I love this shop! They have toys for boys and girls! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷✨✨✨✨They pierced my little daughter’s ears and it didn’t hurt her. The associate was so friendly. She is just a beautiful person. What a wonderful experience here!

Went in for my piercing appointment and was greeted by both young ladies right away. Janiyah and Gabriela set my mind at ease from the start and were very sweet and professional. Im so glad I did it and Im very happy with their service! Thank you both!

Customer service was bad and selection is slim.I went to buy some earrings yesterday and I don’t know if she’s the manager or something but she didn’t acknowledge me when I came in, when I was ready to checkout, I see her standing at the register talking to a security guard so I wait until she finished talking to him. He leaves and she goes to another part of the store to do something, then continues walking around the store, not acknowledging me. No “Are you ready to check out”. No “Someone will be right with you”. Literally nothing. Finally the other young lady working there realized I was ready and she got up from what she was working on and apologized for the wait and rang me out. She was super nice, great but that other girl…And I realize how this might sound but I feel like we all know what good customer service feels like and I’ve worked/work in customer service so I know what it’s supposed to feel like and that was not it. I don’t know, maybe customer service wasn’t in her job description? but I feel like the bare minimum is to be acknowledged. The way she was acting was giving “I don’t care about this job cuz the store is closing anyway”. Anyway I hope she gets blessed or feels better.A slim selection, but there’s nothing you can really do about that.As I was waiting, I told myself I won’t be coming back. Definitely not to the one in Hampton. 0/10 would not recommend.

I am 42 and have been wanting a second hole in my ears for about 20yrs. I just am weird about my ears lol. I went in and even though they were busy Hannah was amazing. She answered all my questions and made me feel very relaxed and was super sweet. She took her time even though the store was packed. I am not sure I would have gone through with it if not for her. Hannah was amazing A+

They actually dont deserve 1 star. I went to get my little girl ears pierced. I walked in with my little girl after my daughter went in and spoke to the employee about the cost. The employee was standing in front of some items. I said hello, no response. There was no other customer in the store. I waiting and waiting and waited and that employee made no attempt to help us. My daughter ask her if she was the one piercing the ears. She reply yes. And stood there like she didnt care. I was so disappointed so I got my daughter and left. Poor customer service. Very poor

Rude Rude Rude do not let these people touch your children very nasty attitudes ! Management needs to revamp, retrain, and try again because it’s not okay to be rude to paying customers.

This place is awesome. You can get free ear piercing with affordable cleaning products and jewelry, hair accessories for all ages, hats and purses. They also have an online website for customers as well to do online ordering for the same things that are in the store.

Called this location to ask if they have ring opener pliers. The lady on the phone said I need to go to the hospital that if I cannot open the captive bead earring and its considered a medical emergency. I explained to the lady on the phone thats its not an emergency. I have my daith recently pierced. I can now change it out and my piercer suggested I find these earring pliers and maybe Claires would have a cheap pair. The lady repeated with an attitude that I need to go to the ER if I cannot change my earring out. She then said bye and hung up before I could say anything else.
