Pandoras Piercing

I’ve gotten two piercings from here. The first healed amazing and i’m expecting the next to as well. This establishment is SO CLEAN! I appreciate the aftercare directions and the solution they give you with each piercing. Would HIGHLY recommend for any piercing, very professional and well organized. My piercer was very fast and experienced which made for a very pleasant experience 10/10, if I could give more starts I would!

Absolutely phenomenal experience!!! From the instant I walked in, all very friendly, very professional and EXTREMELY clean!!! We was in Colorado for vacation (we are in Arkansas), the Man that did my nose piercing even tried to open up the hole first to save me money (I didnt ask) before he did a full piercing, I dont know of very many other businesses that would honestly do that, and it was still almost $30 cheaper than my 1st piercing a year prior in my area. I dont even think my nose was sore for more than an hour afterwards, ZERO issues or complaints and I will most definitely come back with any other future piercings. You all were awesome!!!

As always everyone is very professional. Jen is the absolute best! She did my libre today and its perfect. She always makes sure youre 1000% sure about placement. I have had multiple piercings done here and I have loved every one.

I can’t say enough good things about the outstanding service despite an unassuming and moderate store front! I had an issue with a new piercing and I was afraid that it had closed. The receptionists clarified the options in a clear and professional manner, and helped me book an appointment right a way. Jennifer the piercer was professional and chill. She answered questions in a friendly and accessible way. All it took was one minute to find the piercing point and a second to stretch it back and put the jewelry back. All it took was less than five minutes with a total cost of 5 bucks! In some other places I consulted I was told to wait for longer for a much higher cost. In anyway, I am very pleased with the venue and would certainly recommend.

Brought my daughter in today to get her 2nd lobes done and was very impressed with everyone (employees answering questions over the phone, checking in, and piercing), they were all great! They seemed fairly busy (back to back piercings) but managed bookings extremely efficiently. Clear communication and very sanitary environment! By far exceeded my expectations.

The nicest people I’ve ever met, great experience, the piercer was so funny we almost forgot about the pain at all. You’d have a great time getting your piercings here, my best friend and I sure did. In terms of the technical stuff, it really didn’t hurt, everything was well sterilized, the piercers themselves are super good at it, the whole thing was over in like 4-6 seconds.

I am very impressed with Pandora’s Piercing. It is the best piercing experience I have ever had. The staff is very nice and super welcoming. They are very direct and clear on all aftercare instructions and information about the piercing— like what the best way to sleep is with the piercing, what type of earring makes the healing process easier, etc. They also took serious note that I had my wisdom teeth removed just last week! I thank them for being attentive of that as I have dry socket :) The best part about this place is they do not use piercing guns! The first time I got my cartilage pierced, I was left with a piercing that was swollen and hurting for almost a month. The needle piercing is the way to go, and far less “scary,” per say, than the gun. The piercer was great at keeping me calm while piercing me. She also told me what to do so my piercing was the best it could be! She was extremely straightforward on what I should do so I did not mess up the piercing. The piercer knew exactly what she was doing and I love how professional she was! (I don’t often get that sort of impression when going to other places). The hoop follows and is perfectly aligned with my top hoop! I’m in love with this piercing and will definitely be coming back when I decide to get my second lobe piercing!

In ten years Ive never gone to another shop for any of my piercing needs. Pandoras is clean, professional, and offers great street care if any problems come up.

The woman that pierced my daughter’s ears was amazing. She was really nice and joked a lot to make her feel more comfortable. I didn’t realize there were different lengths of studs and she was very attentive to the size of her earlobes and made sure to have the room to swell after the piercing and heal. I would definitely recommend them if you have a kid that’s nervous. They also have flat-backed studs if you don’t want the traditional studs.

Got my tongue pierced here and it was the best piercing experience Ive had! No problems with the piercing at all.

My sister and I had a very pleasant experience; we were walk ins but everyone from the manager to the front desk staff to the piercer were more than accommodating and got us both taken care of in no time. The shop is lovely and very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. 5 stars, do recommend, will go again 😊

Always clean, professional, and friendly! My son got his ear pierced recently, and the whole experience was great, once again. Ive been before for body jewelry and questions. They are always very helpful, super informative, and accommodating. I go there for all my piercing.

Went here for my first piercings and theyre awesome. Very informative and open minded. They give you everything you need and even offer to answer questions and help you once the phone. Dont think Id even consider a different piercing shop 😂

Our experience was an absolute delight. Everyone was kind, caring, and professional. The ladies at the front desk were knowledgeable and sincere. Jen was very gentle and informative. Our seven year old felt comfortable, and so did our seventy year old grandma. I would recommend Pandoras for all your piercing needs.

When my 7-year-old girl got her ears pierced by Marshall, she simultaneously (1) really wanted pierced ears, and (2) was petrified of the unknown pain of it all. Marshall was patient and attentive as my girl worked over and over again to get mentally ready to get her ears pierced. Additionally, all the staff (and even clients!) were encouraging, supportive, and without judgement as it took us **a long time** to get both ears done. Afterwards, my girl beamed, bounced, grinned for hours, so glad it was done and it was totally worth it (her words). Knowing my girl, I didnt expect fast or easy, and Marshall and this group were just wonderful. All the gratitude and praise for these folks!

Went there for all my piercings years ago with no issue. Brought my daughter for her birthday and her ears never healed even while we were diligent in after care. We went to a different piercer to have them look at it and we took her earrings out and replaced them with a flat back earring. Her ears are already doing much better. I was unaware pandoras offered flat backs or else I would have gone with that option. After talking back and forth with the owner, she truly cares about her clients and is always vigilant in help troubleshoot. I do wish all the earring options were give to us though.

I am a local and have gotten many piercings here. Absolutely lovely experience every single time I’m in! Everyone is friendly and professional! I even had troubles with getting a piercing in by myself and staff helped me free of charge! I would recommend to everyone!

I had my ears repierced since I hadnt worn earrings in many years. Very clean, friendly staff and good at what they do. Price was very reasonable and Jen did a great job. She was fun too!

Each of my piercings have healed well and I have had no complications whatsoever, and I think it’s because Jen is a perfectionist in the best way possible. Literally go nowhere else, Pandora’s is THE place to get piercings!

Went there to have my 5 year old daughters ears pierced for the first time. From the time that we walked in, we felt welcomed and could tell that my little girl was just getting more an more excited checking out the earrings options and getting them personalized to her liking. I believe that Jen was the piercing artist that did them, she made sure to give her clear instructions and although she cried a bit with the first poke, Jen reassured her that the second one would be just as quick. Once she saw herself in the mirror, the tears went away and she couldnt stop smiling. Its been a week and so far, she hasnt complained of any discomfort and she absolutely loves her new look!

They are super friendly and clean. However, they dont do male genital piercings. Super lame. I dont see how its any different than my septum or lobes getting pierced again.

Getting my 9 year olds ears pierced has been quite the experience that has lasted almost 1 1/2 years. Each of the 3 times we have gone in I have been 100% impressed by the communication, encouragement and respect that each employee has extended to my daughter. I would go here for any piercing and encourage anyone I know to get services done here. Top notch!

Great service and fun staff. I went in without an appointment and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. They were knowledgeable and professional and even joined me in some Bruno Mars karaoke. It was a total vibe. Will absolutely go back.

I went in today to see if they could switch out a short monroe bar that another piercer, from a different shop did, (she put in a piercing fora healed piercing). I didnt even realize how short it was until Jen told my me skin was sucking it in because it was too short. They were amazing and gave amazing service. It was immaculately clean. When ever I take another contract to grand junction, this will be my go to for any piercing. They were extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable

I have been to Pandora’s on multiple occasions and Jen and her staff have always been super nice. Jen has helped my ears when they have not been healing correctly, she has replaced the backside of multiple piercings and she’s always done it with attentiveness and caution. I’ve even brought my daughter here to be pierced with the same amazing results. I will be back she deserves five stars plus.

Made an appt to get my eyebrow pierced!! Was so anxious but excited to get it done! Staff was so friendly and explained everything to me and said dont hesitate to ever call em w any questions I have about my piercing. Clean and organized area. I (a trans woman) came in to get my ears pierced. The staff was extremely professional and really kind. They accepted me is just another human and for that I will highly recommend and Ill be back again if I ever need jewelry or piercings.

I called the shop, to get my daith pierced due to have super painful migraines. They were able to squeeze me in same day. I was super nervous, but Jens soothing words, and her gentle touch, took those nerves away. I’ve had a migraine all day due to the weather, and as soon as she pierced me, instant relief. Thank you so much Jen.

Ive gotten 9 different piercings here over the years, Jen is incredibly friendly and easy-going, she explains the process when needed and makes sure you feel comfortable with everything thats happening. The shop is clean, and Jen is very careful as far as changing gloves, sterilizing equipment, etc. The receptionists are incredibly informative and easy to talk to. I refuse to get pierced anywhere else.

Great place where to get your piercings done. Did mine (5 of them at once) yesterday and looks great. 🙂 It was fast and almost without any painful feelings. 😄

They were super busy so it wasnt their fault that it took a bit longer than expected but I loved it! The staff are all very friendly. I really wish I got the piercers name but he was the only guy. He was gentle, very friendly and personable, he made the experience so much better. The pricing is EXCELLENT. I called around and this was the best place. He did my nose and its perfect.UPDATE: I am still in love with my piercing! Ive had my nose pierced about 4 different times prior to this one, and they all got infected pretty soon after I got it pierced, this piercing has NOT gotten infected, I never once had an issue with this piercing and its amazing. Seriously go here, they are professional & super nice!

I have gotten all but one piercing done here and have loved each and every experience. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and I have never had an issue with any of my piercings. The pricing is amazing especially considering the quality of work done there. I love it and will hopefully be making an appointment soon!

I went and got jewelry changed here and they were great. But I went in last saturday for a friend to get some new jewelry and how is a company that’s open from 9-5 or whatever gonna have a 2 hour lunch break. That seems a little bit too long for a lunch break but if you want a good piercing or jewelry go here.

The service was fantastic, the ladies at the front were amazing, and they gave me huge insight on how to take care of my piercing afterward, totally getting another one soon.

I went to schedule an appointment, their piercer was out for 2 1/2 weeks. Cool no big deal so I just bought the earring to have a gender neutral look. I went to get them pierced at a different location which only offered their own ear ring that fit their gun. Pandora was very rude and careless about my business that I did with them and wouldn’t uphold an exchange. Wasn’t even wanting my money back just would’ve liked something different then the same style I had. I don’t recommend ever going there, tons of better options in grand junction!

Just got my piercing all the gals were super nice and very patient with me when I decided to get two because I was so impressed even though I only had an appointment for one. Nice clean and friendly environment. I was nervous for my first and SECOND cartilage but they made it super easy and super relaxing and a very positive environment will definitely be coming back!

I have went to Jen for 3 all of my piercings so when my 9 yr old daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday, I knew exactly where to take her. The quality of work she does is unreal and if youre going to get pierced I dont believe in the stapler at Claires as an option. Jen was fantastic! My daughter was comfortable even tho she was scared and I knew she was in good hands. Anyone getting pierced near mesa county I 100% recommend Pandoras!

Honestly, the best piercing place Ive ever been to and I have been to piercers in Denver and Durango. EXPERIENCE is key. Ive been pierced by the wonderful piercer who works at Pandoras multiple times since 2012 and every time has been a fantastic experience. I went in earlier this week and received a gorgeous set of snakebite piercings and the piercer was very professional and patient with me even though I was a bit picky about the placement of the piercings. She answered a bunch of questions for me and even let me record my piercings being done(thank you also to the awesome staff member who recorded for me since my friends could not come with me!), and she did an absolutely fantastic job. She gave me great aftercare instructions and told me that if anything were to come up during the healing process that I would be welcome to come back for help. This piercer is very straightforward and very professional, if youre looking for a good piercing experience I highly recommend visiting Pandoras!

I had an amazing experience this morning getting a couple piercings. All of the staff was extremely nice and super helpful. All of them had a smile on their face the entire time. A special shout out to the peircer. She walked me through everything step by step and had a great attitude. I definitely will be returning and I will recommend pandoras piercing to anyone who is even thinking about getting a piercing done.

The ladies at the counter were absolutely amazing. Had a small issue and they were super understanding and still fit me in a few minutes after my scheduled appointment, Jen was super polite and walked me through the process of getting the piercing and when it would hurt and all that. On top of this they use actual needles instead of piercing guns which is just the cherry on top of the amazing business that is Pandoras peircings.

Just left there about 5 minutes ago and I was so nervous for the past few days thinking about my new piercing I was wanting to get. me and my mom walked in and the girls in the front were so welcoming and complimented me 💘💘!! when I went in the back when the owner was doing my piercing the way she was giving us information knowing what she was doing, she made sure I was relaxed before I got my belly piercing, and the environment was positive energy. Jen has done every single one of my piercings. I live out of state now, and I still wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. After seeing and hearing so many horror stories about people’s piercing experiences, I thought I’d get on here and give them the recommendation they deserve. Out of all 6 piercings that I’ve gotten in the past from her, all of them were done correctly, cleanly, and the shop moral says enough it’s self!

Went to Pandoras to have them check on my tragus piercings that were done at another place, my piercing hurt for 3 weeks. Jen decided we should take out the piercings, let them heal due to the swelling and i will come back in two weeks to have Jen do them the right way! I got my nose pierced here and not only did she walk me through the whole process of it all she also helped me through the pain and gave me tips to lessen it. Ive been there several times after that and I always love being there. Its a warm,positive environment and I wouldnt trust anybody else but Jen with my future piercings.

Our 6 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. Pandora’s was the right place to go. Super clean, professional, and the piercer was so kind. Great information on care and cleaning afterwards. She hardly felt anything and they healed up beautifully with his care list. Had a great experience at Pandoras! This was the second time Ive taken my daughter to Jennifer for a piercing, my first. She explained everything she was doing, shared information on a number of things involved with our different piercings, and handled my daughter almost passing out at the sight of my blood like a pro! She not only did a great job on our piercings, she was attentive to questions other customers and her staff had while taking care of us without making us feel like she was taking away from our experience. Love this shop!

I am from out of town, passing through Grand Junction on vacation, when I got the urge to re-pierce my nose. Jen is super nice and explained why she was placing my nose piercing where she did (ratio of nose to face). This was my second nose piercing and the first time I heard any of this, because the other place in my hometown that did my first piercing just placed the dot then went for it. I like Jen’s approach so much better! She even said to smile and said the ratio can only tell you so much about placement, but each persons smile tells her where it should really go. I also saw her deal with a little girl just ahead of me, getting her ears pierced for the first time. She was outstanding with her and talked her through the whole thing. Good at her craft and also good with people. The staff was friendly and courteous, prices good!

I just got my septum pierced yesterday and I was SHOCKED at how easy and painless it was. This was my 9th piercing total and by far the most painless and fast piercing experience Ive ever had.Even today the piercing is not particularly sore or swollen.The shop is extremely clean with sterile piercing equipment, and you can see the entire setup and prep area while waiting for your turn. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a good, safe, awesome piercing done. I will definitely be returning here next time I get the itch for a new piercing!

My husband and I went in with our daughter. He bought a new set of nipple rings and I got a new set of lip studs. They put them in for me and it was done in a quickly/timely manner. Didnt even wait for 5 minutes. Great customer service. Will be back.

Just got my first body piercing there (besides the basic ear lobes). It wasnt expensive and the people there were super nice. Jen was awesome! I was really nervous and she explained what she was doing and what to do to make it less painful. I definitely recommend this place.

Great selection and variety of jewelry.Jen is amazing at what she does, and available for questions.The piercing area is visibly sanitized and has private area for piercing the areas you dont want others to see. Awesome stuff, I was fairly intimidated going in as it was my first face piercing (snake bites) but the girls took really good care of me, explained aftercare very thoroughly and Jen the artist herself was very efficient, understanding, relaxing and I barely felt the needles as a result. Day 2 of having my longer piercings (for swelling) and honestly it hardly hurts. Will definitely go again as will my husband for future piercings.

I went in to have a couple new piercings done as well as have my jewelry changed for my existing piercings. I chose the stud I wanted and the girl at the counter chose the back and how long it was. I paid for the piercing and jewelry and then i left a tip on the register not realizing the tip was adding the cost for the jewelry and not just the service in the tip. About a week after having the new studs in my ears were warm to the touch and so swollen from them putting too short of bars in. I was then charged again for a jewelry change for something I felt was their mistake. As other reviews state it doesn’t feel like there is responsibility taken as much as blame put back on you. Had I known I would have just done the jewelry change myself but I trusted the professional. Apex down the road has done multiple piercings for me with no issue. I even put jewelry from the mall in my belly button after he told me not to and when I went back in with an infection he was more than happy to help but also explain the seriousness of the situation.

Thank you for the wonderful experience after being peirced wrong by another place. These guys are kind and gentle as they can be. I will only go to them for all my piercing needs!

The lady at the front counter with the Medusa piercing & black hair is extremely rude and impatient. There was confusion in miss communication and her lack of communication skills was not welcoming. I’ve had 10+ piercings from this location and this is my first ever bad experience

This place has easily the best selection of jewelry in the valley, and Jen REALLY knows what she’s doing. As long as you don’t take anything she says to personally, but always seriously if it’s for after care, you’ll come out with what you want for a good price. There can be a bit of a wait though, even if they don’t appear busy. If you’re going in to get a piercing, or even an earring changed, I would just air on the safe side and leave yourself at most an hour. I’ve been in there for just like ten minutes at a time when they were busy and an hour when they weren’t. I’ve gotten 9 piercings from Pandora’s and all but 1 have taken extremely well, and the 1 was of no fault of their business.

I’ve gotten all 12 piercings from Jen she is the only one i’ll ever let come at me with a needle that isn’t a doctor. She is always so pleasant and professional. Today when i got my belly button pierced i felt super insecure because i have to lift up my shirt and stand up while she put the mark on my stomach , i felt like everyone was staring at me but she made me feel so comfortable by telling me that i was beautiful and so is my body, this piercing made me confident in an area where i thought i would never be. My favorite piercing shop! I’ve been to a few and this is by far the best! One of the blonde girls at the counter is a bit rude, but the actual piercers/owners are so friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! They talk to you to try and distract you from the piercing, but still let you know what’s going on. They have great advice and great prices! Not to mention the beautiful jewelry and tapestry! Out of all the piercers in the valley I’ve been to, Pandora’s will always have my heart! These folks are PROFESSIONAL professional

I had my belly button pierced a few days ago by Marshall. He was great!! Everything in the piercing area was sterile and changed between each person that was there getting pierced before me. He made sure I loved the placement before going through with it and after it was done! The girls up front were very helpful and got me set up very quickly. I’ll definitely be back to Pandora’s for my next piercing!

Honestly Jen is the best. I dont trust anyone else with my piercings. From changing jewelry to repiercings to whole new ones because you ripped old ones. Hands down the best. Clean sterile and her staff is well trained and knowledgeable. They always help me pick the best jewelry! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I went for my nose and my 14 yr old daughter got her right bottom lip done ....was fast and really no pain while being pierced...the ladies there are awesome and we will definitely be goin back .... Went in to get 3 new piercings (tongue, Ashley, and smiley) staff was polite and my piercings turned out great! Definitely my new top favorite place to go to get piercings. I was also very nervous but the piercer was very quick with her work so it didn’t hurt hardly at all and still turned out just the way I wanted them too

I got my nose pierced and I had some complications with it. Jen was amazing!! She talked me through everything and even helped me have a few laughs! She was amazing so glad I was introduced to this place. The staff is so friendly and always answer my questions. Cant say enough nice things about them!!!!

Jen is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is quick, efficient and reassuring all the while maintaining a clean place to get pierced. With many piercings to my name, I can say that no piercing has hurt more than any of the others. I believe this is due to the expertise of the piercer.

Jen did my nose piercing on New Year’s Eve 2021 and I could not be happier! She was very professional with the placement of my piercing and it was very clean, she was super kind and calm and she helped me calm down and feel less anxious and nervous, she will be the only person I want to do the rest of my piercings :)

Me(13) and my mom went into pandoras after eating at the cafe next door to ask some questions about a cartalige ear peirceing.. There was a sign saying apontment only but as we were asking about it they said they could do it right then. It took less than 5 minutes and my peircer was very nice. They give a care manual with a emergency phone number and the shops number. They were very nice and helpfull. The shop is so pretty and has a cool vibe to it. It was a rather cheap percing and the jewelry is very pretty. The peircer explaned everything that was going on as she did it. Great place I highly recommend it to anyone adult or child. Thank you pandoras peircing for the great experience.

Love this place. Jen and Marshall are the best. I have known Jen for over 10yeaars, she is the best in the valley for piercings and dermals. I have took 3 of my daughters to her, would trust no one else.

I was planning to come here for some piercings and as always I looked to reviews first. It’s really a shame, because I was full well willing to ignore the bad reviews since they were less prevalent than the good.. but then I saw the responses from one of their business people. The amount of disrespect and bitterness in the way this person responded to customers that spent their hard earned money to get a piercing botched? No thank you. I hope they see this and understand that a new approach to criticism is absolutely necessary.

If I want a piercing this is where I always go! I have had my lip done, my anti eyebrow, and now a new addition. She is very clean and professional very quick so the pain is fast! And when you get the piercing done right the healing is better. 10/10 recommended going here for any piercing that you need!

My daughter got her eyebrow pierced about a year ago. The piercer Jen was wonderful to work with. My daughters piercing healed perfect as we followed up with the after care sprays and antibacterial cleanings. As far as these other few bad reviews use some common sense, and dont blame a gloved santized piercer for your infections. If you dont do the proper after care youll get an infection.🤔🙄

Took a couple of minors in for ear piercings. Other than the girls working in the front being rude and acting as if paying customers were wasting their time the actual piercers in the back were amazing! The way they talked to and made my daughter and her friend feel more comfortable would be the reason I would recommend them to others and go back myself.

First off let me say that Pandoras came highly recommended by a staff member in my physicians office.The knowledge and time taken with me to really get a great understanding of what I was thinking and what my problem was with the current jewelry I had was outstanding!Bonus* I got a nose piercing too!

A bit disappointed with my first experience here. I called and scheduled a jewelry change for 4:20. I showed up a couple of minutes early to check in and was sitting in the waiting room with a minute to spare. However, I waited for over 10 minute past my appointment time before having to leave. What is the point of scheduling an appointment and showing up on time if they are not able to keep to their scheduled time?

This is the only place I will ever to go for piercings! Not only did I receive amazing care but the piercer was super gentle and I will definitely be going again.

I got my right daith pierced to help with migraines. I immediately started feeling better (went in with a migraine) and my piercer is absolutely phenomenal! I was very comfortable and she helped put me at ease and walked me through everything she was doing. 100% will be going back for more piercings!

Really professional. Got my smiley and my under the tongue webbing done by Jen. I couldnt do the one movement to expose my webbing under the tongue but Jen made it work and I love them both! Highly recommend them!

Had my diath pierced on both sides and my TMJ pain and jaw popping is almost completely gone after 15 years of pain!!! Still cant quite believe it! Super sweet lady who does an amazing job at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend her!!!!

This piercing place has a good selection of jewelry. However they do not open on their displayed hours, the staff are distant, not attentive, inexperienced and rude. The piercer herself can do the piercings clean and professional but it is not a pleasant experience overall. Before they moved to this location on main, it was a better business. If youre going to spend the money on getting a piercing go to APEX

Ive gotten almost every single piercing with Jen I loved her work and thorough explanations. But recently I have had some issues. I got my belly button done and it wasnt healing right so she said to come in a get a longer barbell, which I went in to do and she told me I shouldnt do it or need to, so I told her to do what she thought was best and she changed it anyway. I woke up at 2 in the morning to a terrible pain I couldnt move without hurting my piercing so I texyted her to get advice, I eventually gave up and took it out. And when she texted me back, and was blaming everything on me. I wouldnt of minded as much if she apologized and tried to resolve the situation, but no it was all blamed on me and how I was caring for it even tho I was doing everything she said along with my care instructions. I hate yo leave a bad review but had healing isnt always the clients fault.everything from the redness and pain and the [too small] balls going into my skin and how if I took care of it properly it wouldnt be how it was, which to me is unacceptable. TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY!! I also added some pictures of my belly button before and after taking it out.

Went in to get my septum redone. I was talked down to, in very condescending tones by Jen. She had previously done a few piercings for me, and she wasn’t so crude the first time (several years ago). I probably would have gone through with my piercing if she wasn’t so rude, and making faces at me like a child when I asked her about the jewelry she uses.

The. Best. Experience. Ever!! The employees were amazing and professional and personal. I would tell ANYBODY to go here. I will be going back whenever I get any more piercings, hands down!!

Parents avoid this place if your taking your child age 12 and below to get their ear pierced. Horrible customer service, Cashier is ignoring us, not organize and unprofessional. They wanted an Id for a child? lol We called the day before and they never mentioned to bring a BC/ID. Instead they deny us service. Take your kids to the mall instead, they have better paperwork and ask for the parents ID instead. I dont recommend!

After bringing two of my teens to Jen for their various piercings, I decided to get a daith piercing. I had a great experience. Jen knows what shes doing. I was anxious, only because ive heard cartilage piercings are pretty painful, but i literally thought when she cleaned my ear with the alcohol wipe left more of a feeling than the needle. Also, I cant stress how much having a piercer prep everything in front of you being important. When they go into a separate room and come out with a tray with everything on it, it should make someone wonder if anything is clean. At Pandoras they keep everything in the area that you get pierced in. I watched her get everything together, put my jewelry and hemostat in the autoclave and opened the needle from its package. That alone made me feel at ease. Jen has such a great personality, and its amazing to watch her work. Sure theres another place on Main Street that does piercings a little bit cheaper, but Pandora will always have my business, as long as im in Junction.

Jen and staff are incredible. I’m thankful for jen’s expertise and advice and opinions on piercings. The shop is clean and well kept. I won’t go anywhere else.

I stopped in here becasue the dresses in the window were adorable and they had a great rack sale going on. Lots of cute things to browse, though some were a bit pricey. Good prices for a boutique shop though. The piercings looked a bit expensive, but I dont know what standard in the area is.

The piercings I have I got here. The service, the knowledge and the environment was all well worth the price. I would definitely go here again.

The people where really polite and the one who did my daiths was super calming. One thing I will say is for those getting a cartilage piecing for the first time like I did is do not stop cleaning them and using the airplane pillow and dont use headphones. I stoped a month in and they got really irritated and the presser from the headphones made it worse.

Been here several time with multiple people getting piercings. The shop is clean is the people working do a great job keeping things clean and explaining care.

Very friendly, made sure everything was like we wanted, & that didnt include the Jen the lady that does the piercings she is amazing she makes sure your piercing is exactly where you want it, walks you through each step &gives you her personal number if you have any problems or questions.

Got 2 dermals by Marshall Jen was busy piercing in the private room. Both dermals were off center and not spaced evenly so removed them and now have some ulgy scars. Jen offered to put them elsewhere but those were my first and last dermals due to my experience. I did ask Marshall to move the dots before piercing but he said it would be off center if he did and recommended to leave them. I did ask before I left to have them lift one side cause it looked sunk in. Right when i got home my mom commented on the placement. He also pierced my daughters ears and they were to close to her other holes she was unhhapy with the results as well.

I came in on a day that they suddenly got busy right before closing and I was still treated graciously and with patience despite my not being able to decide between two earring pairs. Much gratitude! ✌

Fast and awesome service. Had both ears pierced (daith). Also has my old tongue piercing looked at to see I could a bar back in and it was still open and got a starter barbell to adjust having a bar back in

I just got my belly pierced for the second time and all I have to say is dont pierce yourself Anywhere else if it isn’t at Pandoras piercing. Went in to get a standard lobe peircing done. Turns out my holes from about 25 years ago that I had thought closed up, were fully open and I was just charged for the cost of the earings. Great service and would return.

I had a piercing in my neck clavical at Another shop it was placed in not center. The wrong end stud was used. I went back to get it removed and they told me it would be 20 bucks and not to worry about the infection to just stick a band aid on it. I went to Pandora and they removed it for me its been 3 days and its almost completly invisable. Pandora did not even charge me. I was in pain. This is the ONLY place you should get piercings at. Dont go anywhere else. Thank you. Maggs

Cant comment on the piercing, but they have super cute dresses. I was in there on a Saturday and the woman working sat on the phone the entire time, talking white trash drama. Didnt acknowledge me come in, and didnt help. I probably would have bought something, had she at the very least, gotten off the phone. Youre at work, at a business. Act like it.
