I have gotten two piercings from Maliek! And I am so obsessed with them! He communicates each step and just makes the process of a piercing so comfortable! If you need a push to go get that piercing here it is and let Maleik do it! 🥰

I got my septum pierced here a while ago and made an appointment online to get it pierced. When I arrived, the two ladies looked confused and got an attitude. But after that, we went right into the process. Mind you, no paperwork, no nothing, just a quick glance at my id. But yeah, after that she did her thing and pierced my septum and it was pierced evenly and everything turned out fine and it’s even healed now and it turned out well. Just wish they were nicer to me, but every time I pass by now it’s this one guy who is apparently nicer so I would recommend this place bc at least they use needles and sterilize their stuff. So yeah check it out.

My experience here was nothing more than amazing. If you ever need jewelry or piercings this is the place to go. I had my nose pierced by Maleik and he’s so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again for a great service I’ll be back.

It was good overall. Nice enough staff. Overall clean. Note to others if you are unhappy with placement of a piercing tell them right away cause if you return the next day even they will charge you again with a slight discount-

I must say, Maliek is an awesome piercer! He took his time to explain everything to me and when I got the actual piercing, it didnt even hurt! I love the placement, and he told me this placement will work for a hoop when this one has fully healed! Definitely recommend Artwells for piercing needs! The price was also extremely reasonable!!

I just went here February 25th, 2024. Which ever employee serviced me deserves a raise immediately. He tended to four other customers, explained to me the nose piercing process, and pierced my nose pain free in under five minutes. I truly wish I got his name because the service was top of the line!

Chay was the nicest and most professional. As someone who is scared of needles, he made the process so easy and it was a breeze!

I got my septum done by Maleik and it couldnt have gone any smoother. They made sure I felt comfortable and explained everything they were doing. They were very educational and sent me home with clear care instructions for the best healing. I will definitely be returning for my other planned piercings!

Was quick, fairly priced and efficient. Looked very clean. Wasnt aware it was a booth in the mall when I made the appointment as Im not a fan of people seeing me getting pierced, but overall it wasnt a huge deal.

Now you may doubt going to get your piercing at a booth in a mall BUT if i could give this 10 stars I would. MALIK IS SO REAL. I got my septum done there and my girlfriend got her septum and both nostrils pierced by him and he doesn’t even waste anytime like he gets straight to the point and he will answer any of your questions and he’s clearly very informed and good at what he does.

My daughter, grand daughter and I went today for nose piercings. Im a 66 year old mother, grandmother and a great grandmother many times over, so I was very hesitant. I was afraid of the pain. My grand daughter had me go first. I grin and beared, but I must say it didnt hurt at all. The gentleman was very professional and excellent. It was so quick and fast. I will recommend him to everyone. He is great. 5*

I just got my septum done today & the lady there pierced it way too low, she does not know what she’s doing & wouldnt recommend. I got my bridge done here by a different person no problems healed well but I unfortunately have to take this out so it won’t heal weird or get infected for being pierced wrong

Malik was super amazing! I’m super pre-cautious about a sterile environment when getting tattoos/ piercings I asked Malik a bunch of questions and he answered without hesitation or unprofessionalism. I got my belly pierced and my friend got her nose pierced and I watched Malik sanitize initially in the beginning and also in between our piercings while using different needles. He was great and the cutest person! I’d go back to him xoxo.

Shimea did good on my piercings. She cleaned it well used different needles for each one and they all healed perfectly. She held great conversations and got the job done professionally.

Malik was absolutely GREAT, the process was painless and I absolutely love my new piercing. He walked me through everything and made me feel truly great!

The lady was very unprofessional she was on the phone the whole entire time, I was hesitant to get my piercing done she grab my wrist and sat me in the chair and was grabbing my ear to the point it was red before she started the piercing. She never gave me the after care on how to clean the piercing and she rush me to get out the chair.

OH MY GOD!.... Maliek went above and beyond to make to make me feel comfortable. I enjoyed my service and the cleanliness of it all. It was quick and efficient that he was able to up sale me another piercing! Go Maleik ! I WILL be back.

This is a copy of the email that I sentI had 2 appointments scheduled today 8/19 for 4:30 and 4:45. I tried calling the kiosk a few times before coming in due to the fact that it was a 30 minute drive, when we arrived to the kiosk there was nobody there and there was no sign indicating when they would be back. We tried calling several different numbers because the one listed on google kept going straight to voicemail and there were a few different numbers listed on the kiosk itself. Once someone finally arrived the employee didn’t even know about our appointments and was very rude, unprofessional, and at one point argued with us about how long we waited for her to return. We were asking questions about the services that we had booked and ultimately we didn’t feel comfortable having the services performed. I asked about using the $25 deposit that I paid for each appointment ($50 total) towards the cost of jewelry since we didn’t get the nose piercings done and we were told that she would have to ask her manager but didn’t even try to reach out to anyone.

Maleik did an AMAZING job on my belly button piercing ! real quick , barely felt the pain , GREAT customer service . 10/10 recommend coming to him & I will be back for my next piercing

I got my nose pierced at this Kiosk in Arundel Mills! The young lady was very professional and kind. She eased my anxiety and was very clean! She offered after care products as well! My piercing is healing just fine, I also decided to go for the 14k gold stud so that also plays in my healing process!

My experience was fantastic!!! She was very patient, and her customer service was outstanding!!! The whole process didn’t take more than 15 minutes and was very clean!!! The service I received was earlobe piercing!!! Definitely recommend for others!!!

I went to the Artwells kiosk today looking for a cartilage earring for an already pierced cartilage (done somewhere else). The staff was helpful in directing us towards the specifications we were looking for. We settled on a ball that screws onto the post which was put in from the back of the ear. They were friendly and polite and helped my boyfriend and I disinfect the ear and earring, and used a sterilized tool to put the earring in. Although we didn’t get a piercing, the service was great and we found what we were looking for. The place was clean and the staff, helpful.

Maliek did my Medusa & my snake eyes. Both healed very well, he taught me how to properly clean my piercings reducing any infections. I will definitely be back !

I got a Medusa piercing from here and they didn’t give me a big enough bar for the swelling i had to go to a whole other piercing place to get it replaced

I went to this kiosk in Arundel Mall and received a industrial bar piercing. Great! But went back to them because the jewerly was turning green in my ear after a week. My ear was swollen and was very irritated. The Lady in the Kiosk explained it was due to my hair products. I went to Piercing Pagoda and bought another stainless steel industrial bar to replace the one from this establishment. It has been in for a week and has not turned any colors at all and my piercing is healing. I do not recommend getting anything from this establishment.

The girl there did not do my belly piercing correctly , unfortunately. There was not enough skin used , it’s no reason for my belly ring to rip through my stomach the way it did. I do not recommend.

Piercing in a mall stand is unsanitary and unsafe. No one here is a professional nor do they have any certifications or licensing. The jewelry is cheap knockoff stuff and Ive seen infection after infection come from here.
