Ritual Addictions Tattoo and Piercing

Took my two girls in to get their ears done, they had a very clean presentable shop with a nice waiting area. The female piercer did a wonderful job with placement an efficiency. I definitely will recommend this shop to anyone looking to get body piercings.

Zero stars was waiting for my tattoo for 5-6 hours and I understand it’s the 13th but the owner asked the employees why we were waiting who know what they said and after said we are closed no tattoos at least have the guts to ask us why we are waiting or at least tell us we may not get it as we asked when we would very unprofessional and never going back. Even made my mom cry as she was going to get one that meant a lot to her

I had come here for piercings and had a wonderful experience so I came by for a tattoo! Jason took his time with my design, made sure I liked the stencil on my body, carried out the tattoo and kept spirits so high. Loved my experience, will absolutely come back 100x’s

I accompanied my minor daughter (17yrs) to get two piercings.Rachelle is the consumate professional.She explained what we needed to know , she was fast , and the location is clean.My daughter is happy and would highly recommend Ritual Addictions....

Affordable. Piercer was a bit rude. Went in for a nose piercing and had mentioned I had one prior. Asked the piercer where would be a good location, she scoffed and said “not where you pierced it” never answering my question.

Went here about a month and a half ago and got a piercing that was extremely painful. I went with a friend to get my navel pierced and the piercer used the incorrect jewelry for me. I had to switch the jewelry within a few days because of the pain and a few days later the jewlery was completely imbedded in my skin to the point i couldnt see it if i didnt push it up, leaving a gnarly hole in my stomach. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but Im extremely disappointed with this experience as it is the only poor piercing experience ive had.

Ritual Addictions is the spot. You will not find a more talented, consultative and caring place. After 15+ years of laser tattoo removal, I decided to add some more ink. I would not have done so if I hadn’t heard of Prince and his ability to crush cover up work. His accolades and art speak for themself. The shop is clean, staff friendly and the work is surgical. I will be forever grateful for the warm experience!

Will not be going back got snake eyes piercingTold one of the lady’s there I have veins that are big I don’t want to get pierced if I can’t . She proceeded to give the needle out, not even looking at my tongue. I told her to look she looked, and without even me looking, she stabbed the needle through my tongue, hit a vein. She was like that’s normal . I would just like it if she knew if I had big veins not to pierce me. Now my tongue is infected, and Big and swollen!!!

$20 piercing + $20 tip for a crooked belly button piercing. Piercer said not to worry about it when I brought it up. I got home and went to my normal piercer who advised me to take it out, let it heal, and do it again. There goes $40

Had long beard Jason lol. He was super attendant to my tattoo. He paid attention to when it would hurt me a little and would offer a break and ensure I was okay. His lines were so straight. He has a shake but trust me it doesnt mess up his tattoo abilities. Hes fricken amazing. Their piercing lady who owns the shop is so cool, and makes sure you pick where you are most happiest with. My sister got a monroe and she made sure to move the circle where my sister was happy. I love this shop. So dope. When done healing will update with better pictures but trust me youll see how good he is.

I’ve gone here a handful of times. Every time I go every one is super nice and helpful. I live over an hour away and it’s the only place I’ll go or recommend to anyone.

Super easy and super fast lobe piercings! Rachelle was super chill and very straightforward explaining things. The price was also pretty good, $15 per each lobe piercing, jewelry included! Definitely worth going and will absolutely be back for future piercings.

Kayla is by far the most professional, sweetest and patient person I know. It takes a lot grace and patience to deal with so many personalities and demands but Kayla does an AWESOME job at what she does! I don’t mind paying her for what she asks for because she deserves it! I love her work and recommend her to anyone! Whether it’s for my son or my daughter, we will def be back! 🌸 Oh and her manager is also AWESOME! Great people at this shop! Rachelle changed out my nose piercing jewelry and was very nice and quick in doing so! I deff will be recommending others to come see her for piercings. I may also look into getting a tattoo from their shop.

Rachelle and Prince were exceptionally accommodating and patient with setting up a tattoo session.The insanely high quality and colour of the tattoo Prince did for me is my favorite tattoo. He goes through great lengths to ensure youre comfortable and offers great insight. Ill be coming back frequently!Also the entire shop is cool as hell!

Kat Jo Ink did my piercing and she was awesome! She made me feel comfortable and made sure to let me know what she was doing every step of the way! Definitely will go to her for a future tattoo or piercing!

Ok first of all LOVE the horror theme of this shop! I walked in with a few other people in my family to get piercing and was greeted by a super girl chick in the front. They got all 4 of us in for piercings with no problem, filled out our paper work and were taken back quick. The person who did out piercings, I believe her name is Christina SUPER DOPE. She was so chill but also professional. She took her time to make sure all of our piercings were straight and she was QUICK. Barely felt a thing. Ive definitely found my new spot for piercing! And the price!!! I was shocked when it was only 21 bucks a person. Most places charge much more.

Ive been wanting a dermal under my eye for a long time and I finally decided to just do it. I cant remember the young ladies name she had black hair and multiple face piercings. She was nice and very comforting. She made sure to inform me properly of the process and after care. I love the piercing and hope that it doesnt reject which she also informed me of the high chances. Great experience. Well done black haired lady :)

Aesthetic of the shop was bada** and the piercer was quick and professional! I don’t need anyone to wow me, I want to take care of business and be out, that’s exactly how it went. Piercer was courteous and told me how she personally cared for her piercings but said she probably doesn’t need to tell me given that my face is full of metal🤘🏽. Anyways I’ll be coming back to this shop for piercings and maybe a tattoo🖤 thanks Ritual Addictions for being there when another shop turned me away because they were closing in 30min and let a walk in take my place, appreciate y’all!

Awesome team! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! I worked with Prince on my half sleeve and he is amazing! My friend and I both got piercings by Rachelle and she is just as amazing. This shop will not disappoint and they will make you feel comfortable and confident in their skills and work. I will continue coming to this shop for any tattoos or piercing, I searched for so long to be able to find a place I am comfortable and confident in for my tattoos and I have definitely found it and I recommend all my family and friends to go here!

Went here the first time because of the awesome reviews. Got my first piercing (ears) and my girlfriend got her second piercing (snakebites). Alicia was so cool and really helped ease my nerves over piercings. First time was so good I went back again with my girlfriend and some friends, and all of us got piercings from Alicia again. I got the nose, we also got septum, industrial, and ears. Everyone was so impressed and shocked by how good they were and how easy it was with her. Would absolutely recommend coming in for a piercing! Will be back again soon for a tattoo.

Let me just start with this! This place is so amazing and quick with doing the piercings. I had my snake bite and industrial piercing done here and they were extremely quick and super kind with me and my boyfriend. Very helpful with the cleaning process and overall just wonderful staff. I definitely recommend this place if you would love to have your piercings done! I will be going here from now on to get all my piercings done by them.

Went in for a nose piercing and the whole process took about a minute or less. I was super nervous so it was great that the piercer got it done so quickly! The price was good, only wish the piercers offered a little more maintenance afterward since my nose did bleed and I was a little freaked out but she offered me qtips and a paper towel. I love the shop and would definitely come again to get pierced!

I’ve only come for piercings and they are the best shop I’ve been to. I have PLENTY done and no other place compares. Great prices and the piercers are quick & makes the experience less painful as possible. There were a few things I got redone here and the pain level & time it took to do them was beyond better than the previous times. I recommend this place to everyone who asks for somewhere to go

I came here for get my frog eyes tongue piercing also known as the scoop tongue piercing and i had the best experience! The artist was very nice and fast . She worked well with me when it came to me changing my mind about my placement & my piercing looks great and is healing amazing! I definitely will be back again.

THE SICKEST PIERCING PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO! The vibe in this shop is amazing. Especially because I love horror movies! I came in for a tongue piercing and the lady was super chill and hooked me up with everything I needed. Plus the prices are VERY good! I will definitely be coming back! THANK YOU

I went in for a daith piercing, 20$. Super friendly staff. Awesome atmosphere. My piercer was quick, efficient, and relatively pain free. I recommend stopping in and giving this shop a try, I know I will be going back for all my piercing and tattoo needs.

Best piercing and tattoo place me and my daughter have been using. They even put back in some jewelry that I had to take off for an MRI and couldnt put it back in myself.

This place was great! The shop is super clean, and has great decorations.. really love the horror movie theme, and collection of stuff she has! I got 2 dermals on my wrist, and it was so quick and nearly painless, theyre perfect! Would highly recommend this place.

I had a walk in tonight and got a smiley and eyebrow piercing. The piercing was super good to me, I wish I remembered her name.. She listened to me and was patient with me even when i freaked out or changed my mind on the placing of my eyebrow piercing a few times. I freaked out when she almost got my smiley the first time and when I asked her to pause she did and gave me a moment to breathe. She answered all my questions, and talked me through aftercare and cleaning. She even told me i can come back in a few months after my brow is healed and she will switch my piercing to a smaller one for me! She was the best piercer Ive had, and Ive gone to 6 different other piercers before her. If I decide to get another piercing, Ritual Addictions will be my first choice!

Went here to get my nipples repierced and Rachelle did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and getting them both done very quickly and efficiently 🖤 would definitely recommend this shop for piercings.

The shop overall was a great experience. There were lots of cool people and the decor was amazing. The artist specifically who did my hand, Santos says hes been tattooing since he was 14 years old, but didnt want to take my opinions into consideration. I respect his art but I didnt like the way he handled me and my needs for my own tattoo. On top of everything else, I was extremely overcharged for what I got done, which were small runic symbols on my fingers. $50 would have been a fair price but instead I got charged $100. Again the part that bothered me the most was when he got angry with me for wanting to help design the tattoo that he was about to put on me. I think that its is fair to have an opinion considering its going on me for the rest of my life. I told him I do respect his art and I do respect him as a person. His art is good but my opinion should be incorporated in my own tattoo. Like I said great shop just be careful about who you pick to do your tattoo.THANKS --HONEST MONDAYPS The bats and other stuff drawn on me were what he was trying to put on me and wouldnt listen to my opinion on it.

This place was definitely not where we wanted to be. The ambiance was not to our liking. But what bothered me most was we were recommended to go there for ear piercing by Knucklehead tattoo. And the girl there wanted forty dollars to pierce ears. When I asked her if she had the right color studs, she said it didnt matter because they could be replaced after they healed. Pierced ears? Wrong studs? And have to buy more studs? For forty dollars? I dont think so 🤔.

They are very very cheap on their piercings. The gentleman that work there was very friendly & professional. The two women that work there, actually one of them was the owner, I dont know if its because they are insecure because they are ugly and they have problem with attractive women or if theyre just that ignorant and obnoxious all the time. I will never step foot in there again. Both women that work there were completely unprofessional and rude as hell! The gal that got pierced had her septum pierced. She had never gotten a piercing before. They did not give her any maintence instructions, not any aftercare instructions, they did not ask her what jewelry she would like, they did not ask her where she would like the piercing, if the placing was OK, they didnt say anything at all to her. It was awful. The piercing isnt even placed properly! I guess you get what you pay for!!!! July 8th 2021

Great! I highly recommend going here!I recently went to get a few piercings. Rachelle is amazing!!I got 5, yes 5, and with her they were a breeze!After about 3 days one of the balls did fall off, I told her and she got me right back in and put a new one on! And gave me a spare just in case!I will not be going anywhere else!Ritual Addictions for Piercings all the way!

Absolutely amazing! Staff is super sweet. Piercing took all of 5 seconds. I had the female piercer and she was fantastic and i feel so bad i never caught her name!

I came in for a belly button piercing, immediately when I had it done I passed out and the piercing was way too high on my navel cinching together- I didn’t get to pick the jewelry I wanted the owner just shoved something in that I didn’t see until I looked down. I had to go to urgent care to get it removed because the pain was unbearable after 6 hours. I kindly called and asked for a refund- of just $22 because the piercing was so cheap and I was not issued one.Would definitely not come here again.

I got my septum pierced tonight and I absolutely loved it there! There’s horror decor everywhere which I absolutely loved because I’m a big horror fan. The piercer was kind and considerate. I will definitely come back for future piercings!

First i was not getting tatted or pierced but this was my experience just being in the shop. my sister in law was getting a coverup done. she was already having issues with this the night before. she was getting tattooed by prince or whatever—and apparently he has an assistant. Rachelle i think- who is NOT a very efficient assistant at all for how popular this dude is. she has no communication skills, and did not make my sister feel comfortable with what she wanted or helped her choose her tattoo. she was so stressed all night and the next morning until we got there. when we did he was doing the stencil on her and to me this looks like a tattoo that would normally take maybe 3-4 hours not anymore than 8. but my sister was happy with it after i asked her a good few times. all this time someone is in here assessing the floors and other things I’m assuming to remodel but don’t do this in front of the clients. he did not even have small talk or communicate with us. he was too busy talking to the dude doing the floors and his assistant. finally it came time to tattoo. i held my sisters hand because again she was still NERVOUS. his assistant who was mot even in the room came in and said “he can’t tattoo like that you need to go sit down away from him!”like what? he can surly work if I’m standing away from him comforting a client. and he can speak for himself. she was super rude. again no communication between my sister or prince. i’ve been sitting in silence with them. they’re not personable & or professional in my opinion, and i have been to many tattoo shops. this is not welcoming. for the price she’s paying you would think they would be better.

Im very impressed with the nose piercing I got on Friday its painless and they made sure I was good before I left. I definitely would refer friends here and will be coming back for more piercings I definitely love this place! Thanks again ladies! =)

Super nice staff, I was given a warm greeting immediately by a friendly gentleman who really made me feel genuinely welcomed. The place was kept clean and tidy. The other guy was making a dragon on the computer behind the counter, it was really cool to see his artistic talent in action while I was browsing the art and jewelry. I didnt rate a 5/5 only because I didnt get any piercings or tattoos done that day, but Id be likely to check out this place again if Im in the area.

Couldnt believe that I had not been to this place before. This is my little piece of happiness I love everything horror and was very clean save and my piercer knew what she was doing. Got two piercings in one hit and I was very comfortable.

I walked-in asking for a quote. Aaron Santos was the one who actually helped me up front and gave me a reasonable quote, And even told me he was able to do it that same day. I didn’t have to wait for a long period of time to get my tattoo done. I recommend him and this place! I had a wonderful experience.

First off, the shop is amazing. Very cool if you’re into horror and gothic things. The people were so welcoming, nice, and professional. I went to get piercings, and they came out great. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Will definitely go back and definitely recommend.

Very swift and great experience. I got a septum piercing and the people were very sweet. It hurt for about 10 secs but became almost painless after a little time. Even if I was crying like a baby!

I live a few hours away from Phoenix and contacted Jason Hickle on the phone; from the start he was extremely understanding and patient with the fact I was unable to come into the shop to discuss the piece. Jason went above and beyond with getting the information he needed, creating the piece, and getting me into the shop in a timely matter so I could get this done and it turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I called Ritual Addiction to get my daughters belly button pierced, however there was no answer and I got a vm. Yet, I got a text. I felt my questions were not very well acknowledged. My daughter is 15, and I was wanting to find a place I felt gave me peace of mind.. I ended up not going in here because I didnt feel that.. maybe it was the.. TEXT..

Ive been coming in to the shop for a little over a year.. Ive gotten several pircing done and they healed and the two people who did my pircing are great people and when 2 of my pircing need longer bar they did it for me with no issue.. I enjoy the store and Ive enjoyed the people that work there. Thanks!! 2 eyebrow septum and industrial and my nipples..

Fast and friendly shop. I got my septum pierced and I was in and out. I was extremely nervous but the lady that did it for me helped me get through it. It wasn’t bad at all, especially being my first ever piercing.

Dirty. Rude. Selective about whom is serviced.I called in advance and was told there was open availability and no shop minimum. Five mins later, I walked in with my 17 year old daughter to possibly get tattoos, was told they were booked for the day, quoted a shOp minimum of $120, and then offered piercings instead.In the shop there was smoking and groups of young people on the floor.

I got a nose and belly button piercing here in June of 2019. The staff is pretty cool and it was very quick. $20 for a piercing INCLUDING jewelry! Outstanding. I’ve recommended people to come here

Honestly I loved it ❤️ got my daughter ear pierced on both sides and Rachelle did a marvelous job. I told my dad about it and hes going to be getting his tattoo that says SLAYER on his right arm. Were both excited for him.

I’ve been to other shops and the piercings never healed, and when I came to Rachelle for my tongue ring it healed correctly. I came back 2 more times to get another piercing from her and I will continue to go to her since every piercing I’ve gotten from her has healed!

I decided to go back for a tattoo and my artist was Jason. Very pleased with how it came out. Lineart was very clear and clean. I will definitely being going back frequently.

Amazing crew helping in the front and working with a large crowd. It was well organized and I liked they let you get whatyou want as long as its 2x2 went here for a friday the 13th tat and decided to get piercings instead. They also habe a 5 dollar raffle to get different services. Most likely will return for more.

I came in to get some ink done I had a piece on my phone that I wanted and instantly as soon as I show my piece the lady is telling me it’s a bad choice and she’s gonna have to remove detail in order for it to work, nothing but negative comments to the point I got a little insecure about my art and it being on my body but then I walked out nd had another shop do the tattoo no issues no complaints and it came out exactly how I pictured it, personally felt a energy that they choose and select who and what art they want instead of just doing they’re job my experience was with a lady who does “walk ins” on Sunday and Monday but she only does generic basic walk ins anything that requires effort she’s gonna down talk it nd tell u next booking is for next month smh

The girls at the front desk were excellent finding the exact image of the Iron Cross that I wanted - Thank again for that. My artist Jason also did an excellent job, even playing some TOOL while I got tatted. Ill be back Ritual.Came back to Ritual for my second Friday 13th, March 2020. Cant say enough about the girls up front... Excellent, they went above and beyond in helping me and making sure I got the image found of the tattoo I wanted for the stencil given to the artist. Anyways I was happy the first time so I come back and this time NOT HAPPY! 25% of my unhappiness is my fault for not looking at the stencil transfer to tattoos forever place on my body. The other 75% of my unhappiness is no-ones fault but the artist. He knew the image I wanted, he knew the ink had smeared when he applied stencil to my skin, and then tatted whatever he thought image was under that smear. No one can tell if my tattoo is a dog, or an Arkansas Razorback mascott or a rat. Im from Missouri - Im a Leo and this tattoo doesnt look like a Lion that it was supposed to be. He knew from the beginning of his errors. Me after waiting in line 2 hours before shop opening was happy to be finally getting what I had came for that I didnt notice the stencil ink smear when I was shown the placement for approval. I paid triple and tipped for a tattoo of something I am not and something that is in noway like me nor about me. The only tattoo of all mine that I regret ever getting done.

So the artists are amazing, great and personal! However, I find the owner to be rude and unprofessional. She’s a great piercer but her personality sucks! I will not be recommending her but the artists yes! Very clean as well!

The piercer was so nice me and my sister got our tongues pierced. We didnt eat before hand so we almost passed out and/or threw up and she gave us wet paper towels and fanned us.

I got a labret here and a septum and have gotten them done in other shops where they pierced my labret too high but the piercer pierced it low enough where I can still eat and not have it hook on my teeth idk I liked the services ! Would gladly come again

I am very picky about where I get tattoos. Ive had a tattoo, absolutely, messed up before and have been hesitant for years to let anyone else near me with a tattoo gun. I was taken here on a whim and knew I found a great place when I saw the Nightmare on Elm Street, Childs Play and Rob Zombie paraphernalia.Im an author. I write dark urban fantasy, dark paranormal romance and psychological and supernatural thrillers, my brand is my livelihood. My brand is a little scary. Lol! I got a vampire bite in between my collar and top of my neck. I love it! I love everything about it and want more work done here by the same guy. After my last tattoo, prior to this new one, I rethought my whole plan for the tattoos I wanted. Its been years since my messed up tattoo.Now, I finally want to finish the other concepts for tattoos Ive wanted for the last few years that I was too scared to get done after the natural disaster on my wrist. Lol!Ill, definitely, go back here. And I advise you to try this place too.

Went to get my eyebrow pierced. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes. The staff was awesomely welcoming and had no issues informing me of good artist and when to catch them.

So I came here for a nose piercing change and the owner really messed my nose up. I have impetigo (staph infection) from what she did. I originally had a smaller nose piercing in but she forced a much bigger one in and it broke my skin inside my nose. Now it is all infected and hurts really bad. I had to make a visit to the URGENT CARE to treat my infection. 0/10 wouldnt ever recommend this place. Owner is also really rude.

I was just a walk in, and they answered my questions, I filled out a little paperwork, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes with a new 2ga hole in my head....too easy. She did a great job and was super professional, very little pain...your pain may vary. THANKS

Went to get my septum pierce before catching my flight. It was so fast and painless!! Piercing #16 and I could say this one has been the least painful!

I had both my nipples pierced the girl was very courteous professional clean didnt hurt very much and yeah fast it was very relaxing

Tbh I was hoping to get a cleaner and detailed piece, didn’t meet my expectations.Maybe this place is more into black and white colors, but definitely not into colors and shapes, one of my flowers looks deformed.

Went to you on Friday the 13th. The man that tattoo told her he wouldnt waste wrap on a $13 tattoo. The tattoo was done so deep that the entire tattoo is a scar. When she contacted you guys you told her you will not honor or fix the mess you permanently put on her. The tattoo looks like a backyard hack job.I am very disappointed on how unprofessional this whole establishment ran their shop and Repersented their work.

Ive had a tattoo touch up, my wife some piercings, and Im going back to get another tattoo. This place is awesome and the staff friendly. The artists there are wonderful.

Business hours are listed as 12 however staff does not prioritize honoring business hours. Staff doesn’t arrive until close to 1pm most days. They do not open at 12.

Got some piercings done, 3 days later 2 of them came out in the shower. Was told to talk to the owner on Friday about getting them redone and no one seems to know when she will be in now... seems they dont care about their customers.

Went there for Friday the 13th and it was disorganized and no one knew what was going on. Also only had 2 artists for over 200 people. Is a real shame as I will not be going there again.
