Danielle has done four of my piercings (double lobe, conch, and flat), and each experience has been exceptional. She is incredibly gentle, kind, and compassionate, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. Her expertise and light touch put me at ease every time. Danielle thoroughly explains the piercing process and provides clear aftercare instructions, ensuring everything is well understood. She is easy to get in contact with via text message, and scheduling on her website is a breeze. Her shop, Crow & Taper, is impeccably clean and offers a stunning selection of jewelry. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my piercings, and I highly recommend Danielle to all my friends and family. Her skill and attention to detail are unmatched.

Danielle did a wonderful job with piercing both of my daughters earlobes! Everything has healed well and placement is perfect! I went back a few weeks later to get my nose pierced, and I am so happy I did. Danielle takes her time with each client, even on the busy days, and she was so gentle and quick with each of our piercings.

Danielle did a great job doing my daughter’s ear piercings. It was quick and painless!! Will definitely go back if she wants to have anymore done.

I got my vertical labret summer of ‘22 and my tongue pierced about a year ago now, and i will never get pierced by anyone else. My piercings healed beautifully! I recommend Crow&Taper to everyone who ever asks about my piercings or piercings in general. Danielle has pierced me, my sister, my mom, and my friends!! We all love Danielle and I highly recommend getting pierced by Danielle!! I recommend upgrading to titanium options when getting pierced, I did that and had absolutely no problems healing my tongue piercing(most people say healing is the worst) mine was so good, and it’s pierced perfectly so it hits none of my teeth or gums and I never bite down on it.

Words cannot describe how wonderful of an experience I had with Danielle today. I unfortunately had a complication with a piercing, that was done somewhere else, that caused the jewelry to become partially embedded. Danielle was so kind, gentle, patient and knowledgeable. She removed the jewelry (with minimal pain) and replaced it with the correct size so that it can heal correctly.

Crow and Taper is THE ONLY place i will go from now on and Highly recommend going to Danielle for your piercings! Right away you can tell that she takes her profession seriously and wants to make sure your experience is perfect. Shes helpful with picking out your jewelry, talked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my dermal placement! She taught me after care that no other piercer mentioned before and she was so patient and understanding with my 2 curious boys that came along. We are looking forward to going back and having the boys ears pierced. For reference, I had 2 services done. A micro dermal removal and a micro dermal piercing.

Danielle is a great piercer, but just a word of caution for anyone generally getting a piercing. You should (Especially for higher priced shops) be getting internally threaded titanium jewelry. There are multiple studies showing the pros of internally threaded VS externally threaded jewelry, such as scarring to tissue andlonger healing times.(While she does offer these jewelry options, it should be the bare minimum to use internally threaded jewelry. Especially for her higher-end prices.)When i got my snakebites done here, the placement was amazing, but I was pierced with circular/horseshoe barbells, which are generally not recommended starting out, as they move around alot and will make the healing process alot slower (they also stretched/dragged the holes. It is recommended to start out (most piercings) with a flat-back labret (of course depending on the kind of piercing and location). I asked her about this and she told me it was fine and would cause no issues: its been more than a year and i finally switched to flat-back labrets and theyre FINALLY starting to heal.main thing i recommend for people is to look into APP certified piercers (Association of Professional Piercers) if youre looking for the best quality. Danielle is an amazing piercer all around but this is just to let people know about customs in general!

I took my daughter here to get her nose pierced. Danielle was so sweet, explaining everything we needed to know. My daughter felt comfortable and was really surprised how quick and basically painless the process was. I highly recommend Danielle and Crow & Taper!

Danielle is both professional and talented. She was able to fix my 10 year old sons crooked ear piercings that were done elsewhere. I highly recommend her!

Edited: Went for the BOGO piercings for my birthday. The person was fine with her customer service but my piercing on my ear did not get done properly. The gauge I got was bent and that cause it to get more irritated than it should have been. I cleaned it properly too. I do not recommend this shop.Update: piercing still hasnt healed proper even with cleanings regularly. Also relieved a very unprofessional email from the owner about my review. Accept the 1 star and be done.

Danielle was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. After being irritated and swollen from a different shop in Hanover messing with them, my girlfriends high nostril piercings were changed quickly and comfortably. Hard to find reputable piercers anymore so this place is a gem!

Danielle is amazing! I’ve gotten 7 piercings from her so far. She’s extremely informative and helpful and made my daughter’s first piercing experience as pain free and relaxed as possible.

Piercing person was very friendly. Had a huge assortment of options for our Piercings. But weeks later... both my adult child and I are having issues with our Piercings. Wont be returning

She has a decade of experience and it shows. She is extremely knowledgeable and capable in her craft. Thoughtful and patient beside manner. Super familiar with what will likely heal the best and how long that healing period will take.

I couldn’t recommend Danielle enough! She is so genuinely kind and made us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in. She did not make us feel rushed and took her time with us as we asked questions!

Clean shop with friendly staff. Septum piercing was great. Wifey is happy with it.
