I had my nose pierced by Liz and it was genuinely the best experience ever. She worked well with my deviated septum and managed to get both sides relatively even (to what she had to work with) and she let me yap when my nerves got the best of me. Absolutely will be coming back!! It is cash only but they do have a ATM inside 🫰

Liz was GREAT!! I got my 2nds are 3rds done on my lobes and she was a rockstar. I havent had a piercing done since I was ten so I was a little nervous but Liz made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands!Not to mention the whole place was super clean and the studs she put in where adorable!!

Don’t go here. Nick ruined my arm tattoos that I’ve had previously before going to him and won’t fix what he did he just leaves me on read. I only came to him for shading. I regret it. He was supposed to make a hand tattoo more realistic and just look at the results he gave me. Not realistic at all it looks AWFUL. I also asked for light shading and he gave me dark ugly shading. I asked if he can lighten it up and add white he ignored me.…. Pathetic…Only cares about money and won’t fix it for me. That is a bad artist. He left me with an arm that looks awful, shading is blotchy and looks so bad. Thanks a lot.

AJ is the best. Warm ,welcoming. Great atmosphere. More importantly great artists. None of that attitude. Great people. Whether its your first tat or tenth. You will be made to feel like your their most important tat of the day.

Had a septum piercing with Liz today. She already has the most amazing reviews but they are very well deserved! I love that she noticed my other two nose rings were only a 20 gauge and they are gold not silver, so she went back and found me a ring to match! And she gave me the choice of a hoop or that typical half hoop with the balls, I really didn’t want that! I appreciate her attention to detail there!!I went in as a walk in waited about 20 minutes and she only took maybe 10 minutes start to finish! Almost pain free! And it looked so good I didn’t want to stop looking! Thanks Liz! You’re the best!

I had a cover up done by Holli Marie: phenomenal work! Ive seen tattoo work done by all the Artists here and they are absolutely awesome. I will have my Retirement Tattoo done with Holli Marie as well - her tattoo art work is traditional and thats the way I like it.

Great place. Really loved that they played movies while youre getting your tattoo done. Jennifer did mine and I had a great experience.

We had a great experience with Liz piercing my daughters ears. Ive honestly never watched someone pierce with a needle, so I was a little nervous and I know my daughter was too. But Liz was so kind and gentle with her and did an excellent job with the piercing. She was very friendly and both me and my daughter were comfortable with the whole experience. And the piercing looks great, perfectly even. I would definitely recommend this place.

Whatever you do dont use hollymarieart she messed up 2 of my tattoos. Went too hard on both creating scarring and then when I made an appointment to get a touch up she never showed up. Keep in mind I called 30 minutes prior to the appointment before I left work early to make sure we were still on and they told me to come. Left work early for no reason and then I emailed her to reschedule and got no response and its been a week..... from what I hear Jenn the owner does very good work. So go see her and avoid hollie at all costs. Just my 2 cents from my experience

My first tattoo being 33 and i was nervous just a bit 😂 but my artist Cory was laid back and easy going with the whole process and made me feel a lot better about it all! Def will go back for more! IM IN LOVE with my 1st tattoo and it truly has such a special meaning for me and made that come to life for me!

Daughters first tattoo, my husband and I both got a second done! We love Holly and its a great atmosphere!

Piercing done with Liz it was awesome shes friendly and knowledgeable I was in and out with no issues at all look forward to seeing her again in the future.

I cannot stress how amazing Flats is. I’ve been seeing Holli for my tattoos since 2017 and her talent is unbeat! She’s unbelievably talented and professional, so are all of the other artists. The whole staff is fantastic overall. They’ve always been super clean, kind and professional, definitely the best around!

I worked with Holli on two separate occasions. She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone. Both tattoos are watercolor. She did a great job interpreting what I was imaging. Everyone I interacted with at Flats was courteous and helpful. Their facilities are very homey and inviting. All the tools and equipment were sterile and I felt completely at ease getting my first and second tattoos here. I hope to return soon!

I was very surprised to get a phone call the day I was supposed to come for a tattoo. They did not call me prior to my tattoo date and hence I lost my deposit and my sitting with the artist. Very very disappointed. That need to do better than that if they want business. 😔

Jen was so awesome. She had a vision for a tattoo that I had wanted for 29 years. And she applied that vision to my left forearm. Since becoming a Police Officer in 1990 up until I retired in 2019 I wanted St. Michael on my forearm. Jen being the incredible artist that she is did the most incredible work. I am beyond pleased with the finished product... I wont ever go anywhere else, as I am certain there will be more ink to follow!

My husband and I had the honor of receiving tattoos from Holli Marie at the Atlanta tattoo convention. We are extremely pleased and excited about our tattoos. I did research on many of the artist and had my heart set on Holli. Both tattoos are stunning! The mermaid my husband got was beyond what we could have imagined. She is beautiful!Hollis talent, work ethic and professionalism are far beyond her years! And her husband is the perfect front man! They both made us feel like friends and it was by far our best tattoo experience. We will definitely travel again to get more tattoos. Im lucky that she is not close by or I would go broke!Thanks again Holli!!

Ive worked with Jenn twice now, her work is awesome. The shop is a great atmosphere where anyone can feel comfortable, overall I would highly recommend this shop!

Was in CT for the day and decided to do a walk in with my friend to get a small tattoo, and I would highly recommend Flats Tattoos. They took the time to work with us, we were helped almost immediately, and were very sensitive to the nerves of a first-time tattooee (my friends first, my second one but first time here). I really appreciated how our tattoo artist took the time to double check everything and make sure we were clear on how to do after-care/who to get in touch with should we have any further questions. Brian was the tattoo artist who did our tattoos if you want someone specific, but all of the people I saw working were very sweet too! I love my new tattoo and I dont have a negative thing to say about my experience. =D

Went to Flats a couple weeks ago for a nose piercing. Liz, my piercer, was awesome. She was really nice and let my roommate in with me. She was very professional about it and gave me really good instructions after. I would definitely go there again for another piercing, and highly recommend it.

My wife and I were on vacation in the area and wanted to get wedding ring tattoos for our anniversary. We were walk ins and Nick C. got to us right away. He was helpful with the designs and color options. He also recommended places to eat and visit in the area. He even offered his number if we had any questions. Very professional and clean.

I have gotten four tattoos and three piercings from Flats Tattooing. I really like the atmosphere of the salon and how accepting every employee is. They made me feel so comfortable and excited to go back for more work done by any member of their very talented staff!

This review is based on communication and customer service. I cant rate the work done because they couldnt perform it.I called the afternoon before to ask if I needed an appointment for a piercing for my daughter the next day. I was told I did not because piercings are pretty quick, and that any time the next day was fine.My wife, daughter and I arrived at 12:30 (they open at noon) and went to the rear entrance near the only handicapped parking space. A sign on the door sent us to the front entrance, where I found two high steps confronting my wheelchair. I hobbled up while my wife managed to get my chair up the stairs and inside.Thats when we found out the piercing person wouldnt be in until 2 or 2:30. No apology, no acknowledgment of our difficulty getting in, no offer of an appointment. Just a shrug.We will look elsewhere.

I have two tattoos, Jen did my first one which is a lion about the size of the Palm of my hand. This was on the ribs, and she did an amazing job! Going to add more! I have a second one of a tree on my wrist done by Nick, again great work. Both were done very quick but very detailed

I had gone in with the intent of a rose, and Dan did an amazing job executing it. It looks perfect with very clean line work. It was my first tattoo but I will definitely be going back there.

Customer service. A plus plusI didnt go because I can get better prices just was trying not to drive lol but I will say they responded to me and my long email very fast and informatively! Some mooks up the street sent a more unprofessional reply back to me.Cant be rude in this business during times like these.

My boyfriend recently got a tattoo here and it came out amazing! It was exactly what he asked for even though it was just the Patriots logo. Allanah did an absolutely great job! I would go to her 100% or just this tattoo parlor in general! Great experience and wonderful work!

I got a few piercings there by Liz but because of some online drama she decided that she wanted to sabotage my appointment and purposely try to give me a crooked piercing because her friend told her to even though I don’t know her friend just for fun I guess. Anyways even though that is very silly sounding it is still unsafe to go to a grown woman who doesn’t take your business seriously so be careful

Have been going to Brian for years! The man is a true artist and with a heart! He cares about what you are getting and where its going on your body! He takes your ideas and makes it come to life! I was on vacation this past summer and wanted a tattoo. So I checked out Flats. I had a great experience. The place was chill, clean, and they have really great artist working there. Dan did my tattoo and I couldnt be happier.

My cousin and I got matching tattoos from Brian and we are in love!!! The environment of the whole shop was fun and relaxed. Even though I currently live 3 hours away... I WILL BE BACK!

Great shop! Ive had all of my tattoos done here, throughout there years. Always friendly, professional, and most importantly.. they do great work!

So its been over a month since Brian did this an the healing process is finally over! I know what ur thinking, nothing fancy lol but these are the names of my boys. Zachary I first had done over 15 years ago and was sick of the block type letters. I came to get Zachary touched up cause it had been messed up from the start, Zereks name, some flair an hearts. Even though this is just names, Brian spent longer trying to figure out what he wanted to do then the time it took to tattoo it, No matter how many times I told him it was just symbolic to have the names an that im not picky with whatever he decided to do, he still took his time trying to make it nice, I think that says a lot that with something so simple, he still wanted to do his best and he didnt charge me for this time. I am aware some lines are thinner, he specifically asked if I wanted them thicker and I declined cause once Zereks name bleeds over time ill have the same outline done to his name that Brian did with Zacharys. Healing went beautifully, I washed it an covered with sealed wrap for 6 days, used ointment for a few days an then let air out while using lotion an few times a day. Green color stayed vibrant. Also, something I noticed about Flats is how clean they are, each station is organized and the whole place is extremely clean which is what u wanna see in a tattoo place. Thank you very much Brian, this tat may not be something u remember but due to the care u showed while tattooing these very important names, you are someone I wont forget.

Elizabeth was an absolutely amazing piercer. I needed an emergency jewelry change and she was there, helpful, and she was happy to do it. Highly recommend.

I had called around 5:00 to see if they had a piercer in today and they did. I went in around 7:00pm to go get pieced and they were closed. online it says they are open till 8

Got my second tattoo done today, both done at Flats. Cory did an amazing job. Absolutely love how it came out an will definitely be back to finish up a sleeve.

Walked in made a appointment at the beginning of the week for that Saturday see the artist the day before tell him Ill see you tomorrow he agrees come to my appointment on time for him to tell me he is over booked waste of time on my only day off
