My daughter & I had been wanting to get tattoos together for years & we were finally able to do them while I was in town for a few weeks! We Met Josh & absolutely LOVED Him! He is Very Easygoing & was very accommodating & willing to work around our schedules. His Designs of what we each wanted were Spot On!! We gave him our ideas/plans & asked him to Use his imagination!! We couldn’t be Happier with the outcome!! I ended up with three new Tattoos & my daughter got two, and in only two visits! My Designs were very specific, unique & also challenging for the story I wanted to show!! Josh was very patient & understanding with the minor changes I asked for & literally brought my story to Life!! Had an appointment scheduled with a previous artist who no longer works there, she never bothered to tell me so I find out through a friend 2 days before the appointment.. called today and Eric was extremely kind and was able to take me right away. I showed up about 10 minutes later and he was ready to start the stencil. He did an awesome job, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend him. 😁😁

Took my little girls to get their ears pierced for the very first time (6,8yo) the piercers were able to do both ears at once and explained everything to the girls in detail. They made sure to get consent from the girls before and during the piercing which I thought was amazing. Everyone was friendly, informative and the environment was both clean and stimulating. I will definitely be going back for some Ink work!!

My artist was Dylan. He was s running behind (not entirely his fault). But Dylan made up for it. We talked about my idea. He made sure I was good with the layout as well. I wasnt prepared for the sensitivity of that part of my arm. He used his soothing tones to put me back at ease (this is my 4th tattoo). I think Dylan was very good! I get compliments from people all of the time. I told my daughter to ask for Dylan when she gets her tattoo.Great job Dylan!!

I’ve been getting tattooed from Brian for 20 years. The work he and his team put in is phenomenal. My son was tattooed by Bobby. My wife has been tattooed by Jamie and Mel has done her eyebrows. My daughter has been pierced by Alyssa. I can tell you every Artist in both shops are fantastic and it’s a very friendly atmosphere to be in.

Alissa (not quite sure if that’s how to spell the name) was absolutely amazing! She pierced my mom and I. I was so nervous coming in because I haven’t had anything pierced since I was 14, but she was so nice it calmed me down! And she thoroughly went over how long it was going to take to heal and how I should care for my piercing and such. Definitely will be coming back!!

We brought our young daughter in today for a double helix piercing that she’s been asking for for months! I was so skeptical about going to a tattoo shop but was at ease the moment we stepped foot into this place and were greeted by friendly attentive people. The girl who did this piercing (Alyssa) was simply amazing throughout the entire process with our nervous/excited daughter explaining every little detail to her. I highly recommend this place!

Brian has recently done two 1/2 sleeves, one of them on 8/19 for me and is just an amazing artist to work with. He takes my ideas and designs the pieces for me, making them unique. Brian and his staff always make sure I am comfortable. The locations are always clean. The amount of time they take to design, prepare a clean environment and set up, and do the tattoo is worth it. I get compliments on his work all the time. I won’t go anywhere else.

Loved my piercer Alyssa, she walked me step by step on what she was going to do and asked me if I was ready before she pierced me. I got my septum and a regular on the side nose piercing. 10/10

Brian at Gypsy Skull did a great job on my tattoos. He did two for me on this visit. His shop is decorated so cool, its a whole vibe! He worked with me on designs and was honest and realistic about what would look good and what wouldnt. He took his time.on the design and placement process and talked me through everything!! The space was was clean. The team was professional and friendly and the cost was affordable. I love my new ink!!

Honestly, if I could give 100 stars I would. I don’t think I will go anywhere else for a tattoo or piercing now that I went there. I got my very first tattoo which was so exciting and Trish was so attentive and helpful to make sure I would get to have this experience as soon as possible. She was just so amazing. Bobby did my tattoo and was awesome. He did an amazing job and did exactly what I wanted. They were just the best people to be around and share my excitement with, I highly recommend.

I am not local to the area, but after seeing the artists portfolios, I decided to make the trip to get my next tattoo here. I am so happy I did! I worked with Tiffany and she was amazing. She worked quickly, always checked up on me to make sure I was doing ok, and was very easy to talk to and work with. The price was amazing as well! There can be a long wait for tattoos, depending on which artist you want to work with, but I promise the wait is so worth it!

Amy did my tattoo today on 8/16/2021 and was absolutely fabulous to work with. she checked in with on mobile a few days prior to our appointment and listened to all my wishes. She brought my ideas to life in such beautiful and delicate detail. She took her time and was super accommodating to all my needs while I was getting inked and was wonderful conversation. Out of my multiple tattoos this is by far my favorite! 10/10 recommend getting Amy to do your next piece!

I have had 2 tattoos done here. Ive been tattooed in Florida, New York and PA and they are hands down the best shop! Brian the owner did my foot tattoo about 2 years ago and I just recently had a few appointments with Tiffany for a cover up. Each time they have been more than accommodating and are super detail oriented. Everyone in the shop is pretty awesome too talk to and friendly. The shop is clean and fun. I will not go anywhere else and neither will my husband who has a few both by Brian and Tiffany. You guys rock, thank you for always making it a good time and the great work you do!

Micaelah was amazing with my daughter. She came highly recommended for kiddo ear piercings, and Im so glad she was able to book us an appointment while school was out. She is very professional, explains the whole process to set expectations, and has wonderful patience. Her ears have healed beautifully with no infection or even mild irritation, thanks to their tea tree oil. She is thrilled and loves the studs used as well. I highly recommend using Micaelah, especially if you have kids who are thinking about getting their ears pierced and theyre nervous. 👍👍

Best tattoo shop in the county, hands down. Have gotten work from multiple artists at this establishment and I am ALWAYS blown away with the outcome. These artists have been able to give me exactly what I wanted when I couldn’t even describe it! Very laid back and welcoming atmosphere and such a friendly, dedicated group of people. I’ve seen so many people I’ve recommended to this place go on to recommend them again.

If you’re into over paying and waiting way too long past your appointment start time, this is a great place! Started over an hour late because the artist (Brett) wanted to have a conversation with a girl. The best part was that it took over two hours for a touch up and over an hour of that time he was outside smoking because he need breaks. We were charged for that time. Overall would not recommend.

Went to get my first tattoo. Brian at Gypsy Skull was a fantastic artist. The shop was very clean and everyone was nice, and attentive. I highly recommend if you want to go to the best place in the area. They have 2 locations now and the decor at the new shop on East Middle St is amazing.

Justin was my artist. He was professional and did a great job. This was my first tattoo and was a pretty big one for the first tattoo. He made me me feel comfortable and was open to ideas. The shop is clean and neat. I will be going back for another one in the future.

My son wanted his ears pieced.Busy but they were able to take him in as a walk in. They were very organized took care in the sterilization process. I was so impressed with the details and the pride the company takes in the decor in the studio. I love the wild game and all the unique trinkets. Having my first tattoo drawn up by Brian Fuentes. Experience thus far has been easy and shop was very clean. Lots of my friends and family have had tattoos by the artists there and wouldnt choose anywhere else!!

Had an appointment and made it on time. Was told to wait as the artist had just finished with their client, and ended up waiting close to an hour. No masks were worn by the employees, and we were ignored by most of the staff. Ended up listening to vulgar language and discussions between employees, and when asking when our appointment would begin, was told our artist was in the back playing on their phone. We left Immediately and urge others to not use their services.

Brett worked with me, helping me make the changes that I wanted but to also keep the main design in mind.I have a few tattoos and they all have meaning behind them.The wings on this one represent my Mom, the flower is for my husband. Now that my Dad has passed away, I cant wait to sit down with him to work a humming bird into this one.I keep up with him on FACEBOOK and I love his work.

Visited during the shutdown for an ear piercing. Everything was very sterile and there were lots of options for starter jewelry. Piercer was obviously very experienced and we were able to decide on a piercing that was just right for me. Love my triple helix!

I didn’t make an appointment so the wait was just over an hour —but it was worth it :). Dani used the perfect jewelry to accommodate for problems I’ve had before, and the cleanliness of her workspace was outstanding. I’ll definitely come back to her in the future!

My name is Ashlee Bolen! I went to Gypsy Skull tattoo in Hanover, Pa in 2018 to get a tattoo on my foot and up my leg done! Was told total I would need to place a 700.00 down payment to have the tattoo completed ! Placed the money down a few weeks later went back for the first two hours of the tattoo to be conpeleted 2 days later I was admitted to a local hospital for 5 weeks with what seemed to be a life threatening blood infection which the doctor said was brought on by the tattoo! I called the shop and spoke to the owner and so did my husband (Jamie) the owner said he himself would do the tattoo for me but I was advised to not get any more tattoos ever again from this tattoo shop ! At this point it’s 6 months later and the owner has still been un willing to do anything to fix this situation!

The artist here are very talented and very kind. They make ur tattoo vision a reality. The absolute best place to get ur artwork done they are very detail oriented cant say enough good things bout this place and the employees here. Love it

Absolutely do NOT reccomend Ronnie at the gypsy skull. I requested two original pieces and received a tattoo that is a Frankenstein of multiple references I gave her for insporation. The second piece that she did not plagiarize from is very bad. The lack of anatomy and understanding of the subject shows and the overall shading has no source. Its random and is absolutely not what I had envisioned. Absolute waste of money and time. I will now be paying to have both lasered and then covered by an artist that creates original, quality pieces.

Not open on saturdays,even though they say they are,was there from 10:00 to 10:25,not one artist showed up,left a message saying i was wanting a tattoo to call me for an appointment no one even called me.
