The whole process was amazing. Customer service was 10/10. I don’t remember her name but the lady that I met really helped with calming me down and telling me the pain level. She was extremely sweet. We picked out our earrings and Malakai was my piercer and he was amazing. He could tell that I was nervous so he made conversation with me, he took his time marking the holes and even clean the mark off and starting over because it wasn’t right. When it came time to get the actual piercing done it was quick and painless (honestly felt like a pinch for 2 seconds). After leaving I wanted to go back and get another one done. I give this location a 10/10 and I hope Malakai is still there in a couple of months when I plan on going back to get my cartilage done.

Stopped in today to just discuss the Idea of piercing my Daughter’s ears. After talking with Malakai we were more confident then ever that this was the right spot to get it done. From the very beginning to the very end he did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job! He was very knowledgeable and happy to help during the whole process. Malakai (Hope I’m spelling that right!) helped my daughter today at the Greenwood Mall. He was amazing! He was extremely patient with my 5 year old. I loved how he made everything her choice, only pierced her ears with her “okay” to ensure she was comfortable, & made sure she was aware of the whole process (he allowed her to see the tools & explained how it would work). He really made the experience an easy process for everyone & explained everything step by step. If you go to Banter ask for Malakai he was everything you would want in a piercer for your child’s first ear piercings ♥️

Malechi was outstanding! He pierced my 84 year old Grandmother’s ears and did such a great job! He was knowledgeable and made her feel so comfortable!

I loved my experience. I got an ear pierced and the people working there were very professional and friendly. The earring seems to be of good quality and was presented for a good price. They have great after care instructions and I was very favorably impressed.

My niece got her ears pierced here last week. The employee that helped us was dry and rude. You really have to advocate for yourself here too.. they would do crooked piercings otherwise. The employee also made an insensitive comment about my neice as well who is only 7 months old. I would only recommend using them if you happen to get a nice worker when you go. Also she had a necklace on that had male private parts on it which she used to dangle to get my neices attention when trying to mark the dots on here ears. It was just a really weird and uncomfortable experience.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I definitely would! My boyfriend returned jewelry at the beginning of July and it is now November and we have YET to receive our refund. It was a pretty big lump sum too. They claim to have sent out three checks but we’ve yet to receive one of them. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY SERVICE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! I have called countless times and all they tell me is to wait another 21 business days. The customer service is terrible as well.

I really enjoyed getting my ear lobe pierced here! It was fast, and very convenient. The guy piercing my ears was very interactive with me. He made sure I was comfortable. I totally recommend getting your ears pierced here! The earrings are worth money, but getting your ears pierced is free. Just make sure to buy yourself some earrings (some are even $25 for both earrings)!!

Not happy with Piercing Pagoda’s quality of earrings and backs!! We took our daughter to get her ears pierced right after her first birthday. The earrings stayed in her ears for about 2 weeks and one fell out. She never messes with them! So we had some spare earrings from there from a different child of ours. I put those in her ears so the holes wouldn’t close. That one fell out a week later. We went back to the kiosk in the mall and explained what had happened. They said we would have to pay for a whole new set of earrings because we didn’t have the original ones with us. We said okay that’s fine so we bought a brand new set of earrings! Today one of them fell out again!!!!!!! Can’t find it anywhere! So annoyed!! Our daughter doesn’t mess with her ears at all so it is so frustrating!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced @6mo and they did a good job and today I took my 8yr old son who is autistic to get his ears pierced because he wanted to be like his uncle and they did an amazing job with him and his disability I would definitely refer people to go to Banter to get the jewelry and ears done.

This is actually my go to spot for jewelry (earrings, chains, pendants and bracelets), and they have not disappointed yet. The staff is always nice and patient. I would definitely recommend this location.

Friendly, Quick and Clean. Piercer spoke to my daughters regarding what they want and how they liked their piercing. She only asked for my opinion and not just to me.
