12 Tattoos

Started a beautiful cover up. After asking multiple artists in the area George at 12 Tattoos was the ONLY artist confident enough to take on this project and so far he has absolutely wowed me. From a faded half sleeve of color to a masterpiece. So excited to go back and finish once this heals.

Absolutely loved it here!! The atmosphere was so welcoming and the staff were awesome. My aunt and I got our noses pierced. Definitely caused a hassle for George but we had so much fun. Thanks again!!! We love our piercings 😁

My first time at 12 tattoos have to say it was a great experience. Clean and very relaxed environment. My artist Guy Ammeen is amazing I have three tattoos by him! This shop was really nice!

12s tattoos is a great place were i feel comfortable about all my tattoos i have done there i have over 30 and all have been done with great pride and professional artistry Tommy Slocum did these jokers that pictures do no justice for ontop of being a great well rounded artist a great person who cares about you and your piece more then just getting it done and taking your money he makes an experience out of it my old friend Big D did alot of my tattoos out of 12s he has now moved on to a new place up in maine but still keeps in contact with me and my family as well have nothing bad to say about anyone or any part of 12s from the receptionist to body piercing to the artist themselves to the owner steve teft from season 2 ink master great team at 12s tattoos

Taylor did an amazing job on my daughter’s tattoo- she was sweet and patient and mindful of needing to take breaks…. She made her feel so comfortable and I would highly recommend her for a tattoo :-)

Iv’e gotten all of my tattoos here and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! There work is amazing, they take the time and put all the effort into each tattoo they do. I recommend seeing zack neff he has been at 12 tattoos for years his work is out of this world!

Im so glad i went here!! ken was my artist; he talked to me and my mom throughout the tattoo (which was my first), and let me know what he was doing before he did it. the tattoo is gorgeous, so vibrant and pretty. will definitely be coming back and asking for ken again!

I had an appointment to get 2 piercings. I walked in and felt welcomed by two guys. George Wilkinson did both my piercings and walked me through the process and made me super comfortable. He’s a really cool guy! I definitely recommend 12 Tattoos to anyone looking for piercings or other services. It’s very clean there, organized and the atmosphere was great! Kudos!!!

I visited 12 tattoos for my first time and had an appointment with Taylor April. She did an absolute fantastic job on a large chest piece for me. She worked diligently and completed the project in under 8 hours. The shop is gorgeous and very clean. I met the owner too and he was very friendly! I will be coming back to this shop for all of my future tattoos! Such a great experience in every way! I am a very happy customer! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly to me.

I was very impressed at 12 Tattoos for my first tattoo experience. The location is professional and clean, and the staff is excellent. Guy, who did my tattoo, was incredibly helpful. He had great ideas and brought my idea to life. You could tell he’s very experienced and passionate about his work. Couldn’t recommend him and 12 highly enough!

Scheduled a piercing, confirmed it, but when I showed up they were locking the doors. The guy who was locking up (he was nice and the reason they get 2 stars instead of 1) told us the piercer left over an hour ago and didnt know he had any appointments and to call back to reschedule. Very weird experience

My wife had an amazing experience at 12 Tattoos. Guy was kind, thoughtful and creative. He took a beautiful yet rough sketch and made it into a piece of art with life and depth. This place is awesome. Friendly staff, clean shop, and my artist was amazing. Zach took my input and his consultation was thorough and displayed a high degree of expertise and interest in giving me a great tattoo. I thought his first design was fine but he whipped out a second that blew the first away.He demonstrated outstanding skills and was diligent, attentive, and personable.I walked out not just with a great tattoo but a new friend.I cannot recommend 12 tattoos enough.I will post the finished product tomorrow when the wrap comes off..

We had such a wonderful experience! My sister and I joined our Mother to get her tragus pierced for her Birthday. George was patient, funny, and kept us all very relaxed! He did a great job on all three piercings. The entire staff was very friendly and organized! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The woman at the front desk was so kind and great to talk to about logistics! I did a walk in with Guy who was very experienced and quick with creating stencils. He knew what he was talking about when I asked his opinion on placement and sizing! He was a quick tattooer, very flexible, and crazy nice- I highly recommend going to him,I had a great experience!

I got my septum done by George and I just got my nipples done today. He was very professional and made me feel very relaxed the whole time. The piercing was quick and the pain was tolerable. He seems very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning for future piercings. My only critique would probably be I wish he had out some gauze on my nipples because one of them did bleed on my shirt a little bit but everything is looking great now.

Just got a tattoo done by tefft. Had such a great experience. He was so friendly as were all the other artists who were working. The shop was super clean and looked so great. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for another tattoo.

Got my second tattoo here last week and I couldn’t be happier. I was on a waiting list hoping to get an appointment with a particular artist when I got a call informing me of a cancellation so I jumped on it. Some of the artists are booked weeks and months in advance because the owner won the second season of “Ink Master” and he only hires the best talent in the region. The shop is clean and comfortable. The staff is busy but friendly and professional.

Guy blew away all my expectations! He took his time and did such a great job on it, couldn’t be happier. Going back in a few weeks for more. Highly recommend.

The desk staff was patient and helpful; they took care to make an appointment with an artist that fit my style. The artist designed my tattoo above and beyond what I envisioned. The atmosphere was comfortable and lighthearted my entire session, excited to go back for my artwork soon!

Came here for my first tattoo about a year ago. Met with Dawn, who was recommended to me by a friend. I asked for a very simple design. The artist was super nice, but lets just say I ended up having to spend another $140 to get it covered as soon as it healed. Very disappointed. If you havent been tatted here before, Id recommend looking elsewhere. Picture attached is what I asked for vs. what I got permanently inked on my body. I should have asked for a refund or something, but I was 18 and didnt realize how bad it was until I got home and saw it up close. Plus, she said the lines would even out as it healed, but as you can see, the shoddy work was not a result of swelling. Just plain bad :( not trying to shame anybody, just warning yall before you make final decisions about where to get your ink. Id recommend Exodus Tattoo in East Windsor. Or Luckys in Northampton/Cambridge MA if youre willing to travel a bit.

Danielle has done all 13 of my tattoos so far and I can not recommend her enough. She puts her heart and soul into every piece she does. I admire her work and I admire her as a person. I enjoy every appointment i have with her, and i look forward to getting many more tattoos by her

I’ve had two piercings done here. Now both times have been a great. Each time was friendly, and was put at ease by both the front desk and the person who was doing the piercing. I also love the new location it’s warm and professional.

I’ve had multiple piercings and some small tattoo work done here, and I keep coming back. Just got my nipples done (which I was nervous about) but Ken was super professional, made me feel comfortable, and really made the whole process a good experience. I will always recommend them and will keep coming back!

Always great work.Steve is good at the work he does. I always go back for more whether the artwork hurts or not with the touch of the gun. Will recommend to anyone that wants great work done. You wont be disappoint or never regret

Came in on a Sunday evening for 3 of us to get piercings. Unfortunately, the gentleman, who stated “I’m the piercer” at the entrance *who was sitting with his feet up on the couch* said he could make us an appointment, but there was no availability today (understandable, as we were walk-ins). We mentioned our bridesmaids unfortunately fly out in the morning so appts will not be possible. When asked if he had any recommendations of locations that may take walk-ins he gave us a fairly nasty look and says “google it. i’m not going to recommend my competition”.Extremely rude encounter, especially at a location where you walk in to the employee sitting with his feet up on the couch, with not a single person entering or entering, and then giving attitude when asked for any resemblence of help. Clearly did not want to make any money this evening. Very sad.

Dawn is a PHENOMENAL artist! Would not trust anyone else! I have 8 tattoos from here an I will not go anywhere else! Store is always clean and the artists all have a different personal touch to their tattoo areas! Very professional! Decent pricing for what you get!

The artists here are amongst the best! Chris Scheck is an amazing artist. Mandy is always so friendly and kind. All of the artists here are of the highest caliber. The very best place and people, hands down!

Not the place to go for piercings. I called days ago to make an appointment after my Doctor directed me to go there for a Daithe piercing for migraines. The lady I spoke with says to go ahead and make the appointment but it won’t help migraines it doesn’t work. Well honestly it work for my cousin who got it done there for the last few months, so that’s better then nothing. So I go ahead and continue to make the appointment and include a piercing appointment for my minor daughter. We arrive and the guy (The one that looks like he needs a shower and should see a dentist ASAP) comes out that does the piercings , has no clue there was two appointments made- obviously they have some lack of communication there. When I tell him what piercing I’m there to get .. all of a sudden they don’t do those piercings. When I tell him that’s not what the lady (who is standing right there like a deer in headlights) said on the phone his reply was “That sux” ..No, Pal.. what sux is the name your giving that “Business “ and the name your giving kind artists out there with your nasty, entitled, unprofessional attitude. Now that’s what sux. It’s a shame to say the least.Also no care or instruction packet was sent home with me for my minors piercings. Uncas health just said that’s agiant the law. Have a great day.And I’ll never see your reply to this.

I got a tattoo the other day, from Guy, and it went great! I came in with an idea and he drew me a custom piece on the spot that ended up better than anything I could come up with, great line work as well, definitely going back again.

Owner Steve Tefft is a gifted tat artist! 1st met him 22 years ago for my very 1st tattoo when he worked at Flats down the road away. Hunted him down later (after he made it to the bigtime by winning Season 2 of Ink Master).He took his winnings (well- deserved might I add) and opened his own shop. His staff is friendly, shop is clean, eclectic artwork throughout. Some very talented tattoo work being done here by Steve and his staff. His front desk help is very friendly and down to earth. Good with appointment reminders too...not that I could forget a date with Steve for new ink !

This place is a joke. Jumped through hoops to get an appt. Very unprofessional. Got there waited an hour for a simple design. Then was told they couldnt do it in time and I had to reschedule. Steven you may have won 2nd season ink Master but you should have took the winnings and went back to school to learn how to run a business. Hack shop

Went to guy for a walk in appointment and their energy was amazing and they made the whole experience super enjoyable and did a great job amping up my tattoo idea and making it really be unique and a one of a kind work

This shop has great atmosphere. It’s so clean and well decorated. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and talented. I’ve had piercings done by Robin who is super cool, swift and experienced. Lots of ink done by Chris Speer who is an amazing artist. His detailed pieces look dope with timeless vibrancy. He is friendly, relatable, polite and accommodating to the point you probably won’t even notice he’s doing work on you. Go there. See for yourself. Get a Simpsons tattoo by Chris.

I had my belly button done there but it didnt go too well. The piercer chose to put a loop ring in instead of a banana ring, which i had never seen done anywhere else. She said it would be better for healing, so i didnt question it. The piercing was slightly crooked and i found that the loop was not a good choice. It stuck straight out from my stomach, making it really easy to bump with any movement. And a red bubble formed multiple times from all the irritation. The second time it formed, i decided to just take the piercing out for precaution. Plus, i didnt feel like dealing with the bubble again because the last time it lasted an entire month. I honestly have never seen a loop ring put in for a belly piercing so that shouldve been a sign..The people are also not exceptionally friendly or welcoming as you go in. Theyre just kind of like what are you here for and dont really seem happy about their job like you would expect.My boyfriend got his first tattoo there and was going to continue his sleeve with the same person (Chris) but when he was telling Chris about his ideas, he didnt seem excited or even much interested. He just kinda went along and said he could do it. This baffled me. Why was there no type of enthusiasm? Its almost offensive.. My bf even then messaged him after that to see if he was working on a scetch or even had anything to say about his idea, but he didnt reply for another month. My bf still wanted to continue his sleeve with the same artist, for the same look, so he set an appointment. As the appointment got closer he realized he couldnt make that date so he cancelled a while in advance, but still lost his rediculous deposit. Its non refundable no matter what, even if he wanted to reschedule for months later. So now he will be making a new appointment at a different location, and hopefully with someone whose actually enthusiastic about and loves their work.And hopefully at a place with not as awfully high prices.

What more can be said then Ink Master Season 2. I received a great tat before he was ink master. Im going to get another. Its TRUE he has always loved to draw monsters. I know 1st hand.

I got a tattoo done here by Bre....After an hour of her making me feel like I was a useless scum, and that my religious views are wrong. She tattooed some lettering on me.....It looked really swollen and it hurt for over a week....After it healed the letters have a green haze around it and the lines arent clean theyre very bumpy. Im ashamed of it. I got some tattoos by jp and Chris and they were kind and amazing artists....But Ill never go here again knowing she even works there

This place is terrible. I called and asked to come in because all I want for Christmas is my nose pierced. I drove an hour for them to tell me the picture or my license isn’t good enough I need the hard copy. Are u kidding me after driving over an hour knowing how much this meant they couldn’t help me out. They don’t deserve anyone’s money or business. Absolutely heartless. Never again will I ever waste my time with those people!
