists - I travel over 2000 miles to get tats here! The vibe of the place, hands down cant be matched. They treat you like family! Hell they treat me better than my family. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I am giving this 3 stars because I love my piercing but I got a tattoo at the same time, tattoo took less than 30 minutes no shading, no detail and the artist charged me $300. My son got the same tattoo but bigger took him about 30 minutes and his tattoo was $400. Just not the quality I would expect for a $300 or $400 tattoo. I am willing to spend the money but I want artistry. I didn’t see that here. I was disappointed. I loved the work I saw on their website and am looking for someone to do a half sleeve but will just keep looking for someone who is willing to charge appropriately for their work.

Been going to ACE for years! I absolutely loveeveryone here. Ive gotten many piercings and tattoosthey have all turned out amazing. If you ever have anyproblems they are more than willing to help and get asolution figured out. Ive never had an issue with theshop or anyone who works there. As being a heavily tattooed individual I have been to many tattoo shops by far. Ace tattoo has the hands down. Most friendly is staff and a very down to earth people. They make you feel welcome and its just an all-around awesome vibe in the tattoo shop

If you want good quality tattoo or piercing Ace Tattoo is the place. Everyone there is very talented and professional. I had a very special tattoo done and they nailed it perfectly.

I got my piercing resized at another shop and they had to cut the jewelry out of my nose because the jewelry I was pierced with was a flat back earring.

Not happy with my experience at Ace Tattoo. Spent $1000 + a 20% tip on a 4 1/2 hour tattoo. My tattoo needs completed and fixed and the artist is pushing me out 2 months, says hes too booked. I understand the shop is busy but Ive already paid and want my work complete. Now have to pay extra and have someone else complete the work.

Got my bitties pieced here and the girl that did it for me was awesome :) I totally forgot her name but if I find it Ill update this review. The shop also had free merch in the waiting area which was dope. 10/10 would come again for another piercing and maybe a tattoo too since this place looked really cool and like a reliable place.Update: omg yes kitty! She was terrific! Ill definitely be back for more

This place has no regard for client safety, they pierced me with jewelry that was too small, which has caused a permanent indent in my ear. It looks like my ear was gauged, because there was no space for the healing process. I stopped by the shop on multiple occasions and was made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about, I’m just being sensitive, etc etc. I went to a completely different company and they actually took some time to see what the issue was, rather than gaslight me. Turns out I was right, and after a change in jewelry I have no pain anymore. It just sucks that I have this giant indent now that I have to find a way to cover.

Love this place! my husband introduced me to this shop when we first started dating in 2016. so far, the few tattoos i have had been done here and they all healed up nicely. the owner is super nice and caring. cares about customers! had my bellybutton pierced here too! healed up perfectly! the piercer(s) know what they’re doing. super clean. cute shop dog too!

This one of the best shops in Phoenix! I walked in with no appointment for a tattoo consultation, they made the time for me, then gave me a deal on a piercing because the piece I wanted to get wasn’t going to work with all of the elements and my body type, which their honesty lot made me trust them even more. The shop was more than clean and they were incredibly strict with sterilization on my part as well as theirs. Highly recommend.

I have had two tattoos done here. They are so professional and clean. My arm by @inkmejohnny is almost too good- I get stopped almost daily asking about my work. They are truly artists and even enjoy looking at each others work when a client is getting a piece done. They made me feel like family and I would feel completely comfortable getting or recommending anyone to this shop!

The place was clean, and the majority of the staff was friendly. Even other costumers were reassuring me because I had never had a tat before. I got a super small and basic design. But the man who helped me ( his name was chuck) seemed rather cranky when I asked for a few small adjustments, and then didn’t even correct it like I asked. When he asked what placement I would like I said behind my ear, and the first time he placed it it was not where I wanted it and so I asked him to move it and he seemed very agitated by it. I was really excited and my tattoo has a lot of meaning to me, but I definitely wish I had waited and gone to a different parlor. He over charged me significantly. One thing positive I would like to add is that the dog earl is supper sweet and def made my experience better.

I had Johnny do a cover up on the back of my neck. He did a phenomenal job at covering it up and beyond exceeded my expectations. Its one of my favorites pieces now and is absolutely beautiful! They are seriously the best shop in Phoenix and the one to go to for the best tattoo art.

I absolutely loved this place! Keagan was my artist and his work is absolutely stunning. I let him design most of my tattoo and I’m completely in love with the way it turned out. The artists are experienced and you walk in and just know you can trust their work and let them do their thing. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else.

I love this tattoo shop! I came here about a year ago to get my first tattoo, and they did such a great job. Ryan did mine, and the environment he created was very comfortable and welcoming. I went here today for a dermal piercing, my first piercing on my face ever, and it was awesome! The atmosphere was cool and down to earth. My experience was great! Went in when the shop opened and they were happy to take me in. Ive wanted to get a tattoo for the longest time, and the owner made it such a memorable experience. He was very kind, had a fun personality and always had a smile on his face. When he showed me the design I asked for it to be changed a little bit, he was happy to changed it for me and I absolutely love it! Everyone in the shop is great to work with. I’ve had 2 tattoos one being a free hand half sleeve from John, and a cross from Johnny. I’ve also had my nose pierced by Gigi. I’ve never had any problems or received bad service/work. You will not regret coming here, whether it’s your first tattoo or piercing, or one of many.

Chase pierced my nose for me and he was very nice, informative, and even told me if I had any questions I could always come back. The place was super clean too definitely recommend.

Got a second ear piercing and septum. It was absolutely painless and a very fair price. Piercer was super nice and took the time to make sure I liked the placement. Im 2 months out and they are healing great!Fyi. Bring cash. They have an ATM and it charged me 2 bucks.

I’ve got a tattoo done here around two years ago, the artwork was amazing it was a design that the artist came up with with my ideas. It’s absolutely beautiful me and my mom got matching tattoos and they came out perfectly. Unfortunately I don’t remember my artists name, I believe it was either John or Johnny. I also got a piercing done here, it was my navel piercing and the piercing was wonderful she gave me a card telling me what jewelry she used and how long it would take to heal. She also taught me proper aftercare for my piercing and it has not been infected. my piercer was Gigi also known as serial stabber on Instagram. Absolutely love this place would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I’m in the navy home on leave and I got almost my whole arm piece done and John was super chill and got me in on short notice. He did a really good job and it was surprisingly quick. The price was super reasonable. The whole staff was really chill actually. I’d go back if I could.

I came here to get a second ear lobe piercing just above my first, and the guy that did mine (I forgot his name) was very nice and let me take any last decisions about if I want this piercing or not. He made sure I was happy with the spots they were going to be (which he marked with a little ink dot). The people there are very welcoming and friendly. They don’t try to rush you with your money or piercing. This place is a lot cheaper than most ear piercings yet has better quality! The piercing itself was quick and easy and he took time to explain the care and answer any questions and was very patient. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Ace is the only tattoo shop I fully trust. Their clean,knowledgeable and friendly. This isn’t my only tattoo I’ve gotten there but my favorite one. I’ve gotten 5 tattoos there and am going to go there when I get a piercing because like I said I completely trust them and know how clean they are and that they take their time and never rush.I highly highly recommend them!

I love Chase the piercer, hes very attentive with my piercings, makes sure my needs are met, and any concerns I have I can always go in at any time hes there for him to look at them. My little cousin came here today 3-6-22 to get a hand written quote copied an tattooed in honor of her older brother. Chuck was the one to tattoo her an easy going, fun to interact with an overall a wonderful tattoo artist. I would definitely recommend this shop and Chuck!

Took my daughter for a septum piercing. They were nice and did a good job. They only take cash though and ATM dispenses 20s and has a fee. Piercing was 50 so I tipped 10 after getting 60 from the ATM. Her Piercing fell out in the night about a month after. We went back in and I really thought they wouldnt charge us again. I still had the card and proof I was there a month before. I feel like the girl working with us couldve asked her boss if he would at least discount the 2nd Piercing but she clearly didnt care and said full price or leave. My daughter begged so again I had to get 20s from the ATM and felt stuck paying the 60. Because of this I will go somewhere else next time. The experience made me feel like they didnt care about making us happy. Maybe if the boss had come talk to me it wouldve helped.

I have gone to chase for my last 3 piercings, he is awesome and the rest of the staff is very nice. Ive had no problems with any of the piercings. They are a little pricey, but nothing crazy, and honestly you get what you pay for, respect your body enough and go to someone who knows what they are doing. I highly recommend chase for any piercings. Ive had bad experiences at other shops and now that I found ace I wont go anywhere else.

Went in today to get a conch piercing and by boyfriend wanted his nose. We walked in and were directed to Gigi. I have to day she is amazing at what she does. Both of us were in and out in about 10minutes. She is very steady handed . Neither of us felt any pain whats so ever. We will be going back in the future. I highly recommend Gigito anyone who is looking for some new piercings!

I have been here twice now. The first time was a few years ago to get two piercings done with Chase which were amazing.The second was last night when I walked in to try and get a memorial tattoo for my grandmother. I met with Keegan who was extremely patient and so wonderful to work with. I asked him to stitch together two samples of my grandmothers handwriting together for a tattoo on my forearm. He patiently sat with me while we made sure we had the right sizing and he even took the time to go over the way her handwriting curved in a way that made the stencil look like it wasnt on straight and he made sure I was okay with that. Which I was because thats just the way she always wrote, a little crooked. The tattoo came out amazing. The line work is so crisp, clean and delicate. I teared up when it was finished because it was so perfect and there was no judgement from him just complete understanding and reassurance that now its on there forever and shell always be with you I dont know if he knows how much his kindness and words meant to me in that moment. My grandmother is everything to me and his words were exactly what I needed to hear. I cannot recommend Keegan or Ace Tattoo and Piercings more. This shop is full of amazing artists and amazing people.

Getting the back of a half sleeve done by Ryan. He is very professional, patient, and treats my tattoo as if I was family. I am absolutely loving the work he is putting into my custom piece. Chase is perfect too for the piercing side of the shop. He found me my favorite plugs and pierced my pain sensitive 6 year old daughter perfectly. The owners even came to talk to me and made me feel like a VIP customer. I am going to tell everyone I know (wife going to Ryan soon too) to go here for any tattoo or piercings. After a couple of weeks of healing I am MORE than pleased with my experience here. I let my tattoo artist go free with his imagination after he showed me the concept drawing which was of a unique cat. The tattoo is very cute and was cheaper than expected.

I went to Gigi this week for my helix piercing. BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!! the shop was nice and Gigi was so sweet, so quick, very professional and super knowledgeable. she also gave advice about where the piercing would look best. she placed it perfectly. im so in love! I will be going back for future piercings.UPDATE!!!! I’ve been back to Gigi for a few more piercings and every single experience has been amazing. She is so wonderful and such an informed piercer. Chuck really does rule. The artists are all pleasant, and patient with even the most difficult client. The piercers know what they are doing and take care in their artistry. I’d definitely return even to just stop in and say hi to them.

I definitely recommend Ace Tattoo! I’ve always gone to the same artist in Tucson for all four of my tattoos but we moved so I needed to find someone closer. Got my septum pierced this past weekend by Chase and was very pleased. Took his time and made sure the location of the piercing was perfect. Not painful at all and he made me feel very comfortable. I got hip dermals here in 2015, they are still in, straight, doing wonderfully in 2022, I recommend Chase the piercer here to everyone I know, hes the best in Arizona hands down. There are various tattoo artists here that do a wide range of styles. The piercer is on point and does great work, Love Chase. They just recently did a remodel as of 2023 that makes the shop look like one big cohesive space instead of two separate shops.

Went in for a regular ear piercing. Was totally satisfied and informed about aftercare and procedure. Ended up getting one earring lower than the other. It was no problem they had me come in and fixed it no hassle. Chase was professional and down to earth. Even though it wasnt 100% the first time they handled it exactly how I wished and even more. Totally recommened shop.

Got our 9 month olds ears pierced. Chase was AMAZING! He really knew what he was doing. I havent gotten my tattoo yet, but I wanted to write about my experience thus far anyways. Will update later when the work is done.The second I walked up to the shop, I felt welcome. The employees were all super friendly and the vibe in the shop was comfortable. Mandy helped me find the perfect artist for the tattoo I want and took the time to get all the details and book an appointment. She talked with me as if I was a friend of the family even though we had just met. Im so excited to get my tattoo done by Josh (his portfolio is amazing) and look forward to coming back for future tattoos as well.

Okay so with all the drama I know my one review isn’t gonna solve anything but honestly it’s not right. I’ve known this tattoo and piercing shop to be the most dependable one ever. Many of my family members and myself have been tattooed and pierced here. With that said I know for a fact that the piercer doesn’t pierce without telling you the risk of everything. For example, I wanted to get a hoop nose piercing when I got mine but the piercer explained to me that it could mess with healing time etc. so I decided to LISTEN to the piercer (who knows what he is talking about) and go with a stud until it heals!!! This shop means the world to me my whole family goes here! Don’t try to drag a place you haven’t been to, that’s actually ridiculous and pretty immature, especially over one thing that I am almost positive the piercer didn’t choose to do and not tell their client the risks!

Chase should really be more considerate about his clients. If a piercing rejects, it’s on him to help his client out… Rather than blocking them when they reach out for help. If you decide to come here, don’t go to Chase.

I would not recommend getting a piercing from here because the placement is not it. My belly ring came out uneven and my piercer gave me the wrong size and my ring was swallowed. Its cheaper to just go to a piercing shop.

We ended our girls trip with a bang today by visiting John and the other guys at Ace.John was very meticulous including sanitizing and organizing all materials, working flawlessly to deliver tattoos that surpassed all of our hopes!The shop was very clean, the staff were all helpful and eased all nerves, and we would definitely come back if we visit AZ again!Do yourself a favor and get your next one done here.

I had my nose pierced by Chase. I am so happy with the total experience. He greeted me with a smile when I walked through the door, explained everything thoroughly, and did a fabulous job with my piercing. He took his time with the placement to get it just right. I was really nervous and I couldnt believe how quick and painless it was. My eyes didnt even water. I highly recommend him!

I have been getting tattoos and piercings done at Ace for almost a decade! From cheap Friday the 13th tattoos/piercings to huge half sleeves! My husband, son, and both of my daughters have also had MANY tattoos done at Ace. I have had piercings, vertical labret, nose, my daughters have had tongue, nose, and belly button piercings. I’ve had both of my granddaughters ears pierced at Ace as well! Hands down the BEST Tattoo/piercing shop I have EVER encountered! Chuck, Johnny, John, and Chase are hands down some of the best people I have ever encountered!

The people here are so down to earth, inquisitive, professional, and helpful. I had the best experience possible and I would definitely recommend this place, whether youre getting your first tattoo or your 10th one. The piercing guy was also wonderful, professional, and very helpful as well. The only downside is the wait list in booking tattoos. The wait is worth it though. :)

Daughter had bars put in each side of chest. It was done very professionally. Surgical supplies, home care. The people that work here are all very nice and helpful! My cover up was quoted to me and I like the price and Owl I picked out. The artist have their work in leather books to choose from. Great experience!

I loved my experience with Gigi. I got my second and third earlobe piercings done with her in one visit. She was very precise with spacing and placement and measured them to make sure both ears were symmetrical. She also kept everything sanitary. It was quick and she was very pleasant.

Used this place for piercings. Waited in the lobby for over an hour to be told our ID was not acceptable because last names did not match. I had nose pierced here before 2 times, never an issue. Would of been cool and prpfessional to of been checked in when we got there and told we would not be able to get pierced but instead they said we were good when we called, let us drive down there, had us wait over an hour just to be told actually no, your social security cards and drivers license are not enough proof, must be a birth certificate.... completely a waste of peoples time

Left a bit ago after having my medusa pierced by Chase! I’m new to the area so I’ve been looking for a good piercer! Chase was super sweet and awesome, it’s been 3 years since my last piercing but he was very quick and the piercing looks incredible! Plus it’s in a great part of town, so I wasn’t concerned about going at 8pm! They are cash only, so keep that in mind, but I would absolutely recommend and would definitely go back!

I just got my septum done today and I’m in love with it! I was super nervous but my piercer (I forgot his name but he has a split tongue) was really nice and explained everything thoroughly which really eased my nerves. All around a good experience and will definitely be getting future piercings done here.

My friends and I drove out to a piercing place that swore to us that if we got in before 930 then they could see us before they closed because they dont do appointments, 92o they tell us oh doors are closed we cant see you sorry HUN (doors were open thats how we walked in but whatever) so we frantically call around and find ace and I explained the situation how my friend had to get a piercing tonight before going out of town, and they said as long as we get there before they close at 10 we can go. We get there 955 and they take us no problem, super nice people who actually care about holing their promises

Two friends and I randomly decided on getting a tattoo while visiting & called Ace to see if they could get in three small tattoos. Not only did they get us in within the hour, all of us are so happy with our tattoos! Randy worked with us to make sure we were all happy with the designs & was so efficient tattooing! The reviews on here are all very outdated. The shop is now run by the husband and wife duo of Mandy & Chuck. Ive gotten 8 piercings and a tattoo here. The atmosphere is awesome. They are both amazing people who are very professional and really good at what they do. Considering the amount of work I have had done there (my friends as well) I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a tattoo or piercing.

My girlfriend and I had the best experience here!! Staff is super cool and was very quick with my girlfriends piercing. John was there doing a tattoo and I saw what it looked like afterwards on Instagram and I LOVE his artwork and linework. I, myself, am in to tattoos so I will definitely hit them up for some ink. I wanted a tattoo to represent my kids and grandkids for the longest time and final did it!! I am older so didn’t want something too out of my age range lol. My daughter has been going to ACE Tatoo for years and have always lover her ink and so I went there. John did an amazing job. Very professional, very sterile and clean work area, clean lines!! He knows his stuff. I will fly back from Florida to have John work on my Ink!!

Incredibly professional still to this day. Ive been peirced 2 times here. Both were spectacular! I had a minor issue recently (stuck piercing, not anyones fault) the peircer took care of my stuck piercings and helped me install retainers. I ALWAYS recommend this shop and I will probably never get a piercing elsewhere.

Love this place. I go here all the time, and will never go to another shop again for piercings. Cant say anything about the tattoos, but the piercer are great. Chase and Mandy always do a wonderful job and the shop is very clean. Ive gotten my tongue, both my traguss and my nipples done and Mandy was great for all of them. Chase has changed out my jewery on occation and he was also fantastic. Their prices are also amazing for the awesome work they do. Theyre really professional, but honest, and I really like that in a business. I feel like I can say how I feel and make friends there. Came here in Oct of 2020 and was well taken care of for a daith piercing by Chase. Today, I was scheduled for an MRI and was asked to take all my jewelry out. I remembered Chase telling me that if I came back, they would take out or put in new jewelry for me any time, so I called to see if they would take out my piercing and put it back in when my MRI was done. Gigi (sp?) was a rockstar. She was quick, thorough, and like Chase said, didn’t charge me. I was happy to pay for her helping me out. Gigi, I appreciate you! My friends come here too and love them. I’d definitely recommend.

After getting really fast but patient, talented service, we realized that their work was far beyond what wed received elsewhere. Chuck kept us involved with creating our artwork, and Mandy was gentle and incredibly precise with her piercings. Ace Tattoo and Piercing has lots of jewelry options, anodizing jewelry before your eyes, getting you the exact color desired. Everything was clean, sterilized, and completely professional. As Mandy said, We dont have customers. We have people whom become our friends. Thank you for the five-star service for myself and my daughters.

He was able to turn my terrible sketches and vague words into works of art that I will cherish forever. This place was amazing. I took my 4 year old in to get her ears pierced. Mandy did so great with her, explained everything, and distracted her for a bit in between ears. Unfortunately my daughter half pulled one out a couple hours later wrestling with her brother. Mandy let us come back hours after they closed to fix it for her. While my daughter cried during the piercing, she was fine a minute later. Her ears are obviously not in pain. Im so glad we chose this over some place in the mall. Such a better experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The shop was clean, and made us feel comfortable, even bringing a 4 year old in.

I went there yesterday to get my Helix piercing (9/22/18) and I didn’t even feel the needle go through. I did feel the jewelry go through which didn’t even hurt much, everyone was telling me how to except it to be pretty painful but honestly I hardly felt it; and my pain tolerance is pretty non existent. It was a bit sharp throbbing for the rest of the night not not near as bad as I was expecting. I woke up this morning (9/23/18) and my ear doesn’t hurt at all, it a bit if I touch it but if I just leave it alone I don’t even feel it. I’m so happy with the results and the placement is perfect. I would highly recommend going here the piercer was so nice and he made me feel very comfortable and he was so gentle I give him all the credit in the world for why I’m not in as much pain as everyone else said I was going to be. I would definitely return here when I go to get my second piercing.

Walked in this afternoon to get a medusa piercing. Mandy, who we later found out owns the shop, was amazing! So helpful, honest, and patient. She completely walked us through our piercings (my friend got her septum). It was truly an amazing positive experience. Will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone I know and will come back to see Mandy again! Thanks Ace Tattoo!!! 👍🏻❤️

Today was my second time here, for another tattoo. And just like last time, they took their time with me to make sure that they not only helped me find what worked for me, but offered EXPERT advice to make sure I LOVED what I got! Even offering some well placed & polite/appropriate voicing of opinions about the spacing and sizing of the work. They also made room in their schedule for me as they did a year and a half ago for my first visit, basically taking me in as a walk in, without neglecting their other clients, or rushing with me. I only wish I couldve tipped more!

I went to get my tragus pierced but after I talk to Chase about the reason why I wanted it for my headaches he said that the best place was the daith. I was kind of scared of getting it done but he made me feel comfortable and secure. My husband and I really appreciated him, he explained us how to take care of it and how to clean it out I’m thinking of getting my other side done and when I do I will go back with Chase. Thank you, you are amazing.

The piercers are always really great! Gotten maybe five piercings done here and they’re always super nice and knowledgeable, they do a great job always!

Great experience. Took my 10 yr old for her ear piercing. Chase and Mandy were awesome. They showed our girls around the shop showing them tattooing in action. Super great, will return for my next tat.

I felt very comfortable here and had all my questions answered. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed or pushed out the door. They were busy and other customers were repeat visitors, which I took as a sign of a good business. I called to ask about pricing beforehand, pricing is reasonable, and it was on point with no surprise fees at check out. Leave them a good tip- I think they deserve it!

I went to Ace to get a tattoo last year and John was a rockstar. He did so well I went back for two more within a few months and now I don’t want to go to any other shop or artist. The store is clean and all of the artists are kind.I’ve had so many people stop me to ask where I got my tattoos and I love telling them Ace!Thanks Ace fam! :)

Just got pierced today by Chase. I was a little nervous about having a guy piercer because it was a chest piercing. But he made me feel so comfortable. He was friendly, quick, and careful! Very clean and professional shop. I would highly recommend Chase for all your piercing needs.

I went to get a tattoo of the imperial arms symbol that Esdeath has on her chest from Akame Ga Kill, and I dont remember what the ladys name is, but she completely messed up the tattoo... Its not centered, its not even close to being symmetrical, the lines are shaky, the tattoo isnt filled in completely to where you can literally see my skin tone, and the point doesnt come to a point. This was my first tattoo and its messed up in everyway. Again I dont remember her name but when I went in she had long hair that had a dull red color and her hair is also wavy. I will never get a tattoo or piercing from here again. This is permanently on my chest and its completely messed up. She should practice more...

Ive had several pieces done here over the years from a few different artists and theyre incredible. Great artists, fair prices and a clean shop too. Sometimes they even have a dog or two to pet if youre lucky 10 outta 10

Got my helix pierced and it went really well. The piercer was experience and was really informative. For the type of piercing I got it was 60$ and they only take cash. Overall good service.

I have been in Ace more times then I can count and have been tattooed and pierced by almost everyone there, every experience in Ace Tattoo has been amazing and that’s why this is my goto tattoo and piercing shop. Every chance I get I refer others here and they continue to go over and over again.

Amazing tattoo artists with a welcoming atmosphere. John did both my sisters and my tattoos, which had a lot of intricate line work, and they turned out beautiful! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a tattoo.

I found this shop on a whim when I wanted to get a small tattoo in memorial for a friend of mine who passed away. John was available and I have been coming back to be tattooed by John for the past two and a half years now. He has made some BEAUTIFUL traditional pieces out of my jumbled ways of explaining what I want. The shop is so approachable and all the guys are super welcoming. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

I took my newly 8 year old daughter there today to get her ears pierced. The piercer was super professional, explained everything to my nervous, yet excited daughter, had all different types of earrings already picked out for her, and walked her through the process. She shed a few tears, but couldnt stop beaming the rest of the day. Definitely recommend! (Ill be back for my next tattoo! Lol!)

They claim to want to reach out to the girl who posted the tik tok video, yet, they’re the ones who blocked her first? Don’t try to reach out and fix your mistakes AFTER you blocked her. Highly unprofessional from what I’ve seen, regardless of the tiny “truth” left out from her side. To block someone who’s seeking help from your shop because YOUR shop messed up her piercings is UNPROFESSIONAL. Her piercing needed a long bar, not a short bar w/ a bigger gauge than the original jewelry piece.

We went here to get a tattoo done for my husband. Looking at the jewels and knowing that they do piercings got my nose pierced on spot. Mandy was awesome and was very friendly explaining everything from how to take care of piercing and the tattoo. She did my piercing and it was quick and both me and my husband are completely satisfied with the overall experience.

Mandy was amazing. She did my daughters bellybutton piercing and was very nice. She was very patient and outgoing. She explained everything very well from explaining how to properly take care of the piercing to how to custom order new jewels. I would definitely recommend Mandy to do piercings.

GREATEST PLACE EVER. Love the staff, they have the coolest personalties. They are always doing something to one another to make $50 from the awesome owner. Plus its gonna be Friday the 13th in July. $13 tattoos or piercings. I went last year & Im going again this year. The have great artists.

This tattoo and peircing parlor is an unethical and unsanitary organization. They are not informative on healthy and clean aftercare practices, provide botched peircing and probably tattoos, and will block you if you have concerns with your modification. No dont recommend. No not go here.

They don’t mandate clients to wear masks and they don’t wear them consistently. I had gotten a piercing and eventually found out he had pierced it at a bad angle and used a style of jewelry that is prone to making the healing process delayed. I’ll have to get it re pierced correctly now somewhere else. He didn’t even give me a card with information on the jewelry he used or contact information, he also gave me inadequate cleaning instructions that made the piercing more irritated. Unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely amazing. i have gotten five piercings done here and all of them have turned out beautifully. such a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment with friendly employees who know what they are doing.

My girlfriend and her family get all of their tattoos and piercings done here. My girlfriend accidentally pulled her piercing out a day after she got it. The people at Ace took care of it for her. They are very fair and great with people.

I was recommended this place by a friend to get tooth jewelry so I chose to come here above other places. Got 2 installed which cost me $80 not including the tip. I was told beforehand they may not stay the first time that there was something wrong with the batch but they would replace them for a month. The very same day I got them put in they fell out. I went back in a week later to get them put in again. The same day again they fell out they didn’t even last me 24 hours... I called to let them know about this issue and all they offered was to get them put in again. But why would I waste my time to drive out and wait to get them put in again for them to fall out the same day again.. a COMPLETE waste of my time and money. Paid $80 for something that I didn’t get. No issues with the staff whatsoever but why even offer a service that is defective?

Loved it. chase did my ears and I had no piercing and he gave me a 16g horseshoe gage on both my ears loved it and they were nice and friendly. If you need a piercing ask for Chase hes the best in town I promise

Super cool people, treated us like family as soon as we came through door, got a couple tooth gems done for my brother in law and nephew. Weve been to a lot of tat shops, but none with the class and respect this crew has. I will definitely be returning!

Everyone was super sweet! Expect the piercer he was very rude, didn’t wash his hands. My ear got infected, this is a first none of my piercings have ever gotten infected until I came here. Worse experience ever!!
