I highly do not recommend. People are entrusting you to be elite professional tattooed artist. I got this tattoo with my mothers name only a few weeks ago. However, it look like I have had it for years. The lady told me the gentleman probably tattoo it too light. I have other tattoos and never experienced this at all!! She told me he could redo it free of charge. A good business owner with integrity and decorum would have offered me a refund but instead suggested I allow him to do it over. Why would I do that? He was suppose to do the job correctly the first time. Poor customer service. Thanks for ruining a special sentimental tattoo. It is my hope that you will do some re-evaluating of your services. Definitely not good business practices . Never again.

I went here to get my first tattoo and while it was a big tattoo for a first tattoo. after going back twice to get it finished it just didnt look as vibrant as it should. and they said it was because my skin is to light to take color. i have heard of skin being to dark but never to light. Also, the line work for the letters was sloppy and looked as if the artist was nervous when doing my tattoo and the color on the butterfly was not as vibrant as a fresh tattoo or even a 3 month old tattoo should be. it looked as if it was 10 yrs old instead of 3 months old and i had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. also got my nose pierced here and it rejected because the nose ring that was used had some amount of Nickle in it and i had allergic reaction to it even after i said i needed hypoallergenic metal for my jewelry. so while they are nice people i think the service could have been better and at least for me it was a waste of money.

I recently got a piercing done here and it was one of the worst experiences ever. Now the lady at the front was extremely polite and quick about the service. However one I looked at it I realized it was crooked, and two she pinched too much skin. The ring began sinking into the whole so I went back to her and explained to her what I was experiencing. She switched the ring and sprayed it with “Bactine Max”. She told me to invest in it because it’s best for piercings. If you look this up it clearly says it’s not meant for piercings or puncture wounds. So I went and got a second open and they had to take it out because it was done incorrectly. I called and asked her if I came to her and let her do it would she refund the money she said, “ no I will not refund you just because you decided you didn’t want the piercing anymore”. I informed her I wanted it but it was done incorrectly. She just said well I’ll look at it but I will not refund you.

She is fast and down to earth. I loved her. I’ve had many piercings but she has done the best job so far and she also has lots of any kinda of rings that u may want.

I really loved my artist, he was extremely professional and does great work. His wife also provided excellent customer service at the desk. I will be back. Thanks again for my new tat, I love it!

You will not find a better group of people to work on your piercings and tattoos. On top of that, they genuinely care about their customers and their body of work. They have a clean facility and they are family friendly. Go by with an idea and they will help you flesh it out. I cant say enough good stuff about them!

Got my septum done she was nice I payed 55 but she didnt give me a cleaner for mine she was nice tho and fast

I got my industrial piercing today. I thought I was going to act up but luckily, Penny was so quick with it! She’s the best!

Tattoos look like the artist was doing them in prison with a staple and home made ink.cant follow lines and never was taught how to shade.i can say this to be true because the owner/artist did a messed up tattoo on my hand.i wish I could show a picture of my hand its not a good tattoo.i would never go back and definitely would never send anyone to that shop for tattoos.my advice would be to stay clear of that tattoo shop just being honest.

Penny did my piercing and she was so sweet and quick.. Both things that I needed. Since, .I have referred to friends for the same service.

Had a simple trace job done he she didnt finish it it was very important signature I was taxes and they couldnt even do the numbers correctly. Yellow rose is well worth the wait .

I love Penny. I took my daughter with me. Its comfortable and with my daughters anxiety that is something. Will go back
