I can’t say enough good things about this place. I am currently seeing Jen for laser tattoo removal. Her professionalism and communication about the treatment and expectations beforehand really set the stage and made me feel like I was definitely in the right place. I went for my first treatment yesterday, and she made me feel more than comfortable.Everyone at the front is also great. They are always friendly and also very professional. I’ll most certainly be returning here for all of my aesthetic and dermatology needs beyond just my tattoo removal moving forward. Highly, highly recommend.

What a great experience with Haley today! She’s a real professional…knowledgeable, great at what she does. She walked me through my laser treatment, step by step, made sure I was comfortable and patiently answered all of my many questions. I was very excited to have cool sculpting done after researching my best options, and Im SOOOOO very happy with Jen at MWD. She made the process very personal to me and got me through all the stages. The service I received with Jen was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I came in with a small cosmetic bump on my cheek and Jen was able to educate me on what it is, how to care for it and how to prevent more from occurring. She encouraged me and educated me to purchase some retinol from her to prevent more from occurring, so that’s a plus! Jen carefully explained the treatment to me and it was comfortable and painless. The heated bed was a bonus, I didn’t want to leave. As a guy whosnever been to an aesthetics office, it was a friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this business, theircustomer service is second to none!

Haley did awesome! She was very thorough with all the questions Ive had and was making sure I was doing alright throughout the entire operation. Also kept conversations going the whole time to keep an easy conscious and making everything comfortable. Offered water or juice in case i wanted it, very nice and very easy going, wasnt stern, very open. I had IPL done with Haley. I was very nervous about the amount of pain that I would have to go through because I had a bad experience with a different dermatologist. Haley made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and the anesthetic cream worked so I felt minimal discomfort. I am pleased with the results and am looking forward to my next treatment!

I LOVE this office.My appointment with Jen was very thorough and I am excited to begin my CO2 treatment with her!I have previously had filler injections where I bruised heavily (which I understand can happen-but could be much more minimal if you use correct techniques) and made me embarrassed because it was overdone. The results in the past from other offices didn’t give me what I was wanting.Dr. Paul listened to what I was aiming for and the results…..EXACTLY what I was wishing/hoping for. She was gentle and I only had one barely noticeable bruise, which was easily covered with lipstick! So happy with results. Again, I love, LOVE this office and staff! Met Dr Paul for the first time and was very impressed with her knowledge! She was very patient with me and listened to my concerns and walked me through the process of getting fillers. The procedure was relatively painless. So far I’m very pleased with the results, other than having several small bruises on my chin. It’s been 3 days and overall I’m happy with how it looks; I am hoping one area smooths out a bit more. I’m definitely going back to see what other options are available for other skin concerns.

Came to this office for laser hair removal and saw Haley. If you are thinking about getting laser, do it. I know it can be pricey, but definitely worth it. Haley was always pleasant and easy to talk to. She also helped my skin start to clear up with the Alumier skincare line.

Dr Paul and her staff are knowledgeable, safety-minded, professional and so kind. I have had facial CO2 laser resurfacing twice. First time softened my skin, helped my deep wrinkles and smoothed out my skin tone. I felt so much better and comfortable in my skin. Second time (this year), I am astonished! About two months after the process, and this is the truth, the deep wrinkles were not deep any longer. Sure they are still there a bit (thats what I get for sunburning my face so many times!) but a mere shadow of their former selves, and my skin is so soft. I highly recommend talking to these folks about this process.

Advice when you want it, products if you need them, no pressure — ever! Everyone in the practice is personable and professional.

I can not say enough about Jennifer Madrill. I unexpectedly got Malasma on my face a few years after having my daughter. It has been a long road of many treatments trying to get it to disappear. Jen never gave up on me and we tried several different treatments until finally finding something that worked. She is extremely knowledgable and a joy to work with. I dreaded the situation I was in but she helped me find a solution so I could gain my confidence back. She is awesome! I have been seeing Erin Larson and Dr. Paul for some time now. Erin since I was 19 or 20 years old.This place has helped me take control of my skin in so many different ways. Getting my melasma under control has been a battle, but they finally came up with a solution and I am almost melasma free !! Their knowledge has given so many people the confidence they deserve. Aside from their endless skills, they have become like family to me. They truly do care how their patients feel and want them all to be happy. I can’t say enough fabulous things about Dr. Laggis. She was amazing with my son after so many doctors were unable to help him. Office staff was all so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.
