I’ve been looking for a good nail salon for a while now. I googled this salon and they had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. Upon arrival I was greeted nicely and was amazed at the one on one service received. The studio is private so it’s only the customer and technicians there at your appointment. I love the privacy of this nail salon. Alex did my pedicure and was amazing. Elizabeth did my manicure and she did an amazing job as well. I believe I have found a salon I plan to stick with for a while. My nails were done perfectly and my pedicure was done perfectly. I will definitely be back next month for services again. Everyone please try these ladies out they’re new to the area but they know customer service and are very professional and know what they’re doing. I’m glad I gave them a chance and they definitely delivered beyond what I expected. See you ladies soon! Thanks for great services!

Lee Ink is the place to go for tattoos! Elizabeth absolutely kills it every time. So far I’ve gotten two tattoos from here and I definitely intend on getting more done. Elizabeth is so gentle and takes time to ensure every detail of the tattoo is perfect. When they announced they were going to be doing tattoos at an in-home location, I didn’t even hesitate to keep my appointment. The new location is absolutely stunning. Very clean and comfortable as always!

This was my second visit to the salon, but I was very disappointed. The design is very rough and the surface is not smooth or even at all. The details were badly handled. She was so rude when she was polishing my nails that almost hurt every finger. Nail polish gel was also applied to the skin. I dont know if you are in a hurry or something, but I can feel that you havent taken this design seriously.Are you sure? Did you really ask me if I liked it when finished the design? Be kind, admit your mistakes and change them. I hope you can do better and better.

This is the 4th nail salon I have visited since moving to Greenville, and I think I’ve found my spot. They are appointment only, You have to text to make an appointment. The owners are super friendly! Elizabeth did my nails- she did an excellent job! Her attention to detail was on point. She checked in with me throughout the service to get my feedback. This shop is new to the area, go check them out! Looking forward to getting a pedicure when I go back in a few weeks!

New to Greenville, Elizabeth did a fantastic job! I’ve never had a nail set done so well. She pays close attention to the health of your natural nails and is very helpful on how to take care of them. The shape and quality is done very well. She pays attention to follow the curve of your natural nail. Price is very fair and she takes her time to make sure they are done beautifully. She is a true nail artist! Highly recommend.

I just had the pleasure of my 1st set of nails since before COVID and I am VERY happy! Elizabeth & Alex were lovely. They just moved their business from Raleigh, NC to Greenville, SC and Im delighted to find them. Elizabeth is extremely talented with free hand art and Im excited for future sets! We had great conversation, I felt very safe (still requiring masks), and they were both so very kind. They are still setting up due to delivery delays but they ARE open! Appointments are required so schedule yours before word gets out!

Elizabeth did my nails and they are the best nails I’ve ever had!! She is also the sweetest person ever. This is unlike any other nail salon. Elizabeth & Alex want to get to know you and make sure you love the nails you’re paying for. They really genuinely care. I’m never going to another salon again!!

Lee Ink Studio is awesome! From the cleanliness of the studio to the friendliness of Elizabeth and Alex. I had a great experience both with the creation of my half sleeve/birth flower/birth name tattoo to the day of the tattoo. They both are super professional and talented. I’m looking forward to finishing my piece in a few weeks and my husband’s appointment this week. I love the private studio and feeling at home while getting my tattoo. Elizabeth pays great attention to detail and has immense talent.

Is this Really a Tattoo Studio? Their business address in Greenville is an empty storefront. After multiple attempts to follow their very odd rules, I tried and tried to get in touch to make an appointment... No answer so I decided to try to walk in a book an appointment. At the address I found a building that looked closed no identiting Tattoo Studio Signs, Door was locked both knob and dead bolt. After I sent another message, probably number 6, I received a message from them, said they were so busy that they were no longer taking new clients... Then suddenly a post appeared on their website stating Do Not Show Up at our Office and Bang, Tug and Knock on the door. I would be very cautious trying to get a hold of them. I might be completely wrong but they were rude and they will not get my business!

Elizabeth and Sunny are so great, so kind and sweet!!! I have Elizabeth do my nails and she is so intricate and precise. She always nails the shape and design, she is so talented! Ive had previous salons cut my skin when shaping and Elizabeth has never even come close. Scheduling is easy and they are very understanding of time and busy life. :) Ill never go anywhere else.

The quality of tattoos that I have received from Lee Ink has been amazing. Her attention to detail is unmatched and I love my little fine line tattoos. Ive even brought both of my sisters to get tattoos from Elizabeth. The new studio is clean and makes you feel right at home. I cant wait to come back and get more work done.

Okay so I needed a skilled nail tech because I like to get designs on my nails. I stumbled upon Phoenix nail studio as I kept googling nail salons in Greenville … I was hesitant but I made and appointment through text messages with the salon. It was so awesome because I sent the girl pictures of what I wanted and she said she could do it. I got a pedicure and a full set of nails and WOW these girls rocked my world. They spent an hour on my pedicure and it was amazing 😻!!!! Talk about a treat, the girl worked on my ingrown nails and My calluses as I sipped wine that they brought out for me. It doesn’t stop there though my manicure was beyond great she made my nails looked exactly how I wanted them . The design is beautiful. Make an appointment with them you won’t regret it.

This is a fantastic place. Went there for the first time today for probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had and then the new acrylic set. Elizabeth was meticulous, and did not rush. Each nail was viewed for its personal characteristics, addressed and manicured to near perfection. Conversation with Rebecca (? Hope I got your name right) was an exercise in intellectual respect, and true interest in what I had to say. This will be my go to place for here on out.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. The environment is relaxing and the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Its easy to see why they stay so busy! Its definitely worth getting an appointment - Alex gives amazing massages and Elizabeth is an incredibly talented artist, not to mention that theyre both really fun to chat with. Amazing experience here! I’ve been on the hunt for a great nail salon down in North Carolina for so long. I’m only here for school, so it’s been tough trying to find somewhere where I’m 100% satisfied.This is the place!!!! Elizabeth was so kind, and did an incredible job on my nails. I sent her a picture a few days prior via text message of what I wanted, and she took such care of making sure everything was perfect. Before she even applied the polish, she asked me to look at my nails & make sure the shape & everything was good for me. Great atmosphere & staff!I strongly recommend this place!! Always get amazing service here! Ive had pedicures, manicures, waxing services, and massages here and theyve all been wonderful. The crew here is courteous, professional and warm.Sunny has been doing dip manicures for me for several months and my nails have never been in such good shape. I was looking for a nail artist for a while and I am so pleased with the work done by Elizabeth. She was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I was jelly with my nails before I left. She answered all the questions I had about my nails.

They have recently updated their space at their home and it is so incredibly clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Will now and forever be my GO TO! Amazing!

I came in with quarantine nails: long, cuticles all over the place, and skin dry. I asked for the Mani (a new you) and pedi (a dreamers destination). They had amazing procedures in place to ensure I felt safe during this pandemic and covid. I texted for an appointment, then texted to let them know I arrived. Everyone wore masks and they limited the number of clients in the building. The Mani/pedi itself was luxerious with the massage chair, scented neck pillow, warmed eye mask, foot/hand massages, free drink, and kind/warm conversation. Now I feel relaxed and my nails are ready for the summer!

Today was my first of many visits. So happy that we found this place!. Alex and Sunny did an amazing job. They took their time with my mother and I, and we left feeling like a million bucks. Super clean and cozy. I absolutely recommend.

While the exterior can be off putting, do not worry because the talent inside is absolutely amazing. They took my inspiration pic and did such an amazing job, blowing it out of the water. The picture does not do it justice. She was also really nice and conversation was easy, something hard to find at many places. I will definitely be coming back for another set sometime soon!! First time going. Sunny was great. I’m extremely particular about my nails. Takes me awhile to find someone I like when moving to a new area. This is the 5th place I’ve been in Raleigh and think I will be returning! I really like that it’s appointment only and you don’t feel rushed. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that my corners were very sharp, not smooth so I had to file them all myself, but I’ll be sure to check them before I leave next time!

Since moving to the Raleigh/Durham area I have tried multiple nail salons in the area prior to finding Phoenix. Since finding the salon, I won’t go anywhere else. My manicure lasts almost 3 weeks! I get the SNS dip and some small decals. Sunny is such a kind, fun and professional tech.

I am always so happy with my tattoos with leeink. The attention to detail and care put into even the smallest piece is truly amazing. I even had different shades of blue swatched onto my arm to make sure the blue that was used looked the best on my skin tone! I can’t count the amount of compliments I get on my tattoos. Their space is very clean and organized, they even have a tv to watch your favorite show for distraction. I can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been tattooed twice now by Elizabeth and every time it is a great experience. Her and her wife create a very safe space for the entire process for getting tattooed. They were communicative and professional upon booking and securing my appointment and walked me through the entire process with ease. I’m so thankful to have a shop that is female owned and is completely private creating a comfortable environment. I’m hooked and will be back for more exquisite and beautifully crafted art.

Simply amazing! Very friendly, clean and professional. The fact that is appointment only makes it so much better. The fine needle work was relatively painless… at least for me since I’m used to the heavy handed tags

I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough!! First, She was so nice and very gentle with my nails. I also like that she takes the time to examine your natural nails and bases her services around what is best for your nails (mine being thin/brittle even when I go months without nails on). Second, she uses the purple liquid (the girls that get it, get it)!!! I legit feel like techs who pull out the purple bond liquid are quality and an expert in their craft! If all you do is dip powder nails and are never satisfied (e.g. can only only use one color, flat nail beds, break and crack), it’s because that is a cheap and quick way apply nails, and let this review be a sign to switch it up and get this type of application! It looks so much better (better apex and shape) and also stays so much better (less lifting). Third, Elizabeth is an artist and is so good with designs! If you’re looking for euphoria level nails, she won’t let you down. Tons of colors and rhinestones, etc. Her pricing is super fair and I like that she is reservation only so I don’t feel like I am being rushed out the door.

In the past going to the nail salon has been an overwhelming experience. Always super busy and at times the techs would rush through the service. That is not that type of place! I gave poor Elizabeth a less than 24 hour notice for an appointment but she was able to fortunately accommodate. She was extremely friendly and made me a part of the experience. No one is allowed to bring a plus one so it is quite relaxing and quiet. Elizabeth paid very close attention to my nails, checking and double checking her work. Such an amazing little spot in Greenville and I can’t wait to go back!

Saturday was my first time visiting Phoenix Nail Spa and I had such a great experience! This was my first time to a salon since February and not only were they welcoming but I also felt they were abiding by guidelines regarding cleanliness. I like that you can text them your design, color, and nail shape preference before the visit. This makes the visit a lot more efficient. You have to schedule an appointment and no one is allowed to just wait in the lobby, which made is a lot less crowded. They spaced everyone out and I dont think there were more than four or five other clients with me at a time. Everyone was required to wear a mask at all times and overall it was a very comfortable setting.Alex and Elizabeth were extremely kind and both very talented! I had requested a full set and a color change on my toes. The store closes at 7 but they took the time to not make me feel rushed and completed my service even after they had closed.I have never been to a nail salon like this and am usually salon hopping trying to find one with great customer service but also quality nails and design. I think I have found my regular place! Im already picking out my nail design for the next visit! :)

I had a great experience at Phoenix! Ivy did my pedicure, massage, and gel manicure. She was extremely thorough, detailed and gentle. I can’t believe all the features I got with the “all about me pedicure”. Almost fell asleep, it was so relaxing! The text booking is convenient and professional. And the customer service was great. My first time here and the staff was extremely friendly!

Amazing pedicure and gel manicure here - the massage included with both is the icing on the cake. They are one of the more affordable salons in the area, but that does not mean they sacrifice on time or quality. I will only go here from now on as long as I live in the area. Gel manicure was great - I did a lighter color and she even added an additional coat because she wanted to make sure I was happy with how opaque it was. My regular polish pedicure lasted for 4 weeks without chipping! I only had to take it off because my nails had grown out too long.

My boyfriend and I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure and I also received a gel manicure. This was our first time at Phoenix Nail Spa and we can honestly say this was the best experience weve ever had. I had the pleasure of having the owner Alex take care of me. She was patient, kind, funny, and very down to earth. She did an awesome job and I absolutely love my nails. We will definitely be back!

Hands down the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. Just moved from Florida and I am very picky when it comes to my nails...so I was worried about having to try out new places. Phoenix Nail Spa exceeded my expectations. Alex and Elizabeth are SO kind and funny. They pay so much attention to detail and take their time in order to ensure your money is being very well spent. Very genuine people who want nothing more than to give you outstanding service. No complaints whatsoever. Love them!

I dropped in without an appointment for acrylic nails, and they were nice enough to accommodate me. Alex made extra sure that I got the shape and length I had in mind and they look great! The salon is clean and nicely decorated, and they offer you a beverage as well if you want one. I have been looking for a good nail place in North West Raleigh for a while now and will definitely come back.

BEST pedicure ever!!! I am from Northwest Ohio and Ive been doing some traveling to NC for medical treatments. Im extremely picky about my nail needs. My first pedicure with Alex blew my mind! I made sure to make another appointment when I came back to town 7 weeks later. The salon is extremely clean, modern, serene, comfortable and high class. From the moment you walk in you feel very welcome and taken care of until you leave. I loved that Alex remembered me from 7 weeks ago and even recalled why I was in town. I seriously cannot recommend Pheonix Nail Spa enough! I went last night for the first time and have nothing but positives to say! I got a pedicure that was SO relaxing and Sunny did such a wonderful job. My feet feel happy and healthy for this first time in a long time! Then I got a full set of gorgeous stiletto nails with a super cute glitter accent nail from Elizabeth. Her nail art is absolutely stunning, her work area looks like it came straight from Instagram! The whole time I was chatting with Alex and Elizabeth and they are such wonderful people. It was fun, comfortable, and I instantly felt like part of the family. I cant wait to be a regular!

I found Phoenix Nail Spa on yelp, so thank you for those who have left your reviews. I am in LOVE with this nail spa! I travel for my job and struggle to find nail salons that give me something more than just a basic gel manicure. I made an appointment in advance with Elizabeth and told her what I was hoping to do (marble nail design on ring fingers and a solid color on the other fingers). She confirmed my appointment the day of, I ended up being a few minutes late but they were friendly when they greeted me. One of the girls brought me the color swatches, Im sorry I didnt catch your name. Alex ended up bringing me some additional swatches, I couldnt stop eyeballing the cat eye swatches. Let me tell you, I am so happy I went with the cat eye! I love the look and for wanting to branch out a bit, it has given me something to ease into fun nails. I wish I didnt travel so much and could get my manicures every 2 weeks from Phoenix Nail Spa. I will be making my appointments every time I know I will be in Raleigh. I also will be telling all of my girlfriends that they need to make this there new home. Thank you for turning my ragged hands into something beautiful Alex! You were fun to talk to and I appreciate you and I love my manicure!

I have been to so many nail places in Raleigh looking for the best place (I am from NY so I am very picky when it comes to nail places) and I have finally found it! Customer service is amazing. I got their $40 pedicure and the price is amazing for the service they provide. This package comes with a 10 minute foot massage which they do on a reclining chair and provide you with a blanket and a sleep mask. They also give you a neck warming pillow in the beginning and offer drinks! I never review places, but this place deserves a positive review and 5 stars!

This place is amazing. I had my nails done prior to Thanksgiving and they still look good. Ive never had gel polish last this long. Suny?Sunny?? Spelling unsure, but she did my nails and was a joy to chat with. Definitely going again.

I brought my mom, brother and his girlfriend here for manicures and massage, and we had a relaxing and nice time. The atmosphere was chill and the staff was really sweet, as well as talented at nails. They took a lot of care with us to make sure we left feeling relaxed and looking good! It was around the holidays, so we came in kind of stressed, but left feeling great. They also worked hard to accommodate all of us simultaneously on short notice. I will definitely be back for a pedicure!

Highly recommend!! This place is great. It is extremely clean and they follow guidelines for social distancing so that everyone is safe. Me and a friend booked the Escape Reality Spa pedicures. Both the pedicures and included leg and foot massages were absolutely amazing. They sit you in a recliner with a warm neck wrap and eye pillow to block the light during your massage. I fell right asleep. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Alex did an amazing job! I got the dip powder service on my nails, and she made them look so natural compared to the other place I had them done at. She was very quick but also very thorough at the same time. She made sure I was happy with the length and style of my nails and that they were all the same length. She was very personable and professional. They only accept appointments (no walk ins) which is very nice because the staff there aren’t rushed like many other places. Would definitely recommend!

I have been to both Alex and Elizabeth and Phoenix nail spa is by far the best in North Carolina AND New York. They are both KIND and I always feel better leaving than when I walk in. I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go and have little mini works of art on my nails. You can send Elizabeth pictures of anything you have seen and not only can she do them by hand but she makes them better. They are true kind creatives. The best part is it’s appointment only so it’s always so zen and relaxed and never rushed when you go. I have so much to say about this establishment...I truly would never go anywhere else to get my nails done. From day one, they have been courteous, personable, timely, and just a great experience in every way. They are by appointment only which is a telling as to the service you will receive- it’s all about you! By the way- they make this VERY known that they are by appointment only, therefore, no surprises and it sets the expectation beforehand. I have never had a bad experience and believe they truly care about their clients. You can tell, they work so hard for the satisfaction of their clients. I even brought my aunt from out of state, for a pedicure, and is particular about her service. She loved it and said “if I lived here, I would only go here too!” Elizabeth is an artist and will never disappoint. Although, no matter who you go to, the experience will all be the same, AMAZING! Had an appointment with Elizabeth as a new customer, she is great. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable of nails. I will be going back again. I love my nails.She even remembered my name. 😊There was also another nice lady there that made me feel extremely comfortable being in the salon. She was also knowledgeable.KaylaUpdateStill coming to see Elizabeth! Please don’t listen to the negative reviews. She’s a really nice person and she does excellent work! I am never in the salon for more than 45 mins when getting a fill in. She’s hardly ever running behind.

A friend and I went in on a random Sunday afternoon. I had a pedicure. The salon was so clean, they use new plastic liners for the tubs!! This sold me fronthe beginning. My technician was especially attentive to my cuticles and really cleaned them up. The owners are both amazing technicians also!! They took the time to talk to us and explain to us what the different processes were. I highly recommend this cool nail salon!!

My friend Sandra and I meet up twice a year from opposite directions to have a “spa day”. We have been to some of the high end “luxury” spas in Raleigh - but Phoenix Nail Spa puts them to shame, not to even mention, it’s half the cost! We usually get the “Out of this world” pedicure and it is absolutely amazing. The pedicure itself is awesome but the hand and foot massage that follows is our favorite part! We have to fight to stay awake 😆 then our toes are painted and we’re on our way! The staff is super friendly and the spa is very comfortable. Check it out ~ you’re in for a treat!!

Went to Phoenix Nail Spa for the first time today and was more than pleased with my experience!! Alex crafted my nails beautifully all while educating me about the benefits of the products I chose. She was a great conversationalist and offered me a beverage. One of the things I enjoyed the most is that I was offered enhancements/designs:etc, but did not feel pressured to have to add them to my service. Many times at a nail salon they badger you to get the “extras”. It was refreshing to be offered, but not be asked multiple times even after telling them I wasn’t interested! The salon is esthetically pleasing and they seem to genuinely care about your experience! Definitely give them a try. I know I’ll be going back!!!

This is my 2x getting a gel manicure at this Salon out of convenience due my Regular shop being closed or booked. The Gel manicure at Phoenix Nail spa is a definitely More expensive and Very Poor Quality Gel Manicure. Most people get the Gel Manicure so that it will last and withstand everyday task. I got my nails done on a Sunday and by Tuesday 3 nails were already chipped. I did call to get them repaired and was asked what did I do?. Excuse me just regular everyday tasks.. I was not happy and they were not friendly while I was getting the repair. Its now been Saturday still less than a Week since Ive had this Manicure and the nail polish has chipped again. At this time Im over it. I will never get anything done at this Salon again. I have decided this is no longer worth my time. I will get them fixed at my Regular Salon and leave this review for anyone that might be tricked by the ambiance or wine this shop gives out a poor quality Service and they are Pricey.........

Elizabeth was friendly, on time, and professional. She took her time and made sure she checked with me throughout the service, and gave me exactly what I asked for. Will be back.

This is my new nail spa!! Alex is AMAZING!! I’ve never had anyone take the time to make sure my nails were next to perfect and I truly appreciate her passion. She even had me step out of my comfort zone as far as polish. So happy I found this place.

This spa and nail salon was AMAZING. great prices for extremely detailed and talented work. They take their time on each pedicure and massage as well as every single nail appointment. When you go in , you feel like youve made friends. Not like other nail salons where you are talked about in other languages or made to feel uncomfortable. They are genuinely people people. I had never been to Phoenix Nail Spa but the ratings were so good my bridesmaids and me decided to try them for my wedding since I really hadn’t found a good nail place before. Elizabeth has been my nail tech since her days at another salon. She is the best in town! I appreciate that she does not do rush jobs. She takes her time and she perfects her art each and every time I’ve shown her a design I wanted. I just love her easy going, sweet personality.The pedicures are amazing, even down to the basic pedicure. My all time favorite is the Dreamer’s Destination pedicure. I always walk out feeling like I have a new pair of feet.Please be sure to adhere to their business policy. Schedule your appointment and provide them with the details they ask. One of the best nail salons I have been to! I moved to the area Dec 2019 and after reading reviews online I decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. I was taken care of my the owner herself and I was very happy and satisfied with her service. She is also an amazing person, very humble and dedicated to her business and giving the best service to her clients. This will definitely be my new salon!

Im so happy with the work of Phoenix Nail Spa. I have been looking for a nail spot since I moved here a few months back. I decided after many years to get tips and went to the wrong place. Then, I found Phoenix and will be a customer for as long as I live here. They take pride in their art. Just look at their gallery and see how amazing they are. They made my hands look like model hands after they were done. The entire staff is caring. I enjoyed my conversations with them. Left there so happy. They require an appointment but I promise you it will be worth it.

Alex and Sunny are godsends. Ive been searching for a good nail salon in the Brier Creek area for years. Im so glad I found Phoenix and Im now a lifelong customer! Alex is downright hilarious and kept me entertained throughout my entire appointment and even gave me one of the most motivating pep talks ever. If youre ever looking for a great nail technician/therapist, Alex is the one. Sunny also did a great job working with my misshapen nails and made everything look even and lovely for my wedding!

By far the best nail salon Ive ever been to, Ive never had a nail tech put so much time and effort in my nails, I will definitely be coming back, this will be the only salon I use from now on, and I will definitely tell other people about this place, also going to bring my husband here for a luxury pedicure. I would love to add a picture to show just how beautiful my nails are but idk how to do that, but they are perfect.

The salon itself is extremely lovely. the staff welcomed us and offered us complimentary drinks, which was nice. i enjoyed my pedicure but the girl was doing my foot massage a little too rough. we didn’t mind waiting for our polish to air dry, but after a while someone came over to spray our toes with “quick dry spray.” it made us feel like we were kind of being rushed out and our polish got ruined :(

Highly recommend going here for any pedicures and manicures. They were super friendly and professional; very good first experience here. My sister and I wanted to celebrate she graduation and here we felt comfortable and relaxed. Plus our nails look great as they paid close attention to detail.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. I live 50 minutes away but I will always go to them. Their customer service is outstanding and I always leave happy! They have plenty of colors to choose from and the vibe is really cozy. It is appointment only which is great because they’re true to the appointment and you won’t have to wait. As soon as you walk in and pick your color, they’re ready to complete your service.

Elizabeth was recommended to me by a friend and I made an appointment to come in Saturday an hour and half before closing.Elizabeth was perfect. She was very sweet and knowledgeable and stayed well after closing to finish my nails. And they are perfect. Exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price.I came from Morrisville and will make that trip just to see Elizabeth!

The lady doing my nails spent a lot of time doing them and I appreciate that. The nails looked amazing! I wish they wouldn’t have cracked and chipped off after 5 days. The gel layer was SO THIN and had no chance of lasting. I’ve never had a gel manicure so thin and I’m very disappointed considering all the good reviews. When I went to get them fixed, they were closed and then it was past the guaranteed time.Now, I am walking around with chips on 4 of my nails which happened a few days after getting them done.

I am from out of town and visited this salon. I wish I lived closer because this is by far the best and most professional service I have ever recieved. Best Gel Nails I have ever had! I gave this place a chance since it was right across the street from my house. Ivey did my nails and she really took her time and layered/set my nails to ensure they would hold up for my vacation. Great attention to detail, shaping, etc. I didn’t feel rushed in any way and you can tell she really put time into making my nails look and feel gorgeous. I’ve never had a better mani/pedi even at the high end salons. The place is cute and I had a glass of wine with my service. I will be back for sure!

First time going here for an acrylic fill in. Ive been struggling to find a decent salon that does a good job at a fair price. Ive had salons upcharge me constantly with mediocre work - at least make sure your work is outstanding if youre going to do so! Anyway. I found this salon on Google and probably wont go anywhere else but my nails done by Elizabeth from now on. She was quick and her work is beautiful. I posted a picture so you could see.

Had a gel fill in and pedicure today at this beautiful nail salon! I’m picky about my nails and they took the time to really listen and give me what I wanted the first go round. Excellent service as well as a super friendly staff that made me feel warm and welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I’ve been to this spa several times before but my experience this past weekend was AMAZING! Ivy was my nail tech and she was so sweet, extremely professional, clean, and very timely! I enjoyed her and the rest of the sweet staff! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Wow wow wow we are so impressed with her quality of work. We brought our entire family in to do matching tattoos and to share the experience together. She was able to squeeze us in last minute, worked with us so well and was beyond patient even though we had some changes last minute with the design. The entire experience was amazing. We shared stories, laughters, and just had a great time together. She is an amazing and talented artist, knows how to tattoo so well, and the fine line tattoo (our first) was so beautiful. She has a feminine touch, so gentle, so subtle yet she did a male tattoo and it looked masculine - multi talented to say the least. We will recommend them always, so glad they both moved to Greenville. We will all be back soon!

So excited to find a salon that KILLS IT when it comes to pedicures. I was so relaxed during g the reflexology massage that I fell asleep, and then I woke up to an amazing painted pedicure. Who was this magical person? Ask for Ivy. I’m going to regret this review when she’s all booked up. :)

This by far is the best nail spa I have ever been to. My nail technician Elizabeth took her time and I was there an hour past the closing time because she was so attentive and detailed with my nails!!!! I came in as a walk-in with my daughter and we were very happy with the results!!! WILL BE RETURNING!!

Alex and Elizabeth provide a dream come true salon experience! I became a fan when I found Alex at a Cameron Village nail spa. Even though this location is much farther away for me, they are DEFINITELY worth the 30 minute drive! Alex is a physical therapist, so when she gives you a massage during your pedicure, it is legitimately therapeutic. This last visit, I had some injuries from a recent fall, and she worked her healing magic. I highly, highly recommend asking for the reflexology foot massage... opens your chakras and leaves you in such a state of relaxed bliss, you wont want to leave the luxurious recliner! Elizabeth is so gentle with facial waxing that it was actually painless! I have no idea how she did it, but now Ill never go anywhere else. Results are what really count, so youll be glad to know shes a skillful artist... my eyebrows have never looked better!Bonus: these two souls are genuinely loving, and care about their clients. They are fully present with you while providing their services, and make you feel truly welcome. I am really grateful to have found them, and highly recommend you check them out. I just hope they dont get too popular for me to get an appointment! :)

This is now my go to spot!!! I went to get dip nails today and they are perfect! The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and detail orientated. What I also love about them is they mostly do appointments because they want to make sure that youre not waiting nor being rushed. When you walk in most salons they tell you itll be a 5 minute wait...an hour later youre finally being taken care of, then if theyre busy they do a rush job. With Phoenix they ask specifically what you want and book a slot for that specific time. They have so many different services and they really take the time to make sure you walk out happy. I love the decor also, its a Tim Burton theme which is a nice change from other salons. I have been to over 15 different salons in the triangle area and this is by far my favorite place. The owner is kind and helpful, she wants you to enjoy your stay and walk out relaxed and happy. It doesnt hurt that you can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine while your there ;-).... give this place a chance and you wont go anywhere else.

I am soooo happy I found this place on a random Sunday! Making my appointment through text was easy and the lady replying was as nice and professional as possible. When I found myself reclined back in a leather recliner, with my feet up, a warm eye mask on my eyes, a warm lavender pillow around my neck, and a 15 minute leg/foot massage I thought to myself, “this can’t get any better!! I’ll never go anywhere else again!”

I found this nail salon by chance in 2018 for my sister’s bridal shower and there was about 7 of us. They booked a good amount of time for our group even though they were understaffed at the time but we were all very understanding and enjoyed our time. I’m really picky and I’m so glad I found this spot on my first try when I moved to the Raleigh area. I work in healthcare and I pick up extra work on the weekends as well so I only get to see everyone whenever I have time but they know who I am even though I don’t go in all the time. I’ve never felt neglected, they’re very clean, and professional. Some times I talk and some times I don’t and they don’t try to force a conversation. They are an appointment only salon but I think that’s great because that tells you how big of a clientele they have and how much time they put away for just you alone. I always book 2-3 weeks in advance to make sure they’ll have more available openings in case I need a bit more flexibility.

Alex, is probably the most down-to-earth, genuine business owner I’ve ever met. She takes care of her staff well, she ensures her clients are treated in a heartwarming manner. She’s 100% honest and fair with pricing too. Instead of $5 gel take off, it’s $3. Instead of $5 mood change colors, it’s $2-3. Everywhere else is different. She charges based on nail length and design labor, which is fair. Mine was originally to be $42, but due to them being so short with a simple design, she charged me $40. Alex took her time and tended to my cuticles and Elizabeth literally took her time nail by nail when painting and designing. She made sure I liked the way the color looked before continuing. I had sent a photo in advance and it came out exactly as I wanted. She also chose a better glitter color as my original choice was not sticking well - she confirmed with me and let me know why she made the change and made sure I liked it. She did the marble design by hand and took her time to make sure the silver design was even on both. My nails came out exactly as the picture I showed her! I am so regretful I didn’t find this place sooner. Elizabeth also responds to texts promptly and scheduled me very easily. She gives herself enough time per person based on the design. I really don’t want to get my nails done elsewhere. I’m super picky and a perfectionist and Elizabeth is, too. Dealing with honest, friendly owners and workers is hard to find. You won’t regret coming here. I regret NOT coming here sooner. the selection of colors is limitless from chrome, cat eye and more. And she has plenty of jewels and stick ones that you’ll love!! I’ve been to different nail spas from NY, NJ, LA, NC, FL and this is by far my favorite.

Elizabeth is Ssssoooo DOPE! I love the fact that she’s truly an artist and is a perfectionist in her craft. Not to mention her work is high quality. I got my nails done in March...didn’t go back to her until the end of May due to the Covid-19 quarantine, and my nails lasted the ENTIRE time! Nothing chipped, nothing broken, no bling falling out. I’ve gone to multiple nail salons, looking for a good nail artist. Unfortunately I haven’t been successful in my findings, until recently. The lady that did my nails is very talented in nail art and I absolutely love what she did on my nails. I highly recommend coming to this nail salon.

I went to Phoenix Nail Spa today as a first time customer to get a full set and had a great experience! I texted the number indicated on their Instagram page and sent pictures of the shape and length I wanted as well as the design. Some may think this is a lot of information to give prior to an appointment, but they use that information to estimate how long your service will take so you or other customers are not inconvenienced. They were very quick to reply to my text message and I had an appointment scheduled very quickly. My appointment was today and they were a few minutes early! Never had anyone take me on time. She confirmed what I wanted and proceeded to work on my nails. She didn’t stop nor was she talking on the phone. She made conversation with me which was very professional! My nails came out amazing and I will be going back!

Best experience ever getting my nails done! Pedi was so comfortable and neatly done and everyone that works there is so sweet. This is the absolute most clean and professional place I have ever been. Professionally business minded and professional customer service.

First time experience, but left happy. The staff was really friendly and nice. For a pedicure you get to sit in a nice massage chair and you get a drink. As you soak your feet in the blue water, they scrap away any callousness, cut and shape your nails and massage both your feet and legs. Only bad thing which isnt even their fault is just the parking. But even that wasnt too bad.

Great service!! I called and made an appointment for 6:30PM wanting a manicure and pedicure. The owners actually stayed late in order for me not to feel rushed. I really appreciated them staying past their closing time. I will be going to them for my next nail appointment!

My favorite nail salon in Raleigh! Alex makes you feel comfortable and listenes to exactly what you want for your nails. HIGHLY recommend Phoenix but make an appointment because they tend to be booked or a wait for walk ins! 😊

Most rudest receptionist I have ever talked to. Unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for a full set and pedicure this lady explains that I have to text a number send pictures of my hands the design I want just to make an appointment. I explained to her that I have never had to do any of this to get nails she stated that was the policy and this may not be the place for me. I explained that I don’t even know what kind of design I wanted and needed help with my choice she again got smart and told me this was not the place for me... people should be aware of who they are talking too I am not the one!!!

Got my nails done here for the first time really loved how they turned out. I also enjoyed the costumer service they gave me very friendly I recommend getting them done by Elizabeth I got mine black marble nails. Really love them.

My nails were done by sunny who did a good job and is really sweet but I felt like i was treated different. There was a white american lady that came in and asked to make an appointment after her nails were done and they scheduled it on the spot. When I asked the same thing as a (mixed american female / black, white, and asian) they told me I had to call in. I followed directions as far as texting them for availability but they did not respond. I called in and a woman named alex gave me the wrong information for prices and told me they never recieved any of my messages. I expected more, I really did. Im not mad just disappointed.RESPONSE TO OWNER:Number one You have the wrong customer in your recollection, the girl that you let reschedule her nail appointment was not an elderly lady in fact she was a young White College student who sat right next to me. (I really hope you did not intentionally tell that incorrectly, I hope it was a mistake) Number two I am thankful that I recorded via audio and video the whole interaction which proves that you were not in the bathroom and also proves that the woman that you let get her appointment rescheduled was not elderly like previously stated. I asked for you directly, and sunny politely told me that she could not reschedule the appointment because she did not know how. I never knew that you were even the owner, Alex. You were in the area to the left before the massage chairs. Number three I have never had calluses on my feet nor have I ever scheduled a callus pedicure. I can post audio and videos if you would like from that day. I called in to schedule the appointment like sunny asked me to even after I watched you reschedule the appointment for the young White woman and you had an attitude with me over the phone when I called in because I was asking questions. I never said anything was out of my price range ( I work in IT and programming) (that statement in itself was an assumption made by you and I really hope its not just because I am a mixed african american woman) because those words never came out my mouth. You were not listening to what I was saying on the phone and now I see why, because you were assuming that I was asking about the difference in price from my last visit because of lack of money when it was in fact just due to my bill being lower the time before. I understand that the time before I just got a regular polish change where I was charged $17 and the gel mani $35. I was asking how much it would be just to get a regular pedicure with regular polish this time and a gel nail change. I make it a habit to switch the mani and pedi full service every two weeks. I agree Alex, this world is getting worse each day I make it my mission to not spread negativity. I am just simply saying how the experience made me feel, I felt ignored and also pushed away and did not understand why so I did assume. I am not hateful at all, I try to have conversation. I stand for justice and everyone being treated fairly and correctly no matter what they look like. I have been through a lot as well and Ive only been on this earth for 25 years. I just really wanted to find a place where I could relax and spoil myself a little bit because when I go out into the world my experiences can be worse. I love sunny my nail tech, she is a hard working girl and she is so sweet. I loved the atmosphere but the attitude and assumption dished out upon misconception or misunderstanding should not be how matters at this facility are handled.

First time coming to Phoniex Nail Salon and loved it. I did the dip powder with Alex and loved it healthier then the gel polish, stronger nails and last long. Give it a try! Friendly staff :) I will be coming back.

A cold December day.. No one to watch the baby... But Phoenix Nail Spa has an appointment open. I arrive and my child is ok but halfway through the fill in and color change hes ready to go! I ask do you need me to leave, I can come back when his dad can watch him? Alex said no we WILL finish! If thats not the best customer service then I guess I dont know what Im talking about. I have finally found a spa I feel comfortable in and will return for any and all services. The atmosphere was ok but it wasnt the best service. On a busy Friday, there were only 2 technicians. The one technician seemed as though she was the manager. She knew two of the customers who walked in. They had appointments but she told them that she was running behind and to come back in 30 minutes.I hope they get more help. The service was very rushed. Also, if you want nail designs, you have to make an appointment because someone ELSE does the designs and special services. Crazy and not normal but that is a learning curve.Update: why did the business owner just attack me with a full book response???? Smh! Crazy. I see other reviews and anyone who doesn’t give them a 5 she just goes in and attacks. That is extremely unprofessional.Business 101::::: EVERYONE will not like it LOVE your establishment. I said nothing about the paper on the floor. I had not Idea they were remodeling. Didn’t phase me. I didn’t say the technicians were bad. Please relax. This is MY opinion of the service that I observed. I have a great memory that serves me well. I described my experience on the day. I am not trying to boost any status. I am not Yelp Elite. Please stop coming after people who give their honest opinion based on their prospective.I understand you take reviews serious, as do we who write them; however, attacking someone because they don’t give you perfect stars is insane!Have a beautiful week and much success with your business ventures.

Elizabeth did a great job on my acrylic nails. She took her time to make sure the nails were just what I wanted. Will definitely come back to get another set!!

This was my first time visiting Greenville and needed to get a mani and pedi. Alex and Elizabeth were PHENOMENAL!!! They took their time, actually tried to get to know me and made me feel extremely comfortable. I plan on making a trip to see them on a regular basis.

Soo my mom took me to this nail place and I didn’t really think anything of it. But when I got here everyone was so nice and welcoming. I choose my nail color I sat down and when they finished my nails I was amazed. I loved how my nails came out. I told my mom I never want to take them off:)

Elizabeth was very rough with my hands and impersonal. When switching my hands she would throw my hand away and pull the other one. I got a liquid gel fill in and the UV light caused my nails to sting/burn. I always get gel and never have this problem. I picked two colors and they used the wrong one so i had to ask the tech to re do it. I made an appointment around 2 in the afternoon and didnt leave until going on 6 in the evening. The color i asked for ended up being shades darker then what i picked..but after hours of being there ..1 hour for a fill in & being switched to a different tech to have my fill in polished i was annoyed and just ready to go. I paid extra for calus removal service in my pedicure & my callus was not fully removed

Best nail salon... EVER! Actually care about you and your nails . Extremely talented with nail art. Very relaxing environment . Elizabeth did my nails and I could not be happier.

Wish I could’ve given 0 stars !!! Literally just left because I was told I couldn’t get liquid gel nails with gel polish because only 1 tech knew how to do them and she was booked all day. NEVER have I been to a nail salon where they don’t know how to do nails! I came here because of all the positive reviews. Extremely disappointed. How can you turn away money or tell them to come back “tomorrow”?! Learn how to do nails if you’re going to work in a nail salon!

Alex is AMAZING!!! Probably the nicest person ever! I was a walk in without an appointment and still offered to see me at 5:30 on a Sunday when the salon closes at 6. So generous with services and prices and a blast to talk to as well! They are now permanently stuck with me as a client and Im spreading the word!!!

Ive been going to this location on and off for over 10 years because its close to my house. Ive seen it go through several owners -- some better than others. The current owners are awesome! I went in on Sunday (bonus for being open on a Sunday afternoon) and had my 5 month old baby with me. He was supposed to sleep through it all . . . but didnt. I was ankle deep in a pedicure tub with legs covered with a scrub when he started fussing - the owner came over and soothed my baby himself. Not only that, but when baby did fall asleep later, he fell asleep on me and the owner came and held him and held him for almost 45 minutes sitting in one of the super comfy recliner seats while baby napped and told me to sit back and relax and enjoy my pedicure. The pedi / mani I got were great, staff was very professional. Ill be going back again (without baby!) for additional treatments soon.

Alex and Elizabeth will treat you like family every time you walk in. Not only are they nice, but my nails come out looking bomb! Both of them have attention for detail. I wont go anywhere else in Raleigh!

Visited, got mani and pedi. Very relaxing, pays attention to detail, they did not rush. With the pedi it was flowers in the water. They massaged my legs and feet. My busted feet actually looked sexy when they finished, I was thinking about selling pictures of my feet. Was a great experience.

It shouldn’t even be 1 star. Worst experience ever and the staff is terrible. I had an appt for 3:40 today and they acted as if I wasn’t in the place. I waited almost 15 mins before I left. Then when I called a woman apologized but weren’t sincere about it. Then gave me a speech about morals which has nothing to do with my eyebrows. Don’t waste your money at this Phoenix Nails. I got my acrylic nails done a while ago from here and the following week ( 7 ) of my nails broke and they didn’t offer to fix or refund me. I’ve been trying to post a new review and the photos but sadly I won’t let me. So I will just add onto this. You guys are very unprofessional not once did I scream or yell or get out of my character towards your staff. Stop lying and making it seems as if I’m something I’m not. If I lied why did you get respond with such a lengthy response. I felt as if you wasted my time and then didn’t offer something for the inconvenience so then left more than 15 mins later. Don’t say you have time to do something at a certain time if you’re not going to be prepared. It doesn’t take that long to do something as simple as eyebrows. If your other clients came late or couldn’t make up their mind. It has nothing to do with me and what I’m trying to get done. If you didn’t have time you could’ve just told me instead of having me wait so long.

Her work is ok, great at designs. However, her professionalism is awful. She will screenshot your messages and post them on IG to bash you for not asking detailed enough questions even to the extent of saying “you will be ignored” for not asking questions how she prefers. She will take conversations from personal services and post them on social media to direct personal attacks to “defend” her business. I even reached out to her privately to express my concerns as a customer, after she proceeded to bash me on social media and was ignored. I was also told if I wanted my services “sugar coated” go to another salon. They will talk bad about other customers to you during their services so if you are going to relax and enjoy a spa day, I would NOT recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this salon. I got nail for my graduation and they are absolutely gorgeous! Everyone there is extremely talented and I will definitely go back!

I made an appointment for a pedicure, and it was great. I’m ticklish and have a hard time with getting my cuticles trimmed, but they handled me with care. Great service!

Brought my coworkers here for manis and pedis. We were all very impressed. Wonderful service and expertise. The shop is very nicely decorated, the owners are great and very accommodating. Was very honest during reservation about timing and availability for bringing in a large group and worked with me to come up with a plan so that no one would be waiting. I have had a seriously painful issue with a old broken toe that I can never take care of on my own....Im constantly in pain. Today, Ivy took care of me and cleaned up the ingrown toe without any pain at all. She was delicate and took her time to help me. I thought I was going to need surgery but she fixed it and I have less pain. Thank you IVY!!!

Now this place I never actually went. I was trying to check them out but it didnt work out. You have to communicate via text, which is unusual but alright. The prices quoted to me were very pricey. We were communicating via text but when I asked a question regarding what makes them stand out from other salons, I did not get a response and communication stopped.

I got my eyebrows done and they were very uneven. The very same day, I began to notice bumps growing around them and they were very excoriated. I dont feel as if the cleaning solution they use is sanitary. I will never go back. I wish could give them negative 5 stars.

Visiting from VA Beach, Ivey and Alex were perfect and some of the most professional people I have ever had the privilege of meeting. My wife and I give 5 stars - if 6 stars was a possibility they would receive it. Thank you again and God bless

Went here after seeing all of the great reviews and they were closed at 11am on a Tuesday. Had to call twice to get someone on the phone and they said theyre nail shop is appointment only yet someone did a review stating that they were able to walk in and be served. I wont be returning
